Der tolle Schwimmteich, der nette kleine Saunabereich, die Sauberkeit und die Liebe zum Detail mit der alles eingerichtet ist

Wat een fijn en mooi verblijf. Goede kamer, heerlijk ontbijt, plekjes om te zitten, zwembad zowel buiten als binnen met een welness! Ontzettende lieve en gastvrije hosts. Heerlijk eten. Prachtige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden. Veel op loopafstand of je pakt de gratis bus om de hoek, kaart is ook geldig in de liften. Kortom een fantastische accommodatie! Wordt met zichtbaar plezier en liefde gerund.

De prachtige ligging: Het meertje, het uitzicht over riezlern.. Alles tot in de top verzorgd. Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Heerlijk rustig. Kleinschaligheid was voor ons een pluspunt. Er is een kleine welness aanwezig. Ook prachtig en tot in puntjes verzorgd. Nu met warme weer geen gebruik van gemaakt, wel genoten van het koude water en het uitzicht vanuit het meertje. Geen eetgelegenheden in directe omgeving. In centrum zelf (20min lopen) wel voldoende aanbod. Leuke route over hangbrug naar centrum, maar houdt rekening met een behoorlijke stijle klim. Voor nu geen probleem, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat met slecht weer (na 18:00 rijden er geen bussen meer van/naar dorpskern vanuit het hotel), dat het minder fijn is dut stuk te moeten lopen.

Als we dan toch n minpuntje moeten geven: we hadden meer verwacht van het slaapcomfort/bedden. Hier alleen maar positieve reacties over gelezen. Wij hebben echter op andere plekken fijnere bedden gehad (maar dit is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk)

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel, gut an ÖPNV angebunden. Wunderschöner Naturteich. Vielfältiges Frühstück, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen.

Alles. De locatie is zeer mooi, de kamer ruim, zeer luxe ingericht en dagelijks schoongemaakt. Er is een “woonkamer” met bank en grote TV, waar wij de WK-wedstrijden hebben bekeken en spelletjes gedaan. De zwemvijver was na een warme wandeling een grote uitkomst om lekker af te koelen. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker. Naast de heerlijke koffie uit de koffiemachine serveerde men ook cappuccino en latte macchiato.

Ist ist ein kleines aber feines familienhotel ansprechendes sauberes familienhotel. Alle wünsche werden erfüllt.frühstück und die kleine Abendkarte waren super.werden auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Gibt es nichts

La piscine et le spa dont on peut souvent profiter tout seul ou presque. Un havre de paix.. un pur bonheur!

Dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert en soirée.

Busanbindung: top, 1 Minute Fußweg Loipeneinstieg: genial, 250 m Fußweg Das Wirtsehepaar war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Geheimtip, da es wenig Zimmer hat aber mit allem ausgestattet ist um bestens zu entschleunigen.

Ideal wäre zum Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer auch Kaffee dazu.

Great hotel, very cozy and super friendly staff. Breakfast and diner were really good and plenty of choices at breakfast. Even though a bit further away from the slopes, if you plan the bus trip you can take the bus nearby. If not by foot is also feasible ;-)

gezellig kleinschalig hotel. persoonlijke service. Ontbijt was ook in orde. Adults only en de welness waren uitstekend!

We werden opgejaagd s avonds bij het eten. Het kon niet snel genoeg gaan omdat ze om 20h sloten. de eigenares zou iets beter engels moeten kunnen... water op de kamer was betalend. Gez

Számunkra az ágy matracai túlságosan puhák voltak. Továbbá, két különálló matrac.volt, így egy "kanyon" keletkezett köztünk a párommal az alvás során.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Ruhige Lage haben wir sehr genossen, und man war in einer Minute am Bus mit dem man das ganze Tal bereisen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und einfach nur herzlich. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück spitze. Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Randlage mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und Riezlern. Gute Anbindung zum kostenlosen Walserbus.

Eten was zeer goed, personeel super vriendelijk, faciliteiten goed, mooie sauna met zwembad, we hadden zelfs een kaart voor gebruikt van de liften en openbaar vervoer

Beautiful and charming hotel with wonderful hosts who have attention to all details. Very cosy rooms, charming garden with a pond to swim (+ indoor pool), great view, very quiet, super location with many walking and bike paths. Great breakfast too! We recommend very warmly!

Garden, Rooms, Spa, Breakfast and Dinner were delicious

Geweldig hotel, persoonlijke benadering, rustig gelegen op prima locatie, zeer gastvrij, met ov goed bereikbaar, goed ontbijt, prima kamer uitstekende bedden en dagelijkse service. Wandelen vanuit hotel of via busverbindingen, driemaal per week uitstekend diner met wijnen. Kortom goede keus voor verblijf in Klein Walsertal.

