Amazing place, clean and tidy. Sits on the cliff overlooking the ocean. Family staff. Breakfast served like chef's dishes. Area a little far from the center. Very quiet. Huge living room, garden on the balcony for guests to use. No traffic. Highly recommended. Especially for those who come with a private car. We used Uber or Bolt

Loved it all. Nothing to fault.

The owner and chef were fantastic. However, as it were our 25th wedding aniversary, i expected a more classy stay. I do understand that they are in the process of restoring the place, but that was not mentioned in the advertisement. Also, the garage of the property is used by the owner for personal purpose, and was working on his motorcycle when we arrived. It gave the impression that we are staying at the house of a backyard mechanic. Maybe the garage can be converted into the reception area or something.

Casa bellissima, affacciata direttamente sul mare con una vista da sogno. Impagabile il risveglio e la colazione (buona e abbondante) con avvistamento di delfini. Struttura gestita direttamente dai proprietari, che ci hanno accolto calorosamente e dato consigli. Necessario mezzo proprio per spostarsi in autonomia

The view was exceptional and breath taking. The owner and his son were so friendly and absolutely made sure that we were comfortable and they made us feel so at home. The hospitality was really upper class, warm and friendly.

From our initial stay, the accommodation, the food, the view.... I cannot say anything bad from our experience. Only that it was too short stay for us. You need at least a week in this place.

Wonderful location, hot bath and shower, incredible breakfast ( you won’t need lunch!), lovely hosts.

The room (Eden) is spacious and very clean.

Although a convenient fridge and coffee making facilities are available in the room, no cutlery was provided. Unsure whether cutlery from kitchen may be used. An indication on the website description that the room booked, does not have a direct sea view, would be good.

We absolutely loved the warm welcome from the owner. He and his family are wonderful people. Their son was incredibly kind and prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning. The house was very clean, and our bedroom was comfortable and spotless, as was the bathroom. There was plenty of hot water, which we really appreciated. During breakfast, we were even lucky enough to watch dolphins swimming in the ocean through the window—an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Comfortable and perfect place in beautiful location for overnight stop on the way to Stellenbosch. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.

The owners are lovely and welcoming, the view was incomparable, the brekkie was 5 stars in itself. The overall feel of the place was so homey. And Cinnamon the visitor was a cherry on top of it all.

The outside security lights were a bit bright and there was no way to turn them off so difficult to sleep.

Absolutely everything and I mean everything. Ralph is a rare gem and an exceptional host. Room was fantastic, but the attention to detail will blow you away for breakfast. Felt more like a 5 star hotel. Ralph really knows the hospitality industry and it shone through. We’d we back in a heart beat.

The service and breakfast was fantastic. The host was lovely and very chatty. You are on the Cliff over looking the sea your view is beautiful.

The room was old and tired with no privacy unless you closed the curtains and blinds. You could hear people waliking above and in the the passage outside the room. It needs updating. The photos don't give you a true reflection of the " other rooms"

The exit

The room was outdated. You had to sprint around the shower to get wet. The noise from n2 was deafening. After traveling for 30 hours one would expect a good night sleep. Benji was arrogant and because we left in a hurry called to ask us not whether we enjoyed our stay but to check our luggage for his towels which he presumed we had taken. There was a cat that made the unholiest of noise throughout the night as if trying to escape. It's safe to assume we did not stay for the breakfast. As for the sea views depicted there was none from the back of room where we stayed and we only booked the room for the views advertised. The only way a sea view would been possible was by means of a drone.

The view from the room both back and front was absolutely beautiful. The little added extras, the fantastic breakfast. The awesome Family Vibe. Not only will we be back we want to live there forever. 😁Thank you so much Whales Way.

Wunderschönes B&B mit einem fröhlichem Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Tolles, leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick! In die Stadt zu den nächsten guten Restaurants braucht man wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Ans Meer mit tollem Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür.

Wish we booked a better, bigger room with more outdoor privacy.

Our host, Benjie was extremely friendly and talkative recommending very good restaurant to us to visit. The property is very clean and very quiet, a nice place for an undisturbed rest. We only had issues with the WiFi, the signal wasn’t very good, but then again it helps if you need to be alone and away from social media and needs a good rest with no interruptions. The other thing is, a small microwave oven in the room would me nice, but then again the house is open to use anytime, but it would’ve been nice. But breakfast is really good and when they tell you to come hungry, really go hungry because the breakfast will sustain you for the whole day. We visited a lot of nice places around and the it’s extremely safe. The view of the beach is awesome and what else can I say… I would recommend this place anytime to anyone looking for a get away.

Schön saubere und helle Unterkunft direkt am Meer und direktem Strandzugang. Die Ausblicke sind atemberaubend schön. Private Parkplätze vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit sehr sehr gutem Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal in Wilderness sein, werden wir bei der Unterkunft die selbe Wahl treffen. Danke für die schöne Zeit 🙏

Wish I could stay here longer . The breakfast was too good. Very nice hosts ,got some good advise on things to do.

In the penthouse suite found the bathroom and toilet layout a bit weird. Maybe they could make the both as one complete bathroom . Else no complaints.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden direkt nach Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten gefragt bezüglich des Frühstücks. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und außergewöhnlich schön angerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und gibt einem als echter Local tolle Tipps. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Die Unterkunft liegt fantastisch mit Blick auf den indischen Ozean. Das Frühstück war frisch und liebevoll zubereitet und sehr gut. Der Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse ist atemberaubend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super und Benjamin war sehr hilfsbereit.

Im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat es etwas muffig/feucht gerochen, was aber für eine Nacht nicht gestört hat.

The view and the quiet part of Wildernis

La chambre était magnifique et spacieuse, le bain à remous parfait. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très agréable .

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We had no view because we opted for twin beds. Maybe a twin bed room with a view is not available. The TV and kettle did not work. After moving them to a different outlet the power came on. However the TV channel choice does not match the clientele. Nothing worth watching. There was only 1 chair in the room and no key for the door so we had to always use the outside door (even to go to breakfast). These are not deal breakers but put a slight damper on a very nice stay.

Die Lage mit direkter Sicht auf das Meer und dies aus dem Bett heraus. Die Hausherren waren zudem sehr hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und vor allem gut!
