Best Western Plus Hotel Divona Cahors

Professional, welcoming & friendly staff. Bar- lounge has great foof.

Simple Fabulous location! Very quiet and very comfortable room. Amazing view over the river and bridge. Highly recommended

This place is amazing! We had an incredible view of the historic bridge in Cahors. The people were accommodating and lovely. The property is well cared for, convenient and a beautiful location. The room was neat, clean, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the cold water dispenser in the hall as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the bridge. This was a nice stop over for us travelling down to the Carmargue.

Super friendly staff. Fabulous location. Excellent breakfast. The room was fantastic with gorgeous views of the bridge. Highly recommend.

Tres propre, bien insonorisé, grand lit, tout super

Ok

The Best Western in Cahors is one of the best hotels at which we have stayed. The view from our balcony was incredible, the pool is excellent, bed was very comfortable. The service as well was the equivalent of many more expensive hotels.

What a spectacular hotel and hands-down the most impressive BEST WESTERN we've ever stayed at. The view of the Pont Valentré bridge was a nice addition as well. Cahors turned out to be one of the most magical places we visited on our trip to France and this hotel made it even more special. Straight out of a fairytale... Can't wait to return to this wonderful town and will definitely stay in this hotel.

Fantastic location next to the river, our room was at the back so the balcony overlooked the river, so peaceful and beautiful

Enestående placering og skønt hotel

I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. Also sometimes the food was missing ingredients like avocado but the staff won’t tell you they didn’t have everything on the menu. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had to work with.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate, and a stunning view of Pont Valentre from the room and public areas!

Beautiful riverside setting, fabulous views. Nice rooms and great service.

Lovely hotel in great location

Very good service and stay

Hotel excelente, com ótimas instalações, moderno, estacionamento fácil ($), quarto amplo e bom restaurante.

Tres bon sejour

Ideally placed as an overnight stop with incredible view of the famous bridge. Friendly staff and tasty lunch and breakfast.

Nice room. Cool balcony with the view on the bridge. Not the most comfortable bed but nice enough. Bathroom small but nice. Overall i was happy.

Great position , excellent staff

Very spacious room, very clean, lovely bedding and soft towels. Large bathroom with a bath, separate shower, two wash basin and a dressing table. The pool was a bonus too.

Great view, room service, breakfast, nice staff. Would definitely stay here again!

A sleek modern hotel with amazing proximity to —and killer views of—the medieval Pont Valentre. Wonderful and friendly service; complimentary outdoor parking. We were delighted.

Best view and spot in Cahors. Property is run well. Friendly staff

Perfect location for a relaxation moment

Great room with a great view

Beautiful view of the medieval bridge. Friendly helpful staff.

Despite the monolithic look of the property from the street, the hotel interior was well designed, staff were friendly and very helpful. There is free outdoor parking and the orientation of the hotel to the river was unique. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel; clean and modern. Excellent views from our balcony. My only criticism was that we had a late breakfast and most of the pastries were gone and not replaced!! staff somewhat indifferent to our request.

Great location with a nice view on the bridge

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and caring staff. Fantastic rooms with amazing views. Ample safe off street parking. With charing points. Great bar menu. Superb choice for breakfast. Pool and sun deck. All within 10 minutes walk of the town centre.

Overnight stay. Excellent . A restaurant would make it perfect.

Super calme...

Modern hotel with up to the minute facilities. Really comfortable room with a fabulous view. Professional and helpful staff.

Everything was spotless and the amenities great. Location perfect- our room overlooked the river and the bridge. Most of the staff was great-especially Ryan the bartender- the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars was because the front desk clerk- a young man -was very snooty to us and I even saw him roll his eyes at me.

Great location near Valentré bridge, great views on the Lot river. Would recommend this hotel anytime. Safe area, easy to go to the old part of town and not far.

Wonderful stay. Thank you!

A modern upmarkt establishment with very helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy to find with on site parking. Comfortable and spacious room.A pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the old town and restaurants.

Outstanding hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms. Best shower ever in a hotel!

