Hotel the Manhattan

良かった

Friendly staff, helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to conference centre (makuhari messe). Also walking distance to train station and a bus directly outside that goes to both international airports. Walked to Aeon mall - big food hall / grocery store.

Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. Shopping was super close and transport was a small walk away. Breakfast was amazing, Highly recommend.

Staff are amazing.

Staff are very helpful. Room is very clean and has all the amenities we needed

The Manhattan Hotel in Chiba is a homage to 1950s New York. It’s opulent and ostentatious in a good way. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are larger than the average Japanese hotel rooms. Rooms facing the Tokyo Bay gives you a preview of how big Tokyo really is. The room has a closet with a safe big enough to store a tablet or a small laptop. The beds are firm but comfortable. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station. There you can catch the Rapid Train to Tokyo Station in 18 minutes. It’s a 9 minute walk to the Makuhari Messe (Convention Center). The Train station has plenty of conbins (Convenience Stores) and Restaurants. The hotel is quiet and immaculate clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is old school luxury. It's like stepping back in time to the 1920s Great Gatsby era. The rooms were lovely, our bathroom was opulent, the hotel was clean. Can't say enough good things about the staff , especially the tiny bell girls who seemed to be able to lift their body weight in luggage. Would highly recommend.

This place was amazing. So convenient, accessible and the room was large and full of comfort.

Beautiful property, attentive service, great location!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are not brand new, everything is immaculately clean and exudes a sense of classic luxury. The bathroom was spotless, clearly maintained with great care. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from the 17th floor—overlooking both the city and the sea, it was truly breathtaking. The breakfast was another delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The only downside was the atmosphere during breakfast. A group of Chinese tourists were speaking loudly and leaving a mess behind, which unfortunately disrupted the otherwise pleasant dining experience. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

After a long flight, the room was really everything to another level. The views, the restaurants and the staff were wonderful.

Large room area

We chose to stay in Chiba and at The Manhattan as it had the bus limousine direct to Narita as we wanted to avoid going to the airport by train with our luggage. Was definitely a nice choice to enjoy a relaxing last day before flying home. Service by all the staff was superb!

While the property was amazing and luxury it’s the staff that made the experience. We were treated so well and the respect displayed was at the highest level. So happy we stayed at the Manhattan

Hotel staffs are very kind.

excellent.

Your staff and service is always amazing. Our favorite hotel in Tokyo. We can't wait to come back again!

Hotels that are local to Japan are just as nice if not better than the Big Box American hotels. Rest asure that you can stay at a local hotel save money and experience a level of customer service like you get back in the states.

Improvement on breakfast. Maybe more choices would be better

The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. The breakfast was great everyday!

I won’t bother going to Tokyo .

Perfectly serene stay, close proximity to lots of dining options and shopping. Staff extremely helpful and eager to give a helping hand. Booked taxis for us for an early morning train ride. Great stay, extremely elegant hotel beautiful furnishings everywhere. Check in was a breeze.

Very nice hotel, staff was extremely polite and attentive even for Japan. Room was spacious and very clean, and the location is great, right next to an outlet mall.

Amazing staff here. Rooms are slightly bigger than most Japan hotels. Convenient location.

All staff were very polite and helpful, ensuring every moment of my stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. There was a great choice of evening meal too, if dining in was required. An excellent hotel for business, located 5 minute walk away from the local railway station, bus station and exhibition centre. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful place to stay.

I liked their kindness

The hotel is super convenient. Staff is very attentive and helpful and very close to jr station and outlet
