La chambre était bruyante et peu confortable à cause du grand nombre de personnes dans le dortoir et des va-et-viens. De plus sent beaucoup les pas des personnes sur le sol qui font trembler la pièce.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Das Frühstück war besser als in den meisten Hotels. Das Brot war noch warm und wirklich leckeres Brot vom Bäcker. Der Käse war Original Schweizer Bergkäse. Das einzige Mini manko: ich hätte mir noch 1-2 weitere Obstsorten (z.B. Bananen oder Pflaumen vom Bodensee) gewünscht. Publikum total durchmischt (Schulklasse, Backpulver etc.) Personal super freundlich Lage: Tonlage am See mit Seeblick vom Balkon Abendessen konnte man sich dazu buchen. Es war einfache Küche (Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce). Diese war aus frischen Tomaten selbst gemacht und wirklich lecker. War echt top

No towels at the room, and we forgot to ask about them before the staff ended work, and could not find any information about it, if there was any on the house or not.

Já achei à partida o preço demasiado alto para uma estadia em camarata de 12 camas. Quando cheguei ao quarto, não esperava que os beliches estivessem juntos aos pares, retirando ainda mais privacidade a cada hóspede. Apanhei um grupo de ciclistas que basicamente invadiu todo o espaço da camarata com as suas roupas sujas e equipamentos espalhados por todo o lado. No quarto ao lado estava um grupo de crianças, e como o isolamento entre o quarto e o corredor é péssimo, ouviam-se as portas a bater durante a noite. Também achei a hora do check in muito tardia (17:00), não existindo propriamente uma sala fechada onde se possa deixar as coisas até se poder entrar no quarto. O pequeno-almoço também termina bastante cedo.

Il manque un véritable abri à vélo (même si j'ai pu attacher mon vélo à l'abri de la pluie, ce serait bien d'avoir un garage fermé) Je n'ai eu aucun problème mais avoir l'option de dortoirs non mixtes serait un plus

Probleme beim Parken. Obwohl ich ordnungsgemäß bezahlt hatte, bekam ich eine Busse von 40,00 SFR! Ich hatte bei der Eingabe des Kennzeichens ein "0" mit "O" verwechselt, was aber dann bei der Abfrage des Kennzeichens für mich nicht ersichtlich war. Der Anruf im Ordnungsamt Kreuzlingen ergab, dass der Herr sehen konnte, dass ich bezahlt hatte. Ich aber trotzdem zahlen müssen. Auch mein Schreiben mit nochmaliger Erklärung kam zu diesem Ergebnis. Das hat mir meinen Schweiz Aufenthalt wirklich vermasselt und ich finde das mehr als unverschämt. Die Jugendherberge kann nichts dafür, wenn die Stadt /Ordnungsamt so mit Gästen umgeht!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Très beau bâtiment ancien, bien préservé, dans la verdure et proche du lac avec vue magnifique ! Nous étions à vélo et donc à 5-10 min de la vielle ville de Constance. Accès facile. Dortoir bien aménagé et lit confortable. Très bon repas et bon accueil. Possibilité d'acheter du vin à la réception.
Repas du soir à 18h c'est tôt.

Leckere Kaffeespezialitäten, verschiedene köstliche Schweizer Käsesorten , verschiedene frische Brotsorten, Müslis, Obst, Eier etc. einfach genial! Wenn auch 10 Bett Zimmer, aber mit Balkon und Blick auf den Bodensee. Bequeme Matratzen. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!!!
Luft im Zimmer war schlecht. Bessere Durchlüftung im allg. wäre gut. Haben aber Balkon und Fenster über Nacht auflassen können. Von daher ging es.

Location is problem, staff is problem, check-in time is extraordinary problem, the prices for a hostel is too expensive. No plug next to beds. The beds are made of wood and it is annoying in the nights. Some people who is staying in the hostel made noise in the night and no staff to stop it. If you come to the hostel after 10 pm you should pass a huge , dark and scary forest by foot. The worst accommodation experience i ever get.
