Personal und Service hat glaub das Thema Dienstleistung und Service am Gast nicht verstanden. Gab ab halb 10 nichts mehr zum trinken und wurden um 22 Uhr der Terrasse verwiesen. Nächstes Mal gleich Sanatorium da gibts auch Bettruhe um 22 Uhr und kein Service

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is parking. Very polite staff. You get tickets to the Aqua Dome for the morning or evening hours as you wish.
For us as a family, the location was less than ideal for a trip to the Tyrol region. Most attractions required an hour-plus drive. The room lacks a small refrigerator and a kettle for making hot drinks.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhiges Hotel, durch schallisolierte Fenster. Reichhaltiges, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücks Buffet, mit Kaffeevollautomat oder Kannen mit Filterkaffee, Unbedingt Halbpension buchen, damit kommt man eigentlich gut über den Tag. Abends Salat-Büfett zweierlei Suppe und ein Hauptgericht kann aus 6 bis 8 Gerichten gewählt werden dazu noch eine kleine Nachspeise. Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad, Ruheraum sowie Balkon mit toller Aussicht in die Berge. Im Sommer gibt es Eintrittskarten für die Aqua Dome, damit kann man morgens und abends kostenlos für einige Stunden in die Therme. Ich hatte ein kleines DZ als EZ gebucht, neues Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Sehr schöne Gegend zum Wandern, Radfahren, Therme und klettern.
Nichts, für mich war es perfekt.

En de Aqua Dome toegang was voor ons de reden om dit hotel te kiezen. Handig: het hotel ligt vlak bij de bushalte. Als je een Ötztal Summer Card koopt, kan je gratis met de bus door de hele vallei.

Numero dei parcheggi esterni limitati.Ma comunque nelle vicinanze si può parcheggiare senza problemi.

Die Servicefachangestellte fragte beim durchlaufen (ohne anzuhalten) ob wir noch ein Bier möchten. Mein Kollege sagte Ja. Ich wollte ihr mitteilen, dass ich noch ein kleines Bier möchte. Da ihr direkte Kommunikation gross schreibt teilte ich ihr mit, dass ich mich nicht zu ihrer Frage äussern konnte. Dann sagte sie:" jetzt habe ich es schon getippt". Ich wollte ihr ein kunstruktives Feesback geben, dass man nicht einfach neben dem Gast vorbeiläuft und etwas fragt. Sie nahm es nicht an und gab mir die Schuld. Eine Frechheit was sie sich da geleitet hat...

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Amazing hotel. The room was comfortable, and you can set the temperature as you like (rooms in the area can be a bit colder, but this was great). The people at the hotel are super nice, and the food is great. Especially, the dinner for the price is incomparable (salads, soup, starter, main meal (selection of 10 meals in the morning), and dessert). All is perfect.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Sehr nettes Personal und schöne rustikale Zimmer mit separater Stube. Die 2 Fernseher im Zimmer überraschte mich positiv. Sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Dass wir gleich mehrerer Gutscheine für das Aqua Dome erhielten und das Gratis-Update des Zimmers zeigt von der Grosszügigkeit des Hotels.
Das Frühstück war ganz OK, aber nicht begeisternd. Sonst aber alles prima.