The property is in a wonderful location. Overlooking a lovely pond and mountains in the background. Located close to town, but on a quiet country road. The welcome was warm, the food delicious, the room clean and comfortable. A beautiful pool, sauna and steam room are perfect for a relaxing stay.

I understand why the saunas were only available for a few hours a day, but it wasn’t ideal. We were in the hotel on a chilly rainy morning. It would have been nice to be able to use those facilities then.

Very comfortable boutique hotel, very nicely decorated rooms, excellent beds, great breakfast, stunning views and lovely and helpful hosts. When the pull-out sofa turned out to be quite uncomfortable, the manager brought out a mattress from her private quarters to ensure our son could have a good sleep, so very kind!! Great wellness facilities too, there is a cold but nice natural pool, or pond, and a sauna, steam bath and indoor pool as well. Wonderful place for relaxing. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Stayed here for 6 days in the Widderstein suite. Very, very comfortable. Great beds. Hotel is a few km's uphill from the town centre. Walking is possible, quite a steep climb, but can be done. Diners were all-inclusive. Most of the time quite nice, sometimes combinations were not to our tasting. Breakfast was nice, a lot of choices in different eggs, which was nice. Maybe some local cakes could be added to breakfast buffet as a treat ;-) The swimming pond is very, very nice. Took a swim everyday. Sunbeds could be arranged a bit more attractively. Staff were very kind and took care of any requests or questions directly. Region of Kleinwalsertal is beautiful. So, big recommendation from us for a lovely stay!

Friendly reception, fantastic rooms. Very nice design - spacious and sheer joy to stay in. Spa is good, restaurant is fantastic; breakfast great but dinner just plain super. All in all - a great place. It’s not în the city - you’ll need to walk or bus. But with these standards - I don’t care. All good.

Herzhof is a very quiet small hotel with lovely views. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the welness (swimming pool, sauna, steambath) amazing. The rooms are comfortable and nice decorated but quite hot in summer (ventilation system doesn't work good). We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Herzhof. Our room was a very nice size and standard for the "comfort double category" with a huge walk-in shower in the bathroom and many places to store clothing and personal items in the room and a small balcony looking out over the valley and mountains. The room was spotlessly clean, the Putzfrau is amazing! She would clean the room in the shortest amount of time when we were at breakfast, I haven't had such great cleaning service at a hotel in a long time! As for communal areas, there is a small lounge hidden on the first floor with sofas, long table, books, board games and a large screen tv. It's kind of like a big family room rather than a lounge. A little effort could make it a bit more romantic in the evenings for more of an apero/lounge atmosphere as there is really no bar at the hotel, just a small counter in the restaurant which isn't really set up to sit at and have drinks. Breakfast was excellent with a creative freshly prepared egg menu and a nice small buffet of everything you could expect at a nice breakfast. Only downside is that it starts a bit late at 8am which is a problem if you want to be on the piste early when it opens. The included dinner in the Halbpension changes everyday, usually consisting of a delicious salad buffet, a soup, choice of fish or meat, dessert and cheeses. If you are vegetarian, probably best to say in advance as there was never any vegetarian main course offered during our stay. The quality of the food was very good and prices of wine fair. The small spa in the basement has a wellness pool with a bit of resistance that you can turn on to swim laps. The beamed image of moving aquarium fish was a nice touch as well as the mood lighting. In addition there is a very nice steambath, sauna and a "himalaya salt room" which I would have preferred more as a salt bio sauna (it was a bit cold for me being only slightly warmer than room temperature). My only real complaint is that, ironically, as it's called Herzhof, the place lacks a bit of heart and Austrian charm. Usually, in most smaller hotels we have visited, the owner/s or GM or chef introduces him or herself at some point every evening to make sure everything is going well, but we had no such introduction during our stay. We weren't really sure if a family owned it or it's part of a bigger company because it lacked a certain homely feeling despite the nice furnishings and friendly staff. The closest staff member to come close to this Austrian schmäh we were looking for was a very chatty and personable young German, Marcel. (As a side note, it was a bit weird to see so many Christmas decorations still up at the hotel at the end of February, and maybe it's a question of taste, but for me it falls a bit in the category of neglected details, although I know I am being really picky. It could definitely be worse...!). However, because The Herzhof lacked a certain personal touch and charm we were looking for during our stay in the Austrian mountains, it wouldn't be first on my list to return, but I would still recommend it as a solid, no-nonsense choice for a very good standard of small hotel with very good service and food.

Der perfekte Ort um wieder Luft zu holen und Energie zu tanken. Wunderbares Essen, top Service - immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wellnessbereich klein - aber fein. Gerne wieder.

Stayed 3 nights this summer in this small but beautiful hotel. Not easy to find - at the end of Eggstrasse, it is located high on a hill with very nice views of the village. Close to many walking trails, it offers also nice amenities and specials for couples. Tasty dishes with original menus, each day something different. Excellent service. Good place to spend with your companion in every season. Warmly recommended.
