The property is exceptional. Each detail is perfectly suited to enhance your experience. Rooms are modern and yet property gives you a feeling of living in a different slower era. Additionally the food is Outstanding! Breakfast and especially dinner. There is indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy. Being on the upper square you have the advantage of watching small town life with the same bustle of the lower squares. The owners and staff were Extremely helpful and welcoming even to two French challenged Americans. Highly recommended!

Wij hadden dit hotel geselecteerd voor een woensdag omdat er ook een restaurant aanwezig zou zijn. Dit wilden wij graag omdat wij op doorreis waren. Toen wij om 19:00 uur arriveerden bleek dat het restaurant gesloten was. Bij navraag de volgende morgen, bleek dat het restaurant al 10 jaar lang op dinsdag en woensdagavond gesloten is. Dit is niet gemeld op de booking.com site, anders hadden wij dit hotel nooit geboekt. Tevens was er weinig parkeerruimte omdat dit hotel midden in het centrum van het zeer mooie dorpje ligt. Dat was ook wel onhandig. An sich een leuk hotel, maar niet handig als je op doorreis bent. Er is ook geen lift aanwezig.

2.Etage und kein Fahrstuhl, mit schwerem Gepäck umständlich Im Zimmer kaum möglich Koffer unterzubringen.

Une pépite nichée au cœur du village ! L hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la chambre est très confortable ! Le personnel est très professionnel et très sympathique. Le restaurant est également de qualité !

L’emplacement et le bâtiment

L’emplacement est idéal, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et professionnels. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable. La climatisation nous a permis de dormir confortablement malgré la chaleur extérieure. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les plats proposés au restaurant, ainsi que le service très professionnel. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Een goed klein hotel in het centrum van Ribeauville. Prima locatie, rustig gelegen. Gesitueerd in een eeuwenoud pand. Prachtig opgeknapt: alles is top! van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekend ontbijt. Ook een zeer goed diner. Prettige bediening. Mooi terras.

Onze overigens prachtige badkamer had een bad, maar geen douche. Oudere mensen zullen dat niet altijd prettig vinden. Waarschijnlijk heeft een deel van de kamers wel een douche, in plaats van het bad. Het enige dat we ronduit slecht vonden was de ontvangst na onze aankomst. Het hotel is op dinsdag en woensdag gesloten, wat betekent dat de ontvangst op die dagen niet goed verloopt. In ons geval duurde het enkele uren voordat we naar binnen konden. Er was geen tijd voor een vriendelijk ontvangstwoordje of wat uitleg over dorp en omgeving. We hebben dat echt gemist. Na een dag of twee voor het eerst wat informatie gekregen. Een slechte herinnering die pas vervaagde toen we na twee dagen de eigenaars beter leerden kennen: ze waren eigenlijk best aardig.

Es war zu unserer Zeit sehr heiß und die Air Conditioning im Zimmer hat es uns ermöglicht gut zu schlafen. Top. Schöne Zimmer. Super Essen. Gutes Frühstück. Alles top

Ältere Leute sollten das Hotel nicht buchen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug

Die Lage mitten im Dorf mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz mit Brunnen war sehr schön. Es ist nachts ruhig und man hört nur den Brunnen rauschen, was angenehm ist. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und das Badezimmer grosszügig. Wir hatten ein feines Nachtessen im Restaurant und die Bedienung war auch nett. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten die Suite und da wäre es toll, man hätte auch einen Teekocher, anstatt nur eine Kaffeemaschine.

Nice rooms and very clean

While the building might be old, the inside was very modern and comfortable. The pillows were great. There is a separate entrance to the lodging area so you dont need to go through the restaurant every time. Their restaurant and service is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. We were reminded that departure on Tuesday was by 10 as they were closed from then until Thursday. While we did not eat in their dining room, it was full of diners and it smelled wonderful. Breakfast was good and artfully arranged. Temporary parking was available for bag drop off immediately in front of the restaurant by the fountain. We arrived late on a Sunday but time for a stroll through their beautiful town, but much of the town was closed for Monday. They recommended the hike to the three castles and the abbey, which was very cool to do, roaming around the ruins without a guide needed. The 4 mile hike distance (estimates 2.5 hours, we took over 4 while exploring!) was nothing, but the ascent was more than our hikes usually include! Gorgeous views from the top!

Everything was good. There was no parking provided by the hotel, but they recommended white lined parking spots two blocks away behind the church. 6 spots, and there was one available when we needed to park. Not bad, but not immediately at the hotel. Most parking in the old town area was 2 hour limit 9AM-7PM. Our rental car had a blue plastic clock with hands to set to your end time and place on the dash. It was the first time we had seen this used. Our reception desk person told us how to use it!

