La instalaciones estaban casi todo en obras

Een geweldig strand en een zeer mooie nette kamer.

Helaas troffen wij wat anders aan dan we hadden geboekt. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het restaurant verbouwd (een van de redenen waarom wij dit resort hadden uitgezocht) helaas waren wij hier van te voren niet over ingelicht en sliepen wij naast een bouwput. Het resort bood ons een andere kamer aan op het naastgelegen resort wat galant van ze was, maar deze kamer was veel kleiner en minder mooi dan de kamer die we hadden geboekt. Dit konden wij dus niet accepteren, omdat we met een kind reizen was snel iets anders zoeken ook geen optie. De mensen van de receptie waren aardig, maar verder weinig behulpzaam.

Liked everything though be aware that their restaurant and reception area is currently undergoing renovations- though you can use the pool.and restaurant next door which is also nice. The restaurant seems to have the usual nature beach staff working there

Leider wird gerade das Restaurant neu gebaut, verbunden mit viel Lärm tagsüber.Man kann aber in die Nachbaranlage an den (viel größeren)Pool gehen und auch dort das Restaurant Mitbenutzung.

The staff in the reception have a very bad attitude very unprofessional

All they wanted is more money i find out that the room we order was the worst room so we ask to upgrade The way they calculate the upgrade was very bad Fist they deduct 15% of the room we actually received as they say this is booking charging us so we need to charge you and then they calculate the extra for the upgrade and add the 15% of the original price and then add another 3% for credit card payment which I never heard of in hotels in Thailand In any case the all service was bad the breakfast was very bad as well very limited celebration basically you go out hungry

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van, ha a Lonely Beach-en keresel szállást. Helyben a masszázs nagyon jó.

I loved the location and the property (lots of beautiful plants and flowers). The big, beautiful pools next to the beach were also an absolute treat at times when the sea was a little rough during the monsoon. But, my absolute highlight was the incredible restaurant and the friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond with their impeccable service :) I really loved the energy of all of the people at this resort and will definitely be back!

It would have been nice to have been warned about the construction before arriving. It wasn't a problem, as all of the listed amenities (pool, restaurant, etc.) were still available across the two resorts, but it was just a bit of a shock when we first arrived.

Lovely property clearly well looked after with great facilities.

There were ants everywhere in the room including in and in the bed. We were not advised when booking that there was building works going on, so despite paying extra for a sea view, there wasn’t much of one as there was netting along the front.

Честно говоря, все было вполне хорошо до предпоследнего дня нашего отдыха, пока мы не сдали арендованный у отеля мопед. До этого момента было ощущение высокого уровня клиентоориентированности и что персоналу можно доверять, но тут нас начали разводить на предмет того, что на скутере появились повреждения, которых якобы не было до нас. Фото до аренды сотрудники не делали и мое замечание о том, что фотоосмотр до аренды - это обязанность отеля, было проигнорировано. Более того - даже после того, как мы показали НАШИ фото, сделанные сразу после начала пользования скутером, на которых все эти повреждения уже присутствовали, с нами спорили и не хотели возвращать оставленный в залог паспорт. Сказали ждать какого-то техника, который якобы проведет свою оценку (основанную, видимо, на его фотографической памяти и безупречной честности). Вся эта ситуация выглядела откровенно мелочно и испортила нам впечатления, поэтому поставить высокие оценки персоналу я не могу. Сюда же можно добавить девушку официанта с вечно недовольным лицом и путающую заказы, но это уже не критично. Хочу еще отметить, что отдых в номере эконом, который мы изначально взяли по незнанию, и отдых в номере более высокого уровня просто несопоставимы, это как сравнивать ночевку в сарае и в более-менее приличном отеле.

Brilliant location and beautiful beach staff was amazing. Only thing is i wish id of booked the bigger huts. My mistake.