The location was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and spoke English, They went out of their way to accommodate and were very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Would stay there again

Such a lovely view from the balcony, we had a second floor room and it was like looking at a picture, would definitely stay again, great location also.

Everything was fine regarding the Covid situation. The staff was really pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Little away from Cahors center but nice walk to get there.

Always find BW hotels are great. More expensive but worth it. Staff always lovely and helpful in my experience.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. View of the bridge from balcony. Room was spacious. Downside, fridge didn’t work, coffee maker but no cups or coffee. Only 2 pillows on bed which too low for us, should be 2 pillows each. Secure parking underground.

The roo

Check in staff were incredibly helpful with directions for joining the Camino Trail (Camino de St Jacques) across the Pont Treventre. And with getting to key points around the town and locating best restaurants. The room was very good. Quite spacious and modern and the view of the river and bridge was incredibly special. I couple of glasses of wine on the terrace were also very special. In addition undercover parking was easy. Only issue we had was trying to cool the room down from 24 degrees. Had to keep windows and balcony door open. That was a little annoying. We complained but staff didn't think it was hot.

This place was spectacular in every way. The location was perfect, an easy walk anywhere you would want to go and right next to the river & a beautiful bridge. My balcony (!!!) looked out over the river and bridge. The room itself was large, clean, and extremely well appointed. The staff were charming and helpful. They spoke English but were happy to indulge me by letting me practice my terrible French on them. Breakfast had a zillion choices, including Malbec grapes grown in their own garden. I love this place

Everything was wonderful. It was just going into town under the tunnel that made us feel unsafe. A pub owner walked us back as we were trying to go the longer way and got lost.

Beautiful property along the Lot River. All rooms have a view of the Medieval bridge. Price point slightly high but a memorable and very well appointed hotel

Friendly staff and a good business hotel that has everything you need.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful views.

Immaculate hotel, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

Great location with good parking. Enjoyed our stay .

This hotel was exceptional. We stayed in sad circumstances and had to change our plans a few times, the staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms and lounge bar had lovely views. Seating outside to look over the river is nice too. Room was clean, great coffee machine, free water in the fridge, and a great terrace with chairs. We will definitely return in happier times to stay here. We had dinner in a couple of evenings due to tiredness, and found the Evening menu a bit limited - especially for children, although the ice creams were great! There’s lots of choice in the main town to eat though so no need to stay in really!

A great location. An out door pool would have been a useful addition

Superb hotel, very accommodating and helpful. The reception staff especially were lovely. Great breakfast and location fantastic to walk along the river and into he centre. Outdoor and indoor car park available. Great pool and generally a lovely place to stay.

Lovely modern hotel with beautiful view of the bridge. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall the hotel and bar just lacks atmosphere. Cahors also is not a resort town. You need to walk into the main drag for bars and restaurants. Great for a one night stopover.

Wonderful location beside the Lot River with a view of Valentre Bridge,

Nice modern hotel. Good facilities, all rooms have amazing views of the river lot and balconies. Within walking distance to the main town. Good breakfast, lots of choice

The staff were nothing less than excellent. The rooms outstanding and very comfortable. Ours had a fabulous river view. I can recommend this hotel for service, quality and value to anyone.

Nice modern hotel in a beautiful location right next to the River Lot. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the river and the historic Pont Vantre. Not a big hotel which is nice and all staff were attentive and helpful. Used the pool and sauna a couple of times which was nice after a day's sightseeing.

Excellent room, very friendly helpful staff. Not having a restaurant was a bit of a problem on National Holidays , when the local restaurants were closed.

Great location within a few minutes walk of medieval centre and with room overlooking river, hills and beautiful bridge. Every member of staff we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and clean and bed very comfortable. Really can’t fault anything about our stay and would return.

Good quality hotel in fine surroundings beside Cahors medieval bridge. Staff were very welcoming and attentive particularly when we had a major problem with the door lock on our room. Although it took almost an hour for this to be resolved, we were invited to enjoy a complimentary drink in the bar.

Rooms lovely and clean. Great views over the river and old bridge. Comfortable beds. Lovely rainfall shower. Bar has good service and good choice of food and drink. Breakfast has huge choice. Swimming pool small but perfect for early morning swim. Overall great hotel.

