Jai remercie avant tout les deux jeunes filles qui m'ont accueilli lors de mon séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel Ibis budget de Genevilliers. Belle accueil, lieu propre, chambre satisfaisante avec lit double, salle d'eau et WC séparés. Je recommande vivement.

Para começar, a iluminação do quarto é horrível, o formato que foi feito também, o banheiro fica do lado oposto da pia para lavar as mãos, sem contar que não existe serviço de quarto, ficamos uma semana, deixamos a placa solicitando o serviço e nada. Fomos para Madrid em um hotel da mesma rede e o serviço foi totalmente diferente.

Avoir un parking gratuit est un plus. Je recommande cet hôtel

The air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout every room so it couldn’t be turned off, which I found weird and ridiculous. How can any establishment not allow you to control your own air conditioning, especially when their windows open wide enough to allow plenty of air through if necessary. That greatly effected our comfort as we had to use the little towel they provide to step on after getting out of the shower to cover the vent and have the heating on blast the entire night to be able to sleep and not freeze. Also the windows open far too wide to be considered safe, I’ve never been to a hotel where I’m able to throw myself out with room to spare if I wanted to. Gap at the bottom of the shower where all the water leaks out but good pressure and got nice and hot. Lift squeaks and grunts, could do with some oiling. Continental breakfast options not worth the €9.50 quoted by reception, also more than is stated on the Hotels.com website (€7.50). Good transport links though, and receptionists were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows are never up to standard at any hotel so won’t single this hotel out for that.

Très bon hôtel proche du centre de Paris. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a un garage souterrain pour les voitures. Aucun problème de bruit. Franchement je le recommande.

De locatie is prima, bedden ook best oke. De wcdeur kan niet echt dicht en het doucheputje zat vol met haren. Dat was minder prettig. 's Nachts heel veel lawaai en rook van de straat.

Helpful staff, great location and convenient for parking. Great for 1 night. There is no air conditioning in rooms (be aware if booking in summer!) also the stairwell was full of building materials, not ideal in an emergency!

Personnel au top nous avons été très bien accueilli, par contre la chambre laisse à désirer lit inconfortable odeur dégoût la porte de l’ascenseur rester bloquée, petit déjeuner moyen que du pain pas de fruits ni de chaud

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables y serviciales. Las habitaciones en general del ibis budget son pequeñas pero mas que suficientes para una estancia corta y preferiblemente poco equipaje. El desayuno incluido fue bastante bueno y varias opciones apara escoger. El lado mas negativo es que las habitaciones no tienen ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. En pleno verano es un verdadero infierno.

The elevator of this hotel is not working. Everyone needs to use stairs to go up. Also there is no air conditioning in the hotel.

The room was good overall, you get a code to open your room door and outside gate if you arrive late at night (since there will be no staff), no room cleaning was done during our 2 night stay

Arrivée à 23h impossible d’avoir le code pour ouvrir la porte, une chance qu’une personne est arrivé et avait le code ! Le matin on demande un supplément pour avoir le droit à un déjeuner c’est refusé ! Ils n’avais pas de place alors qu’il n’y avais pas grand monde, Donc le service de déjeuner c’est de la pure bêtise.

Although not fancy, it was clean, convenient and great value for money. I would recommend.

The hotel is out on the suburbs, public transport to central Paris was good. Lack of restaurants and bars in the area

Located further from the city and transportation was not as easy as other places (had to walk at least 20 minutes through unfamiliar and seemingly unsafe neighbourhoods).

It’s a great basic, budget friendly hotel near many restaurants and budget shops.

J'ai passé de très nombreuses nuits dans cet hôtel. Il y a un très grand parking, le personnel est très accueillant, on se sent en sécurité et la chambre est toujours très propre. Tarif vraiment très abordable.

Zimmer sind Sauber, gut für die Durchreise. Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, stört mich persönlich nicht. Nur der Flur hat nach Toilette gerochen, und was für mich als Nichtraucher extrem störend war das es komplett nach Zigaretten im Zimmer gerochen hat. Bei offenem Fenster war der Geruch immer noch da ..

