Die Lage war gut und das Personal war immer nett und freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind eher abgenutzt und nicht wirklich sauber. Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Fotos auf Booking. Auf den Liegen sind keine Polster und generell macht es eher einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir mussten auch mal Zimmer wechseln.

El check in y check out muy bien. La limpieza también muy bien y personal amable. Desayuno rico y bastante completo. La cama cómoda. Te proporcionan agua y snack de cortesía. Punto muy a favor, te ponen anti mosquitos para el enchufe. Conexión wifi buena

En ningún lugar menciona que la habitación tiene una puerta por medio que conecta con otra habitación lo que impide descansar bien ya que se oye todo lo de la habitación de a lado(utilizan esta tipología por si hay 4 personas en vez de 2, pero es molesto porque no está especificado). La ducha no está bien sellada y se sale todo el agua tanto por la puerta de apertura como por un lateral dejando la zona del lavabo totalmente mojada. La presión de la ducha es inestable y va de muy caliente a fría, no tiene un término medio. No tiene nada de privacidad la terraza, siempre tienes que estar con las cortinas puestas porque te ve todo el mundo dentro de la habitación. Almohadas demasiado altas. Calidad precio bastante alta en comparación con otros hoteles que hemos estado de mejor categoría y más baratos.

Wir haben jeweils für zwei Personen 2 Pool Villa gebucht. Traumhaft, direkt am Strand eigener Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Direkt. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es sehr viele gute Restaurants. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen.

Die Hotelanlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen könnte eine grundlegende Sanierung gebrauchen. Hätten wir nicht die Pool villa gebucht und stattdessen ein anderes Hotelzimmer wäre die Bewertung vermutlich nicht so positiv ausgefallen. Die anderen Hotelzimmer am Hauptpool fanden wir nicht schön, ziemlich eingeengt. Die können wir persönlich nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

Fint og rent rom, med nydelig utsikt fra rommet og balkongen. Senga var god og airconditionen fungerte fint.

Pour un 2ème séjour, j’ai trouvé que le personnel était moins avenant. La piscine (le jacuzzi) pas accessible car pas propre dans l’après midi (malgré un nettoyage que j’ai vu faire le matin. Peut être faut-il un 2ème nettoyage en cours de journée ? Car à cause du vent des feuilles mortes +autres poussières.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are absolutely amazing. So attentive, some of the most friendly people I have ever met, they cannot do enough for you. The pool area is great. It overlooks the beach and is lit up at night which is so pretty. Guests are able to use the pool until midnight so it’s great to have a dip after dinner. The food is great and reasonably priced too. We loved our stay here and wish we booked a few more nights.

I paid in advance for 5 days in a very low-level room. The hotel is old. I realized I was wrong. I asked for a refund. They didn't agree. It cost 8,000 thousand shekels, but it's better than staying.

My accommodation was one of the villas so a little bit more secluded than standard rooms, which I liked. Own pool and access to the beach. Good range for breakfast considering it's a small hotel. Air conditioning was good. Good range of toiletries which included a body lotion.

The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable.

Das Restaurant des Hotels ist sehr gut. Hervorragende Qualität und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Pool was ok and that’s about it.

Hotel is very old and outdated, bad value, should be priced at 1/4th the price they’re asking for. AC was making helicopter noises at night. Sheets weren’t always clean (stains and bad smell). Water stream was inconsistent switching between hot and cold randomly. Below average breakfast. Laundry took 2 days even tho they said it will be ready the next day.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, Tor the manager and his team go above and beyond to make you have a great experience! the Xmas eve dinner snd entertainment package on the beach was a wonderful evening, I also had my Birthday whilst I was there and I was treated to cake and singing at Breakfast, then wonderful Maew of housekeeping had decorated my room with ballon’s, banners, flowers and towel art ❤️🎂 My private pool room had a private access to the beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like

To be perfectly honest,the breakfast chois was very limited, same things day after day.

