It was a beautiful place to stay and all the staff were amazing. What more do you need from holiday?
Un hotel foarte curat, poziționat lângă o plajă superbă. Excelentă alegere!
The location is perfect. The public beach nearby is one of the best on the island
As a 7th time returning guest, j got probably one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Outdated room with less furniture (coffe table anf chair in the room is missing, no shade on the balkony, impossible to use in tha afternoon, no minibar. The receptionist, a young girl with poor knowlige of conversational english could have been nicer to us. No "welcome", no "how was your trip" ( j mentioned a 10 hour drive we had to get there), no welcome drink. As a 7th time returning guest j think j deserved better.

Breakfast was great. The view from the hotel was stunning and it was well situated to explore the island. Lots of tavernas within walking distance.
The walkways from one area to another are organised poorly making it very difficult to get from one part of the hotel to another with a pushchair. Had to carry up steps.
Great location and service
O quarto, a vista, a equipe.
Views were better than we expected. Had a great time.
We chose to stay here because my brother recommended it as one of the best hotels in Kefalonia. It certainly wasn’t a bad hotel, and we had a good stay overall, but we left feeling that it simply wasn’t worth the price we paid. The hotel is starting to feel a little dated, especially considering the premium rates it charges. Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip around Greece, we felt the overall value for money wasn’t there. The service was also probably the least impressive of all the places we stayed. One of the biggest drawbacks is the layout of the property. Everything is very spread out. Our room was about a 10-minute walk from the main pool, and the beach was roughly the same distance in the opposite direction. After spending time at the beach, there were no showers to rinse off before returning, so you inevitably ended up walking sand back into your room. The main pool was also quite small for the size of the hotel and often didn’t have enough available loungers. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was served in what felt like a canteen, despite the hotel having beautiful outdoor areas that would have created a much more enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast was however of a very good standard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel. However, given the price, we expected a much higher standard. There are, in our opinion, better-value options in Greece that offer a more premium experience for similar or even less money.
Wifi was a bit temperamental, and the fact that there were no showers to come off the beach.
The Location, beaches and view from the room (4th floor view view) was fantastic
No espresso machine in room. Breakfast only in the close dining room and not in the terace (1st floor)
Clean, stylish and well laid out

Great service! The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant.
Nothing come to mind
It was a great location, and the hotel is nice, just a bit pricey for what you actually get. Some small changes would make such a difference.
The breakfast is great, but its in like a canteen, not sure why they would allow guest to eat breakfast outside when the views are immaculate.
Great location, very close to nice beach and short walk to Lassi. Also quick journey to Argostoli. Room was nice, bit of a squeeze for 3 people (we had bungalow) but great view from balcony.
It’s quite pricey and not all staff provided service with a smile.
Beautiful hotel with great staff. Breakfast was great. Shorr walk to Lassi and several good restaurants. 10 min taxo ride into Argrostoli for 10 euro.
Might need reef shoes for beach its rocky but beautiful

Everything
A beautiful hotel with the most phenomenal views, especially at sunset. The view from our balcony (we had a junior seafront suite) was stunning. The staff were all incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly and the service around the pool was brilliant. The food was good quality from the breakfast buffet to the poolside snacks and the dinner at Lungomare was very good too (again, the service at dinner really made the experience). Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good coffee machine and a large TV which we could stream Netflix to. The beanbag style sunbeds around the pool were very comfortable and, although the pool area got quite busy, we didn't often struggle for somewhere to sit. We rented a car for a few days via the hotel which was a seamless and easy experience. The car was dropped to and picked up from the hotel and there was a large secure, free car park. Overall a great experience!
As there was only one pool, the pool area did get quite busy, but never to a point where it was a problem. It's very hilly so there's lots of walking up and down hill and up and down stairs, but this isn't a problem if you have a moderate level of fitness. And it's the price you pay for the beautiful view so it feels like a fair trade! The food and drink at the hotel is fairly expensive compared to the nearby tavernas, but as the quality and service were good, again it wasn't a problem.
The staff was amazing
The food at hotel was expensive
Posizione cibo servizio
Everything perfect 10/10, the staff the location the breakfast , the view
gr8 Hotel , location, service
The food was very good, I could not stop eating :-)
Rien
Beautiful views
If you are a little older very difficult to get around. Pool chairs limited and difficult to get. Beach small and a lot of rocks
The scenery, the warm and clear water of the sea, and all the staff of the resort.
