Animals everything was perfect

There was no tv in room and microwave to warm food

Outside town. A perfect space to breath and relax 😌 The Food were exceptional 👌🏾 Staff very friendly, they even help you to set a braai.

1. I love music, the fact that they don't allow music on the braai area was a bummer for me. At least, if they said not too loud. 2. They didn't have heaters especially in the leaving room. It was too cold since it was in early August. And the bedrooms only have aircons, No heaters, No electric blankets, so for people who have sinus it's hard to use aircons. Now I had no choice but to use it the entire stay because it was cold. 1 day after I got back, I got a really bad flu because of aircon 🥹🤒

The service was top notch, the place was beautiful

I didn't eat their breakfast. One suggestion is that for far units they must build braai facilities nearby.

My husband and I loved everything about this lodge. The friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one.From the wild life entrance to the delicious dinner and breakfast. The Game drive was short but the Sunset was the highlight for our one night stay. An excellent place. Thank you Letsatsi Game Lodge. ❤️❤️

Accomodation and views

I like everything

Relaxed, beautiful atmosphere to recharge and reset. Cottages are private and cozy for a winter stay. Child friendly and lovely to be surrounded by wild life. Meals are well priced and delicious.

Communication was challenging to get answers to arrange game drives. Took a few messages, emails, calls and whatsapps to get an answer about game drive pricing and booking. Game drive was limited to the same route as the drive you take to arrive at the lodge and did not go to the area where most of the animals were. Though these areas are right infront of the cottages and lodge sso you still see lots. All other aspects made up for it and it was still good value for money.

Nr 28 Weekend was cold weather, no ones fault, but: A/c in lounge did not provide any heat Microwave very slow or defective Electric blanket in bedroom defective, doors sticky in frames My opinion- maintenance needs attention

Quad bikes were not working and that was going to be my highlight for the weekend. The road is muddy. You definitely need a big car for that lengthy road.

The gravel road is very slippery, making it difficult to travel

The staff was friendly and they are accommodating. The meals, the chef did wonders on that. Its a place for one to be to clear their minds.

The road to the lodge, worse when we were departing it was raining and road was muddy, It was a horrible experience when the car keep on swinging😭😭😭😭

This was a perfect experience. I will bring my team here again. There were 4 kilometers of dirt road to the destination. Fortunately, I met a company employee who gave me the access code. They were very kind. Thank you.

The views are absolutely stunning, the animals are delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The lodge and chalets offer a level of luxury that is truly outstanding. The beds are remarkably comfortable, and I experienced one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. We were treated like royalty, receiving service that can only be described as five‑star. The food was divine—flavourful, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Breakfast offers a great variety at bargain price. I will certainly return in the future, and I hope to stay for an entire week next time.

The roads were a bit rough for our car. Perhaps improve the main road.

What an amazing experience. The staff really make the whole experience so good. Their attention to detail is outstanding.

The food and the location was amazing and the place is everything we expected and more. And they is plenty of wild animals to see.

The quad bikes were not that good, they need to be serviced as they were not working 100%. We got the sun set drive instead of the game drive which we paid for.

My room had no TV and Microwave. Sheets were not changed for the 3 days I stayed there. Cups and drinking glasses were never washed for my stay at Letsatsi.

Comfortable spacious accommodation as we were in a 2 bed cottage.

No hairdryer anywhere to be found! I was trapped in the toilet facility as the handle wouldn’t turn and had to bang on the door for my husband to try to turn it from the outside.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety, hot and plentiful. Location was ideal for a game reserve and very peaceful.

Access road was rough and pitted and difficult to navigate after the recent heavy rains

Letsatsi were Very accommodating with everything. Loved the short walks to various lookout points. Sunset at the pool with a cool cocktail made a relaxing day perfect.

The walkways between chalets are lit. The decor in the reading lounges is just amazing and 5 stars for that

Annestine made our stay unforgettable and Reinhardt was an excellent guide during our game drive. We loved the pool andthe braai in the lapa overlooking the waterhole.

We stayed in the tented camp at Letsatsi Game Lodge, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the tents and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and dinner at the restaurant—enjoyed against a spectacular sunset—was simply sublime. The lodge’s location is ideal; being set away from the busy main road made the journey far more relaxed and added to the overall sense of tranquillity. We would highly recommend Letsatsi to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run bush escape.

The room and the braai area met my expectations

The sheets were not clean upon arrival however the staff members urgently changed the sheets. The WiFi issue even at the lounge caused some inconvenience.

The food is divine - really top notch. The staff very helpful & friendly. They were very accommodating around my requests.

The unit Kitchen was lacking a few basics - but was soon sorted, when we asked about it.

The restaurant was marvellous and the facilities were beautiful, the views were absolutely exquisite. We will definitely return, but will not stay in the tented accommodation again.

The tented camp seems a bit run-down. The tents are not in particular good condition and it is far away from the main reception area where the bar, pool and restaurant is. You have to drive to get there.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Menu is compact but every meal was excellently prepared. The chalets are cleverly equipped and offers good privacy. Although this reserve does not have big five game the game drive was good and the guide very informative.

Our bathtub seemed to leak and it ran into the carpeted room, which gave an unfortunate smell. A shower option would be nice.

Tolle Aussicht

Very beautiful lodge, stunning location. Dirt road isn't bad at all. It will be a nice spot for a weekend away if you have budgeted properly.

The rooms are very run down. Looks like they took a knock during covid. Units need TLC. Plug points are difficult to access. It is not self-catering at all. We didn't realize that when we booked.

The location, the cabins were very spacious and the peace and quiet.

The cabin definitely needs an upgrade - looks very tired. The bathroom door handles were very tough to open once locked. The bathrooms and the doors to the bathroom needs to be changed. Carpets need to be changed - maybe consider laminated flooring- easy to take care of. Suggest putting nets on the windows. Not keen on opening windows due to the insects. Maybe getting Netflix for the rainy days. Small cereal bowls should be provided.

The lodge is a short drive along a gravel road and is located in a serene area with beautiful views. Many animals came close to the property, which made the experience even more special. The lodge itself has a stunning design and feels like something straight out of a movie. All the staff were helpful, polite, and professional. The food was also very tasty and fairly priced. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

Very Clean and well maintained

The Roof was leaking during heavy rain storm , falling Grass particles on the bed, the Gravel Road needs attention.

We.loved the beauty and peace of this place, and despite its remoteness, the comfort and hospitality it offered. Delicious meals , private spacious accomodation, a welcome rest after a long journey .

Nothing to dislike

The general areas are nice and the main lodge with the pool and restaurant is also nice. We also enjoyed the food and has healthy portions. There were animals (like impalas etc) to watch from the room and the main lodge - for some that is a big bonus.

The rooms were disappointing - outdated and dirty (had insects, spider webs in the room and the beds were full of little pieces of straw and dust from the thatch roof). Some of the items are also in desperate need of repair like the wooden deck being loose and broken off in some areas. Don’t think we will book again