Good for the price

This place is awful to live. The rooms are poor. There are no basic amenities - No drinking water, No A/c or a fan or a vent in the bathroom. They do not offer cleaning or change towels or sheets even we stay for 3 nights. The front desk people are least bothered and would want to you take vacate if we don't like and they would still charge you the full amount.

Muito barulhenta. Creio que além de hotel, deve servir como resistência.

This hotel not for definitely not for family stay, we booked with breakfast included but they want to charge us for breakfast

As good as you can expect for a budget hotel! I am in and out of Paris all the time and just need a clean place to sleep and shower and this is it. The room was a decent size. Wasn’t really expecting much so was happy with what I got. One very good thing is the room is so well lit. Plenty of lights everywhere. Window opens wide to allow airflow and there is also a small electric heater which keeps the room nice and warm if needed. Was very pleasantly surprised.

Huele mal, mal ubicado, muy pequeña la habitación, baño sin provacidad. No aire acondicionado, la verdad está en el top 5 de lo peor en lo que me he alojado.

Although it is a bit far from the center of Paris, it is a great business hotel that is quiet and reasonably priced.

The hotel was nice, close to the city. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It´s a very nice option if you are travelling to Paris.

Room was too small and too noisy as it was located right next to the main road which made it difficult to sleep at night

Its was quite considering lots of homeless people around and it was difficult finding the place after running around the block three times until I decided to park and look for it walking around.

You get what you pay for. The room was small and 25 mins from the city… convenient. Sheets were clean…but parking was very difficult. They have on site parking but a lot of vans park there and it’s impossible to find a spot.

Etablissement bien tenu. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute et efficace. Recommandé, mais surtout si on vient en voiture.

The room was very hot, when i asked the receptionist he said that its a centralized cooling system and he can not do anything. We had to open the windows to get some fresh and cool air.terrible experience

Good service and clean room

Very basic room- I found room comfortable but others in the family didn’t - no kettle or anything in the room which was a let down. Hotel is 5 min walk to train station but it’s still quite a way to Paris centre and we got stung one night as the trains were off and had to get an Uber which was a fortune! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate it but it’s not in a separate room it’s literally in the foyer of reception. Extra towels are only available between 5-8pm which we were never there at that time and maids don’t clean rooms since covid - which again we didn’t understand. There is also apparently no baggage store for your last day- check out is 10 not 12 so we had to head to the airport 6 hours early as we didn’t want to cart cases with children around Paris on the trains.

Je m attendais à une chambre mieux. C etait le strict minimum.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il était plus de 21h donc personne pour nous accueillir et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre 1h après notre arrivée le temps de trouver une solution pour pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel car le numéro de réservation qu'on m'avait envoyé par mail n'était pas correct!!! J'en ai parlé à la personne qui nous a accueilli le lendemain matin; apparemment l'hôtel est au courant du problème mais ne fait rien pour prévenir ses clients!!!!De plus la chambre était beaucoup trop chauffée!! Nous avons peu dormi à cause de la chaleur insoutenable!

No cambian sábanas ni toallas. Si no llegas a determinada hora no hay nadie que te abra la puerta para poder acceder a la máquina que te anda acceso a tu cogido de habitación.

Hôtel facile d'accès, dans un endroit calme et à 15 mn du métro à pied en passant par une route assez agréable. Petit bémol sur l'arrivée ou l'accueil n'ouvre qu'à partir de 16h et on a été prévenu la veille au soir. La chambre était propre, le coin douche et wc séparé et assez grand. Il manquerais juste une chaise et un porte manteau soit plus grand que celui qui est avec le miroire

Il était dit sur le site qu’il n’y a pas d’accueil à cet hôtel. Mais il y a bien eu une personne présente jusqu’à 21h pour nous accueillir. Très appréciable.