The uphill and downhill on the way to the beach. It won’t be easy for people with disabilities and older people.
Amazing facilities. Great restaurant, the view is incredible. Very modern, renovated, chic.
Location, Sea, and Cleanliness
Limited number of sunbeds at seafront
Meerseitige Anlage mit Aussicht.
Frühstück nur im klimatisiertem Raum. Zimmer zur Strasse.
Der Blick vom Balkon und vom Restaurant Lungomare. Einzigartig.
Dry tidy organised within beautiful views and very friendly staff
A bit pricy
Perfect location and great facilities with private beach, pool, daily yoga and delicious food at the restaurant and beach bar.
Keeps you fit walking down to beach and back!!!
We stayed here as a family of five with kids aged 14-19. Beautiful hotel, large rooms, calm ambience, great range of sunloungers and choice of different places to lie. All the staff were genuinely friendly, especially Aristotle and Odysseus at the pool. Would highly recommends recommend staying here and will come back again.
Ummm….nothing. Perhaps have a sun lounger in the pool?!
My husband and I chose White Rocks Hotel for our honeymoon and traveled all the way from Florida to celebrate here. After months of researching hotels in Kefalonia, we knew it looked beautiful—but nothing could have prepared us for how breathtaking it is in person. From the moment we arrived, White Rocks exceeded every expectation. We stayed in a sea-facing bungalow, and waking up each morning to the sun sparkling across the crystal-clear Ionian Sea felt like something out of a dream. The views alone are worth the trip. When we entered our suite, we were greeted with the sweetest honeymoon surprises, including thoughtful gifts and a handwritten note from the staff congratulating us. Before our stay, I had reached out asking if they had any recommendations for honeymooners, and they not only remembered our conversation but went above and beyond to make our stay feel incredibly personal and special. That level of genuine hospitality meant so much to us. One of our favorite parts of the resort was spending our days on the private beach, swimming in the unbelievably clear turquoise water before walking over to the beach bar for an Aperol Spritz or a refreshing local beer. A fun tip for future guests: pick up an inexpensive inflatable float from one of the nearby shops—it makes relaxing in the calm, crystal-clear water even more enjoyable! We also loved starting one morning with the complimentary yoga session on the outdoor yoga deck overlooking the sea. It was peaceful, rejuvenating, and one of those experiences we’ll always remember. For dinner, we tried both the buffet and Lungomare restaurant. While both were wonderful, Lungomare was absolutely unforgettable. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was romantic, and the waterfront views made for the perfect honeymoon dinner. They overheard it was our honeymoon and our waitress brought us each a glass of champagne, we felt spoiled 🥂 And whatever you do, don’t skip their own wine! We visited local wineries during our trip, yet some of the best wine we had all vacation was right here at White Rocks. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, attention to detail, and pride in creating memorable experiences truly set this hotel apart. White Rocks gave us the honeymoon we had always dreamed of, and we will cherish these memories forever. If you’re looking for a romantic, peaceful escape with incredible scenery, outstanding food, exceptional service, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia, look no further. We cannot recommend White Rocks Hotel highly enough and hope to return one day!
Lovely hotel in a great part of Kefalonia. They have many different types of room and it is a "sprawling" hotel across the clifftops on the outskirts of Lassi. We stayed in a sea view bungalow which was well appointed and spacious. It was located in the middle of the grounds halfway between the pool/hotel beach and the main building with the reception and restaurants etc. Perfect for us. We stayed on a half board basis and found the food to be just that right amount of choice and variation. They also allow you to swap your evening meal for lunch (basically giving you a credit to put towards buying lunch) so that you can go out for dinner if you wish. You just needed to let them know at the point of ordering lunch. This was a nice touch. Lovely pool, clean hotel, beautiful views and handy for a short taxi ride to Argostoli
We had a beautiful stay at White Rocks. Couldn’t fault it. An exceptional destination. Loved it all!
