Three nights in Double Deluxe in Building 2 ground floor. Clean, comfortable bed,good amenities, no insects or reptiles, fast reliable WiFi. Quiet at night. This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple. Recommend for 1 or 2 people.

今次住北社呢間唔單止細，隔音仲非常差，上落樓梯都好應聲。另外每晚其他住戶用水，啲水喉聲都會響正床頭度做交響樂。 之前住「心鎖」嗰度好好多。

冷氣不太行

房間比想像中簡陋 同住劏房冇咩分別

地方不乾淨…裝修完全是很不舒服，冷氣方向直吹頭…起身頭痛，整體感覺衰過我訓路邊

員工十分友善，房間乾淨企理，整體嚟講都十分滿意，係一次好舒服嘅住宿經驗 個別可能影響住宿體驗嘅地方： - 房間內Wi-Fi速度只係一般，亦唔算穩定； - 偶爾會聽到其他房間傳嚟嘅生活噪音 - 北社分店嘅位置冇咁方便 但對我嚟講唔算好大影響，如果下次去長洲都會考慮再住呢度

沒有不舒服的感覺 樓上都是原地居民 隔音較差 整體乾淨舒服

入住後電視突然壞掉，員工檢查後亦不能使用，房間內 wifi 網絡不穩定，時有時無。洗手間內地台不能去水，有點麻煩😰

The room is on the ground floor. It is under a local residental family. They had BBQ outside our room until 12:00 at night. Then they packed their things and made very loud noises.

The reception was in another building 8 to 10 mins away, and it was a bit hard to find, which made the check-in slightly inconvenient. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious, and it was conveniently located near the Pak Tai Temple Playground.

Spray insecticide was sprayed in the front door, a ants road was in in the door ….Inside the room, I saw spider and housefly. It just a terrible experience!!!!!!

員工態度好，對答專業，很快解決客人需要。但要留意房間wifi， 接受到但沒法使用。其後給了我wifi蛋，所以還好。另外房間內我水杯不潔，要多注意清潔。

床很舒適，整潔度尚可。今次住北社那边(最多三人房)，淋浴面積比較窄，花灑固定在上面，不太方便。

絕對貨不對版，相片中的酒店與實際住宿的地方分別太大，連一般渡假屋的環境都不如，好像劏房一樣，收費卻貴過別人很多。絕對是一次失望很大的住宿經驗。

The room is fairly big when compare to other hotels in Hong Kong and the room is clean. The room almost with all the daily necessities that a family need. And the location of this hotel is extremely convenient to the ferry pGood experience!er. At night, there are a lot of hawkers you can buy back to your hotel, and the hawkers are located quite near the hotel and many others restaurants, food stores and cafes you can choose near the hotel.

Free upgrade lychee bnb is good but too small room

住宿地方雖然距離碼步行十分鐘左右路程，但整體住宿環境十分舒服、整潔和寧靜，還有兩枝水提供。 會再來唷！

原本住的地方離碼頭都要一段路程，但當天登記時，服務員就自動幫我地升級(調到輪近碼頭的住宿)，距離碼頭都只是3分鐘。但唯獨有樣不明之處，就是房間內的櫃枱發出陣陣臭味。

有兩個洗手間，房間也很大！唯一不足就是離沙灘比較遠一點，還有是電熱水爈，冬天去可能會等耐一點。如露台能有個衣架掛衫就十分好了！

我十分喜歡酒店的設計風格，環境幽靜，整體新正，整潔。還有比較近碼頭和沙灘，去邊都很方便。L02唯獨十分潮濕，不開冷氣全地都是水

Overall, the accommodation is a nice place during my stay in Cheung Chau. It located at a good area that is convenient to the beach and the central area of Cheung Chau.

The location that we book is not the exact location we live, we have to walk over 8 mins from check in counter to the room.

We booked a room in Pak She, but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to stay in Lychee Sunset Hotel instead. Everything was perfect and the room was comfortable (except the bed was a bit hard while the pillows were a bit soft, but these are only a matter of personal preference). Hot water was ready in minutes. Air conditioning was good and adjustable. The roof was quiet and got a nice view to see the sky. It was a wonderful stay for our romantic little trip.

登記程序簡單快速，未入房之前已預先開定冷氣，很貼心，也有寄存行李服務，可隨時自行擺放領取，整體令人滿意。

今次住的是近廟宇的房間，很整潔亦沒有異味，只是花灑出水有點弱。整體住宿經驗很令人滿意。

這家酒店在長洲數一數二的，規模也架增加中，只是房價有點貴...網站錯了日期通知酒店更改，加了差額之後轉了，給我升級3人房，不是主樓也因為這樣比較靜，美中不足是門外的遮雨蓋在滴水...

