Marti Prime Beach Hotel

Excellent location next to Ladies Beach and its promenade. City center is reachable taking bus line 5. Very friendly staff, good facilities, peaceful terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice platform beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Her şey güzel sadece yastıkların elden geçmesi gerekli.

Hijyen konusuna hiç girmek istemiyorum, moralim bozuluyor

Personal ist nicht freundlich

Room was ok but general areas such as public restrooms are dirty and not well maintained.

Vasat

Looked newly refurbished. Very nice and comfy rooms. Evening meal needed a bit more attention but still tasty. Fantastic location, lots of amenities within minutes walk, beach right in front.

We visited March so out of season but still disappointing. The smell of the drains when you enter to the windows needing cleaning. Going to our room the carpet was badly stained. Room was tired and bed sheet stained which was changed when asked. Needs TLC. Breakfast basic but fresh but again windows/doors needed cleaning.

Koridor moketleri kirli, akşam yemegi vasataltı- kahvaltı vasattı

We had a nice stay at Marti beach. It was out of season so very quiet which we liked. The room had a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. The air con worked well to heat the room. The room was clean. The breakfast was a Turkish one and tasty. We thought the location was great. The hotel is a bit tired and the hallway carpets need replacing but for what we paid, we felt it was good value.

The hotel is nice and right on the beach and on Ladies Beach where there are a number of bars and restaurants. You can get a taxi or the local bus into the heart of Kusadasi from the other side of Ladies beach. The only dowside was the shower as the water was only warm and once cold and one of the shower heads when put on high pressure would turn to the wall. Other than that I could not fault the hotel.

Room wasn't cleaned properly. There were pieces of food leftovers/residue on the floor from the previous guest.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!!!! Staff are all rude including the general manager Hakan. Staff don’t explain where anything is upon checking in and they make up thousands of excuses why you can’t have a second card when I booked a family room and there’s more than one of us in the room. Upon going into my room there was a stack of maintenance equipment and old beds in the corner which was very unprofessional. The carpet throughout the hallways was stained and all the walls are marked. Then there is our room … -window was broken -aircon was broken -snot on towels yes snot on the towels -lounges stained -sheets stained -beds are like stone -mini fridge didn’t work -bathroom stunk -phone didn’t work After complaining to management that we wanted to check straight out the refused to believe that the room was even bad . He told us to wait in the room so he could inspect it but he never came up. When we went down to reception as the phone didn’t work to get the general manager they said he wasn’t there but we was into his office . They ended up changing our room as they refused a refund but the room never got any better. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse The breakfast that’s included was revolting . The staff are never smiling or helping you find a table or even cleaning tables to the least . The buffet was absolutely gross, nothing was chilled including the yoghurts and milk and there was flies on everything !

Aksam yemeginde cay vede kahve olmamasida apayri bir hikaye. Temizlik vede hijyen bakimindan iyi.

Great location. Hot water and carpets need an upgrade.

Amazing hospitality with great view.

Otelde sıcak su problem soğuk suyla duş aldık. Gunes enerjisiyle isitiyolar heralde. Kisin problem olmus. Kahvalti acik bufe guzeldi fiyata gore. Otel odasida temiz ve yenilenmis oldukca cok iyi. Calisanlarida cok iyiydi tesekkur ederim.

The hotel is located perfectly right next to Ladys Beach. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit dated. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a big variety.

It is a basic hotel in a great location, the hotel itself is ok, it needs improvement but the rooms are decent and clean, the beach and deck are great!! that is the only reason we stayed there, the breakfast it was very poor and lacking, consist mostly of cheese and greens, coffee was out of a dispenser machine, that was my least favorite part of the stay, the hotel is about 15-minute walk to the old town, its a scenic street and very enjoyable.

i liked closness to beach didnt like breakfast ...fantastic spa the hamam was fsb and massage by the small girl was fantastic i had a few ...really good

We had a lovely week away in the Marti Hotel. Breakfast is continental, eggs always good. Beach front sunbeds, listening to the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels, toiletries, & bottles water in your fridge . Couldn't fault the staff , all very helpful. Had a lovely time.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Stayed here for two nights (September 2021) and the service was really hit or miss and inconsistent. The property itself is decent and beach front. A good location for exploring other sites nearby. The rooms and amenities are very basic - which was OK for us since we mostly spent time outdoors exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus and Selcuk nearby and just in the room to get a good night sleep. That being said, we could not get a good nights sleep. Period. There is a disco bar at the hotel next door and the music is loud and obnoxious every night (we went during the weekdays, too) make sure you get ear plugs or soundproof headphones for a good night sleep if that's what you need. it was also a bit hard to communicate with staff for very very basic things, even though they mention English as a spoken language by the staff. Simple things like check in, requesting your car from valet parking, ordering food, and borrowing converters were very herculean tasks. In my opinion, the valet system is not very safe as they park your car in an alley somewhere up a hill and don't give any sort of ticket or process for retrieving your keys - so basically anyone can request any keys and the valet will blindly go get a car. Elevators: gotta climb up steps with heavy suitcases to get to the elevator? Beautiful location and I think lots of opportunities for improvement. Prob will look at other hotels next time I travel to the area.

