Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. 3 von den 4 Zimmern waren ziemlich groß und hatten noch eine Couch neben dem Bett. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, in einem sehr schönen Innenhof des Haupthauses. Das Abendessen hervorragend! Man konnte für 10€/Tag 1 Schirm und je 2 Handtücher und faltbare leichte Liegen ausleihen.

Those with any mobility concerns should pay to transport luggage. Although (free) parking is available, it requires walk on cobblestone and stairs..

La storicità dell’albergo diffuso, i vari salottini e giardini interni

La distanza dall’area colazione

Alloggio ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile e con ottimo gusto in un edificio storico (solo dopo ho scoperto che abbiamo alloggiato nella camera dove Gramsci ha studiato, un pezzo di storia italiana insomma!). Il palazzo principale invece (gentilmente mostratoci da Gianluca) è una antica e importante dimora signorile ristrutturata altrettanto bene e sempre raffinata nello stile. Consiglio vivamente il ristorante dove la materia prima locale viene reinterpretata creando piatti unici di alta qualità, per gli amanti del vino la cantina è fornitissima con vini del territorio e non. Colazione buonissima con prodotti locali. Host e staff gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

Il paese ha delle stradine di acciottolato liscio e a volte ripide, sono caratteristiche è autentiche ma consiglio cautela per chi come noi viaggia in moto.

Struttura accogliente e personale molto cordiale e attento. Colazione eccellente.

Albergo diffuso situato in un paese caratteristico. La struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto carina ma la stanza era minimal, senza nemmeno il frigorifero. Cena buona anche se i tempi di attesa tra una portata ed un'altra sono stati troppo lunghi. Colazione buona. Staff gentile.

Antica is a wonderful place. It is clear that it has been created with great passion and attention to detail, while preserving the unique atmosphere of this medieval building. The rooms are very clean, but the bathrooms deserve special praise. They are modern enough to be comfortable while still blending perfectly with the historic character of the property. The rainfall shower had surprisingly strong water pressure, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day at the beach. I drove about 40 km to the beach every day, and it was absolutely worth it. It is difficult to find such an authentic place close to the busiest beaches, and those daily drives allowed me to discover much more of Sardinia. The food is outstanding. The tasting menu is truly special, and the cocktails are excellent. The surrounding area is also very interesting and easy to explore on foot. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and communication was always easy. This is a place I would happily return to.

It would be ideal if there was a drinks fridge in the room.

Be prepared to carry your luggage along a narrow, steep trail with stairs and weeds. Also, there's no parking. The logistics are a bit complicated.

Eine herausragend besondere Unterkunft mit dem historischen Ambiente, den schönen Innenhöfen. Ich musste wegen einer Darmsanierung eine komplizierte Diät einhalten, Sara, die Köchin, zauberte so viele Vorschläge hervor, ich konnte gar nicht alles an zwei Abenden ausprobieren! Fast alle anderen Unterkünfte auf meiner Reise durch Sardinien waren mit der Aufgabe überfordert. Generell: Super toll, dass sich ein jüngeres, dynamisches Team zusammengefunden hat, welches hier abseits der grossen Touristenströme eine Vision verfolgt!

Das Essen hat seinen Preis... Die Klimaanlage ist etwas improvisiert und laut.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura! Finalmente dal momento dell'arrivo l'accoglienza è stata calorosa. Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente preparato, di una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità fuori dal comune. La colazione è il fiore all'occhiello: semplicemente divina servita e a buffet in un giardino incantevole! Una varietà incredibile di prodotti freschi, di produzione locale di ottimaqualità, sia dolce che salata. È il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata, con il sorriso e l abbondanza. La camera pulita, l atmosfera suggestiva di un palazzo del 700 da ammirare in tutti i suoi dettagli. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza impeccabile. Gratitudine 💫

Nel cuore di Santu Lussurgiu, è un'isola di eleganza e passione. L'edificio è una sorta di riad, ristrutturato con gusto. Si cena e si fa colazione in uno stupendo giardino interno. Tutto ciò che viene servito a colazione e a cena è prodotto dalla cucina e proviene dal territorio circostante.