Young guests misbehaving, talking,yelling late into the night.Even witnessed a brawl between two young guests in the very early hours of the morning we were leaving. Needless to say we were very unhappy about that because we lost on our sleep the we needed for the long journey home.

no front of hotel appeal - we chose a sea view room, which we had on the top floor, level 4. the room was smelling of damp and mold and was absolutely filthy. there were stains on the bed sheets - hand marks and stains on the walls - the balcony sofa was stained and cigarette burnt - the balcony glass was shocking with spit marks and all - not cleaned - under the sofa in the room had not seen the light of day in a long time - the shower was disgraceful - mold everywhere and above the intermittent shower was holes and mold. the 3 legged designed wooden table in the lounge is not for putting things on safely, as we had a glass on there and having then put a bag on it, it heavily fell over. The curtains were stained and shabby. the breakfast choice was dire. awful designed pool due to lack of space around it - the safety deposit box did not work and we were given the master key for it in the end. we would not be recommending or staying here ever again.

Byli jsme zde již podruhé. A příště zase přijedeme ! Bylo to excelentní ! Nemám absolutně co vytknout :) personál nejlepší ! Úsměvy rozdávají od samého rána dobrou energii taktéž . Jsou všichni moc milý . Snídaně skvělé hned na pláži úžasné.:) milujeme tento hotel a je to naše srdcová záležitost ! Těšíme se na další pobyt ❤️❤️

Reception staff did as much as possible to make sure the stay was good. Lovely location and right on the beachfront. 4 stars - the music by the pool is played until late late. Not ideal if you’re not a party type of person and would rather be in bed at 10/11pm.

Pure Abzocke – Finger weg! Nach einer Nacht geflohen: verdreckter Pool voller Haare, dreckige Bettwäsche, steinhartes Gebäck, künstliche Säfte. Essen so schlecht, dass Restaurant und Poolbereich den ganzen Tag leer sind – tote Atmosphäre. Personal unfreundlich, belächelt Beschwerden, steht lieber am Pool oder spielt Billard. Strand winzig, schmutzig, ohne Liegen. Manager versprach Rückerstattung bei sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking.com – getan, aber keine Reaktion. Stattdessen Drohung, alle 5 Nächte zahlen zu müssen. Am vorletzten Tag Zimmer längst weitervermietet, trotzdem voller Preis kassiert.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, der Pool sehr groß & der Sonnenuntergang

Die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das Bett wurde nicht frisch überzogen, Bad war auch nicht gerade das sauberste (überall kalk), Safe funktionierte nicht.

I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an additional night stay. Only a couple of minor issues. One was easily corrected, the second issue was upon check in i was given an email for a free coconut. The manager explained that was the previous ownerships offer and wasnt included. Pretty odd outcome, but honestly everyone amd everything was splendid. Will return! Great job

Ocean front room with a private pool was epic but very expensive for the condition of the room. Toilet has urine drips down the front and pool was growing algae. Shower was very aggressive and soaked the bathroom. If you want peace and tranquility and don’t mind it not being perfect this will work for you. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast limited but what was there was delicious.

Water pressure in shower too inconsistent and time to get hot water too long needs fixing. Fridge could be bigger to include freezing area for ice cream More cushions with outside furniture as not enough to sit comfortable with 2 people

Poor location, our room looked onto a brick wall, breakfast was ordinary, lights on at pool until 12 pm shone into our room. Air con did not work for several days in one room. Room was not serviced at all one day.

We had a pleasant stay overall, though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel is located near a busy street, but surprisingly, we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The street view isn’t anything special, but once inside, the pool area is quite nice and relaxing. The reception staff were generally kind and welcoming. The hotel proudly displays awards it received between 2017 and 2019, and I believe it was deserving of them back then. Breakfast is served across the street, and there's always a friendly staff member helping guests cross safely, stopping traffic if needed. The breakfast itself was consistently good and enjoyable. We visited during Songkran, and the hotel organized a beautiful beachfront buffet dinner for guests, complete with a fire show. It was truly a lovely experience and a highlight of our stay! All in all, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. One thing to keep in mind: swimming in the sea isn’t recommended in this area due to jellyfish, so we spent our time by the pool instead. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes—but if I return to Koh Samui, I might be curious to try somewhere new for a different experience!

During check-out, we had to ask twice for corrections on our bill, which wasn't accurate at first. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed with us for double-checking, which left a slightly negative impression at the end. It’s starting to show signs of aging, and could benefit from some renovations here and there. Nothing major—still clean and nice—but it's noticeable. Dining at the hotel was tasty, but quite expensive, as were the cocktails. So while the quality was there, it felt a bit overpriced.

