To be honest the hotel should be 4 Stars not sure how become 5 Stars. No Vale Parking, so you park by your self. No one show up on main door to take the bags. The service room not cleaning well and they do not respect if there is people incide or not they open the door two time while i was incide with my family although the smart card was punch and incide the reader so no privacy at all. The booking was Suit for Honey Moon for two people with all breakfast, Lunch, and dinner in Executive loungh Room, however no service in loungh room and only open Boufih no menue at all. Moreover, the roub and towel only available for one person i have told them many times we are two and they confirmed in the booking for two but after cleaning they keep only one person so I do not recommend. Note the staff are very quit and polit and i did asked them many times but the change on the same time then we go back with the same issue. So i do not recommend them go to 3 star same location. The location is good at it is lined to Graden Musqat mall

الفندق رائع جداً ومساحة الغرف واسعة ونظيفة والسرير مرتب والوسادة مريحة جداً كان لدينا مناسبه في نفس الفندق لذلك قمنا بالإقامة فيه , انتهت المناسبه في وقت متأخر من الليل وسمحت لنا الإدارة بالتسجيل الخروج المتأخر وعدم الإزعاج لليوم التالي لراحتنا واقدر هالشيئ جداً منهم . قريب جداً من مول عمان وأغلب الأماكن السياحية في مسقط و يربطه بمول وبالقرب منه ايضاً مول آخر

It wasn’t clean and the service was very poor

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is super connected to the mall. Easy to check in and check out.

I have booked the room for 3 adults but toiletries and towels were left only for two. Hair dryer was included but couldn't find one. Breakfast was average, everyday same options, breakfast saloon was not cold enough.

The staff and their attitude and how they are helpful and respectful, and the caffe in the lobby, they were amazing with their smiles

The staff are amazing however, the AC problem all over the rooms was a disaster, and the cleanness of the console between the room were all dusty and ive noticed the sealing , the area between the AC and the middle gypsum had mold and we did not have towel robs for the shower. And no tissue in the room.

دورة المياه تم تعديلها ولكن بطريقه لا تليق بفندق خمس نجوم . ايضاً من غير المعقول ان يرفض موظف الاستقبال توصيل الأطعمه اللتي احضرها مندوب التوصيل او عدم السماح له بالصعود واجبار المقيم بالنزول الى الاستقبال لاستلام طلبه

Sultan and boniey and the manager they were helpful I like how they take care about us . I will start with sultan the first one who welcomed us as we are in our country we are from UAE he let us feel that we are happy , sultan and boniey those who are really kind and friendly people that help us a lot and thier smiles always in thier face that make me really feel confident and what the manager did was grateful I appreciate how he handled the situation that my mom was sad because thier wasn’t croissant and directly he solved and come to our room and chat with my mom what make her feel happy and smile the next two days Surfaraz welcomed us in a good way I really enjoyed but the only thing that was not really good the food thier are no options everyday the same food thier are no options

Was great breakfast. Good selections of food. Great ambience and Boni was very attentive and helpful.

washroom need more maintenance, some parts seems to be need repair , some items it missed like extra towel but once i called them they bring all our needs

The staff were very helpful and always smiling throughout the 3 week stay. They all stopped and had a chat and to make sure that everything was as we wanted. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again

موقع الفندق وايد حلو قريب من كذا مول وفيه ممر الى جراند مول و الباركنات تحت الفندق كان سهل نبركن ونروح الغرفه .. الحمام كبير وحلو و السرير مريح وفيه حوض خاص للحريم

طلبنا upgrade بس ماسوولنا مع ان الفندق ماكان فل و السرير مريح بس صغير على شخصين و نحن دفعنا للغرف اللي اشوي اكبر من الغرف العاديه بس بعد حسينا انه صغير

المكان هادئ وجيد نوعا ما والموضفين متعاونين على مدار الساعة

البناية لا تحتوي على شبابيك للتهوية فالرطوبة التي في الحمام تنتشر بسرعة في الغرفة بالاضافة الى المسبح بعمق 1،2م وهو عمق بسيط جدا لمن يريد استخدامه والاطفال يدخلون مسبح البالغين دون اهتمام من الادارة

Room size and cleanness, location was great. Breakfast was average.

I booked a Club King Room with Executive Lounge Access. However, I was not informed at any stage that the Executive Lounge was closed. I only discovered this when I went to use the lounge myself. I was advised to use the lobby coffee shop or restaurant instead, but these cannot reasonably be considered a suitable replacement for an Executive Lounge. The air-conditioning in these areas was extremely poor, with noisy portable cooling units/fans being used, and the privacy, comfort and business facilities expected from an Executive Lounge were simply not available. Business travellers specifically choose and pay for lounge-access rooms for a certain level of service, comfort and privacy. It is therefore very disappointing that rooms are still being sold with Executive Lounge Access when the hotel is currently unable to provide this facility or an appropriate equivalent.

It’s perfect location , and stuff is professional and I would like to talk about something that happened to me recently after I booked online and while I’m coming from Dubai using my car during the day some issue happened to my car which prevents me to continue to Oman and I have booked two rooms and almost time of check in , I sent them email honesty no body replied but they tools the positive action to help me by not deducting the money from my card , they understand my situation and honestly it’s rarely to find a hotel dealing with such respectful way , that’s why whenever I came to Oman I book directly in this hotel bcoz you feel safe with everything.

The staffs was very good, the location vas exeptional and everyone was friendly and helpful

It is good hotel with comfortable facilities and reliable staff

رائحة كريهة في الممرات وعدم تجديد الفندق وعدم تلبية طلب للحصول على غرفة ذات إطلالة كما انه تم منحى غرفة كأنني في سكن عمال رائحة مقرفة

Everything was fine except for a minor issue with the bathtub—the water flow was very slow.

What I liked most was the staff, the location, and the comfort of this hotel. The tea corner also had a variety of coffee types, and plenty of water. The staff exceeded all my expectations (ما شا ءالله تبارك الله). From the moment I checked in until I checked out, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. I was greeted at check-in by an Egyptian staff member and assisted at check-out by a Pakistani staff member. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they were both exceptional and made me feel truly valued as a guest. A special thank you also goes to the luggage attendant, who was friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. The warmth and sincerity of the entire team made my stay unforgettable, and I would gladly return, in sha Allah.
