Amazing location and views. Perfect sunset on a veranda that you keep away from. The room has more than enough space and light. Mykonos is amazing and this hotel shows off so much that the island has to offer. Front desk staff and so friendly and welcoming. Can not expect more. I’ll definitely be back.

They helped us organise and book taxis whenever we needed them and even carried our luggage through Little Venice to the closest taxi pickup point when we were leaving, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was amazing every morning and being able to enjoy it on our balcony overlooking the water and the famous Mykonos windmills was such a special experience. The view is honestly one of the best in Mykonos, especially at sunset — you could happily stay on the balcony with food and drinks and never feel like you were missing out. The location is also perfect. You are right in the heart of Little Venice and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, the windmills and everything in Mykonos Town. Despite being so central, the mornings were incredibly peaceful. Early morning was our favourite time to wander through the quiet streets of Little Venice before the crowds arrived. The combination of the location, views, breakfast and genuinely wonderful staff made this one of our favourite stays of the trip.

Bluetopia is perfectly located in the heart of Mykonos, surrounded by nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Despite how busy and lively it is outside, we were surprisingly impressed by how quiet our room was. I would suggest not taking too much luggage, as there is a little walking through tourists and small alleys, required to reach the accommodation. We had one large, wheeled suitcase and one carry-on bag on top of suitcase, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They even helped us with our luggage when we walked to our taxi pickup point on departure, which was about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and sitting on our balcony overlooking the water while enjoying breakfast was simply amazing. A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Mykonos!

All was wonderful

This hotel is one of the structures that make up the iconic image of Mykonos. Great view of windmills and the bay from your balcony right by the sea in Little Venice. It is located in the middle of everything like restaurants, shops bars etc. Room was spacious. Bathroom was also great. Everyday breakfast is served on your own sea-view balcony. Staff was also very polite and helpful.

First, bed was not comfortable for us because it was too soft. Second, cheese was missing in the breakfast. Last one is the noise. We stayed both sea-view and street view rooms. In sea-view room you need to get used to the sound of the wind and waves. In the street view room you need to get used to the noise of people leaving parties until 5 am in the morning. Footnote: We asked a bucket of ice to the reception and they charged 3 Euros for it. I have never seen a place that charged for ice. As everything is expensive in Mykonos, may be this is standart on the island

Our stay at Bluetopia Suites fully met our expectations. The room was lovely, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the sea and the iconic Mykonos windmills. The location is excellent – everything is within easy reach, while we could still enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and beautiful views directly from our room. We especially loved having breakfast on the terrace, which made our mornings even more relaxing and added to the charm of our stay. Bluetopia Suites was a wonderful place to stay in Mykonos, and we will remember our time there very fondly. We would definitely recommend it!

La ubicación , la limpieza, el perosnal, TOOODOOO ( no suelo poner 10) . La ubicación: brutal . Sobre todo si tu habitación daba al mar ( justificaba precio, que no era malo). 1 de nuestras hab era a la calle ( porque no había más al mar) y no era lo mismo ( si es hab es a la calle , puedes personal Personal: encantador , profesional , amable, servicial , todo era un sí y lo hacían fácil ! . El chico de recepción ( no recuerdo el nombre - estuvimos del 21 al 23/ju/26) = 12 sobre 10 en todo. El sunset en tu habitación sin los mogollones de los spots ( porque estábamos en un Súper Spot!) GRACIAS BLUTOPIA SUITES

El sito es tranquilo y precios ( repetirte ). Una pequeña pega , que perosnalmente no me afectó y domi perfecto pero si a algún miembro del grupo. La insonorización es excelente pero (y no es culpa del hotel) se notaba en lejanía un pequeño “bum bum” de los discopubs . Mínimo ( pero si eres sensible para esto , te puede afectar ).

Personel çok ilgili, odalar temiz ve büyük. Manzara mükemmel. Balkona istediğimiz saatte servis edilen kahvaltı çok keyifli.

This was heaven. It was beyond incredible. The best stay in Greece in 40 years of coming here. The view is to die for. The room super modern and newly renovated. The breakfast on deck was amazing. I was blown away!!! You must stay here as it’s the most unique spot in this planet. Your balcony is in all the photos and books !!!

