I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. It was really chill. The rooms are super big. I liked that it had a big desk and so many places to put our stuff or to sit down like the comfy chair in the corner or the thingy in front of the entrance mirror that made putting your shoes on so much easier! I also liked all the products in the bathroom. It is very rare to find a moisturizing cream! Or even a soap that is not all in one and to actually have a soap, shampoo and conditioner separately. The hairdryer was also super nice! Not like one of those you find attached on the walls of certain hotel rooms.

When going to bed, we felt that the matrass was pretty comfortable and we both slept good, but we woke up with back pain. Maybe it is because we walked too much that day. Hard to know. The bathroom was the only negative point we had. The shower was clogged and because of that, there was stagnant water everywhere on the bathroom floor. And then when we tried to dry the floors with a towel at the bottom on the outside of the shower glass, the towel came back completely black from dust. That was gross. Also, the toilet flush was super difficult to use. We had to push on a certain place very deep for it to work and there was some white and blue residues inside the flush that was visible when flushing the toilet. We stayed over on a Friday night and since we are in a student city, there was a lot of noise and music outside. Even with the windows closed, you could hear some of it. However, we did not hear anything coming from the other rooms in the hotel or people in the hallway.

Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen was de badkamer niet schoon, de vloer van de douche was niet schoon en er zaten vlekken op het toilet. Dit hebben wij aangegeven bij een medewerkster en zij heeft dit gelukkig voor ons schoon gemaakt.

Intree van het hotel was fantastisch, daarentegen vonden we de kamer erg sober.

Die Lage vom Social Hub ist super, das Ambiente des Hub außergewöhnlich, da es sich um eine Kombi aus working Space , Restaurant, Hotel und vielen offenbar länger dort Wohnenden handelt. In erster Linie junge Leute. Ein interessanter Ort.

Es gab nur auf einer Seite d Bettes eine Ablage u eine Nachtischlampe. Der seitliche Zugang zum Bett war sehr schmal u man musste aufpassen sich nicht an einer 10 cm tiefen Metallablage unter einem großen Board zu stoßen. Ich habe einen Fön vermisst und ich bin kein Fan von Nadelfilzböden in Hotels wg der Hygiene. Es war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, aber nicht mit Komfort.

El hotel es una monada y super cómodo, en cuanto a su ubicación y por sus instalaciones. Una zona tranquila y muy agradable para pasear. La cama es una pasada, dormimos genial. :) Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

No es que no me gustara, estaba rico, pero en el desayuno esperaba que fuera un poco más completo.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ψυγειο. Πολύ δύσκολο να μείνει κανείς για πάνω απο 1-2 ημέρες.

Culoare lungi si intunecoase. In camera simteai un sentiment de claustrofobie. Desi camera avea un geam foarte mare si o vedere frumoasa, nu se putea deschide iar rabatarea geamului era insesizabila.

Struttura molto grande, gestita da giovani ragazzi molto gentili ed ospitali. Molto bella la zona comune che offre la possibilità di socializzare con tavoli da ping pong e biliardo. Comoda la vicinanza al centro e ad un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento .

Pulizia della camera e dimensioni del bagno. La camera era piena di polvere, sia in terra che sul mobilio.. bagno molto piccolo, con la doccia che praticamente sovrastava il lavandino.

Er waren veel jonge mensen in het hotel, de sfeer was prettig, de uitstraling ook tot met renovatie werkzaamheden werd begonnen.

Tijdens mijn verblijf werden de keukens gerenoveerd. Liften waren niet beschikbaar ivm verhuizing kasten en apparatuur. Er werd van 's morgens tot eind van de middag, ook op zondag doorgewerkt. Lawaai van boren, luid sprekende verhuizers etc. De gangen lagen vol met troep en de doorgang werd geblokkeerd met bv een koelkast. Op mijn klacht werd aanvankelijk gereageerd met de belofte dat ze voor mij een andere kamer gingen zoeken, maar nooit meer iets van vernomen. Omdat ik 's avonds moest werken, had ik s middags rust nodig. Uiteindelijk is een keer gevraagd of de werkers wat eerder konden stoppen. Onbegrijpelijk dat de kamers in de buurt van een renovatie gewoon worden verhuurd. Verder: om 20.30 s avonds een kop koffie gevraagd; helaas was de koffiemachine al gereinigd..... Om 22.30 een biertje gevraagd; de laatste ronde was al achter de rug... De kamers waren erg klein, evenals het bed (ook vrij kort), in de badkamer te weinig verlichting bij de spiegel. Geen goede prijskwaliteit.

