Amazing place
Beautiful property and so comfortable, they thought of everything and took care of it before you could even ask
I think the food left a little to be desired but overall it was so good
La pulizia in generale, la struttura, la camera, la palestra ed il servizio.
La spiaggia è piccolina. Durante il soggiorno hanno cambiato la colazione da buffet a là carte, preferivo prima.
Design, brandnew
Staff rude, sea was not clean
La décoration de l hôtel, le cadre et les chambres
Le petit déjeuner pas très bon Algues sur la plage et vent
The Shore Club is a beautiful property with gorgeous turquoise water. There was a bit of seaweed during our stay, but the beach was still beautiful. What truly made our stay exceptional was our butler, Mark Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing—attentive, thoughtful, and always made sure everything was perfectly taken care of. Our experience truly would not have been the same without him! Special thanks as well to Mikenson from housekeeping and Geraldine, our room attendant, for their wonderful service. Thank you for making our stay so special!
Very comfortable rooms, the beach was so private and beautiful
Far from other hotels and restaurants
Four stars. The Shore Club is a stunning property, recently built, beautifully completed, and clearly well maintained. The design throughout is gorgeous, from the tastefully decorated lobby to the rooms themselves. We had the chance to stay in a two bedroom penthouse on the top floor, and it was spacious, private, clean, and laid out in a way that truly felt like home. The views of the beach were breathtaking, especially at night when they light up the water. It’s mesmerizing, and the color of the water is simply beautiful. The unit had everything, a full kitchen with full size appliances, and an amazing bathroom stocked with luxurious bath amenities that smelled wonderful. The Shore Club is about fifteen minutes from the airport, an easy taxi ride. It sits a little away from the restaurants on Grace Bay, but nothing on the island is hard to reach since everything is so close. Where the Shore Club falls short of a true five star experience is service. Reception was friendly one day but not much next day, and overall the service didn’t match the level of the property. Small room service requests required repeat visits, and nothing felt personalized. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The food itself was fine with decent variety, but servers stood around chatting, and when I asked for juice, they simply pointed toward the buffet rather than offering to bring it. There were also quite a few small bugs at breakfast, and I got some bites, so pest control could use attention. Sui-Ren, the signature Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, serves pretty good sushi. It is solid for the island, and the space is beautifully decorated. My one note is that the open air areas, both the restaurant and the lobby, run a bit hot and could use more fans. Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay on Long Bay Beach, which is stunning if you enjoy a windier beach compared to Grace Bay. Long Bay is known for its wind, making it a hotspot for kite surfing, and even if you don’t kite surf, it’s gorgeous just to sit and watch. And if the beach feels too wavy, there are plenty of pools with beautiful, private seating areas right by the pool. The property is exceptionally well executed. The service just needs to catch up.
The staff was incredible. Everyone - from the front desk, concierge, the restaurant staff. Everyone was exceptional and so helpful. The staff really made this trip special. It was so clean and well kept.
Honestly there is no complaints
Nice hotel! Somewhat ran down because of the current Caribbean treaties
Our stay was underwhelming at best. For a highly exclusive 5-star resort, pool and beach service was effectively non existent. Servers rarely came around, looked bored and generally were not welcoming. Recommendations to outside restaurants are not vetted and resulted in nights lost to taxiing around the island looking for somewhere to have a meal. It’s difficult the comprehend the amount of money they charge to stay here when the service is so poor. While the resort has a few employees who stand out (Mon, Delores, Carla, Louis to name a few) the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired - including the GM Christopher and front desk attendees (Olivia and Khadejah), who are not only unprofessional, unhelpful but lacked any accountability for bad recommendations and bad service. After a particularly terrible restaurant recommendation, Olivia told us the hotel would give us a resort fee for a night wasted in taxis running around the island plus covering of our meal - but when we went to check out, we were told by the GM that was not the case and we should be grateful for the resort fee at all (which they “never do”) because the “hotel does not take any responsibility for the quality of the restaurants they recommend” because they “recommend hundreds.” The website boasts a beach which is non existent - seaweed or no seaweed. The beach is so small that beach chairs can’t fit. They are instead placed in the long grass just above the beach. And there is no service whatsoever. The food onsite is generally average - it’s not bad but it’s on par with most average restaurants in the US. Not what you would expect at a resort of this caliber that charges exponential prices for food, drinks, and bottled water. The Palms boasts a much larger and nicer beach and exceptional service (and slightly better food). It’s no wonder we met multiple families and couples who moved there after just a few hours at The Shore Club. I regret that we did not do the same.