房間整體乾淨,地點方便

整體來說對整潔的，但洗手間內的洗手盆後，不斷有小蟲爬出，要用水沖洗，但小蟲仍是不停出現。 房間內只有一張茶機，沒有其他地方放置物品，東西都要放窗台上，不太方便。 隔音很差，下午聽到隔壁房間兩名外籍女子在談話，一早又被酒店的清潔職員在走廊吵架的聲音嘈醒，還是在說髒話！ 床尚算舒適，但枕頭令我睡得頭痛，因太軟了，我的頭一直往前滑。 周圍環境算不錯，寧靜而且清幽，晚上沒太多人出入。 大門雖有多一道密碼鎖大閘，日間打開而晚上上鎖，但大閘不會自行關上，如有住客進出時沒順手關門，大閘就會一直保持開著，不太安全。 房間都是用密碼鎖，這是我第一次在酒店使用密碼鎖的門，雖說外面住宅大家都這樣用，但有感還是有點不夠安全，幸好裡面有附有安全鎖鏈。 價錢可以接受，如到長洲住宿一晚而不想住質素低的渡假屋，可以一試。

今之是再次入住，前台服務員很friendly 有耐性去回應小朋友的問題 入小島小住的悠閒遊

訂房格價會有優惠, 但隔鄰房間多為一大群年青人, 到半夜三四點仍十分吵鬧, 若喜歡較為寧靜的環境, 便要考慮一下囉。

以為在海灘邊原來不是，但一切都算不錯。寧靜，惟距離其他地方比較遠。房間頗整潔，一切所需的都有提供！Good

房間沒有窗，空氣不流通，有一陣煙味，地上很多塵和長頭髮，感覺不清潔

Overall experience is good. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities. However, the faucet is yet to be fixed and the water heater needs more than 30 mins to provide hot water which are not convenient.

Location near food restaurant , easy to find but in separate house around 5 mins from reception.

Good Location. But the room wall is so thin that the sound can easily transmit from one room to another.

房間距離checkin 的地方有點遠,走了一大段路才到，但免費upgrade 了特大房，令人驚喜，房間很整潔

去到話補$100可以即時入住新房，所以我們大約11：00am 就可以入房放下很李，都幾好

除了酒廊位置比較應聲，在房間內大致上是寧靜。房內設備充足，有拖鞋，洗漱用品，沐浴用品。冷氣充足，最啱怕熱既人。地方也很企理。與渡假屋相比，無論價錢與設備，我會選擇這裡

Nice hotel with cozy places and nice staff, only thing was that the room was smaller than what was shown in pictures.

位置無敵, 有房間步行往沙灘不需三分鐘, 海景一流, 但留意不能預訂指定房間有機會編派到位置或景觀較差啲房間！

近碼頭，容易找到。房間整體上合格，物有所值，附送的早餐和退房後的看管行李服務，很不錯。可以隨時上天台，幾乎能飽覽整個長洲。

Terrible guest friends, despite of late dawn, they was talking loudly, even screaming... Except that, the overall hostel is fine, location is very nice.

Room is tidy and clean, air conditioning is turned on before I move in,excellent service.

The room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough room around it to not feel cramped. The bathroom was fairly small but adequate, and all the fixtures worked fine.

I'm a pretty tough critic and I honestly can't think of anything negative with our 2 nt stay. The complimentary breakfast was notably good - choice of fried fish, which I assume is pretty fresh and was delicious, with eggs, bun, room temp mashed potatoes (kinda weird), and choice of coffee/tea/juice. The other choice was a sausage & strip of bacon w/ all the other stuff. Upon checkout the ladies asked if we'd like to leave our luggage to explore, which I thought was really nice that they beat me to asking!

Room was small with no windows but had everything required. Really good value for money

An enjoyable 1-night stay as we moved between accommodations. I previously lived on CC for 4 years and was intrigued to stay at BnB, The style and experience reminded us of staying in a British B&B, don’t know if that’s what this BnB modelled on though. Room was cosy, very nicely done with decent sized bathroom. We slept well, bed was a little harder than you’d have in a hotel but ok, we were surprised not to be disturbed by noise from the street or other guest rooms - considering rooms are not huge, that was a very nice surprise not to hear others outside. Food and drinks within BnB are on the pricey-side (can easily eat and get alcohol cheaper around the island) but they do offer interesting menu. The included breakfast was passable, just a single sausage, 2 rashers of bacon, couple of eggs and small dollop of mashed potato with a small bread roll that was partly still hard, not that exciting but hey if it’s included in room rate it’s still decent food.

Staff’s attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly, the room is very small and smell funky, the carpet was dirty and the bed was hard, wifi doesnt work at all, instruction of how the facility works were unclear and confusing.

Everything is average. I like cheung chau, but you cannot find many choices of accommodation here.

Great location, about a five minute walk from the ferry. Room was tiny but clean. There is hardly any space to move as the bed takes up 80% of the room. I found the bed was clean but a little too hard to be comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a common English Breakfast and was served with generous portions.

I enjoyed watching the elders walking and exercising early in the morning.

Breakfast is quite good. The bed and pillows are too hard, can be improved.

Charming B and B run by pleasant people with clean rooms. My only complaint would be that the mattress and pillow are too thin, Overall it's a pleasant experience.

Hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from everything. We stayed in a two sided window room on second floor. I enjoyed seeing people walking here and there, and yet it was not too noisy. It was simple but equipped with basic stuff that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good both in quantity and quality.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. It would be better if there is more than one electric socket in the room and the sound protection will be better in the room

Friendly and helpful n efficient receptionist. the room was clean n comfortable n had everything i needed. Breakfast portion was small. I asked for extra toast n offered to pay but they gave me foc. We enjoyed our short stay in the bnb and walking around cheung chau.
