We stayed here for my father’s 80th and it was just perfect. The staff were amazing as was the breakfast, restaurant and rooms. My mother has asked if we could go back for her 80th!!

We were fully aware of the location, but need to consider taxi’s prices. There were 7 of us staying and a taxi to Verona was €80 one way and you need a taxi to the lake too which was about €25 - €35. The taxis were very reliable though! It’s just something to consider!

מקום מקסים באמצע הטבע. האיזור הטבעי שמור היטב. יש שביל הליכה לאורך האגם, יש קבוצת אווזים, ברווזים וברבורים בכל בוקר מול החדרים. בריכה נהדרת, חדרים נקיים, שירות אדיב. מיקום מושלם לנופש באיזור הדרומי. אחד המלונות היפים והנעימים שהיינו. מחיר סביר ביותר לתמורה שמקבלים. מומלץ. רק לדעת לכבד את הטבע והמקום!

Sehr schönes Design, sehr sauber und freundlich. Leckeres Frühstück. Einfach eine tolle und einladend Atmosphäre zum abschalten.

Es wäre toll, wenn der Kaffee beim Frühstück nicht bei der Maschine selbst herausgelassen werden muss. Die Qualität des Kaffees passt nicht zum Rest des Frühstücks und des Hotels. Ich würde mir einen Kaffeeservice wünschen mit höherer Qualität Kaffee.

A charming hotel and an excellent choice for our trip to Lake Garda. The location is very convenient — just a 15–25 minute drive from beautiful towns around the lake and from Gardaland. We especially loved the pool, which was perfect for the whole family and became our favorite place to relax after a full day of activities. The sun loungers overlooking the peaceful and beautiful Frassino Lake made it even more special. Breakfast was varied and excellent, with plenty of options. We also had dinner at the hotel several times, and everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and served with great attention to detail. During the weekend there was lovely live music at dinner, and sitting outside with a saxophone player in the background created a truly magical atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, with excellent daily housekeeping. When we asked to have the shower head replaced, it was taken care of immediately. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and attentive, and every member of the staff made us feel very welcome. Without a doubt, Le Ali del Frassino was an excellent choice and a meaningful part of our wonderful experience at Lake Garda. It is absolutely worth the price, and we would happily stay here again.

A beautiful setting with lovely rooms and excellent facilities. The grounds are peaceful and green — relaxation is guaranteed. The pool is lovely, and the pool bar in particular stood out, with a good choice of snacks and drinks.

A few things fell short always relative to the price. We asked for a second key card and were initially refused because they had reportedly run out — after I complained I was "lucky" because they found one! We had also requested rooms close together a long time before, but ended up at opposite edges of the resort, even though rooms of the same type were available nearer to each other, not a big one but still inconvenient. Breakfast was fairly basic unless you paid extra for the cooked options (french toast, crêpes) — the buffet on its own was underwhelming. The restaurant didn't meet expectations either, and there seemed to be a shortage of salt and pepper: waiters would take the cruet from our table mid-meal to pass to another one.

Struttura favolosa. Ampi spazi, anche esterni. Doppia piscina: una per le famiglie ed una per gli adulti. La tranquillità regna sovrana e il cibo è davvero ottimo.

L’unica cosa che cercherei di migliorare un po’ è la sorveglianza della piscina per famiglie; c’erano bambini davvero troppo chiassosi e al limite della maleducazione.

Productos desayuno poco variado y de poca calidad, además cobran aparte y a precios elevados cualquier producto que no esté en el bufé.

Parken direkt am Haus inklusive. A la Carte Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstück Top. Rezeption sehr kompetent und freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Liegt super gelegen direkt im Naurschutzgebiet. Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub oder für die Durchreise in den Süden.

Ein bisschen zu viele Kinder, darunter leidet etwas die Entspannung. Aber ansonsten Alles Tip Top.

Der var rent og pænt, smukt at kigge på.

En del af personalet var arrogante, var alt for dyrt til prisen. Pool vandet var meget koldt og udendørsmøblerne var af jern, så det hårdt at sidde på og fik et værelse hvor vi ikke kunne sætte os ud, inden altan eller terrasse, hvilke gjorde at man ikke havde nogle steder at trække sig tilbage og måtte sidde i sit værelse i 30 graders varme. Fik første dag et forkert værelse oppe på kvisten og måtte ringe og klage, men har ingen kompensation fået, selv om jeg har klaget.