We’ve been to the Shore Club in Turks many times, and each visit has been a wonderful vacation. The property is always spotless, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The turquoise water is absolutely beautiful, and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and first-class. A special thank you to Carla (Concierge) and her assistant , who went above and beyond to make my husband’s 80th birthday unforgettable by arranging a birthday cake for him. Their thoughtfulness and kindness meant so much to us and made our celebration extra special. What more could you ask for? We look forward to returning again and again.
Very quiet, no crowds, beautiful beach, even windy and attentive service in general.
The breakfast is very poor, no variety or quality and the staff at breakfast doesn’t know what they are doing at all.
The staff takes care of absolutely everything, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your holiday.
Our trip was fabulous - from the arrival, concierge coordination, butler, and villa. We had such a wonderful experience. Our butler, Khem, was the best we’ve ever had - communicative, timely, and very thoughtful. He had custom coffees made for our entire group every morning, escorted us around the property and helped coordinate with our drivers. The villa itself was beautiful and up to date with gorgeous views, amenities, cleaning service and access to the hotel. Nice appliances and grill but slightly limited in cooking utensils (cookie sheet, spatula, service spoons). The location is on a quieter but windier side, so we stayed cool and were not with lots of crowds on grace bay. They also cleaned minimal seaweed every morning from the beach. The gym had everything needed, nice natural light and a beautiful lap pool. It was never crowded. The spa was small and the waiting area a bit hot, but was a lovely massage service. We visited the sister property, the Palms and had lunch by the pool, that quality of food and options were better than the pool side food at the Shore club. The restaurant staff at both sometimes seemed slow, slightly uninterested or did not regularly check in during meals. All in all, we are a well traveled family and had an amazing experience thanks to the property, our butler, and the concierge plans!
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT -- SO COMFORTABLE AND FELT LIKE LUXURY
THEY USED TO HAVE MIMOSA BAR AT BREAKFAST - AND HAPPY HOUR AT POOL BAR - WITH EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE THOSE WERE NICE TOUCHES
Having just completed a three-night stay at the Shore Club as part of a corporate President's Club recognition trip, I can offer a thorough and balanced assessment of this highly regarded property. Accommodations Our standard room on the fourth floor provided comfortable, well-appointed quarters with pool views. The bathroom was notably spacious, featuring a soaking tub positioned near the bed with the option of privacy doors. The private deck offered a pleasant outdoor retreat, though the lack of overhead coverage made it unusable during rain. The shared entry corridor between adjoining rooms is worth mentioning, as noise from neighboring guests, particularly a heavy closing door, was occasionally disruptive. Pool Facilities The property features three distinct pool areas. The main pool, situated near the dining venues, had a relaxed and social atmosphere that we enjoyed throughout our stay. A second pool with a swim-up bar offered a livelier setting with ocean views close by. The third is an adults-only pool with an attached hot tub, which was well suited for quiet relaxation. The one drawback here was the lack of poolside drink service, requiring guests to walk over to another pool area. Beach The beachfront is without question one of the Shore Club's greatest strengths. The water was crystal clear, the sand immaculately maintained, and we saw no seaweed during our entire visit. The shoreline stays wonderfully shallow, making it comfortable for all types of swimmers, and the on-site beach bar was a convenient and welcome touch. Dining Lunch at Colonnade was a genuine highlight. The food was excellent across the board, with the sushi bento boxes being a particular standout. The complimentary breakfast at Almond Tree offered a made-to-order omelette station alongside a buffet selection, which made for a satisfying and easy start to each morning. Guest Services The staff at the Shore Club truly set this property apart. Every team member we encountered was professional, warm, and attentive in a way that felt completely natural rather than scripted. Service was prompt, smiles were genuine, and the front desk went out of their way to accommodate a late checkout as we prepared to continue our travels. It is the kind of hospitality that is increasingly rare and leaves a lasting impression. Summary The Shore Club is a beautiful property that delivers where it counts, with a stunning beach, enjoyable pool facilities, solid dining, and above all, outstanding people. A few minor operational details aside, it is easy to see why this resort is a popular choice for both leisure travelers and corporate groups alike. We would not hesitate to return.