We loved the property and the respectful way in which it has been restored.

We would have preferred to have a private little fridge inside the room. We would recommend adding more savoury options for breakfast (what is offered is of excellent quality anyways, but a few more savoury options would enhance the experience).

Per noi non è stato un problema perché avevamo una sola valigia ma consiglio a chi ha più bagagli di accettare il servizio di facchinaggio che viene offerto a 10 euro. Essendo un borgo antico, i vicoli presentano una pavimentazione irregolare e, per arrivare alla camera, ci sono un po' di scale

Ontbijt was prima, personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Diner was speciaal ondanks de prijs. Geweldige binnenplaats voor ontbijt en diner.

Bereikbaarheid , vooral met koffers. Diner was flink aan de prijs en dan nog exclusief drank.

Das angebotene Abendessen klang sehr verlockend, entsprach aber nicht meinen Erwartungen und das Frühstück war sehr ärmlich gehalten. Außer dem Empfang war das gesamte Personal sehr gedankenlos und uninteressiert. Und wenn ich schon mit dem Weinkeller protze, die Weine erst bei 35 EUR anfangen und bis über 300 EUR gehen, dann sollte man mehr Service am Tisch verlangen können.

Tagsüber keinerlei Servicepersonal. Keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und dann die kleinen Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher, der aber nur mit Wasserfüllung fest stand. Und die schlechte Parplatzsituation.

This boutique hotel has a charming patio. Very good breakfast and high quality dinner from the local chef. All personal was professional and friendly.

The hotel actively promotes pro-Palestinian narrative by selling brochures full of incorrect and misleading information, selling goods and presenting posters with pro-Palestinian messages. All looks like a brainwash directed to the hotel guests. This is absolutely not appropriate for the tourist business.

The quaintness of staying in such a beautiful old building in a beautiful old village that has kept its heritage and culture in tact.

The evening meal was delicious however the wine list too expensive. The pasta cooking course again was very expensive and disappointing in that we didn’t get to eat what we had made.

Vorsicht bei der Anfahrt in den engen Gassen

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe und Engagement geführt wird. Wir haben einen sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service erlebt. Im wunderbaren Innenhof haben wir mehrmals zu Abend gegessen, eine absolute Empfehlung von uns. Es wird jeden Abend ein anderes individuelles Menü (Slow food) zu einem fairen Preis angeboten. Man hat die Möglichkeit nach Voranmeldung an 2-stündigen Kochkursen teilzunehmen. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Die Weinkarte hätte gerne weniger umfangreich sein dürfen. 16 Seiten mit teilweise hohen (bis vierstelligen Preisen) ohne nähere Beschreibung der Weine empfanden wir als zu viel des Guten. Wir fänden es gut, sich auf regionale Sorten zu beschränken, dem Konzept von Antica Dimora folgend. Kunststoff Becher im Bad statt Gläsern empfanden wir als nicht stimmig. Wir wissen, das sind Kleinigkeiten, aber die machen bekanntlich den Unterschied.

Super leuk verblijf in het midden van het oude centrum. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, toen mijn lange man niet in het bed paste kregen we direct een andere kamer toegewezen. Leuke ervaringen die je kan boeken, wij deden de pasta workshop. Daarnaast ook een geweldig tasting menu wat je in de avond kan eten.

Het is even een stukje lopen over de keien, maar dat is te verwachten in zo een oude stad.

Avondeten beperkte keuze(degustatiemenu,) en vrij duur. Ok voor 1 keer maar dit kan niet elke dag de bedoeming zijn. Buiten het hotel zeer weinig alternatieven, vooral beperkt tot pizza.

Albergo diffuso is een hele speciale en bijzondere plek. Ademt sfeer uit van vroegere tijden en er is veel bewaard gebleven vanuit t verleden. Prachtig opgeknapt en ingericht. Als je de grote poort binnenstapt en je het terras ziet onder de prachtige rozenbogen, ben je in een andere wereld. Het verblijf, de voorzieningen, de bediening en het geweldige ontbijt en diner zijn heel bijzonder en super verzorgd. We hebben genoten.

