Zeer onvriendelijk personeel en ongastvrij. Het inchecken gaat via een QR-code zonder dat er wordt gevraagd of je een goede reis hebt gehad. Formulier moet snel worden ingevuld en bij het ondertekenen wordt gezegd dat je het snel moet doen aangezien je geen huis koopt. Erg onvriendelijk. Ook leek elke vraag te veel en werd er geantwoord met een zucht. Er worden kosten gerekend voor alles, zoals een extra wc rol of een schone handdoek. Ook kost een wasbeurt 15 euro.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026I wanted to praise the accommodation in the resort, the apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The staff was pleasant and kind and the receptionist Josef made a positive impression on us when we arrived. The breakfasts were rich with quality products. The location was very convenient in terms of skiing. You just put on your skis at the building and ride them to the lift and on the way back you ski back to the building. Simply idyllic. The slopes were always perfectly groomed in the morning, only the weather was not very favorable for snow (a little warm), but mostly sunny. And there were also quite a few options to eat well on the slopes. Jiří and Daniela

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Appartement was ruim en schoon. Locatie was voor wintersport met een gezin geweldig. Skiën tot aan de deur en daarna genieten van een zwembad(je) en voor de ouders een sauna. Personeel was vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt meer dan prima. Prijs/kwaliteit echt heel goed!!
Met het avond eten kun je alleen gebruik maken van een buffet restaurant. Dit was niet echt uitnodigend. In de omgeving kun je ook niet echt terecht, omdat je boven op een berg zit, waar verder niet veel te doen is. De goede voorzieningen van het appartement geven je wel de mogelijkheid om zelf een goede maaltijd te koken. Tip! Zorg voor afhaal pizza’s of burger etc. Bij de sauna duidelijk aangeven of het met of zonder kleding is. Nu loopt alles door elkaar en dat is ongemakkelijk.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026A szálloda/apartmanház a hegyen pazar helyen van. A sífelvonó kb 500m-re található, ha van hó oda- és vissza is le tudsz csúszni. Az apartmanok tágasak, jól felszereltek, minőségi bútorok, berendezések, nem hallod a szomszéd zaját. Büfé reggeli széles választékú és nagyon finom volt. A személyzet recepción és étteremben egyaránt kedves volt, mindenben segítettek, mindenki legaláb 3 nyelven beszélt.
A szállással kapcsolatban ilyen nem volt.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is well managed and very well organized. It also has a very convenient connection with the ski slopes, so you can quite literally ski to the resort. The food was ok, for breakfast and lunch there are both buffets. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was also very well stocked with cutlery, plates and cooking amenities. The bathroom was as well clean and had all the basic requirements that a bathroom should have. The room has two TV with working Youtube and Netflix without the necessity of signing in. It also has cupboards and wardrobes with added hangers.
The location is in the middle of a mountain, so in winter it is adviced to bring snow chains, since its very steep with sharp turns. The parking is only avaliable in the garage which is 1.90m tall, so bigger cars or cars with a "roof bag" cannot really go inside. If you are chosing yhis hotel because the pool, please keep in mind that it is under complete chaos from 4:00 to 6.00 pm, since all the kids go there at that tume and it is unbearable. There is also no survelliance or lifeguard on duty. Some ros have complained that it is too hot, others tjat the heating system doesnt even work. The satff is kind, but at rush hours there can come to a lack of service. You also have to check out at 10am on the day of your departure so you have to then clean the room, take out the trash, wait for hotel staff approval and drive and pray that there is a parking in front of the ski slopes (IF you wish to ski that same day).

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedés, szinte pályaszállásnak nevezném a síeléshez. Kiváló volt a reggeli, csendesek voltak a szobák. A személyzet tagjai mind a recepción mind az étteremben nagyon segítőkészek voltak.
Hiányzott a bidé.

prilikom doceka nam je detaljno objasnjeno kako moramo pocistiti apartman prije izlaska iz apartmana - znam da je namjera bila dobra, ali ciscenje je ukljuceno u cijenu - i naravno da se ostavi apartman urednim prije odlaska - ali veliki naglasak na tome prilikom dolaska je unio malo negativan dojam o gostoljubivosti. U sauni nema rucnika - puno bi znacilo da se dobiju rucnici za korstenje saune, narocito za nekoga tko bi tako i tako ostavio apartman urednim prije izlaska.

A szauna lehetne egész nap elérhető nem csak 4 óra után.

We found dinner a bit expensive. Alternatively, you can eat in your room (but there aren’t any shops within 20 minutes drive). The restaurant was empty for dinner but busy for breakfast.

Enkel de bewegwijzering. Het is een beetje een doolhof. Je moet best wel even zoeken voordat je je je kamer hebt gevonden. Verder echt een tophotel.

Vista la posizione, tra i monti, distante dai paesi e con una strada impegnativa da affrontare, il fatto che il ristorante fosse chiuso ed anche il bar chiudesse nel pomeriggio, era un disagio. Dovevi necessariamente uscire e fare 20 Min di macchina per qualsiasi cosa.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Prachtige ligging bovenop de berg. Ruim en fijn appartement met balkon vanuit waar je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Er is een mooi binnenzwembad aanwezig waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken. Veel te doen in de buurt.
Het restaurant is dicht in de zomermaanden, dit staat niet duidelijk vermeld bij het boeken. Dit was voor ons een verrassing bij aankomst, je kan hier 's avonds dus niet eten en er zijn bijna geen alternatieven op de berg. Het duurt bijna 5 minuten voor je warm water hebt in de douche, daarna is de watertemperatuur prima.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Stayed 5 nights in August. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern, and the staff were mostly amazing—super friendly and genuinely helpful. There are many trails for short hikes.
But the description is misleading. It is a self-service apartment, not a resort. No housekeeping, no replenishment of soap or toilet paper, and you’re expected to haul your own trash to the car park daily. The “mountain views” don’t exist, the restaurant was closed despite full occupancy, and there’s no breakfast included—just a sad lobby table where you can buy pastries. You get two coffee capsules for your entire stay, and no tea bags. Add a €2.50 “spa tax” per person per night even if you never touch the spa. From the resort to the nearest town, it is a 9 km winding mountain drive.

Die Anlage ist ziemlich groß, dafür gibt es aber wenig zentrale Infrastruktur, insbesondere für den Preis. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren geschlossen. Es gab für Frühstücksartikel einen Minimarkt, aber recht teuer und nicht viel Auswahl.

Das der Fitnessraum geschlossen war. Und das das Restaurant und Cafe im Sommer zu ist ,geht für den Preis leider nicht ,meiner Meinung nach. Wurde auch bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt.