A very comfortable student hotel near the city center. We had an apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view. Clean and cozy, the air conditioner helped us a lot!

No fridge and a curiously built shower. But for a few days is fine!

I appreciate the hotel try to arrange the wheelchair accessible room.

The layout of the room, there is no central lighting control panel next to the bed. And the bed is to close to the window the wheelchair user cannot close the curtain.

Localização muito conveniente, com fácil acesso ao centro histórico e com parque público (pago) mesmo ao lado, aberto 24/7. Excelente pequeno-almoço, com boa variedade e qualidade, e o jantar no restaurante do hotel também correu muito bem.

O design da casa de banho não é o mais funcional, havendo espaço para melhorias. Notou-se ainda algum odor no corredor, possivelmente relacionado com a proximidade à cozinha comum do piso, o que compromete um pouco o cuidado das zonas comuns, tal como a presença de contentores de resíduos/reciclagem no corredor e junto ao elevador no piso.

Goed ontvangst. Ben snel geholpen. Fysiek inchecken inclusief sleutel dat geen app is vind ik altijd een pluspunt. De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit het centrum als je loopt of fietst. Uitchecken in de vroege ochtend ging ook super. Kamer zelf was over het algemeen netjes.

Het openbaar vervoer in de vroege ochtend richting het centraal station is beperkt. Wat vieze vegen op het gordijn. Beddengoed was wel in orde.

La fenêtre d’une des chambres ne fermait pas, et les travaux à notre étage faisaient que l’accès aux chambres n’était pas nickel.

Nice value stay in city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice and simple room with everything you need. Beds are good.

The bathroom felt a bit outdated/cheap. Pillows could be better. There was a weird smell in the hallways as if someone spilled a pot of glue.

Excellent location in the city center. Underground parking within walking distance. A very generous and delicious breakfast. There are a lot of different beauty products in the bathroom. A view of the city from the large window in the room.

Improve the cleanliness of the carpets in the hallway while maintenance or construction work is being carried out. (An exceptional situation.)

The room were we stayed was big and comfortable. The personel was always willing to help with any issue or request we had. They even let us leave our lugagge stored before checking in and getting the room keys and after the check out, since we arrived too early and left too late the city, that was perfect.

We didn't try the breakfast option since we thought it was a bit expensive the price per day and per person, besides that we like pretty much of it and enjoy our stay at the hotel

Spacious and very tidy room. bed is amazing comfortable, good location, friendly staffs, what else you need? haha.. Hope they can open in Asia too.

Der Geruch im Zimmer und Flur.

The staff was kind and very helpfull. The view from the room.was exceptional. The TV was working, meaning I could see English speaking channels. The water pressure in the shower was very powerfull. Finally, the underground car park was very convenient.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Die Auswahl war beschränkt und von nicht so guter Qualität, eine Kaffeemaschine für alle, das Geschirr leider nicht sauber. Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig, im Bad roch es arg nach Schimmel

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral. Es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten und die ersten Cafés sind erreicht. Bis zur Innenstadt braucht man ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad max. 3min. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches, geräumiges und helles Parkhaus. Der Tageshöchstsatz ist relativ teuer mit 24€, wir waren dort von Sonntagnachmittag bis Dienstagvormittag und haben insgesamt 32€ bezahlt. Das Hotel hat einen Fitnessraum und Wäscheraum (haben wir beides nicht getestet). Unser Zimmer ist ok. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist recht klein.

Wie in fast allen Hotels ist das Bad nach dem Duschen komplett überschwemmt. Ein Fön fehlte. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren zwar dunkel, aber der Stoff war nicht richtig dicht, deshalb war es nicht wirklich dunkel im Zimmer. Der Fahrradkeller ist aus meiner Sicht leider nicht zu empfehlen. Also Sicherheitstechnisch gab es nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings muss man eine steile Treppe samt Rad runter und unten ist nur soviel Platz, dass die elektronische Tür aufgehen kann. Diese geht nach einem kurzen Moment aber auch einfach wieder zu, egal, ob jmd. dort steht. (Siehe Foto). Mit einem schweren Ebike war es sehr umständlich.

Leider war ein Augzug defekt und hinzu kam noch, dass diverse Küchen ausgebaut wurden, sodass die Aufzug-Wartezeit extrem lang war. Da atreppensteigen aber ja auch gut für die Ausdauer ist, war es okay ;-).