Lugar excepcional, equipe muito solicita, atenciosa e me ajudaram com as malas na chegada e saída, além de oferecerem tudo para que o café da manhã fosse personalizado para nossas necessidades, de extra ainda me ajudaram a resolver por telefone os detalhes do nosso próximo destino. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso e tem uma vista maravilhosa, o banheiro e varanda/vista são ótimos. Recomendo bastante.

Tudo ótimo, só sugiro como ponto de melhoria mais opções de frutas no café da manhã.

The location is magic, and having breakfast on the balcony with a view on the famous windmills is great.

At the heart of Little Venice, so the neighborhood is noisy in the evening, but the windows do a decent job.

Where do I begin, the first thing you see when you open the door the foyer is immaculate it's warm and inviting, Callie our concierge is FANTASTIC! She was so warm and accommodating and anything you needed she had helpful suggestions for local restaurants, beaches, things to do and I could go on and on. The next jaw stopper is the views from the room! The room itself is immaculate, clean, well designed, perfectly located to move around and we'll maintained. This is a very central stop to be in to access anywhere you want to go. Would stay there again and again. Oh and the breakfast was amazing 👏 🤩

The room included breakfast which was great! They serve it to you overlooking the beautiful blue water on your terrace. This is a perk you do not want to miss the food was excellent.

Please keep in mind if you stay in Mykonos town. The Car service or cab can only take you so far then you have to drag your bags to your destination. Luckily Nicky and Panos at Blue Utopia are willing to assist.

Embora não seja grande é confortável e com uma vista maravilhosa do mar. Literalmente, está sobre o mar.

Falta de tomadas para aparelhos brasileiros ou falta de adaptadores no quarto. Também não solicitei. Como ficava no primeiro andar, as malas tiveram que subir e descer pela escada. O pessoal da recepção teve que fazer força.

Excelente hotel e localização IMPERDÍVEL em Mykonos. A vista do quarto foi algum único e marcante. O quarto super moderno e aconchegante. A entrada do hotel é pequena, mas a experiência MONSTRUOSA. O café no quarto na sacada é algo único. Pode ficar sem medo e olha que passei 02 meses pesquisando.

What a fantastic place to stay. Brilliant location overlooking Little Venice. The staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely, modern, spotlessly clean and with all the facilities you would need.Breakfast was superb and served every morning on our balcony at a time that suited us. What a great place to stay.

A very small thing, but you might be bothered by the music at night if you are a light sleeper. Maybe offer ear plugs. It didn't disturb me at all, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the view from the shower is great, but maybe a bit too open if you are not with your lover. Just suggestions in general. I was in the hotel business myself. 😄

It was like a postcard, absolutely beautiful! The breakfast on the deck was a wonderful way to start the day.

It has a good location in Little Venice and very convenient to catch the seabus to the Old port for Ferry to other island. Although it is a small scale hotel operated by family, it offers very hospitable service including a nice breakfast to be delivered to our room.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, super. Sauberkeit war sehr gut.

Kein Frühstücksraum, Frühstück kann nur im Zimmer genommen werden! WC hat offene Fragen, beim Spülen kein WC Papier in Schüssel geben!! Wir wurden aufmerksam gemacht dass ev. kein Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden ist, es wurden aber Flaschen bereitgestellt. Was zum Glück nicht vorkam, wir hatten aber kein gutes Gefühl.

Acomodação bem localizada, no centro, cercada de lojas e restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã delicioso, servido no quarto com hora marcada. Funcionários atenciosos.

The view is incredible! Such a lovely experience to be right on the water and watch the sunset. They provided water in the fridge and complimentary wine which was very nice. We enjoyed the omelette and fresh orange juice at breakfast.

The location is close to several bars, and there were times we would be hearing music blasting into the early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep.

It was a last minute booking and the staff was so responsive and kind during check in. It’s a 5 minute walk from the sea bus and located in the middle of all the shopping and night action. It made it easy to do a last minute 24 hours in Mykonos Also the omelette and breakfast was the perfect way to wake up.

