停車場明明有位子 外面卻寫滿 打給櫃檯只會鬼打牆說我們只有這個停車場 然後附近其他停車場都很遠!! 最後我們決定賭一把開進來 發現明明就都是空位 但只有B2-3可以停 其他都月租給別人 一進房間就發生插卡送電的口故障的慘案，還要打電話去櫃檯才知道，櫃台說系統更新中要我們等五到十分鐘，等了二十分鐘還沒有好，再打去櫃檯才說系統跳掉搶修中，請問不能夠主動打給我們告知嗎??還好後來修好了。 房間的蓮蓬頭是史上最難用的蓮蓬頭 都分岔成這樣了還不換新嗎??又不是什麼很貴的東西。然後廁所的門根本無法關起來，一個晚上五六千的房間可以不要這麼掉漆嗎??不提供備品我理解，但連拖鞋都不給是在哈囉? 早餐很普通很普通，一股濃濃的敷衍感，以前住兩三千的旅館都比這個好太多了!!避雷避雷避雷!!

插座太少了 床頭的插座也很少！！ 網路非常非常爛 就算連他們的網路也非常爛 就算插有線網路連電腦也很爛 訊號也很差 浴室的門要關一定會有一個非常大聲又很尖銳的聲音 因為門會卡到底下 所以會有一個很難聽的聲音

健身房設備看起來舊舊髒髒的； 早餐的玻璃杯杯緣幾乎都有唇印； 房間隔音不太好，浴室地板有印子，剛入住時還有房務人員突然打開房門。

Front desk staffs are helpful if you need any assistant such as taxi order, nearby foods directory, walking distance to Family mart, McD, Starbuck, 7-11, very convenient... :) etc. Total we booked 4 rooms, 3 located in mid zone (rooms are Japanese Tatami style). 1 in high zone (room is western style). Overall value for money.
