Rooms were good in space, furniture was alright, view and location were perfect

Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam! However I would suggest if they can improve their television and the telephone. Its is really old and difficult to use.

Iqbal the reception helped us alot and really was welcoming and hope everyone learns from him and how he treats his guests

욕조가 있다고 했는데 실제는 없어요. 정확한 사진제공 부탁드려요. 실제는 샤워시설만 있고, 어덥터도 미 조치.

Loved the breakfast buffet for its variety. Clealiness and attention from staff was exceptional. Im noy sure why there are two or three different prices for breakfast w room. I picked the cheaper optiom and still got full breakfast buffe my for two.

The stuff were very friendly and responsive to my demands specially the electrical conversion from US plug to their plugs

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff were amazing.

وصلت الساعة ١١ الظهر ولم توجد غرفة فارغة وانتظرت لمدة ساعة ونصف للحصول على غرفة فارغة بعد تنظيفها ، و هذا لا يليق بمستوى الفندق ، حيث يوجد غرف فارغة و لكنهم لم يدخلوني بها لأنها سعرها أغلى ، مع وجود عدة عوائل تنتظر بنفس المشكلة ، و المفترض عمل ترقية للشخص بدلاً من طول الانتظار و الحفاظ على سمعة الفندق حتى لو كان الدخول الفعلي الساعة الثانية ظهراً ، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود مواقف مضللة للسيارات عن أشعة الشمس تليق بمستوى الفندق .

Aussicht aufs Meer war sehr schön, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, nach Kuwait City ca. 1h Fahrt mit dem Linienbus, Taxen unproblematisch sofort da; leider ist der Strand durch eine Schnellstraße vom Hotel getrennt und leider war auch das Gym gerade im Umbau, also nicht benutzbar, aber das personal war sehr nett, auch im Restaurant, Frühstück war sehr gut

All Staff where lovely and very helpful. Breakfast buffet and their staff were really nice. But the hotel is soo old. Our toilet had a strong sewage smell. The bed and blankets were not comfortable. Toilet is old as well. We asked for extra bed for 1 night and it wasn’t comfortable at all. For the price we paid we unfortunately won’t come back again.

This hotel is right on the beach & ideal for a break from the city life. The rooms are really clean & the staff are exemplary & personified with their warm smile & their impeccable behaviour to one & all. The breakfast style is very comprehensive & they offer hot food & festooned with a variety of pasties, breads to suit anyone’s taste buds. My only issue, is the hotel is not anywhere near some some of the tourist attractions but that said they are only a bus or taxi ride away. By & large the Grand Hotel is quiet & the staff are the very reason why I would visit again!

The hotel is ok. Only enjoyed the food but the room is average. Gym and all other facility are still not opened. I think there is loads room to improve.

Enjoyable stay, clean comfortable room, great guest service including free upgrade, perfect breakfast. Great value for the money.

اولا فرش الغرف متسخ حنفيه الدش خربانه ولم استطع فتح الحنفيه للاستحمام الفطور عادي جدا الاغطيه للسرير غير نظيفه اعجبني لبي الفندق تعطل الاسنسير اللفت الشبابيك الغرف متسخه جدا حتى اني لاارى اللي برا اعجبنى انه مطل على البحر

Hotel is unfinished. The gym was just a empty space waiting for equipment. There are several areas which are waiting for equipment. The hotel did not have my booking when I arrived. The pool area is dirty.

The hotel photos wasn't reflect the realty. When I compare between the photos on the Expedia website and what I saw, there is a big different. The room furniture was old, the carpet wasn't clean. The toilet accessories are not fixed, the flush was leaking until you hit it several times. The staff are not professional as well as I expected. I've complained about the room and asked them to change the room, but they said if I want I have to pay. It was a bad experiment for me with this hotel, and it make me start to loss trust in Expedia website.

The hotel do not worth the 5 stars, the house keeping need to be called to clean the room There are no car parking suitable for us. The internet is very slow. The receptionists attitude was very bad. TV channels are very few, they do not have the main channels that most of the people watch such as "AlArabya"

The stay was ok but the problem that i booked online for three persons and when i arrived i had to pay for the third person extra fees

الغرفة صغيرة نوعا ما ، الحمام صغير ، بعض مستلزمات الحمام مش موجودة مثل باقي الفنادق ، المكيف صوته عالي ، الهواء مباشر بشكل مزعج ويسبب الصداع ، بوفيه الفطور سيء ، زحمة والطاولات قليلة اختيارات الاكل قليلة وغير متنوعة ، مواقف السيارات سيئة ، موقع الفندق في شارع البلاجات ويعتبر بعيد نسبيا عن قلب العاصمة ، موظفي الفندق غير ودودين

Excellent service. Awesome indoor heated pool.

The hotel had not given me the right room i reserved which was so posed to be sea side view, yet they gave parking lot view and simply told me we are over booked. Manger and staff were both not helpful. I was very disopponted that i had paid for a sea side premim double room and was given a double room with parking lot view instead. Moreover, they had no workout facility while they mention in the reservation and website they do.

Nice hotel and nice stay. The only downsides were the pillows (hard and uncomfortable) and a weak wifi at times preventing me from connecting my work laptop.

No parking .. Extra bed price is too high.. Breakfast below expectations.

Finishing is bad. Window do not close, I changed 2 rooms to get closed window. Very noisy street sounds prevent you from sleeping. Price compare to what you get is not acceptable. Baby bassinet was broken and not usable. extra bed for 9 years old were folded, after 3 calls and 30 min waiting someone came to unfolded it and to put the sheet.

Hotel is on the Seafront in Salmiya and close to a wide range of shops and cafes

good clean well appointed rooms with Good buffet breakfast. WiFi is good and a stones through from the beach - only downside was no restaurant although reception will order any take away you wish

Bad: Water in shower didn't drain (was later fixed). Air conditioning didn't work properly despite 3 attempts by maintenance to repair and adjust. No extractors in breakfast dining area - very smelly. No cappuccino. Very limited parking area. Mainly street parking. Good: gave us free upgrade to king size bed and 2 connecting rooms. Friendly service.

Brand new hotel on corniche and good restaurents around Breakfast was as per expectations if you exclude Bathroom requirig soap tray, it was good experience.