A modern and nice hotel with lovely, clean rooms (including nice smelling shower and handwashproducts!) on a great location in Groningen city.

Nichts - Lage ok

Sehr dreckig, verschimmelte Decke im Bad - Schwarzschimmel an Tür, Decke, Steckdosen. Massiver Gestank im Zimmer nach Abfluss. Dreckige Flure, reinste Katastrophe. Morgens um 8Uhr wurde mit einer Schlagbohrmaschine gebohrt.

Ein Wasserkocher war der einzige Luxus in dem Zimmer.

Beim Duschen setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Der Duschvorleger, ein dünnes kleines Handtuch, waren klitschnass. Allerdings keine Möglichkeit, die benutzen Handtücher gut aufzuhängen und zu trocknen. Es gibt so wenig Licht im Bad, dass man auch im Dunkeln reingehen kann, man würde kaum einen Unterschied festestellen. Kein Schminkspiegel, kein Fön. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Das große Fenster im Zimmer ging auf einen Spalt von 5cm zu kippen. Die Kopfkissen waren so prall und fest gefüllt, dass man einen steifen Nacken riskierte, sofern man vorhatte, die Kissen zu nutzen. Vielleicht ist es Standart, aber eine einzige große Decke für 2 Personen habe ich noch nie gut gefunden und fand es auch hier nicht gut.

Onder het bed was nooit stofgezogen. Een dikke laag stof en een tampon. Afstand tussen bede en vloer is ook klein zodat je er niet met een stofzuiger onder kunt. Als je als hotel deze bedden aanschaft zul je manier moeten verzinnen om onder het bed schoon te maken ( bed even op bokjes zetten en dan stofzuigen?) De wasbak in de badkamer is verstopt. Regelmatige controle en de syphon schoonmaken hoor je in te plannen. Met de telefoon bij de deur, waarop staat dat je deze moet gebruiken om de receptie te bereiken, lukte niet om zo tact te krijgen. Heb via extern gebeld. Kreeg het streamen naar de tv niet voor elkaar, ook met hulp van de receptie die op een gegeven moment geen oplossingen meer wist. Airco werkt matig.

This is a really nice hotel with great breakfast. Unfortunately our stadig was very affected by two situations happening at the time of our stay. In Groningen they were hosting the red bull district race and all the athletes were staying at this hotel. Hence the hotel was very busy and we had to wait two hours to get our hotelroom. Also we did not get room cleaning, even though it said in their system that it was supposed to be there, when we made them aware of this in the reception. In addition, some of the rooms were being renovated during our stay, so we could hear drilling noises at 8 PM and again at 7.45 in the morning. There were no signs or information about this, which I think would have been a great way to handle it.

I would say this fits more short stays rather than prolonged ones.

Location is great, room was OK.

I asked for an invoice after my stay to get reimbursed and the hotel claims that they are unable to issue it because my stay was booked via booking, whereas booking stated I should contact the hotel to issue the invoice. In over 15 years I have stayed in hotels in multiple countries, I have never had this problem. It is really not acceptable. I can hardly be the first person to ask for this. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and have yet to receive an invoice with the correct amount of money that I can use to get reimbursed.

I like the size of the room, the very welcoming and helpful staff.

No one seems to clean or vacuum the carpets, either in the room or in the hallways.

Prettige omgeving en fijne ruime kamer, handig dat er betaald parkeerruimte om de hoek is en loopafstand naar de stad.

Jammer dat bij het inchecken niet wordt aangegeven dat de toegang tot de gezamenlijke keuken niet beschikbaar is en waar je dan wel terecht kunt binnen het gebouw.

The room had great amenitities and there was a sweet welcome package waiting for us. The bed were very nice and the general atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was great and the staff very friendly.

We would have liked to have breakfast in the hotel, but the price really was too high to seriously consider... And it was very busy at the check in, but other than that nothing.

I liked it a lot. It was amazing. Location was in the center. The breakfast was identical everyday but great everyday. The carrot cake was amazing.

Could be a little cleaner. The elevator is used by all tenants and staff and is slow so you just need to be super patient. The gym was under renovation. All in all amazing place and staff. I highly recommend staying there and would visit again.

Every thing was according to my expectations and very reasonable in the price that is charged. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided every day. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The atmosphere was quiet and ideal for students, researchers, and business travelers staying for short periods. The location was excellent, close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major tourist attractions. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend it.

The Social Hub is conveniently located for getting around Groningen, but it's worth noting that Groningen is quite small. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was responsive.

