Klimaanlage geht nur bis 24 grad und kommt nicht mal auf diese temperatur herunter. Ist Temp=27 Grad. Kühler ging es nicht.

Hotel molto pulito e personale cordiale. Lo consiglio soprattutto la camera con la jacuzzi sul terrazzo e una meraviglia sveglarsi e la prima cosa che fai e entrare in jacuzzi la giornata parte alla grande.

Mała liczba gniazdek elektrycznych w pokoju to chyba największy ból 😅 mógłby być jeszcze czajnik na herbatę ale bez też da się przeżyć. Standard wykończenia jak na Włochy przystało ale to chyba nie najważniejsze.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and breakfast good.

Pool was extremely small and the area around it compact.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel qui a un emplacement exceptionnel, c’est très cosy et il n’y a rien à dire de négatif. Le petit-déj’ est parfait. Possibilité de le prendre à l’extérieur, proximité de la plage.

Nous aurions aimé avoir la main sur la climatisation ( réglée à 25*) mais il est facile de comprendre qu’il faut en limiter les abus.

Die Nähe zum Strand. Nicht so groß, wirkte etwas familiär dadurch. Kostenlose Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. Pool war ausreichend.

Im großen und ganzem gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

The city , location, nothin else and one lady of the staff was friendly

The male staff were extremely rude and acted as if they were above everyone else. They treated us with very little respect, and it felt like they judged us simply because we are teenagers. One of the worst experiences was that they threw away our bags containing food and drinks that we had bought in Switzerland. These were sealed, unopened products, not garbage. Instead of asking us first, they simply threw them away. Ironically, the actual trash we had left was not thrown away. When we spoke to the staff on the night of 16 July, they didn’t even try to look into what had happened. We had to argue about it, which I really didn’t appreciate. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little choice, and the eggs had clearly undergone an iron-sulfur reaction—they had turned blue, which is unacceptable. The pool was dirty and green, and the bathroom had crusty dirt and buildup that should have been cleaned. The check-in process was poorly handled. The receptionist failed to ask all the necessary questions regarding my underage girlfriend, which caused problems later. At around 12:00 a.m., we had to spend another hour resolving issues that should have been addressed during check-in. This happened simply because the receptionist did not complete the process properly. On top of that, the hotel charged several additional fees that were never explained to us beforehand. The staff failed to provide important information, and the overall organization was chaotic. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The staff were disrespectful, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the management was disorganized. In my opinion, this level of service is unacceptable. A place operating like this in Switzerland would likely not be allowed to continue without major improvements. (Form an italian guy) btw

Ben posizionato, staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Alcuni dettagli nelle camere non hanno funzionato (una delle due porte delle camere che abbiamo preso non si chiudeva con la tessera magnetica, mancava un pannello sul soffitto probabilmente per un intervento tecnico ed era stato sostituito da assi di legno di colore diverso, le casseforti delle due camere non erano funzionanti, il primo giorno il termostato non era regolabile in autonomia ed è stato successivamente sistemato).

Det bästa med boendet var läget, nära beachen, restauranger och buss. Hotellet var välstädat och det byttes sängkläder/handdukar varje dag. Receptionen var bemannad 24/7 och det är alltid positivt. Att det fanns en pool som var trevlig att bada gjorde de varma dagarna behagligare. Frukosten var ok, det smakade bra men utbudet var inte det största men det var ok. Att det fanns en parkering på baksidan var mycket uppskattat, utanför på gatan var det mer eller mindre omöjligt att parkera i närheten.

Kylskåpet på rummet var inte speciellt kallt, kändes inte riktigt som att den orkade kyla så mycket. Att det fanns en parkering på baksidan var mycket uppskattat men att det kostar 20 euro per dag är lite väl dyrt. Tyvärr saknades vattenkokare så att det gick inte att dricka eget kaffe innan frukosten öppnade. Det som verkligen drog ner upplevelsen av hotellet var att det inte gick att kyla rummet tillräckligt. 24° var det kallaste man kunde ställa in, det upplevdes helt enkelt för varmt för. Hotellet förklarade att det var bestämmelser som reglerade detta men oavsett hade de kunnat erbjuda mer air condition än 24°.

The hotel staff is exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful! We felt very welcome with our two small children. The rooms are very, very clean! The location close to the beach is great, and there are many activities for children nearby! We loved our stay at your hotel- thank you so much!

Parking was a little problematic. The outside parking was available, but very difficult to get out of with all the traffic. The parking available in the back of the property very expensive.

Personale gentilissimo e attento alle nostre esigenze. Camere silenziose, pulite e climatizzate. Piscina godibile anche se un po’ piccolina, ma compensa con qualche punto idromassaggio e qualche fontana d’acqua. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio bici. Le bici meccaniche sono un po’ pesanti e con un rapporto duro da pedalare. Risultano però comode e pratiche per raggiungere Rimini. Colazione varia e completa, buona ma non eccezionale. Torneremo presto a soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Frühstück und der Aperitivo am Nachmittag super. Schöne Möglichkeiten draussen zu sitzen. Sehr freundliches Personal und der Wunsch nach zusätzlichen Bügeln im Schrank wurde umgehend erfüllt.

Die Möglichkeit von einem "Schlummerbecher" nach dem Abendessen an der Bar, wäre das i-Tüpfelchen. Aber ist keine Kritik!

Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal mare e a 5 min di auto dalla Fiera nuova di Rimini. Bella la piscina. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione e comodo il parcheggio interno. Disponibilità per gli ospiti di biciclette gratuitamente.

Letti un po' piccoli. Impossibilità di regolare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata. Accesso al parcheggio interno un po' stretto. Costo del parcheggio un po' caro. Nel complesso comunque si tratta di aspetti marginali.

20 Euro pro Nacht für einen Parkplatz in der Nebensaison ist echt happig, Zimmer direkt neben der öffentlichen Toiletten ist mit Hund nicht optimal. Spa war nicht auf

Sinceramente l'unico appunto da fare riguarda la temperatura della camera..troppo alta. Non sono riuscito a regolarla perché probabilmente era tutto centralizzato.

Camera con bagno per disabili, ahimè scomodo… Volevo segnalare un guasto la mattina alla partenza ma non c’era nessuno al front. Colazione normalissima

Struttura accogliente, pulita e personale molto cordiale. La colazione è abbondante e con ampia scelta di prodotti. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio sul retro dell’hotel che, seppur a pagamento, risulta essere molto comodo.

Gezellig en leuk hotel met mooie, ruime kamers en goede bedden. We hadden een Premium kamer met jacuzzi op het terras, maar jammer genoeg werkte die niet goed en het water was koud. Bij het inchecken wilde ik graag upgraden naar een rooftopkamer, maar de dame aan de receptie wilde die niet verkopen, wat ik een beetje vreemd vond. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad — het hotel zelf is modern en aangenaam!
