The pictures of rooms are deceiving, looks much larger then actually is.

Staff are friendly and caring. Property premises was clean

Needs some upgrades like door knobs, comfier pillows and etc. Needs ants/pest control..

No hot shower

Good for family or group the room was spacious double deck and a queen bed.

It's a decent place to stay at overnight. They charge for services though like use of their microwave although we didn't use it. I just think that these things need to be disclosed during the booking process.

The staff is excellent. The stay is very safe they locked the door and gate for the safety of the guests and if you get out during the night they wait for you to come back to lock the property. Kudos to Jerome and the team. Thank you guys for accommodating us with excellent manner.

We enjoyed the stay in Rangya Hotel. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our 'Senior' needs. The location is great, very convenient, the room is clean and comfy. The price is budget friendly as well. I will certainly recommend this hotel if you need a comfy, clean, convenient and friendly to you and to your pocket

Our stay was very comfortable. I would say it was awesome because the place is peaceful, cozy beds, and very accessible to the mall even just by walking. What's more amazing was the warm welcome of the front desk people, Jerome and Raffy! Excellent customer service! They go out the extra mile just to make their customers happy amd satisfied.

The property was very clean and the room itself was perfect for what we were looking for! The employees as well were very kinda and accommodating. Thank you very much!

The personnel at this hotel were amazing! The manager Jayrome was very accommodating! Our personal driver Kuya Rommel was the best and super friendly! He became part of our family! The boy intern was so polite and made the atmosphere super blast! He broke the ice when we first got there. Everyone was nice! This hotel is ran by family!

I really enjoyed my stay there. We were 6 people and we all love this place. The location is so close to all the major scenice restaurants. The hotel itself is small but very cozy. 10 out of 10!!!

Everything looks very clean and the staff is very nice. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in Tagaytay. I booked 3 rooms and we don't have anything negative to say about the place.

The staff were really friendly.

They were building an extension or something on the opposite side of the wall where I was sleeping. This started at 8AM most days, but earlier one of the days I was staying. It's a hammer banging against the wall about a meter from your head. When I'm on holiday, I don't like waking up that early. Shower and soap were also a bit rubbish.

Booked the family suite for 2 nights. The place is clean and spacious for 9 adults and 2 kids. Sheets and pillows are clean, there are towels for everyone, in-room amenities are OK. They have parking too. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you Rangya Hotel!

Hidden gem, absolutely wonderful staff.

The hotel was old and ugly, Definitely not worth of my $85 a night. The advertisws pictures shown in Expedia was totally different from thw room we stayed. I am expecting a huge redund in what I paid for. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The room looks so old, towels are old. AC was noisy. I felt ripped off with that stay for 3 rooms and I felt embarassed to have my relatives stay with us in this hotel.

Lack of electrical outlet for the water percolator on the table. Overused towels though clean and fragrant.

There is no free breakfast, as most hotels in that price range offer.

Despite the severe tropical cyclone Paeng, we were warmly welcomed by hotel staff upon arrival and was immediately guided to our room. We were accommodated for an early check-in. There were several power outages during that time and yet, the staff immediately find ways to get the the standby generator up and running despite the heavy downpour of rain and strong winds.

Slow internet speed to no signal. Maybe it was due to the weather disturbance.

Staff like most places in Philippines were great ...everything is close like the pink sister church sunflower farm n the volcanic Taal view ...clean efficient does do the job ...transport is right outside to Manila which is cheap ....only lacks a safety deposit box ...but good place

The hotel was surprisingly very nice. Though located very near the main streets and malls, it's in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very sweet and charming, too, and very happy to help out with your needs, like how to get to where you need to go, where to eat, etc.

The hotel is very accessible and it is along the side of the road. It is not a big hotel, but the rooms are spacious and the were kept clean. The receptionist and other staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Tagaytay.

Not really a hotel - more a place with rooms for rent. Poor security, Poor bedding (had to pay extra for a blanket!!!!) , no daily cleaning, furnishings and decor very ordinary for the price, breakfast very ordinary, Located walking distance to centre town and the new malls. Transport centre across the road. Over priced for what was offered.

Kind staff.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. There were lots of power outlets we can use so we can work on our laptop. Slippers were provided. Lots of closet space. A huge mirror. The doors however have a huge gap from the floor so we can easily hear noise from outside and be heard from inside.

Great location friendly owner and staff

Hotel is only a few months old so everything here is new. It's immaculately clean with great decor and furnishings. Great customer service provided by Gina and Jerome. Place is highly recommended.