I stayed well, the environment is really nice and the position is good. The room was also really comfortable.

You should put a curtain in front of the shower, it is quite annoying to have everything wet after having a shower. Also, I think the coffee bar should open a bit earlier and the pastries should be ready when it opens if someone wants to have breakfast there.

Das Zimmer... Das Bad zu winzig und zu dunkel, nach der Dusche alles nass. Die Bar macht auch am Wochenende um 22 Uhr zu, kein Betthüpferl bekommen. Unterste Etage wird zur Zeit renoviert, überall stehen Malerbedarf, Kisten etc. rum. Gymnastikraum geschlossen. Frühstück am Sonntag war ok, allerdings funktionierten zu Anfang beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht. Den ersten Kaffee hat die Kellnerin hinter der Bar gemacht. Danach hatte zumindest einer der Maschienen ihre Funktion. Sehr enttäuschend für 230 € die Nacht im kleinen Zimmer, nur kleinen Queensitz Bett, katastrophalen Bad, eine Bar die Samstags um 22 Uhr schließt und die unterste Etage eine Baustelle ist. Immerhin war das Frühstück mit im Preis, das bis auf die Kaffeemaschine sehr gut war. Kurtaxe im Hotel zu entrichten, EC Gerät defekt... musste über ein Link in der Email bezahlt werden.

Super emplacement près du centre-ville et du bus. Calme et déco sympa, climatisation. Lit confortable et personnel très aimable et disponible. On nous a apporté un mini frigo dans notre chambre !

La propreté : salle de bain et wc pas très propre, beaucoup de poussière dans l'armoire. Pas de rideau de douche donc on inonde la salle de bain à chaque douche. Manque d'éclairage dans la salle de bain. Absence de coffre, pas de cuisine, pas de frigo...

This should be called the student hub as it’s clearly catering for students and is set out and run like student halls it is not for the professional travelling abroad. There is a mismatch and distinction difference between the reception area, bar and the bedrooms The staff at the bar, restaurant and reception are friendly and the areas are clean but the bedrooms tell another story My room was not vacuumed once in the 5 days I stayed, not one used glass was taken away and the air con did not work and stains on TV stain and much more … whilst there was ample shower gel etc provided I would swap this for cleanliness I was bitten several times during my stay too I would not return here at all If you want cleanliness then this is not the place for you and that’s disappointing that just because it clearly caters for students it should still be clean I could not wait to go home

Douche putje liep niet door , er lag al een opgerolde handdoek als stuwdam anders had het water zo de slaapkamer in gelopen .. kamer prijs was best prijzig had verwacht dat dit de prijs inclusief ontbijt zou zijn, dat zou meer acceptabel zijn als je het vergelijkt

I liked that you could choose to not have daily room cleaning in exchange for helping provide scholarships for students. The checkin process was smooth, and I liked the common areas. The desk was nicely set up.

A fridge in the room would have been nice. The shower was only enclosed on one side, so water got all over when taking a shower. There is no screen on the window, so mosquitos got in the first night.

Het regelen van de kamertemperatuur is altijd wat problematisch in hotels, ook hier, maar het was nog net te doen.

Totul, camera mare, saltea bună, aer condiționat, cafea bună, personalul exemplar, poziția hotelului foarte bună, liniște.

Vi fikk bare en pute. Da vi spurte etter en til, fikk vi beskjed om at det var kun en pute på alle dobbeltrom. De hadde ikke fått puteleveringen sin den dagen. Hadde likt å fått tilbud om å booke et annet hotel. Det lå en ekstra pute i skapet, men den var godt brukt og luktet fuss. Da de endelig fant en pute til meg, luktet den parfyme og gammel svette. I tillegg var taket på badet brunflekket med andres hår sittende fast i flekkene. Gulvteppene i gangene bar preg av at de nok ikke ble støvsugd i helgene. Dørene på garderobeskap var også flekkete og skitne. Toalettskålen var brun, sånn den kun blir ved dårlig vask over lngre tid.. Det er det skitneste hotellet jeg har bodd på noen gang. Aldri mer!

Staff is friendly and the room is clean. Very central location and parking nearby (paid).

The bathroom is small and a hairdryer is not found in the room. Also a small garbage bin in the bathroom is not there for example for toilet rolls or period pads etc. So you gotta hop out of the bathroom to throw that away. Also, the atmosphere is very laid back and student life vibes. We were enjoying that highly, but it might not be a good fit if you expect a true hotel experience.