Het was meer en verrassender dan ik gedacht had. De locatie is een mooi uitgangspunt om in verschillende richtingen activiteiten te ondernemen of bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Daarvoor is in de meeste gevallen wel een auto nodig om de afstanden te overbruggen.

Het ligt in een prachtig dorpje, maar mocht je slecht ter been zijn is het geen optie. Maar wij zijn goed ter been en hebben genoten van de oudheid van dit mooie stadje.

Einzigartige Atmosphäre in einem liebevoll bis ins Detail ausgestatteten alten Patrizierhaus. Die modernen Stilelemente sind geschmackvoll eingefügt. Der Blick vom jasminbewachsenen Balkon über das Städtchen ist einzig. Die Gastgeberin ist stolz auf selbstgemachte Marmeladen und Kuchen, das Frühstück mit edlem Peccorino, guter Wurst etc. lädt zum Verweilen im schattigen Innenhof ein...

... Kaffee gibt es allerdings aus der Thermoskanne. Woanders übliche Spezialitäten wie Café Latte, Lugo, Cappuccino etc. sind hier teures Extra. Das Abendmenü ist von teilweise hervorragender, teilweise ordentlicher Qualität zu recht ordentlichem Preis, die Getränke im Vergleich zu teuer.

Wir waren in einem der 3 Altstadthäuser untergebracht, was nicht das Haupthaus war, wo das Frühstück & Abendessen stattfindet. Ergo musste man jedes Mal ein paar Gassen durch das schöne Örtchen durchlaufen um ins Haupthaus zu kommen. Ist gewöhnungssache, hatten wir bisher nie auf unseren Reisen. Das Zimmer war auf der zweiten Etage und unterteilt auf 2 Ebenen. Unten Badezimmer mit einer Art Wohnraum und oben das Schlafzimmer mit einen zusätzlichen Badezimmer, was sehr, sehr klein ist, aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Es war zweckmäßig, allerdings fehlte uns die "Gemütlichkeit". Wir haben das Abendmenü sehr genossen, am zweiten Abend noch mehr als am ersten.

Wir hätten uns einen Balkon oder Terrasse gewünscht, wo man bei schönem Wetter hätte verweilen können.

El lugar Increible muy bien mantenido y muy bien ambientado

La habitacion era grande pero muy oscura cosa normal en una casa de la epoca Lo que no me gusto es que la cama era de una plaza( yo pedi dos camas) y cochon un Poco duro y solo una almohada sin un Almhoadon . Si bien habia un cojin me gusta la cama con todo Limpio y es necesario Tener mas de una almohada para poder leer Lo otro malo son las toallas de baño ya que estan muy desgastadas y una tenia un hoyo

Vanaf de parkeerplaats naar de accomodatie ongeveer 100 meter, steil omhoog, kinderkopjes. In de accomodatie moet je nog zeer veel steile trappen op om bij de kamer te komen. Slecht bed en kamer ruikt erg naar de open haard.

Klimatyczne i wyjątkowe miejsce na nocleg. Przepyszna kolacja i śniadanie w restauracji. Niesamowicie uprzejma i sympatyczna obsługa. Rewelacja. Polecam każdemu takiego doświadczenia. Menu degustacja - poezja.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, für jeden etwas, sehr zu empfehlen sind die Kuchen ;-)

Wir sind als Paar für eine Nacht in der liebevoll renovierten Unterkunft im verwinkelten Ort geblieben. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Daniele. Der Fußweg zu den im Ort verteilten Häusern mit den Zimmern wurde uns vorher präzise geschickt und auch am Telefon erklärt. Das Abendessen als Degustionsmenü war unglaublich und wurde durch eine hervorragende Weinkarte komplettiert. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und im stilvollen Haupthaus angerichtet.

Equipements très vieillissants, planchers penchés, accès très compliqué à l'établissement : il faut garer la voiture et y aller à pied. Nous étions prévenus en amont, mais ce n'est franchement pas pratique pour des voyageurs d'un certain âge avec les valises. Le menu dégustation est décevant.