Absolut zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, gepflegt, sauber, schön eingerichtet,… praktisch alles ;-) die Fenster dämmen gut, was bei der lauten Umgebung wichtig ist. Wir durften auch kostenfrei länger im Zimmer bleiben, da unser Flug spät gegangen ist und so konnte unser Kind noch mittags schlafen. Das Frühstück wird frisch nach den Gästewünschen zubereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zentraler wohnen geht außerdem nicht!

Wenn man ganz pingelig sein möchte: eine Möglichkeit als Hotelgast aufs Meer zu sehen, ohne Zimmer mit Meerblick zu haben, gibt es nicht. Also keine kleine Terrasse bzw. kein Fenster oÄ.

В номере было оченьдушно и жарко, конциционер был не включён, хотя о нашем прибытии в 16 часов мы сообщили заранее. Также никто не подсказал заранее какая парковка наиболее подходит. Нет услуг по доставке багажа (хотя бы платных), как на Санторини например. В результате пришлось катить тяжёлые чемоданы 10 минут по очень узким улочкам...

Incredible breakfast served in your own balcony, the staff were lovely, great smelling soaps and a strong shower. It’s right at the end of little venice so you see lots of water and not loud at night but less than 5 mins walk away from all the bars and shops. Would definitely stay again.

It’s in a walking only area so a little tricky to reach with heavy bags, worth it though!

The location is the best in little Venice & very convenient. The rooms were super lovely with the balcony on the sea view & breakfast served to this view daily . The staff are very helpful specially Panos who carried our bags from the sea bus station to the hotel & Eleni.

The view here is amazing and the staff is great! So helpful! The room was really nice and clean. I knew it would be loud and it was. More so than I thought, but no fault of the hotel. Just be prepared. As much as we loved the view, you can’t enjoy it for very long. Once the sun is out full force, it’s over. I wish there was an umbrella and I wish it was a little more cozy.

View from Room 1 was iconic, directly over a short stretch of water to the famous Mykonos windmills. There is likely no better view on Mykonos. The breakfasts prepared to order and served on the balcony of the room were excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, although minimally furnished. The location in Little Venice is excellent.

Getting to the property is quite difficult. The taxi could only take us to the edge of town, about 700 meters away. We had help from the staff, but it was still a long way. The water in Mykonos is not potable, but the hotel provided only 1 liter of bottled water a day. In this situation, unlimited drinking water should be provided. The rooms are not suites, at best they are medium sized hotel rooms, with limited storage space.

Amazing view from the balcony, we spent a lot of our time here and it was beautiful. From the shower you can look outside and see the water. The breakfast every morning in your room was 10/10, so delicious.

The property is in the best possible location! Within walking distance of everything in Little Venice and the Old Port. The balcony offers an incredible view and having breakfast outside above the water was a dream! The staff went above and beyond to help us with luggage, finding a beach to go to, bus routes, and scheduling a taxi. They were so kind and personable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Food was delicious! We would come back in a heart beat.

Best location in the old town with view of the famous windmills on one side and sunset on the other (You can see both on the balcony). Room itself is big and comfortable, with all the facilities available. Service is also impeccable and we felt well pampered throughout our stay. Book it if you can, you will not regret it.

The service was exceptional and included being met at midnight by a staff member who carried our terribly heavy suitcases and met us where the taxi dropped us off, who also organised and carried our suitcases to the taxi pick up point when we were leaving Breakfast was delivered right on time as per our preferred time, a delicious fresh meal that was more than enough per person. The pictures don’t actually do it justice, the room is so clean, the view is exceptional and yep, one more time now - the service is impeccable. We realise that almost every time we now see a pic of Little Venice we can literally point to the balcony where we stayed. Close enough to the action but the sound of the water and the thick glass means you don’t get disturbed by the noise at night. Would absolutely recommend this 10 out of 10 hotel

This was hands down the best room in Mykonos. Once inside, you don't want to leave. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The room was beautiful, very clean and modern.

Since it's located near bars, it can be quite noisy at night. However, it didn't bother us.

The location is the best. Breakfast is delicious. The host is very friendly and helpful. I wish we booked the room with sea view. That would worth of a great experience.
