A localização do quarto onde fui instalado.

Excellent and friendly staff Superb Breakfast

Room view a little disappointing

Lovely Staff Lovely room and Bathroom Excellent Breakfast

Pool area rather dirty

Receção rapida e eficiente. Bom pequeno almoço e variado. Simpatia do pessoal.

Tudo maravilhoso.

Quiet location and comfortable. Room was clean. Reception were very polite and helpful. Local restaurants about 30 mins walk. Good breakfast included so good value. Pool was good.

Listed as having restaurant but menu is very limited and I suspect delivered in. Room aircon intermittent

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding my recent stay, as I believe the property was materially misrepresented compared to the experience delivered. I specifically booked this resort based on its presentation as a luxury retreat offering premium hospitality, spa facilities, pool access, restaurant service, manicured grounds, and a fully operational guest experience in a peaceful remote setting. The reality was profoundly disappointing. During my stay, I was directly informed that there was only one staff member working across the entire resort. This fact alone was extremely alarming and immediately explained much of what guests were experiencing:• Minimal service• Limited guest support• Neglected atmosphere• Operational shortcomings• Lack of genuine hospitality Rather than a functioning luxury retreat, the property felt severely understaffed, under-managed, and closer to an abandoned or “ghost hotel” environment. Additional concerns included: • Facilities appearing unavailable, poorly maintained, or lacking proper oversight• Outdated jacuzzi/water quality records still displaying 2024• Grounds and maintenance standards falling below premium expectations• Visible deterioration and deferred repairs• Lack of the cared-for retreat environment central to the property’s marketing• Significant mismatch between listing representation and real guest experience I booked this property specifically to enjoy a fully serviced retreat with comfort, care, and premium amenities. Instead, I encountered a severely under-resourced operation that failed to provide the level of service, atmosphere, and facilities reasonably expected. This is not a minor dissatisfaction —it is a serious issue of misleading representation. Had the true operational reality been clear, I would not have chosen this property. I respectfully request that Booking.

Ausserordentlich freundliche Bedienung.

Very friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Pet friendly. Also suitable for handicapped people. Will definitely come back when in the area. Lots of things to see around there.

Bathroom has no bidet. Fees for the dog pretty high.

Os funcionários muitos simpáticos e atenciosos, o quarto tinha todas as comodidades, o pacote romance maravilhoso, o pequeno almoço fantástico (pequeno almoço tomado no jacuzzi). O local é super tranquilo. Voltarei numa próxima, com certeza e recomendo vivamente.

Location, short drive to Golega (horse fair) Helpful hosts

Room was quite small for 2 people with luggage

Bastante bien, repetiria

Nada que reclamar

Tudo estava tudo perfeito e recomendo

Staff very helpful and pleasant great location

Simpatia funcionários, bom pequeno almoço, espaço otimo para familias.

Quarto tinha muita humidade e cheiro a mofo. O quarto deveria estar mais arejado...

Spacious room, car parking, very comfortable bed

the emergency signs on the wall were too bright during the night

A simpatia e gentileza dos funcionarios e anfitrião. A localização.

Breakfast was very good: fresh fruit, variety of options

No real privacy. We rented the room with the private jacuzzi but we had neighbors and the walls were thin, we had no real alone time which was what we expected when we chose and booked that specific room

A repetir!

Rien

A limpeza excepcional, os funcionários top, o pequeno almoço divinal

Ter ficado pouco tempo

We arrived late and could only stay that one night, but this is a fascinating place to explore more. Our room was very large and comfortable with great views onto the property from the many windows and terrace. It included a good breakfast, too. The weather wasn't good for swimming, but the pool looked lovely as well as all the grounds to explore. The front desk/receptionist was wonderful. She helped us with everything and speaks English very well.

Maximal zwei Sterne.

Location was perfect

Wasn't the cleanest , there was a cigarette stub on the floor on the balcony

Very well appointed inside, room was clean and very comfortable. Grounds are a nice size and comfortable to walk around. No having to go out to the street and deal with reaffic. Really enjoyed the pool area also; not a primary reason for staying, we found it a great place to relax. Breakfast was a treat as well.

Quite place and cleanliness of property

Room was a bit small
