Spot Hotel

I was drawn by the hospitalier connection And enjoyed the Toledo forced swords. The room was certainly an un upgrade to my homeless. The window opened onto a pleasant courtyard with a banana trees & Checkout 11am. Quite the spot. A fair starting if you dare to stay within the old city walls

Wir hatten Zimmer 2, sehr günstig, Fenster zum Innenhof. Im Zimmer, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee) alles ist nett eingerichtet. Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig, ob wohl es in der quirligen Altstadt liegt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Neben dem Zimmer ist der Wirtschaftsraum, da lief am morgen lange irgendein Gerät, das staubsaugeraehnliche Geräusche machte. Aber es störte nicht sehr. Man sah das Personal Bügeln, muss eben auch sein. Insgesamt waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Für den günstigen Preis war es sehr gut und angenehm. Im gemütlichen innenhof kommt man schnell mit Gästen ins Gespräch.

Have stayed before and its ideal for 1 or 2 nights specially if you have a ferry to catch from the port as its very near.

가성비 숙소로 괜찮습니다! 1분컷으로 주요한 상점 및 거리가 있고 페리 타기 위해 도보 거리도 좋습니다. 아늑한 분위기와 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 짐도 잘 맡겨주고 체크인 전에 연락이 오기 때문에 약속한 시간에 수월하게 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 종종 단점이 있는 리뷰가 있어 걱정했지만 가격대비 괜찮다고 생각합니다.

Quiet old style room with nice decor

房間硬體設施不錯，可惜2樓網路不佳，要在樓梯口才收得到。

The good: Great value, excellent location, always hot water in the shower, close to bus station and plenty of things in walking distance. Friendly staff and reception always manned and friendly. Hotel is quiet and little noise disturbance despite being right in the middle of the old town. The bed is huge and the pillows are nice. Lots of fluffy towels provided. Room cleaned during my stay. The bad: The shower is so small you get water everywhere every time you shower. The air conditioning will only work once all windows are shut, which is fine, except the windows don't shut properly because they need maintaining, so the air conditioner doesn't work. This meant some very hot nights. The kettle doesn't work properly and boils continuously - this is a fire hazard. The bed has probably the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

The property was right in middle of old town.....but as you entered into the room..the smell of damp muskiness hits you.... our room was downstairs next to reception and the constant noise was unbearable..

You don't need more to stay in Rhodes. I really felt comfortable here. Friendly staff, quietness and central location.

I rang the bell but there was no response. A kind neighbor across the street called for me. I asked for a receipt but was told it would be given to me tomorrow, but when I checked out, no one was there either. The room was only half-cleaned. The futon looked unpleasant, and there was lipstick on the center of it, where my face would be. It felt gross so I covered it with the sheets. The air conditioning was weak and it was cold. However, it was well-located and easily accessible. Would I stay again? No. An unmanned hotel with no services whatsoever.

Spot is in an excellent location in the old city. Check-in is a bit tricky and the staff member who met me wasn't very friendly. Blamed me as i dad ring but otherwise guests had and a long delay in him turning up

Excellent location in the old town. Very close to beach and other tourist attractions. Hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet, with AC. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Fully recommend it.

Mye venting ute i sola. Vi ringte for at de skulle komme og åpne døra, da de kom hjalp de noen andre som skulle sjekke inn et annet sted og lot oss ikke inn engang i resepsjonen hvor det var AC. Ingen er i resepsjonen til vanlig. Det er utrolig dårlig klima og luftkvalitet i rommet. Badet er fullt av mugg. Det er for kaldt i rommet når ac er på og for varmt når ac er av. Verste rommet vi har bodd i hele livet. Vinduet åpner mot røykeområdet som også brukes for å tørke håndklær.

Otelin resepsiyon bölümünde devamlı biri yok , bir dışarı kapı bir de oda kapısı anahtarı veriliyor , ihtiyaç halinde ilgiliyi arayıp çağırmanız gerekiyor, odamızda havalandırma için pencere dahi yoktu, kapı kilidi sorunlu idi . Otelden ziyade pansiyon gibi bir yer. 1 gece idare ederiz diye kaldık , ancak 1 gece için bile tavsiye edilmeyecek bir yer. Tek olumlu tarafı old town merkezinde ve limana yakın bir lokasyonda bulunuyor olması

The room - practically a cave - didn’t even have a window. Unbelievable (and very possibly illegal).

Perfect location within the old town, easy to find and short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Very comfortable and great value for money would certainly recommend and return in future.

Personal were vey friendly, but they are not in hotel most of the time, the room is smelling, matras is not omfortable, sheett is not changes. ı stayed 4 days no one changed,. air conditioner has problem sometimes working sometimes not working.. towels are not changed during 4 days. hostel is better condition than this hotel. thank you

Very good location to experience old town of Rhodes and the port

Pokoje nieduże, ale niezwykle stylowo wyposażone. Cenna niezależność od recepcji, gdyż masz klucz do pokoju i hotelu. Patio i weranda na dachu do ogólnego wykorzystania. Wifi niezbyt szybkie, ale przeważnie niezawodne. O świetnej lokalizacji w centrum Starego Miasta (cudowne wąskie uliczki i mnóstwo zabytków, warto pospacerować znacznie dłużej, niż chwilę), a jednocześnie w bardzo cichej uliczce (liczne barki i kawiarnie w pobliżu) napisano wiele, więc nie warto powtarzać. Dodam jedynie o tym, co mniej znane, a przeze mnie bardzo polecane: łatwy dojazd autobusem z lotniska i na lotnisko (ze stacji Roda, pierwszy i niezawodny jest o 4.45 rano!, wiem, bo skorzystałem), fantastyczne kebaby przy stacji KTEL, tani supermarket na pobliskiej ul. Platanos, świetne obiady w restauracji Hermes - w przystępnej cenie, niedoceniana, a niedaleko położona plaża Elli (przyjemne małe otoczaki), zupełnie nieznana bardzo ładna cicha promenada na zachodnim wybrzeżu, warto zacząć od Hrisanthou Square w stronę Ialyssou (niezwykłe widoki + ukryta w jaskini kapliczka), koniecznie obejrzeć widoki z monasterów Panagia Tsampika i Profitis. Miłego pobytu.