Die Lage am See ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück hat viele Speisen und für jeden Gast etwas passendes. Das Restaurant hat ist an einer traumhaften Lage.

Staff were very poor, didn’t want to serve or help. Took 30 minutes to get the bill. Food very average. Only good staff were at the pool bar who were very attentive. Paid surcharge for dog but got no dog bowl etc.

Le site est magnifique avec une ambiance apaisante. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue reposante sur le lac. Le restaurant offrait de belles prestations avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons !

The onsite restaurant was very good and ate there multiple times. The attitude of the staff there was mixed, some was pleasant and attentive , but some were not.

It was beutiful, very charming. It was clean, the pool areas both are really well kept and clean. Nice athmosphere.

Our room was a little dark and a more light would have been nice.

Supervriendelijk personeel, je voelt je zeer welkom, ook met kleine kinderen. Heerlijk diner in het restaurant. Erg groot terras met mooi uitzicht over het meer. Leuk zwembad. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Airco op de kamer. De locatie is top: op 10 minuutjes met de wagen van het centrum, en in een prachtige natuuromgeving. Een aanrader voor wie van luxe, rust, en lekker eten houdt, en tegelijk ook op zoek is naar een kindvriendelijke ontvangst.

Twee kleine minpuntjes: - De familiekamer is wat krap voor een lang verblijf. De slaapbank neemt erg veel ruimte in. - De gratis shuttle service van en naar het centrum van Pesciera is een leuke troef, al zou het fijn zijn mocht er in de latere avond ook een shuttle service zijn terug naar het hotel. Een beschikbare taxi vinden was niet eenvoudig (lange wachttijd).

The adult only infinity pool is the best pool I have ever enjoyed. Quiet with a great view over the reservoir.

Although our room was massive over 2 floors the design was not fantastic. Going down the stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom in the middle of the night felt dangerous at times due to the metal staircase.

We have just returned from Le Ali del Frassino & would recommend it 100%. Everything was perfect & I felt like I was in paradise! The location is STUNNING! Our room for 3 was big & the beds were very comfortable. We spent our time at the adult pool & it was immaculate. We ate lunch in the bar near the childrens pool & dinner in the lakeside restaurant. These meals were fine but breakfast was our favourite. It was delicious & had lots of fresh & delicious options. Reception staff were so helpful & friendly. We had a truly wonderful experience at Le Ali del Frassino & will be highly recommending it to family & friends. Keep up the amazing work 👏

Our meal at the Lakeside restaurant was nice but small portion for the price. I had duck breast, my husband had steak & my son a pizza. The duck was served with very little sides just grated courgette & carrot. Some potato I felt should have been included in the price not additional pricing.

Great quiet place, 2 pools, very good restaurant. Everything on point. We enjoyed.

Anche volendo non sono riuscita a trovare qualcosa di negativo... struttura meravigliosa in un contesto paesaggistico stupendo. Colazione eccellente sia dolce che salato. Una menzione particolare per la piscina riservata solamente agli adulti. La mia stanza una infinity suite con vista lago e piscina...stupenda. Che dire ci ritornerò sicuramente

Heel verzorgd, super vriendelijk personeel, alles proper, lekker ontbijt, mooie grote kamers

Het ligt op 3 km te voet van het stadje dus te voet is het vrij ver, gezien de warmte. Een fiets huren is vrij duur en de shuttlebus van het hotel rijdt maar 3x per dag nl om 9u, om 13u en om 18u dus ‘s avonds geraak je naar het stadje maar niet terug. Taxi’s zijn er gewoonweg niet.

Everything, we had the most brilliant time…the hotel was so much more than we expected and we cannot wait to go back. Restaurant overlooking the lake, incredible staff who could not be more accommodating…fantastic location with shuttles into town, beautiful pools, beautiful decor, lovely bar…what more can I say, just the most amazing place.

La struttura è perfetta. Il ristorante ha un rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ sproporzionato. Mi aspettavo una migliore qualità, in linea con la struttura.