Excellent in all aspects. Lovely ambience in the Bar/Breakfast Room.

Hotel is in an excellent location close to the historic Pont de Valentre. It is a modern hotel with excellent facilities. Rooms all have a balcony overlooking the River Lot with coffee and tea-making facilities and a walk-in shower. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and obliging.

We spent only 2 nights at the Best Western Divona in Cahors and what a treat that was! The staff was very professional, with a smile on their face, always there to help and give us advice. Our room, with a stunning view of Pont Valentre and the Lot River was spacious, very modern, and extremely clean and comfortable. It had a great large double bed, individual AC control, large flat screen TV and very good WiFi. Absolutely fabulous!

We loved this hotel! The view over the river, and the Bridge, was spectacular, and the large windows made you feel right there. Great Happy Hour, great music, friendly, helpful staff. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely modern hotel in prime location on river with glorious views.

One of the foremost hotels in cahors. Excellent situation. Great staff. Rooms well kept. The restaurant evening meal selection is poor. Very limited. Room service similarly limited. This is all that held the hotel back from a top rating.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel right on the river. A beautiful setting and very accomodating staff. I would recommend this place just out of the centre of town.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful view of the Pont Valentre. This hotel is very modern, comfortable and well run. The staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our second stay. A modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. All bedrooms face the river. They are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are courteous and welcoming. Breakfast is inexpensive with a wide range of fresh and well prepared food. We will be back.

Very friendly and efficient service. Rooms good and would recommend.

Excellent hotel, with wonderful service

Hotel rooms are all facing the Valentré Bridge, amazing view! Very comfortable and clean rooms and pleasant staff.

It was a good stay, the young staff always willing to help with recomendations of restaurants, adresses, etc because we do not speak french only english and Spanish. One issue to be solved is to manage to have cleaning staff after 3 pm on weekends so they can be able to have all rooms made on time, even if they have “wedding” as i was told as an excuse by the manager/owner when our room wasn t done.

This hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to Cahors and the surrounding area, being positioned beside the River Lot and the beautiful Valentré bridge, which was the view from our room. We chose a superior double which was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the river. The old town and some excellent restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away, although there are also restaurants much nearer. The hotel serves a varied and comprehensive breakfast menu, and some other catering but does not have a restaurant itself. The staff were all excellent. There is free outside parking or a garage which is charged. The small pool and fitness area are a pleasant addition to the hotel facilities. We will definitely stay there when we are next in Cahors.

Remarkable setting overlooking the Pont Valentré with rooms facing the view. The hotel is brand new and well considered -- there is even a pair of earplugs in the room in case the falls in the river are too loud with the windows open. The hotel tends to the details. The breakfast room transforms into a tea room in the afternoon and a bar in the evening. Tip for dinner: walk to Le Balandre

Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend highly.

The front desk was very, very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Easily Beat Western status. The hotel is inside the town, on inside the oxbow of the River Lot. Right on the pretty park walk. Room 110 was well designed and equipped. Great view of 14th century Valentré bridge. Superb shower. Capsule coffee maker. Slippers provided. Thick soft towels. Desk service very friendly and efficient. We paid 9 Euros for private parking, which was probably unnecessary. Plenty of close by free public parking. Didn't take the 6.5 euro breakfast as we went into the Saturday market in the old Town. 10 minute walk. Stay here when you are in Cahors.

Nice modern hotel in good location. Enjoyed a brief stay for business purposes.

Lovely hotel in quiet location with a perfect view of the iconic ancient bridge. Easy walk to train. Short walk to old town

Lovely location, very modern facility.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the river. Great restaurant across the street. Easy walk to the open market.

Stayed there for 2 nights and was very pleased with the knowledgeable staff who spoke excellent English. Restaurants are nearby. Glorious view of the Lot River

This is the most beautifully positioned hotel and there is the most fabulous sense of comfort and calm within it. All the staff are very friendly and the whole place is spotless. We love Cahors itself and there is nowhere better to be to enjoy it.