Ein Resort mit gutem Standard und kleinen Schwächen. Die vorderen Bungalows stehen genug weit auseinander. Die günstigen kleineren Bungalows sind enger aneinander. Die thailändischen Gerichte im Restaurant waren hervorragend. Das Personal zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistung war sehr gut. Schöner Pool am Strand. Gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Obwohl das Resort eigentlich gut ist, gibt es einige Punkte die man wissen sollte. Frühstück einfach und wenig Auswahl. Die Holzstühle auf der Terrasse unbequem und ohne Sitzkissen. Das Licht im Zimmer viel zu dunkel. Wasserdruck zu niedrig und nur kaltes Wasser Das Resort ist sehr abgelegen. Wenn man die Gegend anschauen möchte muss man motorisiert sein.

Die Ruhe und der Strand

Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war schlecht

Great location by the best beach around. Lively and fun. Quick service. Atmospheric.

Die Lage ist wunderschön an einem großen Strand. Die Preise im Resort sind leicht erhöht aber noch vollkommen in Ordnung. In der Woche konnte man vollkommen entspannt die Ruhe genießen. Am wochende kamen in meinem Fall Thailänder vorbei welche dort einen Familienurlaub verbracht hatten. Es waren 10 Familien mit Kindern und sie haben Musikboxen laufen lassen. Dadurch war es nicht mehr so entspannend dort. Dies soll keine Kritik sein sie sollen dort ruhig ihren Urlaub genießen und Spaß haben aber in der Zeit ist für uns Urlauber es ggf nicht mehr so ruhig. Das solle man nur wissen:) Sonst war alles super in dem Hotel

Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man nur Strand und Pool möchte.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich.

Beautiful gardens/restaurant. The photos don't do the place credit. Location wise, it's an excellent place to base yourself and only a few minutes walk from the 'village'.

​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unser Happy Place auf Koh Chang! ​Wir lieben diesen Ort einfach! Wir waren jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es war wieder absolut perfekt. Wer Ruhe sucht und die entspannte Atmosphäre am Lonely Beach schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. 🌴 ​Die Unterkunft & Lage: Wir hatten die Bungalow-Doppelzimmer an der Vorderseite. Diese sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Strand nur paar Schritte entfernt ist herrlich – zwar gibt es beim Reinlaufen ein paar Steine, aber dafür ist es hier bei Weitem nicht so voll wie am White Sand Beach. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. ​Service & Ausstattung: Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Man kann alles direkt an der Rezeption organisieren, egal ob Ausflüge oder das Mieten eines Rollers, um die Insel zu erkunden. 🛵 ​Kulinarik: Das zugehörige Nature Rocks Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und die Stimmung dort direkt am Wasser ist einmalig. 🍽️ ​Fazit: Wenn es uns wieder nach Koh Chang zieht, dann definitiv wieder ins Nature Beach Resort.

L'emplacement et le paysage

La chambre avec un canal eau qui passe à côté infesté de moustiques et les coupures d'électricité constant dans la chambre j'avais même un lézard vivant dans la chambre 🤦

Ich hatte zu Beginn ein Budget Bungalow gebucht, habe aber relativ schnell ein Zimmerupgrade gemacht. Danach war das Zimmer hell und freundlich, wurde täglich (oberflächlich) gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Der Pool war sehr schön und mit vielen Liegen ausgestattet. Leider war es hier auch recht laut. Der Strand vor der Tür war sehr schön und es waren viele Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das Nature Rocks Restaurant war wirklich sehr lecker. Alles was ich hatte hat super geschmeckt. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Our stay at Nature Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. The resort is very clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool is spacious, and the beach right in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves high-quality Thai food. In fact, we ended up having dinner at the resort several times and were very impressed with the quality each time. We will most likely return.

Goede locatie, aan het strand, met zwembad, heel goed restaurant met vriendelijke prijzen.

Sembra di stare in un'altra dimensione . La tranquillità, essere immersi nella natura non ha prezzo. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni. ( Complimenti ) Hai tutto a disposizione , mare , spiaggia , massaggi , piscina e se vuoi non hai bisogno di uscire dal Resort. Il ristorante mi ha particolarmente colpito perchè si mangia benissimo e i camerieri sono gentili e sempre a dispsizione. Ammirare il tramonto dalla spiaggia è stata un'esperienza incredibile.