The room has very little space to arrange suitcases, the reservation were for 3 people and even so, one of the beds were not made, since we got in after reception desk was closed, we had no one to complain about it. The room had some dirty on the walls. Also horrible was the access from the parking lot to the hotel, which you need to go up some opened air stairs , and since I had rained, I was all wet and dirty, so we got the wheels of your suitcases quite dirty as well and the place where the stairs lead to, it had a horrible smell.

No recomendaria para nada este hotel, muy sucio desde la entrada , los pasillos, elevadores y sobre todo las recamaras, esta junto a la carretera y hay mucho ruido y la zona no es bonita, ni segura y ni tranquila. y las fotos que ponen no tienen nada q ver con la readlidad, eso si es un engaño para el cliente.

Pésima experiencia, la entrada muy sucia, el elevador igual, el pasillo súper sucio y lo peor de todo la recámara también, nada q ver con las fotos q publican, no lo recomendaría para nada

Zimmer sehr klein ca. 10 qm. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt. Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer. Kein Waschbecken in der Toilette, so das man aus der Tpilette erstmal in das Zimmmmer musste um sich Hände zu waschen. Keine möglichkeiten um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

O check in é através de uma máquina e isso não fica claro, então todo dia é criada uma senha para conseguir entrar no hotel e no quarto. Quando tem alguém na recepção, não falam outra língua a não ser francês, então qualquer tipo de problema você não conseguirá resolver no hotel se não falar francês. Não tem limpeza de quarto e o papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade, precisamos comprar. O elevador funcionou 1 dia, eu estava com problema no joelho e então foi um perrengue subir 8 lances de escada três dias seguidos.

Grâce au personnel nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est agréable. J’ai apprécié la formule déjeuner à 2.50€ à emporter. Jolie chambre spacieuse avec douche et WC privé. Cependant, la literie était tellement mauvaise que j’en ai eu des douleurs.

Während unseres Paris-Besuches hatten wir hier alles was wir brauchten: die kostenlose Tiefgarage für unser Auto, zu Fuß nur 13 Minuten bis zur Metro, wahlweise auch mit dem Bus zur Metro, Geschäfte in der Umgebung, gutes WLAN auf dem Zimmer, praktisch eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer, freundliche, englisch sprechende Dame am Empfang. Und das alles zu einem Top-Preis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem natürlich etwas einfacher ausgestatteten Budget-Hotel.

A little far of from Paris, Expedia made it seemed as if it was super close.

The main entrance is very dirty, toilet near reception doesn’t even close the door, in the room you have 2 towels and they are small, the guy that work on the reception is very rude, my daughter was walking around our table and he came to us to stop her... she’s 18 months and she was only around our table... the lady on the reception was the only good thing on this hotel... was my first and last time in there

It is a cheap hotel, far away from the city center, really difficult to take public transportation to go from/to the airport if it is too early or too late. The place is very noisy and the beds are super uncomfortable. If you are going to stay only a couple of nights and look to save some money, it is still a good option.

It was not too bad but to remember that some visitor speak only English so at least have one channel on the tv so they can watch and some plugs suitable to charges other country’s phones I don’t think i would be back here it was good but could be more friendly

The hotel was fine just as expected a room with beds and private shower and toilet

Hotel was very dirty. I had to clean all the walls, bathroom and doors because they were dirty with sports and dirt on them one of the door there was spot of blood. Hotel is definitely not for family with kids. It was very nosy and I felt like on our floor there was some kind of party going on I did not feel safe at all. I didn’t even want the staff to clean our room because I didn’t want them to touch anything after I cleaned. I found the staff and asked for clean towels I was very surprise seeing staff not dressed appropriate and one of the guys were actually wearing dirty pants. there’s no one in the front desk to ask if you have any questions. I do not recommend this hotel it is better to find different hotel.

Stayed for two nights, it was an okay stay but nothing special. Clean rooms but very small.

Property was clean and breakfast is an option for an additional cost. It was far from the train or main attractions/tourist needs such as food. Google described the place to have air conditioning, indoor pool, and laundry service, non of which was available. Check in isn't 24 hours and so late check ins are left to figure it on with a machine and unclear directions.