Yeri iyi. baska hicbisey iyi deyil

Denizi harika bir otel, şekil dizayn emek verilmiş, ama yazık öyle pis.... hijyenin h'si yok.... güneşlenilen yerler leş... yemek yenen masalar eski lekeli... yerler zemin berbat... odalarda öylesine temizlik yapılıyor, aslında oda içi güzel ama temizlik hiç yok yazık oluyor bence otele.... odanız denize bakmıyor ise yandınız berbat pis pis yerlere bakıyor demektir :( bu arada çift kişilik oda isterseniz dikkat edin 2 tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik diye yedirdiklerini düşünüyorlar....:) yani denizi harika olan ama temizlik asla olmadığı için harcanan bir işletme bence....

The personnel is very friendly and polite. Rooms are very clean. The structure is a bit old

Guzel bir tatildi. Oda konforlu, genis, her gun ucretsiz su yenileniyor.

Beautiful sea view, pleasant helpful staff! The room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled

Fare hotel in quite a good spot on ladies beach 35 minute walk to the port

Perfect location and view, the rooms are spacious, only the carpets in the corridors are old. Nice breakfast.

I booked a deluxe room with balcony and sea view and was given a room with a balcony. When I complained they immediately moved me to a room with a balcony. The same thing happened to someone else I met who was also staying there. The view was spectacular which made my stay great. The property is quite run down with stains all over the carpet in the halls and on the sun beds. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. With some TLC it could be great.

The rooms at the hotel are lovely and clean and are cleaned everyday. The rest of the hotel is not so clean, carpets on the landings are filthy and are in need of changing..was not overly impressed with the reception staff, they where not the most welcoming, which is unlike the turkish people in the area. Its a shame it does not have a pool but you have a nice beach to use instead.

Hotel was very clean, but they have problem on sewerage and some rooms smelling terrible. Staff obsolutely double rude. I was wait beach side for serving for more than three hours. Hotel clean but their beach side very dirty and not cleaned for "ages"

We had a short but very nice stay. Right on the beach with beach access and a nice breakfast.

The only good thing is the location otherwise the hotel is dirty, and the is a strange smell as soon as you get inside.

The Hotel location is superb & situated just beside the sea beach. Staffs & their services are excellent. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Morning breakfast was good. We really enjoyed staying over there with family. I would love to visit again.

We are not for the first time in this hotel. Although it's winter, it works and all the systems function well. Since we've beeen there in 2018, it has been renovated and got better and more comfortable for guests. I will stay here further on and recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel property is very nice, the location is excellent right outside ladies beach. The location offers restaurants and cafes right outside the property. The rooms are newly done, and well kept. The staff is very cooperative, but they don't have porter services (if they can arrange it would be great). Overall good experience and excellent location.

Alles neu und sauber. Nette Personal. Umfangreiche essen.

to mush late for check in

Oda temizliğinde havlular her gün yenilenmiyor.

Rooms renovated and clean staff helpful and smiling

Everything was exellent..we really enjoyed our staying ....tums up

Amazing stuff they are all friendly. The hotel is on the beach couldnt have asked for a better place to stay on our holiday.

No hot water

Great location right off the beach. Free valet parking and walking to all the restaurants and happenings. It says wi-fi, but there was no wi-fi in the room just in the hotel lobby. Breakfast buffet was nice!

It’s a nice place, with a lot of potential. The staff was, for the most part, somewhat surly and reluctant to help, with an attitude. Trash would accumulate over the course of the day in corners and at the bottom of the steps while 3 employees stood chatting and playing with their phones not more than 3 or 4 feet away. A leader who would take charge and demand results from employees could easily turn it into a much higher rated hotel. One major complaint is that the parking attendants, one in particular, were rude and overtly critical of guests. While I speak Turkish, I observed them being short, sarcastic, and once even openly hostile to other guests, especially foreigners; Going so far as to make derogatory comments when they believed it safe.

Hotel staff is absolutely bad they Wer not polite not smiling. When asked a question no eye contact felt like I’m the worker trying to figure out where is what. Rooms are not very clean but ok. Breakfast there where a lot of choices but the tast was terrible used all cheap. When we where leaving the hotel cleaner staff has waited downstairs just to argue about what is the mess in the room when there was only 1 baby nappy and a few bottles of water. Disgrace will never come again its not a 4 star it seems a 2 star hotel (inside) do not come and waste your money

Odanın içerisi tam anlamıyla eski yıkık döküktü hiçbir şekilde beğenmedim acayip eskiydi sanki pansiyonda kalır gibi.

Its hotel is near sea. Room is clean but bed is unconfortabel . Staff is very good.

The hotel iis in excellent location, beautiful view by kadinlar beach, the hotel staff is very friendly but rooms need to be upgraded.

Shower didn't work . Bed sides light safety guard missing

The place wasn't clean, years of not deep cleaning was obvious. Staff were not friendly and accommodating. They didn't even have enough beach towels for each person everyday. Food was as bad as it gets. The place called öküz (meaning bull) by the beach entrance was run by öküz type of people. Very rude and unprofessional! Go to a different place, it's a waste of your sanity to try to enjoy anything at this place.

Nice and clean.also the locatuon was good.the staff was very good and very helpfull.i would recomend to everybody

Good

Especially restaurant service was good. Special thanks to restaurant chief Savash which is very kind and real professional.

Very nice and having cozy retro atmosphere. This is very rare to find nowadays. The personal was very helpful and friendly. Especially Savash the restaurant chief is a real professional at his job. Thanks for everything.

Nice kind staff
