Un hotel très bien placé, avec une piscine agréable, ce qui est rare pour cette ville. La gérante est sympathique et dynamique, elle nous a planifié des visites pour un prix sympa. Les chambres sont propres et c'est calme.

Warm welcome, good advice, great breakfast

Hotel moderno, con bella vista sul fiume Kwai. La nostra camera aveva un balcone sul fiume, e sotto c'era un bel prato con la piscina. Piscina bella, con giochi di luce suggestivi al tramonto. Stare in piscina con la vista del fiume subito dietro era molto bello. La camera era pulita, con aria condizionata, wi fi e frigo. Tre bottigliette d'acqua omaggio. Noi avevamo la macchina a noleggio, abbiamo potuto parcheggiare gratuitamente dietro l'hotel. Per arrivare all'Hotel si supera un piccolo ponte, come posizione siamo dall'altra parte del fiume rispetto alla cittadina, ma vicini. Noi comunque per visitare il ponte storico ( vvicino) andare alle cascate ( 70 km, un'oretta, e ricordate di portare i costumi da bagno)ci siamo spostati con l'auto. Ci siamo trovati bene, specie la camera e la piscina con vista sul fiume ci sono piaciute molto.

Per la colazione, alla reception chiedono la sera prima di compilare un foglio con la scelta. Si può scegliere la colazione occidentale, con uova, prosciutto cotto e pancetta, oppure locale, con riso e ragù e ciotola di brodo di carne con riso. Per la frutta, c'erano un pò di fette di dragon fruit. C'e' un bollitore con il caffè e uno per il latte. Non c'è una macchinetta che faccia cappuccino. La scelta alla fine non era moltissima, rispetto ai buffet che abbiamo trovato in altri alberghi

La piscine est le seul point vraiment positif.

La propreté des lits est douteuse. La propriétaire fait limitte de la vente forcée de prestation externe (boat trip, taxi etc..) et n apprecie pas trop les refus. Elle n aime pas qu on donne notre avis a d autre client.

Struttura economica

All’entrata la struttura sembrava quasi piu una casa privata, lo staff era seduto sui divani a mangiare come se nulla fosse. Le foto su booking non sono veritiere e sicuramente fanno riferimento ad una struttura con una vecchia gestione. L’insegna è addirittura scolorita che quasi non si vede il nome dell’hotel. Camere assolutamente da ristrutturare per non parlare dei bagni. Il nostro aveva solo un lavandino, wc e doccia senza box doccia. Molto brutto nell’insieme.

Tout. Super accueil, c'est propre, calme, confortable. La piscine est agréable et propre. Les petit dej est super. Le personnel super accueillant. Nous avons pris les excursions sur soir en bateau (pas de coucher de soleil car trop de nuages) et en journée pour voir l'essentiel des sites.

Pas assez de portes serviettes, pas de quoi étendre les serviettes et les maillots.

The location is kinda making us feel insecure. Moreover they said mafia punched their dog in the neighborhood and they were putting big locks at the front doors, It scared my mom.

Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre 202, photos de l'annonce peu ressemblantes à la réalité, spartiate, lumière allumée dans le couloir toute la nuit éblouissante dans les chambres, climatisation bruyante, rue peu engageante, murs fins peu isolés, mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Perfect for Families: We stayed in a family room which was great for the four of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers). My wife and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for cooling down after sightseeing. Unbeatable Location: The value for money and the central location are outstanding. It is the perfect base to explore the remarkable former capital of Siam and its magnificent temple ruins. Amazing Experiences: A major highlight is renting a bicycle to do a tour through the historic ruins. We were also lucky to catch a special local event during our stay: a "Night-Horror-Funrun" followed by a concert and a lively festival! Great Service: The overall service was very good, and they even arranged a traditional "Kermit Tuk-Tuk" for us. First Impression: The lady of the house might seem a bit unfriendly or unfocused at the very first moment. However, don't take it too seriously – just smile and look past it! You quickly realize that she is a truly good-hearted, sympathetic, and helpful person who loves to give great local information.

