Reviewed Feb 17, 2025Arrived after 9 pm, that means that the reception is closed, and theres a self-serevice check-in, wich of course never works!! Entered the booking number from Hotels.com and my last name, but of course, Hotels.com bookingnumber isnt the same as B&Bs bookingnumber. Called them, first through the Hotels.com app, wrong number, then through google maps, still wrong number. Luckily they had an intecom-thingy, and finally i made a contact, got the bookingnumber, but then they asked for a payment, wich i always do through Hotels.com app. I was almost on my way to another hotel, but thought that B&B maybe still would withdraw the amount, so i gave it another try, made the payment, and for the first time of more than 100 bookings through Hotels.com app, the payment wasnt made when i booked...no wonder why i wondered. The room was nice, clean and quiet tho