The property was nice but not well maintained, the pool was good and it was on the beach.

The sheets were dirty, the hotel room wasn’t clean, the lift was broken the entire time of our stay and we were on the top floor, they said they offered kayaks and paddle boards however we never allowed to use them, they never replaced toiletries and the aircon didn’t work one day, the place was run down and hasn’t been well Maintained, getting pool towels is difficult for now reason

Highly recommend. Hidden gem ! It’s like Narnia - it looks simple on the outside but wow - As soon as you walk in - it’s beautiful ! Long swimming pool. Staff were gracious enough to accommodate me during my stay travelling solo. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. Breakfast is across the street - food is 4/5. There is a few to the airport.

Bed very uncomfortable.need to cross the road to have breakfast and very limited options.Room full of mould everywhere even pillow provided.we had to call room service to change pillow.but all the curtains and ceiling got mould.very small room too.

Hotel with amazing staff They have excellent service and a really good breakfast. I must mention the staff, Max the chef who gave us an amazing Thai cooking class. I must also mention the team manager, Tor, who is a very charming and kind person.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind recht groß, das Bad ist groß und sauber, allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil es wegen einer großen Glasscheibe einsehbar ist. Natürlich kann man ein Rollo benutzen. Aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen sollten große Shampoo und Bodylotion angeboten werden und nicht die, die tägl. weggeschmissen werden.

Friendly staff, nice pool area (and we had a room with direct access to the pool). Rooms are comfortable and loving the comfy bed & sheets! Very clean & tidy hotel 😊

Breakfast was quite limited with its options but loved the freshly prepared eggs upon your wish. The hotel / pool area is quite noisy in the evening especially if staying in one of the rooms near pool.

Very bad experience. Every transfer we organised was ‘forgotten’ which meant we almost missed our international flights. Everything was just unprofessional and difficult.

Loved our (unfortunately) short stay! When we arrived, we got upgraded for free to a room with access to the pool. It was a very spacious, clean and cosy room. Exactly what we needed after some travelling. We enjoyed it a lot, the view from the large pool was also enjoyable. Breakfast was at a restaurant across the road. Although it wasn't the most extensive buffet, the quality of the food was good and it does offer enough options. Would stay here again!

Terrific pool, property is right on the beach.

Smokers. There are tables to sit at one end of the pool but once one of these is occupied by smokers it is terrible for anybody else. The street outside the hotel is in poor condition for pedestrians. proximity to Fisherman's Village understated.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights here recently. Don’t believe the absolute terrible reviews and don’t believe the utterly amazing reviews either. For us, it’s a definite 3 star hotel. Good points: Clean, staff are friendly (although can seem a bit disinterested with some playing at the pool table for a lot of the day) and location is absolutely fantastic on Bangrak Beach with lots of really nice places to eat and drink within a 10-15 mins walk. Bad Points: Rooms are small and the pictures of balcony’s don’t really do justice to just how small they are, we had constant issues with the room (Deluxe Sea View) - lights not working or flickering which weren’t resolved, constant issues with the room safe not working properly. Hotel is beside a really busy main road and although it’s noisy, our room was on the other side of the hotel so it didn’t really bother us. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across a really busy road and it’s pretty basic but tasty. The coffee was amazing. We overpaid for our stay but overall, not a bad choice.

Lovely rooms with pool and ocean views. Location close to airport, grab ride into fisherman’s village about $10-15 CAD. No beach chairs or umbrellas. Free minibar only meant bottled water. Everything else came with a fee. Over all great place for a night or two.

Beautiful pool, great patio on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and sea. Clean and comfortable, lots of amenities - robe, slippers and beach cover ups included.

The safe in our room did not work and the alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The tv remote did not work and so the tv did not work. Lights too bright outside our room. Staff at front desk very good. Staff at bar ok. Breakfast was good. Otherwise the place especially front desk was overcrowded all the time. Staff spent a lot of time talking to each other and not to us the customers. We were very disappointed by the whole stay with you. You while hotel needs a huge overhaul and some money spent on it.