Centraal gelegen. Gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Keurige familiekamer aan het zwembad. Op de dag van ons vertrek moesten we vroeg uitchecken. Speciaal daarvoor mochten we eerder ontbijten dan de gebruikelijk ontbijttijden, heel fijn.

La piscina también estaba en muy malas condiciones: tenía demasiado cloro y el agua se veía blanquecina y sucia. El comedor, las ventanas y las tumbonas tipo cama estaban bastante sucios. Además, la dueña tenía tres perros que se subían a las mesas y a las sillas del comedor, algo que nos pareció poco higiénico. En general, no nos sentimos cómodos ni bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Hay varios aspectos de limpieza, mantenimiento y atención al cliente que deberían mejorar bastante.

I had the impression that the owner was trying to sell us touristic packages all the time. I would not recommend to pay for the insite breakfast which was too expensive. Just a few meters outsdide you get better options and cheaper

Super friendly owner and staff. Made us feel really welcome. We booked a two hour boat tour for the afternoon of our arrival and a six hour temple tour by tuktuk the next day. Both highly recommendable! The pad thai and breakfast next to the pool were great!

De vrouw aan de balie was vriendelijk toen we toekwamen en verkocht ons snel een boottocht.. daarna kon er geen lach meer af, leek erg gestresseerd en was erg boos omdat er een flesje water uitgelopen was op bed .. terwijl de rest van het personeel wel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam was..

We hebben heerlijk geslapen in het hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, en heeft ons vandaag de gehele dag met een Tuk-Tuk rond gereden om alle bezienswaardigheden te zien. De accommodatie is prima voor 1 nacht, en het zwembad is heerlijk om in te verkoelen. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

Hygiëne kan beter

Schöner Pool, Zimmer sauber, Klima funktionierte gut und leise. Gute Restaurants um die Ecke, tolle recht zentrale Lage.

Bett war sehr hart, Bad ist minimalistisch, vermittelte Bootstour war auf ziemlich lautem Longtail-Boot.

Bonne situation géographique : 15mn à pieds des principaux temples. La piscine est un vrai plus.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas terrible. Par ailleurs, les gérants sont trop insistants pour les excursions. Nous sommes passés par eux pour la gestion du transfert vers ayutthaya. Nous nous sommes aperçu s qu'ils nous avaient fait payer 2x le prix du bus... une commission bien élevée ! Nous vous recommandons donc de gérer par vous même.

Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und geräumig. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Kinder haben den Pool genossen.

Besitzerin hat uns eine Tuktuk-Tour am Abend organisiert zu den beleuchteten Tempeln. Das war sehr schön. Dabei wurden wir aber in ein Restaurant geführt, das sich als Tourifalle herausstellte. Das Essen war nicht gut und der Service schlecht. Das hat uns geärgert, weil wir eigentlich zuerst in ein anderes Restaurant wollten. Tuktuk-Tour darum JA - Restaurant NEIN.

Lo único bueno el aire acondicionado

Llegamos 1 hora y media antes del Check-In y a pesar de que nuestra habitación estaba limpia no nos dejaron entrar si no pagábamos 250 Baths!! Intentan venderte constantemente tours y tuktuk, al salir a la calle del hotel encuentras lo mismo a la mitad de precio, pero ellos insisten. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, el hotel está sucio viejo y con trastos por todos los lados. Estuvimos en el segundo piso y los suelos son tan finos que se oía cada paso en el piso de arriba, imposible dormir así. La higiene del desayuno horrible, leche sin refrigerar, cubiertos húmedos y revueltos, perros sueltos andando alrededor de las mesas en el"comedor" ... Hotel de los horrores un engaño total, venden algo que no se corresponde con la realidad.

The best thing about this place is definatly Sue!! Her english was fantastic and her stories were heart felt. If you want a stay where it feels luke staying with a friend, then this place is it. Her sister took us around in her tuk tuk which waz a highlight!!! Thank you so much for an unfirgettable stay!!! 🙏🩵

Atuyatta island has many smaller accommodation options and this would be a great choice for those staying a few days. The pool is great and the owner has gone to a lot of effort with the gardens and surrounds. The owner is friendly and was always helpful. Her dogs are mischievous and cute. The parking is ok, in another house, for most undercover.