Room is quite small and during night there was a problem because Aircondition didn't work, so there was the lack of air in the room. Good thing is, that there was a window which helped a lot with some fresh air. Otherwise it was ok.

Staff were helpful, but not always available. We were supposed to be met from our taxi, but this did not happen. We found the hotel using Google maps and were let into the hotel by another guest, where we had to wait for the manager to check us in. Small, but pleasant room with tea and coffee. Hard bed. Very well placed for old town and ferry. Doubts about security. Cheap and good value.

Beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of old town, absolutely perfect position. Will definately go back.

ΟΚ διαμονή. Καλή τοποθεσία, μέσα στην παλιά πόλη της Ρόδου (πας στο λιμάνι με τα πόδια) και καλή τιμή. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ μικρό (ήταν στο ισόγειο) και χρειάζεται λίγο βελτίωση. Μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ, οπότε για εμάς ήταν ΟΚ, αλλά για μεγαλύτερη διαμονή σίγουρα δεν θα ήταν βολικό.

situation au clame proche de l'artère principale dans la vieille ville. Acceuil très sympathique, patio ombragé pour se détendre et terrasse rafraichissante en fin de journée .

Friendly reception staff - but room very small and room service(changing sheets and towels) every two days only (why not put under hotel description?).....and as in Old Town music around all night

Good value for money! Great location, right at the old town. Just 5 minutes walk to the port. Nice roof top area for a nightcap. Washroom a bit old, might need improvement. It is advisable to make prompt arrangement with the reception on your check in time as she might not be at premises.

Very basic hotel. Staff friendly and location good but rooms are very tired and basic.

Hotel room was nicely decorated and spacious, useful to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The air conditioning worked and came in very handy! Bed had been broken and not fixed particularly well so creaked. On the last night there were 2 cockroaches in the room which we needed to remove (please note it was a very warm day). Roof terrace was lovely but had no shade so we only used it at night.

This was a very beautiful hotel and very unique. Staff are wonderful. It is located in a perfect area. Highly recommend.

The pros : Great location and value for money... Standard size room. The minus : bad soundproofing and small bathroom. When you take a shower water splashes everywhere.

I wish to complain about this hotel. Despite me phoning hotels.com to be advised that reception was open until 12 midnight and my e mailing them to say I might be late I was locked out. I did arrive before midnight. I eventually gained access because I managed to attract attention of another person staying in the hotel who let me in. I the found a room which was unoccupied and not cleaned and found some clean bedding and slept in it, leaving for the boat to Symi before any staff had turned up at 8.30am. I want my money back and anyone arriving late be warned.

The Host Mihali was amazing from upon Arrival to departure, went out of his way to make our stay incredible. He was super helpful with all our needs

Terrific place to stay right in the busy centre of town.

Location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel is charming. Rooms are nicely decorated although slightly small. Bathroom was so-so - functional but very small. Very good service from reception staff! Nice small garden, but too hot at this time of the year.

Perfect location and a little oasis. Michael was very helpful and charming. I will return when in transit back to Symi.

In this price category in a great location (side street, everything in walking distance) we did not expect a lot, just a clean bed and bathroom. But we were in for a VERY PLEASANT surprise! The owner did go out of his way multiple times (top Service and beyond), carried our luggage, made local phone calls for us and even 'chased' us after our check out to let us know that our cab was 5 min. late! 5-Star service and on top a beautiful room, cold water in the fridge (for free!!) and access to tea and water 24/7 in the lobby. If you are looking for a cute hotel in a great location without unpleasant surprises, this is the place to go!!!

Spot in old town is Spot On. Despite the inconvenience of having to arrange arrival in advance with the owner, who was not present during our stay, the location couldn’t be better and the night attendant was very helpful. The owner helped us get a taxi to our next destination and he actually upgraded us to two single rooms rather than a room with two single beds. We will stay there again on our return trip and recommend it highly for its value.

Our stay at the Spot Hotel was great. The staff went out of they way to assist us. It was very clean and comfortable. We were inside the Old Town Rodos and it was an easy walk to everything we needed. There were good dining options right down the street. The staff arranged a day trip for us to another town for the day. We loved it and will return again!!

For a boutique hotel the bed was very dissappoiting, apart from that everything was good

What a wonderful hotel, right in the heart of the old town. Wasn't the easiest to find as taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong gate and we had a bit of a hike with suitcases over cobbles late on Saturday night, however we were saved by hotel reception guy as he heard the cases rumble by. Hotel itself is very rustic, comfortable and pretty quiet despite being near a busy square. It has a lovely roof top seated area which we visited most evenings with our bottle of wine and we had the place to ourselves. Toilet and shower area were quite outdated but perfectly functional, bedroom was huge and very comfortable bed. Room was serviced daily and always something surprising left every day for us to enjoy. Staff very friendly and although not always around this was not a problem. Would definitely return to this lovely hotel and Rhodes town itself is a joy to explore.

Very medieval furnishings, which is what attracted me. There were several small issues that needed repair. A very kind young man helped me with my suitcase ... it is a difficult street to navigate with heavy luggage. Good location.

Spotlessly clean, utterly co-operative owner, very central within the City Walls, maximum cost/benefit curve . I'll definitely be staying at this hotel next time. Ask for rooms 5 or 8 if available.
