De uitzichten, het hotel zelf en het eten en drinken is in een woord fantastisch. Erg goede wijnen en het eten met grote zorg bereid!

Zwembaden gingen om 19:30 dicht. Als we van een lange hike wandeling kwamen was of ging het verwarmde zwembad dicht. Zo kan je niet optimaal genieten van de faciliteiten.

Ok, the elephant in the room is the lack of air conditioning!! I would normally filter for this, but I didn’t this time as a friend recommended this hotel to me. I genuinely didn’t know a hotel could be 5 stars without A/C. You cannot just leave the windows open, there are mosquitoes!!. If the hotel wants to save on electricity, they should at least have mosquito nets on each bed. We both struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which is a real shame considering how much the hotel is. The other silly aspect is the lack of an ironing board. They could simply have a room with a single ironing board available, but instead they don’t provide one and want to charge for each item individually. So everyone pays for an experience with dinner included, only to be sitting there with creased clothes. I’d certainly stay there again, but only in the winter.

The grounds and the spa are incredible!! The natural pool outside is STUNNING ! The room was lovely too with the infrared cabin and bed was comfy only thing there was no air con it was like a sauna in there. The staff were quite rude and when we asked for a fan a lady on reception barked “you should have asked yesterday” we had only arrived that day so that was weird. The staff need some serious customer service training here and it would be 10/10

How hot the room was, for how much you pay a night it wouldn’t cost much to supply each room with a fan. For the calibre of the hotel I’m surprised it doesn’t have air con! The key cards for the room kept breaking, we noticed so many people complaining at reception about this. Even when we were shown to our room neither of our keys worked so the guy had to use his own key and said we had to come to reception to get it sorted, why didn’t he go and do that for us and bring us a working key back? I remind you it was £800 a night !! It certainly wasn’t £800 a night service ! The staff seem lazy and slow like they don’t want to be there. Food was pretty terrible too! When we arrived for breakfast we asked for our table and the lady rudely said “it’s the same as yesterday” walking away from us, again it was our first morning there. The spa and grounds really are EXCEPTIONAL so it’s strange that the restaurants/food/service isn’t 5* please get some professionals in to sort your issues out this hotel has so much potential!!

Le lieu et les installations sont exceptionnelles. Le restaurant (petit déjeuner comme dîner) est excellent. La chambre est très confortable.

Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. La réception est désagréable. Le service de la chambre est inexistant.

Wow, just wow. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service was incredible. Everyone saying “good morning/evening/night” when you walked past. Luxury accommodations with equally incredible staff. I don’t know what others are talking about, these guys were friendly AF and I’m brown. The other guest must have been arrogant or required some random small thing that the hotels may have missed on accident and then handled it with poor execution. Wonderful massage as well! highly highly recommend.

Wish we had asked for a fan as it was a little warm in the room. Perhaps offering to guests a fan without them having to ask would have been nice?

Excellent location, beautiful hiking trails nearby and breathtaking mountain views. Facilities all top-notch, including spa, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, plus a wonderful natural swimming lake. Great restaurant and bar, both in terms of food and service.

Service not worthy of a 5 star hotel of this caliber. A few examples: we booked bicycles for a family ride and only found out at the last minute that they did not have a child bike trailer available (despite having previously confirmed that it was). No real effort from the staff to find a solution, and we ended up having to arrange bicycle rental ourselves through an external shop. We booked dinner at their Zuegg restaurant with a departure time of 6:30 PM (small group of clients). We organized our day around it, only to discover late in the afternoon that the dinner had been canceled (the hotel never informed us - we found out because we specifically asked about the meeting point at around 4:00 PM). Complete lack of initiative from the staff to remedy the situation or make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a bit disappointing. Miscommunication can always happen, but how it is handled is what makes the difference in places like this.

The biggest disappointment of our honeymoon— and by far the most expensive hotel we booked. This hotel knew well in advance that we were celebrating our honeymoon and that my wife was pregnant with twins. When an extreme heatwave was forecast, we contacted them days before arrival and explained that staying in a room without air conditioning could be unsafe. Although they still had time to resell the room, they refused to make any exception. When we arrived, our room had no air conditioning — only portable fans. During the day it felt like a sauna. The hotel’s solution was to move us to another room that also had no air conditioning, claiming it was slightly cooler because it received less direct sunlight, and suggesting we spend the hottest hours elsewhere in the hotel instead of in our room. This is simply not what anyone should expect from a luxury five-star hotel. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, and the entire property suffered from the same problem. On top of that, there was a massive fly infestation. Whether due to the extreme heat or the hotel’s many pools, flies were everywhere — outside, in the spa, the guest rooms, the bar and even the restaurant. Dinner was another major disappointment. It was incredibly expensive, yet much of the food was simply inedible. After our complaints, the hotel upgraded us to a better room and agreed to cancel one night of our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience ended just as badly. At check-out they tried to charge us hundreds of euros in extra fees, including massages we had cancelled days earlier. Even worse, one of the hotel’s managers had already acknowledged that they had mistakenly quoted us €79 per person for dinner for the entire stay. Despite admitting the mistake before dinner even took place, they still tried to charge us the higher amount and argued with us at check-out.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Nothing could be faulted. Food, accommodation, view, facilities 10000/10. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the facilities, the spa was gorgeous and the views were incredible. Dinner was delicious!

Very specific timing for dining and we were denied an iron when we arrived with all our wrinkly clothes from traveling. No AC which was not a huge deal but definitely a little uncomfortable at night

Es war wieder wunderbar. Schon beim Hereinkommen entspannt man sich durch den Duft in der Lobby und die tolle Aussicht. Zimmer absolut sauber, freundlich und modern. Pools traumhaft. Immer ein Gefühl von Weite - nie ist irgendwo etwas überfüllt. Bett war super bequem. Personal durchwegs sehr freundlich. Frühstück toll. Beim Abendmenü ist auch für jeden etwas dabei. Atmosphäre zum Genießen. Ich war zu Beginn unseres kurzen Aufenthalts noch sehr gestresst. Bei der Abreise hatte ich aufgetankt. Vielen Dank für diese Oase. Es ist den hohen Preis wert.