Nous venions pour la deuxième fois à l'Antica Dimora et nous avons de nouveau été conquis par la beauté de ce lieu unique, niché dans le village médiéval de Santu Lussurgiu. L'accueil y est chaleureux, la maison et son jardin magnifiques et paisibles. Les chambres sont calmes, confortables et décorées avec goût, la literie parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux, avec produits locaux choisis et pâtisseries maison. Et le dîner servi aux résidents (pour un prix très raisonnable) est d'une recherche et d'une qualité exceptionnelles, avec aussi une mise en valeur des légumes et produits du terroir. Le filet de cochon de lait cuit 50 heures à feux doux est un souvenir gustatif inoubliable ! Il y a aussi une très belle boutique-épicerie.

Es un lloc amb molt d'encant i molt autèntic. El menjar és excepcional. Ens va sorprendre la seva qualitat i la seva presentació. De fet, el sopar, amb menú degustació, va ser, de lluny, el millor àpat de les vacances. Els amfitrions són encantadors i l'espai és molt especial. Potser hi manca el confort d'un lloc més modern, però val la pena l'estada per l'autenticitat i per viure l'experiència en una propietat històrica enmig d'un poblet allunyat del turisme convencional. Molt aprop hi ha llocs interessants per visitar. Es molt complicat circular en cotxe pel poble però ens van indicar molt bé on aparcar i no vam tenir cap problema per trobar lloc ni per arribar a l'Albergo

This place including the village is absolutely magical. The staff was a delight, familiar atmosphere and the food was very good. I suggest you have dinner here during your stay and do get your souvenirs from the shop. Their aroma spray is delicious as well as the honey, i am regretting I didn't buy more. Incredible stay. It is very visible how much effort they have put in the rennovation of the building - loved the architecture! Also - the mattress was incredibly comfortable and I am usually picky about that :D even after 6 nights - just perfect!

Just be mindful, especially if you stay longer, to take some earplugs. Next to the absolut beauty of the old building and care and love it received, it's easy to hear everything. So if you have a room on the top floor be mindful of people sleeping underneath and vice versa :)

The village's maze-like streets are enchanting. The hotel is made up of several buildings spread throughout the locality. The rooms are simple but equipped with very good, slightly retro materials, with a pretty view over the village. At night, everything is very quiet. The breakfast is unforgettable! The buffet is huge and offers a myriad of good things to try, so it's hard to leave early ;-)

Chambre propre assez spacieuse dans une vielle maison rénovée au plein milieu des rues étroite de la petite ville. Une experience à ne pas manquer

Prachtige gebouwen, heerlijk diner en ontbijt, werkelijk aardig en vriendelijk personeel. Alles aan de inrichting en tuin is even smaakvol en fotogeniek.

Van de tuin naar onze kamer was een weg met veel trappen en gangetjes. Prima te doen maar niet als iemand slecht ter been is. Het is een oud stadje en het zijn oude panden dus dat hoort erbij.

Pulizia e location perfette sia per quanto concerne le stanze ne gli spazi comuni tutti molto curati da un'attenta mano che si percepisce distintamente.La cucina della chef è stata una conferma delle ottime recensioni che avevamo letto,anzi mi sento di affermare superiore alle aspettative e la scelta di offrire un menù degustazione è una forma di conoscenza della cucina sempre particolarmente gradita a chi come noi fa del viaggio una esperienza ad ampio spettro. Lo staff eccellente sotto ogni aspetto per noi solo note positive . In generale avremmo voluto più giorni a disposizione per poter godere di un ambiente che vale oro . Ritorneremo appena possibile

Avendo particolari esigenze avremmo gradito la possibilità di usufruire del climatizzatore per riscaldare la stanza a sera ma abbiamo compreso che non era possibile. La disponibilità dello staff ha sopperito ampiamente a questo piccolo disagio.

Lovely property. Felt really special entering the hotel and being shown around. We also stayed for the dinner which was excellent. The taster menu was tasty and interesting.