There is no doubt this hotel is in a beautiful setting. There are lots of steep steps and steep paths especially for people who have booked suites/juniorsuites which are in the bungalows in the grounds, the swimming pool and pool bar are also accessed this way. Our bungalow was clean and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the sea, unfortunately we were unable to take advantage as there was no shade from the afternoon sun except for a small parasol, these rooms definitely need a retractable awning. Also no comfy chairs on the balcony for when the sun had gone down, the furniture consisted of two beach deckchairs more suitable to Blackpool beach and a wooden dining table and chairs with no cushions. The sandy hotel beach is not free to use and two loungers and a parasol cost €20 per day, there is a smaller hotel beach which is free to use a steep walk past the pool and pool bar, it is rocky and quite slippery to get into the water, there aren’t many loungers here, it is very nice and the water is lovely. The food in the restaurant is definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star rated hotel, very little choice and quite often cold, make sure you get a hot plate which will help. Very surprised as this is a family hotel that ice cream is not served in the restaurant, not good for little kids or big kids like my hubby who loves ice cream. The service here very hit and miss. The pool bar serves lovely food during the day, the portions are big, we shared and it was plenty. You can also get ice cream here during the day The bar at the hotels À la carte restaurant is lovely for an after dinner cocktail or to watch the fabulous sunsets, the waitresses are lovely and the cocktails are delicious if a tad expensive at €16.50 each. The very low key entertainment is also here two nights per week. Kefalonia is a very beautiful and scenic island, and it is worth hiring a car to do some sightseeing. Would I return? yes maybe to the island but not to this hotel
Grate service, Kind people and beautiful resort.
Everything was amazing
Nothing
We absolutely loved our stay at White Rocks Hotel. We stayed in a seaside bungalow, and waking up to the sound of the sea every morning was simply amazing. It was incredibly peaceful – all we could hear was the waves and the crickets in the evening. The room was cleaned every day, and everyone on the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was very well organized.
The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a little noisy at night.
As said in many review this hotel is in a stunning location and has been in the same family for many many years so there is pride and passion to make your stay memorable...as always it is the staff that can make or break a day and they were all great and the manager (Evan) has his finger on the pulse ...there were a few blips like greedy people reserving sun beds which they try hard to stop but it happens...the hotel has its own private beach but we preferred the public beach next door and the hotel has its own private gate ...the dinner setting is spectacular but book for 9pm or after because its south facing!...we are not partially sun bathing people so we hired a car fir 3 days to explore and its pretty cheap...Agostoli is certainly with a visit (unless there is a cruise liner in!) ...all in all we had a 10 out of 10 stay....Thank you all
The views staff and food
White Rocks gets a 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect! The location, the amenities, the staff and the food were simply lovely! They pay attention to every little detail and treat the guests with such kindness.
Just got back from a lovely week at White Rocks hotel. The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful views and a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a bungalow which which was well equipped comfortable bed, and a great view. The only downside was we were placed right at thr far end of the resort which is very spread out, the main building and pool was a trek to get to especially when you are returning back with various very steep slopes and steps to navigate in 30° + heat. The food was excellent with good choice although the drinks are pricey. Staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned to a high standard. Lassi is not far to walk but again the hotel make this awkward as you have to go down to the beach and back up to the main road, there was a short cut but this was always chained off. Kefalonia is stunning definitely worth hiring a car!
Lovely hotel in a beautiful seafront setting. Close to the airport and Lassi only 5 minute taxi ride away, Argostoli a little further. Staff are plentiful and very helpful and friendly. Food is of a good standard although the portions at the beach bar are very big, although not a bad thing. Our only negative would be how spread out the grounds are with lots of steps and slopes to negotiate.
I haven't written a review in sometime but this place truly deserves it . We was meant to be going Santorini and after sitting on the plane for 3 hours the holiday was cancelled. So after quickly getting on my iPad I booked to come here the next day . This hotel and grounds are beautiful ! We have a sea view bungalow number 23 and its perfect lovely large balcony and sun beds . Good breakfast (there is fresh fruit ) and the A l carte restaurant and bar area are so pretty food great too, we never eat in hotels always go out but have eaten in twice and only here 4 days . The real star of the show though are the staff we are fortunate enough to travel regularly and I have never come across such lovely staff so hard working kind friendly helpful I could go on and on . Thanks guys what could have been really disappointing after our holiday was cancelled turned out fab we will be back!