Wonderful resort for a quiet getaway. Pictures do not do the resort ans the rooms justice. Only drawback is slow service.
It was a wonderful stay—the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is super close with perfect sand, not crowded at all. There are several pools and chairs are always available. The two restaurants are among the best ones in town. A perfect holiday week for our family.
Amazing resort! Rooms are huge and beautiful. The restaurants are delicious. Know that you are on the quiet side of Turks so if you want to go to a restaurant off the resort you do need to take a taxi, as most of the activities and restaurants are on Grace bay. The resort is also on the windy side of the island. In all I think our resort was the nicest by far on the island. You can visit the sister hotels on Grace bay. Our favorite restaurant of the week was the shores Japanese restaurant
We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—everyone was so warm, attentive, and eager to help. The resort itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything was spotless. Our room was unbelievably spacious, well-designed, and comfortable—it truly felt like a luxury retreat. A special thank you to the manager, Kerry Hendrickson, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic day. That level of care and attention really made our experience stand out. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
What’s not to love about The Shore Club? We just wrapped up an absolutely perfect week at this stunning resort, and it exceeded every expectation. The Property & Vibe From the moment you arrive, the lush grounds and winding pathways create an immediate sense of calm. The landscaping is incredibly well-maintained, giving the entire property a relaxing, high-end feel. With multiple pools to choose from - including a fantastic adult pool - there were endless spots to just sit back and take in the beauty of the island. Dining & Hospitality The culinary experience was a major highlight. We were greeted with fresh cookies in our room (a lovely touch!), and the breakfast each morning was terrific. Love greeted us each morning with a warm welcome to start our day. We dined at all the resort restaurants, and the food and beverages were consistently excellent. • Sui-Ren: We went twice because it was so good! The Spicy Tuna Roll and the Maracuya (thank you Steeve!) are absolute must-tries. • Service: Every meal was served with genuine, warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. A special shout out to Hendra who was so welcoming, helpful and a pro at his job! Accommodations & Amenities Our room was spacious, graciously appointed, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. The housekeeping team kept everything pristine throughout our stay. • The Gym: Very well-appointed and had everything I needed for a great workout. • The Beach/Pools: We never had an issue finding shade; there were plenty of cabanas available to get out of the sun when needed. Bottom line: If you are looking for a flawless getaway with top-tier amenities and a world-class staff, look no further. A special thank you to Ritchie for greeting us with a smile and chat anytime we saw him! We can't wait to come back!
Decided to go to Sui Ren to celebrate my daughters special birthday. When we checked in with the hostess I made sure to confirm they were aware and wound bring a birthday desert at the end. We got nothing!! The service was extremely slow. We waited around 45 min just to get water but I was still hopefull things would go well. It was such a BIG dissapointment. At the end they rushed us out and no nothing. Never again.