Le dimensioni della camera e non avere il guardaroba . La valigia aperta poggiata a terra no è troppo comoda.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Strand. Sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei der Buchung einer Bootstour rund um die Insel geholfen. Das Restaurant bietet schmackhaftes Essen zu guten Preisen. Angeboten wird auch Massage zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr gut, die Anlage selbst seeehr seehr schön und der Strand wortwörtlich zum Greifen nah. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen super lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten prima entspannen. Die Stimmung dort war wunderbar relaxed

Im Zimmer (gartenbungalow) wären ein paar mehr kleiderbügel oder ein kleiner Schrank prima - allerdings war es genau so beschrieben deshalb ist das nur ein Luxus Wunsch, beim Frühstück wäre ein echtes müsli prima , aber auch das war nicht wirklich schlimm hihi - für ab-morgens belegte Liegen sind wir Touristen verantwortlich deshalb hier nur die Bitte an andere das sein zu lassen.

This is perhaps the best option for a peaceful stay on Koh Chang. My wife and I spent 10 nights here in February 26’ and it was the highlight of our world travels. Great location on Lonely Beach, with a pool and excellent restaurant. Staff is incredible.

Les 2 chambres que nous avons eu étaient propres et confortables ( chambre en première ligne ( j’ai demandé de changer de chambre pour la seconde nuit car celle qui m’était attribué en arrière plan était catastrophique donc bien selon catégorie de la chambre) - l’emplacement est bien aussi

Le personnel : ne font aucun effort pour comprendre et on a toujours l’impression qu’il se moque des gens

The location neach front. Nice pool area. Lovely food. Breakfast was good and variety, but the female staff need to smile more. 7 minute walk to a lively little bar area. Maid service every day with bedding and towels. 1

Bungalow was like a concrete cell. Sink cracked and leaking. Very dated but was ok for sleeping as we were always out. Poor door lock very flimsy.

Duschen bitte mehr desinfizieren um Schimmel zu vermeiden.

Unterkunft in unterschiedlichen Kategorien vorhanden. Wir hatten für 10 Nächte, die einfachste Ausstattungsvariante gebucht, die als ausreichend für einen Badeurlaub bezeichnet werden kann. Alles vorhanden ohne viel Schnickschnack. Das Personal, vermutlich auch abhängig von den Fremdsprachenkenntnissen, dementsprechend zugänglich aber immer freundlich. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, das eigentlich kaum Wünsche offen lies. Die Lage des Ressorts (direkt am Strand) top! Partygeschehen fand in ausreichender Entfernung statt, sodass über keine Lärmbelästigung geklagt werden kann. Poolanlage (auch wenn durch uns nicht genutzt) immer Sauber. Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche und Bedienung!

De bedden met springveren die je voelde. Bijna geen water in de douche, je kon je haar niet wassen. Losse wc- bril gemeld maar er werd niets aan gedaan. Donkere paden naar de huisjes. Geen fijne stoelen om voor het huisje te zitten.

Låg jätte bra vid stranden

Jag hade bokat ett rum front side. Jag bokade för 1 år sen, men fick rummet som låg vid parkeringensplatsen. Tycker inte att det skulle vara front side.

Gefallen hat uns der Bungalow. Er war sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Liegen und der Pool von Gästen der NachbarResorts genutzt wurde (die haben keine Pools). Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass wenn man hier bucht, der Pool voll mit Kindern ist und man keine liege mehr bekommt. Und wie gesagt, es sind die meisten von den umliegenden Hotels, nicht die eigenen Resort Gäste. Es gibt zwar Schilder, die das untersagen, aber es kontrolliert niemand. Wir würden nicht mehr hier buchen, genau aus diesem Grund

Basically, everything was positive: the staff, location, comfort, pool, beach, etc.

Dim lighting in the room and bathroom, feels a bit like being in a dark cave, but that's just an idea for improvement.

Puitteet mahtavat, ystävällinen henkilökunta, huone tosi siisti ja homeeton. Hyvät ruoat. Aamupala Ok. Toista kertaa jo samassa hotellissa.

Istuinalustat ja "patjat" ravintolassa vanhat, rikkinäiset ja likaiset. Uima-allas vähän pieni kun paljon väkeä. Toiset varaa aurinkotuolit koko päiväksi vaikka ei ole paikalla koko päivänä... pitäisi kieltää.