We have just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday at the White Rocks in Kefalonia. We stayed in a seaview bungalow. The Hotel is in a fantastic location, with stunning clifftop views. Everything is very well cared for and clean. The staff are all professional, friendly and respectful. All restaurants have quality choices at prices perhaps a bit above average, but are excellent alternatives if you don't want to leave the hotel. We walked into Lassi several evenings but after a few bad choices decided that the short taxi ride (8-10 Euros) to Argostoli was worth it for better restaurants. The staff at reception (and the app) are very helpful for organising taxis or trips and there is plenty to do in the area and on the island. You can hear and see the planes coming in and taking off from the airport, but it didn't really disturb too much. Highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Friendly staff, great service and delicious food. Definitely worth spending a bit extra for a sea view if you are able to.
We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding at White Rocks Kefalonia, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is stunning. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the sea front bungalow was comfortable and elegant, and the beachfront location creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to everyone at White Rocks for giving us memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to come back, not just as newlyweds, but as returning guests to a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts. Mr & Mrs Green
Quite a nice expensive place but not what we expected. We stayed in a sea-front bungalow, but bungalow is not the correct description as bungalows do not have other units on top of one another. All rather crowded and I would call them “units”, although the fit-out is excellent but the veranda was poky. Service of the unit was excellent. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, not fresh fruit but tinned and everything seemed rushed. The egg man struggled to keep up with demand so they suddenly rushed out pre-cooked from the kitchen which were rather rubbery. Went to the Ala carte twice restaurant , very nice but expensive, especially the wine. Our recommendation would be to go into Lassi where there are numerous restaurants that are very nice and much cheaper. The steps and inclines throughout the property would be difficult for older people. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. The web-site looks wonderful but the reality was not as good.
Pretty setting, beautifully kept and spotless hotel - this is the hotels best point. Standard room was road facing (so very dark and zero view from balcony) it was, however, kept spotless. Half board - unimpressed. No fresh omelette station and a lot of tinned fruit at breakfast (alongside fresh cut melon). Cooked breakfast tasteless, as were pastries and precooked pancakes. Evening meal very hit and miss - mostly dull and, again, lacking imagination and taste. Prices were terrible - 18 euro for Greek salad at lunchtime . 7 euro for small beer. 6 for wine. Often guests had issues with flat coke and beer. Staff in restaurant made little effort to genuinely engage guests. Olga in the a la carte bar and the reception team were the only staff members who stood out positively. Some wait staff were even chewing whilst working on more than one occasion. Resort centre/Argostoli bars/restaurants much cheaper and more taste. Dine around is an option but gets you just 10 euro each discount off the menu prices - nothing under 20 per person euro for lunch. Location just outside the main resort - we knew this when booking. They have a gate you exit the hotel then down 54 steps but you do have to still walk along the road - very dangerous as there is no pavement along a section of the road. Grounds are hilly and hotel beach can be slippy underfoot - one guest had a nasty fall whilst we were there. Would return to lassi but not this hotel.
Amazing hotel. Warm reception. All staff ultra helpful. Fantastic beach nearby. Rooms spotless and clean. Worth paying extra for the sea view rooms.
Everything! Maybe the stairs not much, but it comes with the amazing topography of the place. So on a serious note: - pre-arrival help was much needed. They helped me book few restaurants around. - Arrival was very welcoming. - The bungalow we had, me and my small family was beautiful, on top of the water. You sleep with the sounds of the waves and away from the main hotel building (which I'd not very loud anyways) - the swimming pool is good for chilling. The view from there is very nice over the private pebbles and rock beach - the neighbouring public beach is very convenient. No need to drive anywhere, just 3 minutes walk. And the hotel provides the towels as well. - Breakfast is generous and very tasty. - this hotel is only 4 stars, but it's a better experience than many other 5 stars. We had a booking in another hotel nearby, on the main Street; no direct access or view to the beach. So we had to ditch that and extend our stay at White rocks. The hotel manager was very helpful from the beginning (helping me sort out a list passport crisis). And the new booking as well. Highly recommended. I did quite a good research in the area and this hotel stands out by a long stretch.
Nothing really.