Einzig die Cocktails an der Poolbar waren bei unserem letzten Besuch besser und stilvoller in echten Gläsern. Natürlich ist es am Pool verständlich, dass man Verletzungsgefahr durch Scherben heruntergefallener Gläser vermeidet. Somit darf man sich hierüber nicht wirklich beschweren.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die Liebe zum Detail spürt man im gesamten Haus . Perfekt geführt, super Personal, alle sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein Traum , ich werde wieder kommen!!!!!

Ich hätte nur eine Empfehlung die Glasscheibe zum Bad würde ich mit eine Jalousie bestücken, Privatsphäre im Bad finde ich wichtig

Unser Aufenthalt im Chalet Mirabell war ein hervorragendes Erlebnis. Wunderschöne Lage, stilvolles Ambiente, ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein äusserst freundlicher sowie aufmerksamer Service. Man spürt die hohe Qualität und Liebe zum Detail in allen Bereichen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Toller Wellnessbereich, tolle Aussicht und sehr gutes Essen. Personal im Restaurant waren sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Das Personal war manchmal etwas unpersönlich. Die Wellnessbehandlung war ok aber für mich in Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Bellissima Struttura .. premetto che da anni vado in Sud Tirolo , due volte l'anno .. a Natale e una settimana in estate .. conosco molto bene tutti i pregi e la gentilezza, la bellezza del Sud Tirolo e delle Dolomiti. Quest'anno per la prima volta ho voluto cambiare posto per concedermi questo Resort 5 stelle .. ma devo dire che mi ha molto deluso.. posto eccezionale ma con varie lacune che un 5 stelle non dovrebbe avere .. NON LO CONSIGLIO !!!

Ho prenotato due stanze , una Matrimoniale Delux vista montagne, per Me e una Matrimoniale Superior per le mie figlie, per una spesa di circa 1.500 Euro al giorno .. quando sono arrivato mi hanno dato una camera davanti la piscina, vista vasca .. ho chiesto di cambiare stanza ed il tipo della reception, in modo molto scocciato mi ha dato una camera al piano superiore chiedendo però una differenza di prezzo .. ma dai .. ho detto ok !! .. abbiamo avuto problemi a pranzo .. ci hanno proposto il menu fisso a buffet , ma ho preferito mangiare alla carta , per sentirmi piu libero , anche se piu costoso.. a pranzo abbiamo detto che avevamo un appuntamento alle 14,00 e che volevamo mangiare rapidamente (erano le 13.00) .. ci hanno messo 20 minuti per prendere l'ordine e poi alle ore 13.45 mi hanno detto che non riuscivano a farci mangiare per le 14.00 e che se volevamo potevamo sospendere il pranzo .. sono andato in direzione ad esporre il problema accaduto .. ma nei giorni seguenti non ho avuto nessun gesto di scuse .. il nulla .. questo non è da 5 stelle !! Ho provato piu volte a chiedere di fare dei massaggi nelle bellissima spa del resort , ma avevano poco personale e erano sempre pieni .. tutto completo , avrei dovuto prenotare il massaggio prima di venire .. ma dai .. come si fa ad avere una spa bellissima e cosi poco personale .. Insomma ho speso i miei soldi per andare in un posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente non gestito con gli Standard del Sud Tirolo. NON LO CONSIGLIO

Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge.

We loved to stay in the hotel. It is an ultra modern but still cozy mountain vibe hotel with wooden style and lots of fire places inside all over. The Spa is purely incredible and the massage with Christian was a life changer. We will come back for sure!

The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. The facility is wonderfully green and offers amazing mountain views. Upon arrival, you receive nice welcome drinks and an introduction to the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes to keep you entertained during your stay, and the hotel offers various activities for guests to join.

I believe that the prices at the restaurant need to be revised. It's too easy to spend over 140 euros on dinner for two. Given that it's a luxury hotel, high prices were expected, but I still think there should be a price difference between main meals (fish & meat) and vegetarian options such as soups.

1) rudeness of the staff. 2) not being able to enjoy any view unless you pay. 3) lack of information being mentioned in booking.com 4) being categorized at the breakfast table. My biggest issue with this hotel is that they advertise some very nice pictures of the mountains, the breathtaking view from the restaurant BUT your breakfast table is chosen for you. If you want to go for dinner? Guess what? You will be escorted to the very same table you had breakfast on. Don’t get me wrong, there is an area with beautiful view but that is given to whoever has booked a bigger, better and more expensive room. Even if they leave them empty you are not allowed to sit there. They do have a table with a view but if you wish to sit there there is a 39 euro charge per adult and 20 euro for a 5 year old kid. The balcony is restricted for dining at night. You have to pay a fee to get in and there they serve you few drinks that are chosen from a set menu. Although I had paid for 6 nights in advance with no refund policy, I left the hotel and went elsewhere. Once they knew I am leaving they forced me to come and settle any unpaid bills being afraid that I won’t pay my unpaid bills and leave without telling them. :-) And that was direct initiative of the manager in charge not just an untrained staff. This showed me the objective of the hotel managment and that is to make the most out of every visitor regardless of their reputation and customer happiness. I am writing this review in order for others to know what to expect and to avoid being disappointed. My suggestion for the hotel management? Let booking.com write a very thin line about your policies of choosing the guests tables for them. This way a lot of disappointments can be avoided.