Only issue we had was some noise from the floor above throughout the night. People were in town for government exams, so I expect someone was awake all night moving chairs etc

Wonderful genuinely friendly and funny owners with great language skills, made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Rooms were basic but spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed (2nd best we have had in Thailand) and small balcony with a nice view. Bug screens on windows and patio door. Pool was awesome after travelling all day. Fantastic location close to bars but really quiet. Arranged our onward bus travel on a vip bus and a tuk tuk to get us to the bus station. Book breakfast

Estoy viajando con mi mamá que tiene movilidad reducida. La pieza donde nos acomodamos quedaba en el tercer piso, el lugar no tiene escaleras. No estaba bien habilitado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Le comportement de la patronne ( la seule fois durant notre séjour d' un mois), qui a insisté pour nous vendre un tour en bateau dès notre arrivée. Tour que Nous avons accepté pour nous apercevoir après que si Nous l' avions pris à l' embarcadère cela nous aurait coûté moins cher ( 250 bahts à l' hôtel contre 200 à l' embarcadère). S' ajoute à cela le fait qu' on nous fasse déchausser pour monter aux chambres ( très bien pour la propreté), dommage par contre que le petit chien de l' hôtel se ballade en faisant pipi partout...C' est dommage car la qualité de l' hôtel est bonne

Empfang war sehr unprofessionell, aber nach dem wir das falsche Zimmer hatten, konnten wir den nächsten Tag wechseln. Frühstück sehr vielseitig mit Obst und Desserts sowie frischen Kaffee. Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber. Eigentümerin super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Buchung Schiffstour und Weitertransport ‚

Sauberkeit Treppenaufgang und Reinigung des Balkon, der doch einen super Ausblick auf den Teich mit blühenden Lilien bietet.

Das Hotel bietet individuelle, gute Touren an. Es war sehr heiss so konnten wir alles vor Ort abwickeln. Fruhestueck, war gut. Baden und Smoothie trinken abends und am Nachmittag eine Thaimssage nach der Kulturtour per Rikscha.

Das Licht koennte harmonischer sein. Badezinmer etwas duester, dafuer gute Betten.

Bon accueil, personnes très réactives, ont leur propre tuktuk ce qui est vraiment top ! J' ai fait le tour des sites avec eux, la conductrice était super, bons conseils, on pouvait adapter le tour, s'est arrêtée à un ATM à ma demande... Piscine bien agréable avec beaucoup de sièges, petit déjeuner copieux. Bon emplacement au calme, à deux pas des sites à visiter.

Il y avait des travaux au rez-de-chaussée, donc du bruit, du passage, de la poussière... Le tour des temples le soir en bateau s'arrête au marché de nuit, pas dit clairement, pas trouvé de tuktuk, je suis donc rentrée à pied, heureusement que ce n'est pas trop loin..

L’hôtel est basique mais c’est propre et accueillant et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix pour Ayuthaya. L’hôtel est bien placé, nous avons été bien accueillis par Su qui est toujours souriante et sympathique. La piscine est traitée au sel ce qui est plus agréable que le chlore et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Plusieurs terrasses pour se relaxer. L’hôtel est dans une ruelle très calme.

Amazing little gem of a place, tucked away but immediately accessible to lots of bars. Amazing staff (especially Sue). Great hosts, pool and breakfast. The sofas pool side were the ideal chill spot in the evening.

Het zwembad was een geschenk..de temperaturen in Ayutthaya waren zo warm..de kamers hebben ook prima airco en ruim.. om de 2 dagen nieuwe lakens op de bedden. De boottrip aangeraden door de receptie was de moeite waard. Ontbijt aangeboden zeer goed en je kan er ook lekker lunchen/dineren. Ook in de buurt kan je lekker eten.