Having just returned from 9 days at the White Rocks, here is a summary of our stay. The hotel itself and grounds are immaculate. The staff clearly work hard to keep the place looking sharp. It’s a lovely resort indeed. Modern and fresh! A lovely welcome by the receptionists with a cold towel and refreshing drink. That was a great start. Luggage carried to the room by the Porter too! We were Half Board and as a fussy eater I have to say the food (both Breakfast and buffet Dinner) were excellent. Really Good! It was fresh, Tasty and had a very varied choice without being too big like some hotels. The quality of the Food was also very high. Fresh Salads, Grilled Meats, Vegetables and lovely desserts aswell. Literally Something for everyone! All the staff in the buffet restaurant were friendly, courteous and prompt. No complaints whatsoever with the food. If you don’t want dinner at the hotel they offer you a €10 credit (per person) on other food outlets per person per day but must be used on the day. This is a great option as it’s nice to head out to a local taverna for dinner on a couple of occasions and maybe have lunch by the pool instead. Our only gripe with this is that the food and drink by the pool is expensive. So for example by not having a 3 course dinner each we had €20 credit. A Pepperoni Pizza by the pool is €21 so it doesn’t even cover a Pizza between 2 people. I think €15 would be a “Fairer” amount. (So you could share a pizza and chips for example). That would be more representative in the loss of 2x3 course meals. For context, Chicken Nuggets are -€19…… (Crazy!) The rooms themselves are lovely, loads of storage and has pretty much every amenity you could desire. Leave your shampoo and shower gel at home as the one here is a local very nice big bottle of each. Rooms have mini fridge, Kettle with Tea/Coffee too. Only feedback (of a personal preference) is for such a good quality hotel would be maybe a small nespresso machine in the rooms like other hotels of a similar category! Just a thought for the future as this would make a lovely start to the day! A shoutout to housekeeping aswell. Room was cleaned very promptly each day and freshened up with replacement towels, amenities etc. The Pool area is lovely, plenty of sunbeds and bean bags and an abundance of towels. You won’t struggle to find anywhere to relax. Each bed has a call button and within a few minutes the waitress will be with you taking a drink/lunch order. They are all very friendly /helpful too! (Especially Luisa) I did feel that the drinks were on the expensive side to be honest. (An Aperol Spritz is €15.) I Appreciate it’s a hotel but everywhere else in Lassi an Aperol is €8. So maybe in a hotel €11/12 would be fair . Also a small “Mr Whippy” style ice cream is €8. This is way too much in my opinion. Should be half this! It’s a shame as we kept walking down to the beach which is only a 5/6 minute walk and having ice cream/drinks etc down there (All half price compared to the hotel) Also as mentioned numerous times before but just to reiterate. This hotel is not suitable unless you are happy to do quite a lot of walking. It’s spread out over the side of a cliff. There is a lot of steps and it’s pretty steep if you want to walk down to the sea. Not a problem for us as we like walking but just be aware! The views are spectacular from the public areas and sea view facing rooms though! The sea is absolutely gorgeous! Warm and Crystal Clear! Pack a snorkel and mask for sure and as others have said beach shoes would be helpful but not essential. It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel into Lassi where there are numerous restaurants and bars. You can exit the hotel via the side gate to the public beach and then walk up the small road to the main road. It’s then literally 100m walking on the road before you get to the pavement. So a much safer walk than walking along the main road from the hotel reception. We absolutely loved our stay at White Rocks and will definately return. I hope you take our comments as minor feedback just to enhance a future stay! It’s still worth a solid 5* review In my opinion! A fantastic hotel indeed!
White rocks is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is super friendly and will answer any question you have! The resort feels like a sanctuary quiet and tranquil from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. We love our stay here and hope to be back!
Clean and comfortable with great shower
Signage of Pool policy for guests not being able to reserve pool sun beds needs to be bigger.
Here we are again in our happy place! Very few things have changed this year but very few changes are necessary here! White Rocks and all the staff know how to make your stay the best it can be, nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and whole site is of a high standard and the location second to none with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The Lungomare à la carte restaurant serves delicious traditional dishes and Greek plates with a twist, a culinary treat and the buffet breakfast has all you could wish for to start your day. From Reception to the bars to the pool staff to the housekeepers and everyone in between you make our holiday. The hotel is family run with many years history and experience and we hope to continue to spend our holidays here for many years to come, congratulations all at White Rocks and see you next year!
A lovely hotel, where the staff could not do enough to make our holiday most memorable. Half board was a great option, the buffet breakfast and evening meals could not be faulted. Excellent array of food to suit all tastes. The location of White Rocks is good (airport, towns and some cracking beaches). The amenities were very good and well presented. Really appreciated the pool policy ensuring all guests could enjoy the sun beds. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean and easy to keep at an ambient temperature. Attention detail has been evident throughout our week’s stay. Thank you.