We stayed at The Shore Club 4 nights in mid-March. This was a rescheduled trip from late October. A shout out to Mandy Cameron who helped us reschedule! The resort is beautiful and we like staying on the Long Bay side better than Grace Bay. Long Bay beach is quieter and more relaxed. There's still all the activities available if that is what you want(kiteboarding, jet ski, e-foil, etc). My wife and I had an amazing time despite a little rain the first couple days. The breakfast which is included each morning is outstanding. Make sure to get the fresh pressed orange juice! It's by the back bar area. We never had trouble getting chairs by the beach. The adult pool has fewer chairs, so that my fill up a bit faster. We also hung out by the non adult pools and chairs were available. The pool attendants were all very attentive. We ate at all the restaurants. Almond Tree is a bit more casual. The live music is a nice touch. Try the shrimp mac and cheese appetizer. Yum! Our favorite was SUI-REN. The manager was awesome! We tried several of the dishes and all were very good, I liked the Mahi best. My wife really liked the sushi. We went off property one night and ate at Grace's Kitchen which we really liked on a past trip a couple years ago. The service was below average, food very average for cost. We will not go back there. One piece of advice. The Shore Club has free transportation once an hour to its sister hotels on Grace Bay. Use this option instead of paying for a cab. It would be great if they told us this at check in. Otherwise no issues and we would like to stay again in the future!
This was our 3rd time staying at the Shore Club. All staff were great, however, there were many that really stood out to us and went the extra mile to make our trip special. First, Steve at the Sui Ren bar was absolutely fantastic and made our dinner so awesome that we canceled the next night’s off-property reservation and dined at Sui Ren’s bar with him again. Alongside Steve, all of the bar staff present were phenomenal and treated us extremely well. The ladies at the shop were very friendly and super nice. The service at breakfast was amazing and everyone was very attentive. At the beach, Abner and the rest of the beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Abner even taught us how to drive a Hobie Cat. What a great experience!
The Shore Club is truly a visually stunning property. From our welcome champagne at check in to Richie and the rest of the guys up front putting our luggage in the rental, our stay was wonderful. Having been to Provo many times, I knew it might be windy in March and on Long Bay. It was, so beach time was limited but the pools a beautiful and we had no trouble getting cabanas each day. The first two days we went to the heated pool and Jobe and Louis took amazing care of us. They always checked in to see if we needed anything. The rest of the week we went to the pool by the beach. Service is not as good here but that did not affect our enjoyment. Our housekeeper Elmose took such care each day with making our room clean, I can tell she really takes pride in her work! My only complaint for our accommodations (Ocean front 1 bedroom plus den) was the very musty smell. We have never run into this issue anywhere else on the island. The best part of each day was breakfast while the food was great, our server Delores is one of the most special ladies I have ever met. Delores knew us by name by name a couple days in and I requested her section the first few days. Then, Love and Angie knew we wanted to sit in Delores section and we didn't even have to ask anymore. That is special attention by these two ladies and very appreciated! By the end of the week my family was hugging Delores goodbye and I asked for a picture with her. The Shore Club is lucky to have Delorse working for them.
Our stay at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the entire property felt like a true luxury escape—beautiful, serene, and impeccably maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Carlos and Israel at the beach bar, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warm personality, attentiveness, and genuine care turned simple beach moments into highlights of our trip. We also want to recognize Kely, the general manager, whose presence and leadership were clearly reflected in every aspect of the resort. He made our stay feel personal and seamless, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to see that level of hands-on hospitality, and it did not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets heartfelt service, The Shore Club is truly in a class of its own. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
I took my big fam of 16 ppl to stay in the 7 bdrm villa at Shore Club. We had adults, teens, kids and babies. The fast line at customs and car service from the airport are included for villa guests. This villa is the nicest setup we've ever had (even compared to the Ritz suites and suites at Shore Club). It's 9,000 sq ft with two levels. It is super gorgeous inside and out. Living areas are big with great hangout spots outside too. The master bdrm is really big. The cleaning crew comes into the villa from an underground tunnel to clean twice a day while you are out having fun. We enjoyed the private pool and also the bigger resort pool. Your private beach and chairs are steps out your back door. (the dedicated private beach is REALLY nice compared to getting chairs at the public area). The villa butler is next level. We had Kongkea aka KK. Need groceries? Text KK. Need drinks on the beach? KK makes them in your own kitchen. Reservations, towels, transportation, etc? Just text KK. Something not working in your villa? KK. His full job is serving just your family. He is there while you eat in the restaurants in case you need anything. He walks with you there (where you skip the line) and back afterward. He bring surprise drinks and fresh cut fruit trays for the whole group all the time. We ate bfast (included) and dinners at the restaurants and did lunches at our villa. It's the best of a private gated house and the best parts of a nice resort in one package. It's super nice for a big family. It's expensive. There's no way around it. Flights, the villa, restaurant meals, butler gratuity, driver tips, etc. It's a next level experience. Feels very private. We stayed six nights. We also did a full day chartered boat with Kernard cruise that was super fun and breaks the week up in a good way. This is the nicest vacay experience we've had by far. I'm more than happy to answer questions if you are considering it.