Wir haben den Außenpool genutzt, der zusätzlich mit einer Folie ausgelegt ist, um Berührungen mit ggf. spitzen Kanten vorzubeugen, toll. Die Pool Landschaft hat für jedes Alter die richtige unterschiedliche Wassertiefe, alles sehr sauber. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, den Wellnessbereich haben wir leider mangels Zeit nicht genutzt.

Müsste lange überlegen, spontan fällt mir nichts ein. Die Pool Landschaft ist bei heißen Sommertagen insb. mit Kindern ein Game-Changer, der den Tag rettet.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Restaurant kann ohne Einschränkungen empfohlen werden. Zimmer war ausreichend groß und super klimatisiert; der Kleiderschrank hätte gerne etwas größer sein können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Infinitypool (Adults Only) ist superschön.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 314. Dieses Zimmer würden wir nicht mehr haben wollen, da uns dieses Zimmer zu laut war. Generell hätten wir uns auch im Barbereich (also außen) etwas mehr Ruhe gewünscht. Aufgrund der doch sehr häufigen Events (Hochzeiten, Geburtstage) ist dies nicht immer gegeben.

One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and we had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby towns, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

De locatie met het zwembad in 3 niveau's was super.

Een grote ruime kamer voor 3 personen maar nergens iets om kleding op te hangen, slechts 1 wastafel en ook hier geen enkele legger om iets op te leggen. In de poolbar en tijdens het ontbijt was er op één uitzondering na precies niemand die kon lachen. Ook in de bar aan het onthaal was het dikwijls wachten tot er iemand verscheen om te bedienen.

The place are beautiful and the design of the building is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean with a lovely fresh smell.

We stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioning did not work properly in the evenings. Every night around midnight it switched off automatically, and it could not be turned back on from the room. Each morning the reception had to reactivate it manually.

La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti moltissimi servizi. Molto belle le piscine, bellissimo il parco con il laghetto e ottima colazione.

Veldig fint uteområde, både basseng og den fine sjøen. Likte restauranten også godt.

Rommene hadde trengt en oppgradering, lite lys på rommet, mye firfirsler på terassen, dyrt for leie av sykler og klesvask.

Geweldige locatie. Een prachtige tuin met op allerlei plaatsen sfeervolle zitjes. Het zwembad is geweldig. Het complex en zijn omgeving stralen klasse en rust uit. Ontbijt erg goed.

Prachtig! Je kijkt over het meer uit op de bergen, alles is mooi groen en ontzettend schoon. Verder ziet alles er zeer netjes uit! Het ontbijt is heeerlijk! Ontzettend veel keuze!

Beautiful hotel, lovely pool areas. Bar and food area beside the pool have incredible food. The best club sandwich I have ever had in my life. Rooms were exceptionally clean also. I would recommend having a car on your visit to give yourself more flexibility to explore the lake fully on your stay

Das Hotel liegt am Frassino-See in einem Naturschutzgebiet mit großartigem Ausblick sowohl vom Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, als auch von unserem Zimmer und unserer Terrasse. Der Hotelkomplex erstreckt sich am See entlang über unterschiedliche Gebäude, so dass trotz der relativen Größe die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug besteht. Es gibt überall lauschige Plätze auf dem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück zum Verweilen. Der Infinitypool nur für Erwachsene lädt zum Schwimmen und Sonnen ein. Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig mit Produkten aus der Region. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Etwas weniger "Dolci" beim Frühstück (ein riesiger Tisch in der Mitte des Buffets) und dafür etwas mehr Auswahl bei Müsli u.ä. wäre wünschenswert, ist natürlich Geschmackssache. In unserem Badezimmer gab es keinerlei Abstellfläche mit Ausnahme eines kleinen Tischchens, das in der separaten Toilette stand, was sehr unpraktisch war.

Alles Top wie immer, sehr empfehlenswert! Top Restaurant mit tollen Weinen! Sehr Hundefreundlich!

Splendida struttura con un affascinante affaccio sul laghetto..bellissima la vista nella zona ristorante in cui viene servita anche un’ottima colazione; presenza di due piscine di cui una a sfioro molto suggestiva.

La stanza che avevamo prenotato vista lago era estremamente bella e grande ma con un particolare che ci ha lasciato un po’ interdetti, la vista ovunque era ostacolata da un particolare tipico della struttura che ci ha dato la sensazione di essere in gabbia..per il resto tutto favoloso.