Op het moment dat wij er waren werd de loodgieterij/sanitair aan het zwembad gerenoveerd. Dat was minder leuk als je even rustig wilde zwemmen. Maar begrijpelijk, noodzakelijke werken moeten nu eenmaal gebeuren.

L'accès à la piscine est payant après le check-out (100 bahts par personnes et 50 bahts la serviette). C'est dommage !

Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirkt sehr familiär. Die Lage ist perfekt! Man hat Restaurants und Bars für den Abend in der Nähe die man locker zu fuß erreichen kann, aber im Zimmer kaum bis gar nicht zu hören sind. Lotus, 7/11, alles in der Nähe! Ansonsten kann man alles auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Der Historische Park ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min zu erreichen. Ich bin in der ganzen Stadt herumgefahren! Die Bootstour am Nachmittag ist ein Muss! Man bekommt alles was man brauch und unternehmen möchte in der Unterkunft! Der Pool ist sauber und groß! Allerdings wäre eine Dusche nicht schlecht! Das ist aber das einzige was vielleicht eher negativ ist. Zimmer war sehr sauber, und die Fenster haben Fliegengitter! Frühstück ist mit allem bestückt was man will. Kaffee kann man den ganzen Tag haben wenn man mag. Ich habe verlängert weil e einfach auch super zum entspannen geeignet ist. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!❤️

Freundliche Gastgeberin, nettes Personal wirkt familiär und alle sind hilfsbereit. Lage ist auch gut man kann sowohl essen/trinken gehen als auch einkaufen, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sauber.

Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig mal höflich ausgedrückt. Und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach etwas hoch. Aber trotz dessen ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

1. Расположение прекрасное. До половины достопримечательностей можно дойти ногами. Не очень далеко 7eleven. 2. Отличный и чистый бассейн 3. Вежливый персонал,который старается во всем помочь:выщвать тук или организовать экскурсию. 4. Выход из номера 1го этажа прям к бассейну и супрудобной беседке. Небольшая, но очень красиво оформленная территория 5. Организуют катание на лодке вокруг острова-очень прикольно. В конце маршрута ночной рынок,где мы прикупили фруктов и весьма недорого и поужинали.

Завтраки не очень-скудновато: яичница,фрукты, и что то местное сладкое) Убранство номера весьма простое-3 кровати,санузел,в котором очень плохо уходит вода. Мы были 2 ночи,нас вполне устроило. На дольше семьей из 4 человек было бы тяжеловато.

The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out, everything was well maintained and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They made the stay very comfortable and gave great service.

L'accueil est aux petits soins et il est très facile d'organiser des excursions directement avec l'hôtel. Idem pour la lessive et des massages. La piscine est top. Le petit-déjeuner très bien. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés 😄 l'hôtel est à côté d'une rue où il y a plein de restaurants. Emplacement très bien.

The staff are fantastic, especially Sue, whose west Yorkshire accent is somewhat unique. We were made so welcome and have relaxed in the pool each and every day. We would definitely return again and recommend to any traveller to Ayutthaya.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat Verbesserungspotential. Kein Müsli, kein Joghurt, Der Obstteller ist ganz gut & okay. Es ist auch schwierig im offenen Raum, halb im Freien, bei 30-35 Grad Celsius ein Frühstücksbuffet anzubieten. Man sollte von seitens des Betreibers, auf das Frühstücksbuffet verzichten. Oder ein notwendiger kleiner Umbau, in einem Frühstücks - Raum mit Air - Condition. Das Frühstücksbuffet dort so anbieten, wo es einigermaßen frisch bleibt. dito. Investition in eine Café - Maschine, in der die Gäste selbst frei, nach Geschmack, Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino,…, wählen können.

Le personnel qui est quelque fois pas aimable.

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is top, lekker centraal om de tempels te kunnen bezoeken. Alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig en het zwembad is heerlijk aangekleed om in af te kunnen koelen.

Kleine details in de afwerking kunnen worden verbeterd. Maar je bent van alles voorzien!