Outstanding in Everyway! The accommodations are beyond beautiful, decorated to very high standards, extremely clean and well maintained. More than anything are the exceptional staff who will pamper you beyond your dreams. No need to venture off site, as the Almond Tree was our absolute favorite restaurant. Special appreciation to the many waitresses, Slade was so wonderful for our lobster dinners, Lakisha, Love, Angie, Deloris and Chef Michael at the Almond Tree breakfast and of course the ladies who made the best pancakes everrrrr! So sorry if I failed to mention your name, you know how much we enjoyed ourselves. Also highly recommend Frank Williams limo service for all of your transportation needs, Fast Pass and VIP Flyer Lounge. We have found a true paradise and will be back in the future.
Best luxury resort in Turks & Caicos!! This resort is gorgeous inside and out! The rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. The pools and beach were top notch! I felt like we had our own private beach. And wait till you see that beach! Beautiful clear water. We were very lucky to stay at a resort with the best restaurants, too. My husband and I went to several fine restaurants on the island and found that Sui Ren at our resort was by far the best! Best red snapper dish! Try the seafood chowder at The Almond Tree! The complimentary breakfast was a plus as well! Also, shoutout to all the staff! Great service and very attentive! Perfect vacation!
Everything
Coffee, hope they make better coffees
The pictures online are exactly what you get! And more!!! The staff are the nicest I have ever had! They always have a smile and are quick to serve you. They genuinely want you to have the best time. The beaches are so white and the ocean is beautiful. The sun beds on the beach are very comfy. You have wonderful food options at the pool, in the Asian restaurant (the sushi was delicious!!) and we had breakfast at the Almond Tree every morning. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the villas. WOW!!! There were 5 couples who stayed in the one villa. We had a private hot tub and swimming pool, full kitchen, washer and dryer elevator, tvs in every room, and our butlers, Mark and Waun made sure we never had a glass go dry and the fridge was stocked! Everything is extremely luxurious yet you feel right at home. . WE WILL DEFINITELY go back!!!
We had the pleasure of staying at The Shore Club and without question it was one of the best vacations ever. The layout of the resort is simply lovely. The setting is so conducive to just chilling with a soft-sanded beach, multiples pools and fantastic restaurants serving a wide assortment of really great food. That said, what really makes an impression is the staff, from the restaurants, beach and pool service they all strive to make you feel welcome almost like family. We’ve stayed at many resorts throughout the Caribbean and honestly this is the only one that checked all the boxes. So much so, we are planning to return next year. Guess they kinda spoil us!