Staff
Let me just start - The hotel itself and staff are excellent, you’ll have a great time. This our 3rd visit in 4 years and will look to return in 2027 - this is a beautifully crafted hotel, very clean and the staff are great. I will comment on a few things that I do believe could be improved or weren’t as good as previous visits though, these are minor issues and not major, but having been 3 times now, I feel it’s fair to comment. Food - the food overall is very good. Pizza, Greek taco’s and moussaka rolls get a special mention, however this has slightly gone down hill imo. There is not as much variety on the menu either at lunch (pool bar) Breakfast - you used to be able to get an omelette made fresh, adding bits you want, this has been removed and now a main cooks fried eggs - this didn’t change for the 10 days we stayed - the breakfast is identical each day, and by no means bad, but I don’t feel much choice and so reparative - no avocado/guac etc - coffee machine is excellent and self serve. Lunch - this menu, although good seems smaller than before - major hits were pizza, smash burger and Greek taco’s - I felt the prawn taco’s were poor, very small cold prawns in a mound of salad, and the mango chicken salad was nowhere near as good as before - 2 tiny skews of chicken - it needs a freshen up. Drinks - had several flat beers from the beach bar, one of which I had to swap - John was great and sorted this, but when paid over 7 euros for a beer it should be great - the worst is the Coca Cola, it’s served out of a plastic 500ml bottle - i ordered a Coke, assuming it would be in a glass bottle like room service or the full plastic bottle. and the staff poured half a 500ml bottle into a cup - I don’t think that’s right - either you get the full bottle or on a pump - it was also €4!!!!! This has to change! lungomare - been here a few times, again menu seems smaller - I thought the food was good, but very expensive - a bigger menu would have seen us return as it’s the best view in lassi, but literally only a few things on the menu for my wife. Staff here are excellent though, worth a visit! Gym - this can so frustrating, as you need to ‘book’ a slot, like Covid. It’s a very small gym, but equipment is new and excellent and fine for holiday. We arrived and had 10 days holiday so wanted to us the gym where I could, ideally before breakfast. Upon arrival, I was told people had already booked the gym for the next 6 days before 9am, and all I could be offered was after. IMO have to review this, as they want people to have one hour slots, but the gym is so small, logically everyone wants 7-8 or 8-9am - also the 1st slot is from 7am, so only 2 slots can booked 7-9am - this isn’t ideal. It would be fair better if the slots were 30 mins and booked 3 days in advance, this makes it fairer - ideally, just get rid of the slots altogether! Right, now the good stuff - staff! Check is was easy as per and we went straight to breakfast. Stephanie, John, Maria and several others were excellent and polite. Lots of new staff we didn’t know this year - the Cleaners worked hard and every day the room was spotless, all bathrooms around are clean. Rooms - we really like the rooms, and part of reason we come back - nice welcome bottle, daily water added to fridge (that’s new) and TV hooks up to prime etc if you fancy a night in - room service is also very good - robe, slippers and bath included - room WiFi is private and that’s excellent touch, and it’s very fast - you stream fine. Beds are so comfy, and no much noise from other rooms, aircon great. The pool - lovely a clean, nice decking and table service - they work so hard and always smile. Library - we used 2 books and left 7 this time, so take them and enjoy! We walked to Costa Costa every other day, 10 mins - well worth it. Concierge & Porters - very helpful and nothing is too much. We went bed and breakfast this time, as doing half board doesn’t work for us as we go beach during the day - we also found half broad only contributes towards your lunch/dinner, it doesn’t cover it. The hotel is very kind towards cats, they have several, although maybe some water bowls near the pool as cat was constantly drinking out the pool so we made sure we gave it bottled water. Thanks again, WR, we’ll be back - let’s just hope the beer isn’t flat ;-)
We had an excellent stay at this hotel—everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in an amazing location, this is definitely the hotel for you. Reception The staff were extremely friendly and check-in was very easy. A porter took our suitcases to the room, and reception also booked taxis for us, which arrived very quickly. Rooms The rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the air conditioning worked well with easy temperature control. There is also a fridge in the room. The bathroom was lovely, featuring a bath and two types of shower. Food Breakfast was lovely, with very good food quality and a wide selection. Like everything else in the hotel, breakfast was a relaxed and peaceful experience, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, so we didn’t try the evening buffet. However, we ate at Lungomare several times and it is a fantastic restaurant with excellent food and the most amazing view. The staff there were incredibly helpful, and I would highly recommend eating there—you won’t be disappointed. Pool and Beach The pool area is beautiful and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable sunbeds. The private beach is peaceful and relaxing, although I would recommend sea shoes if you plan to go into the water. There is also access via a private gate to the public beach, which is also very nice and only about a five-minute walk away. Steps and Walking Uphill As the hotel is located on top of a cliff, there are steps and some uphill walking to reach the beach. This could be an issue for guests with mobility problems, but it was no trouble for us. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful.