Mouton is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building that has been tastefully renovated, making it both charming and very comfortable. It is situated right in the lovely center of Ribeauvillé. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which we warmly recommend!

Pas très évident de se déplacer dans les étages avec les valises, différents niveaux avec des petits escaliers, mais cela est du au fait qu'on est dans un vieil établissement

Le petit-déjeuner : espace chaleureux, calme - buffet varie et très bien - personnel top

Chambre très obscure, aucune vue depuis celle-ci, labyrinthe pour y accéder

Établissement avec des prestations de qualité. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont excellents avec des produits locaux et de qualité. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés.

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst waarbij je je direct thuis voelt. Prachtig hotel waar je huisdier ook welkom is. Zeer goed restaurant met een wijnkaart die je meestal in sterrenrestaurants tegenkomt. Goed ontbijt met lekker vers brood. Vriendelijke eigenaren die meerdere talen speken. Top!

Bra läge, bra säng rent o snyggt

Luftkonditionering AC ur funktion. Personal sa att den fungerade, det gjorde den inte! 35 grader ute och de lämnade fönster utan gardiner för, i ett stekande solläge hela dagen innan vi kom! Vi fick sova med alla fönster på vid gavel…

Location was excellent. The hotel is located near all the shops and restaurants and everything is within a few minutes of walking distance. Breakfast was very good and the front desk hostess was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant decor was lovely and the room had a nice view.

The male host during dinner was a bit cold and condescending. It appeared that the jets in the hot tub needed to be cleaned out because when we used the tub, there was debris and hair that came out. It would also be nice to have hair conditioner included with the hair gel. A fire alarm went off at 10:30pm and rang for five minutes. The hostess explained that when the trash cans were being cleaned outside, it set off the alarm.

The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und ein echtes Juwel.

Als wir ankamen waren die Zimmer etwas zu kühl. Wir konnten jedoch in kurzer Zeit aufheizen. Das Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant hat uns nicht so geschmeckt. Es war zwar sehr schön angerichtet, aber im Geschack nicht so unserer.

De ligging

Ontbijt.Het wordt niet aangevuld.Als je wat later bent heb je nagenoeg niets meer.En ondanks eerdere reviews is de gastvrouw ook biet echt vriendelijk.Het is ook prijs-kwaliteit heel duur.Het eten in het restaurant is lekker,maar kleine porties en best duur.

Leider ist das Hotel/Restaurant Di/Mi geschlossen und man muss R&B-mässig den Code telefonisch anfordern. Muss mich da in einem Hotel noch dran gewöhnen😉

Très bon petit déjeuner dommage que c'était pas précisé qu'il n'était pas inclus dans le prix.

La baignoire sans rideau de douche peu pratique et pas très propre le chien qui se promène dans la salle à manger !

Magnifique hôtel, propreté exemplaire. Chambre impeccable et superbe sdb. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Restaurant au top et personnel stylé.

Non so se è sempre così, ma la nostra impressione è stata che non ti sentivi benvenuto, anche se la posizione è ottima non credo che sceglierò di nuovo questo Albergo e posso assicurarvi che viaggio molto.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Sogar für unseren kleinen Hund wurde mit Napf, Schlafkissen und Leckerli gesorgt. Die Lage war super für einen gemütlichen Spaziergang durch das beschauliche Ribeauvillé. Gleich "nebenan" die feine Winzerei von Jean Sipp. Das hauseigene Restaurant war sehr lecker. Olaf war sehr gechillt.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Mr and Mrs Lehmann are excellent hosts. Staff is also very polite and helpful.

Dinner and breakfast ware very disappointing. Filet was burnt to a cinder, frites very pale, undercooked and cold. Sauce Bearnaise, - very strange taste. Scrambled eggs at breakfast, very wierd consistency with a strange taste. Hotel can be highly recommended but they are, unfortunatey, let down by the kitchen. Such a shame

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Obwohl das Hotel ein altes Baujahr hat ist es sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

De ligging van de kamer was slecht, zicht op een muur. Het ontbreken van parkeerfaciliteiten. De gastvrouw mag iets vriendelijker zijn. Heel erg formeel!

The location of the hotel in a central but quiet square in Ribeauville is excellent. Although the hotel has no parking facility it was easy to find free parking spaces within a few minutes' walk. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We did not try the hotel restaurant but the breakfast was extremely good with a wide choice.