Excellent modern hotel. Clean, staff very friendly, lovely pool area

This hotel is in a beautiful location with the most amazing views! Make sure you book a sea view, we didn’t and regretted it straight away! The hotel itself it’s gorgeous and spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room was very modern and well appointed but we regretted not getting a seat view as we had a view of trees and the road. The food is very fresh and good quality with lots of choice. It is buffet style with lots of staff continuously clearing plates and cleaning, so there was always a table available when we arrived and nearly all tables have a sea view. There is an à la carte restaurant that you can pay extra for. We did this once and the food was very good, although quite expensive. It has a lovely outside seating area looking over the sea so we went back a few times just for drinks. We did eat in Lassi a few times for a change, it’s a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and there’s a lot of choice. The swimming pool was lovely and the sun loungers are the most comfortable ones we’ve ever had with very thick mattresses. The staff serving the pool area were brilliant, always very quick and friendly service and the food and drinks were great. Again the pool area and toilets were kept very clean. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly, happy and gave great service. We did not encounter anyone who didn’t which is quite unusual and something to celebrate! We would definitely come back but would make sure we booked a sea view and would probably go bed and breakfast as we liked walking up to Lassi for a bit of variety . Thanks again for a fantastic holiday!
The hotel was amazing, from the facilities - restaurant, beach, bar, room to the staff who were amazing. Super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left
I thought the price was maybe a little high but having stayed, I guess it is justified. Perhaps maybe some more fruit options at breakfast & an actual barista would elevate this hotel even more.
Stunning Views! Stunning Hotel!
Our second successive year at this hotel and we will soon be booking our third. Ideal location for us although those with mobility issues might struggle. Quiet even though close to the airport with stunning sea views. Grounds are immaculately maintained as was our bungalow by the ever helpful Ireni. In fact, all the staff have a pleasing ''can do'' attitude. Reflected upon arrival by Nikolas at reception - not only did he tell us the best way to our room but where it was in relation to our room the previous stay. Food was varied and of good quality. The main restaurant was very well managed by the excellent Dominiki. Nice to always be greeted there with a smile from the delightful Maria P whilst service was first rate from all, especially her near namesake Maria K. The Lungomare a la carte restaurant (small discount for those on half board, would like it to be a bit more) provides a super alternative with even more stunning views from the outside terrace. Great guidance and service there from Anastasia. Always good to have a drink in the lobby bar beforehand, thanks to Tasos for its smooth running. The one swimming pool is of a suitable size with drinks quickly brought to your adjoining sun lounger upon buzzer request. Great credit to Nikolia and her hardworking poolside team including Aristo, Daniella, Louisa and every guest's absolute favourite Big John. Just one main issue from the end of the holiday. An appalling group of about fifteen from England (sounded Essex) arrived about two days before we left. All were extremely loud and two stood in the pool swearing repeatedly. The next morning they tried to reserve a lot of sun loungers even though none of their group was around. This all prompted several deserved complaints and, to be fair to the hotel, the General Manager Vangellis was concerned by their total lack of consideration for others and was addressing it with them when we left. It is important the hotel remains proactive to ensure the selfish behaviour of a largish group does not spoil in any way an otherwise perfect holiday for others.
This is our fourth trip to the White Rocks and it did not disappoint. We stayed in a room with its own pool and this was just lovely. The rooms are really well appointed and kept in pristine condition by our lovely cleaning lady (I can never catch her name but she has been there during our past 3 stays in these rooms and is as diligent and pleasant as ever); she always seems to know when we are out at breakfast and was in and out like a ninja ! Throughout our stays we have always commented that the staff are just so friendly and helpful here ; this did not change this time. There were a mix of staff we have seen over several years, with also a new group this year. Without exception everyone we dealt with, or spoke to, was just so delightful, wanting to help and assist in any way they could. This is a real credit to the staff, the hotel management and its culture. The food and beverage offering is always good and it's great to see the menus changing every night with different selections on offer. I would mention that there are lots of steps and up and down at this hotel so if you are mobility impaired it might be more challenging for you, but if you are fortunate and not hampered by mobility issues and you are looking for a friendly and welcoming hotel where you can relax and chill out, then look no further.
Where do I begin! This is our 10th visit to White Rocks and that in itself should say something. The staff are fantastic….friendly, attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding cleanlines in the rooms and all areas of the hotel. The ambience of the whole place is chilled, relaxed but very efficient and welcoming. The food is varied and of a great standard…..especially love the desserts! The location is ideal for exploring the island and after a day exploring we come back to a sea view room with balcony overlooking the sea….what’s not to like! See you again next year!
We have just got back from a 10 day stay at white rocks hotel. Pro’s Hotel is gorgeous, super clean and all the staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had upgraded to a sea view room where the view was beautiful although very hot as the sun was on it all day lol. Cons We found the food ok, but not great. Everyone has different tastes and we just found it quite limited selection and we eat anything! Top tip though the Greek yoghurt at breakfast is gorgeous with a selection of nuts and a spoon of honey👍 Yes the walk into lassi can be a bit dicey on the road but as it was the flattest option ( dodgy knee!) we managed ok and the cars always give you plenty of room. The only slightly negative thing is the price of the drinks which we found a little expensive, we felt taken advantage of due to being away from the lassi strip I think they could be more competitive, which we fed back to the hotel. An example was the pool bar, 2 beers and 2 Greek salads was 46 euro which is pretty steep. Would we go back? Definitely if we could choose B&B, it is in a beautiful setting
Het ligt in een prachtige baai.
Veel te duur. Kleine kamers, kleine badkamer.
There is never the perfect hotel for everyone but this place comes very very close. Beautiful setting, extremely friendly and helpful staff, access to private or public beach and nice pool area. Rooms are modern and very clean with an excellent maid service. Good food in hotel and an la carte restaurant as good as you will get on island but with a stunning setting. Easy access by to local and main town by foot or cheap taxi. Came here with my grown up children and partners for last official family holiday before youngest goes off to University. Family all enjoyed it immensely and will be sad to leave. Definitely a venue we will return to. Good value for money and can mix up eating in and dining out without feeling that you’re spending too much.
This is our third visit, and we get the same feeling as when we came the first time. WOW ! Very friendly staff, extremely comfortable rooms with stunning views over the sea, fantastic variety of food. And always a welcoming smile from staff.
5 stars this is a must visit hotel gorgeous location with private beach and access to public beach this hotel makes you feel special with wonderful staff
Second time at the White Rocks. Superb location, fantastic bungalow room. Staff are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend
The property is modern, clean and luxurious. Situated on a cliff so some steep paths but this was not a problem for us, great out look, stayed in a sea view bungalow and the views were amazing. The rooms are spotless and the entire grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
Nothing
Wow what a lovely hotel. From the friendly and helpful staff to stunning views and the attention to detail. Our room with the lovely infinity pool was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and had a lovely Nespresso machine and fridge. We enjoyed the beach in particular- yes it is stony but it is very beautiful and very relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we intend to visit again.
Helpful staff, cleaners amazing
Alot of steps in and out the hotel not great with the kids but as we attended a wedding its where we stayed
Breakfast was decent (though wouldn't say 'exceptional', as claimed by the hotel). Hotel didn't feel overcrowded, and sunloungers were comfortable. Staff were super-friendly.
3 recommendations, i) serve omelettes at breakfast, ii) make the pool bar menu a bit better, and iii) sell ice lollies/ice-creams from the pool bar.
Location
Cost
Great location, friendly staff, beautiful view from the terrace, and a rich, delicious breakfast
The only downside was that on some evenings the music was quite loud and lasted until late at night. In addition, housekeeping activities started quite early in the morning
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. All staff friendly and helpful Sea view room perfect Would recommend hotel