Tutto perfetto
Superb stay , first time stay here at hotel, but 6 th time on the island. We have been lucky to stay at some extraordinary villas in past and were looking for a resort to switch it up . This side of the island is quieter than Grace Bay! The water is shallow and clear. The resort is well layed out, beautiful landscaping and clean !! We stayed in a three bedroom beachfront suite, and it was lovely. Beachfront bar is a plus! There are plenty of beach chairs for guests, as well as three pools, one of which is adult only. So even if you travel here during busy holidays, it does not seem crowded. The food was excellent , nice breakfast buffet. Shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast including Love, Nadege, Youseline, Adamslie, and Bianca, the omelette chef! Our housekeepers were also very kind and were flexible in our evening turn down requests. Dinner at Suis Ren was also excellent , one of the best dinners we have had in a long time , here or elsewhere. Peruvian, Japanese fusion , yum! Judith at the concierge desk for yours went above and beyond to accommodate our group! If you have not been to the island before or even if you have , the best thing to do is to do a boat charter, and see all of the sights from the water. Iguana Island, the shipwreck, sandbar, and Noah’s Ark which is a floating tiki bar popular with the locals as well as visitors. Honestly, no negatives to report ,as also the employees are smiling and happy, so kudos to the management here. We plan to return !!
We enjoyed five wonderful nights at The Shore Club. The property is pristine, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed, but it was truly the staff that made our stay exceptional. We loved spending our days at the beach and pools and dining at both on site restaurants. The beach was kept incredibly clean at all times, and the water was absolutely amazing. The towel service at the beach and complimentary sunscreen were a very nice touch. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Joseph at Sui Ren and Jean at Almond Tree, along with the rest of the servers, offered fantastic recommendations and took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We happened to be there during a quieter period, so our only suggestion would be to offer some evening entertainment or live music, or perhaps a dedicated space to gather outside of the restaurants. That said, there is really no need to ever leave the resort, though the complimentary shuttle to The Palms was a very nice touch.
Great experience at the Shore club. Awesome Butler, Jude, and great folks at the Almond Tree restaurant, Deloris and Love, to name a few. The pool, cabana, and beach experience was first rate too. It was a merry Christmas at the shore club!
After spending some time on the left side of Provo Turks & Caicos we decided to stay another week here on the right side. The sunsets are not as large as the other side but this resort was great value and the beach was absolutely perfect on non-windy days. If you’re big into sports and kite surfing this beach is for you during the windy days. We loved our stay here. Everyone is super friendly and the restaurants have great food. Very peaceful. Bonus happy hour drinks every day!
We have traveled to Providencieles many times over the last 14 years. This was our first time on Long Bay and the Shore Club did not disappoint. The experience has been a favorite for us. The accommodations were stunning, well kept and beautifully appointed. What made the experience even better was the staff. Too many to mention but a shout out to some of our favorites Delores and Love in the dining room for breakfast and Dean at the beach. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome. We did also appreciate the Christmas spirit! WOW just beautiful!
Beautifully kept grounds, very clean, very friendly staff, amazing food.
Honestly, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful rooms. Food was excellent special shout out to the best bartender. ROSA made our trip extra special.
El hotel es bonito y tranquilo , las habitaciones son amplias , el personal es muy amable.
Sería bueno que hubiera más restaurantes abiertos para el almuerzo. Hay pocas opciones. El desayuno también podría tener más variedad.
This resort is beautiful. It is kept very clean, the rooms are spacious and well thought out, the pools beautiful and access to the beach perfect. Service at the beach was wonderful and the gentlemen who tend to the chairs, towels, etc. at both the pools and beach were great. We had a few minor problems during our stay and they were dealt with almost immediately. Kerry Hendrickson, the Executive Assistant Manager, was on top of everything and truly worked hard to make our trip special. He is a valuable asset of the resort. Aliyah at the front desk was also extremely helpful with changing dinner reservations and was very attentive. For the post part the staff is exceptional and really makes guests feel welcome. The workout space is small but has all the essentials for a good workout. Anna, who taught yoga is amazing and the resort needs to let people know that she is available and does the classes because she is very focused and insures a great session. The area that needs the most attention is the breakfast buffet. The food is fine for the most part but there was no variety (every day was pretty much the same) and the space has the feel of a cafeteria. While some of the staff were attentive many were not (not promptly picking up dirty dishes and it seemed there is no one in charge). We travel a lot to beautiful places and always look forward to breakfast but unfortunately this was not the case. It would be a simple fix for them to make breakfast so much better. The food for lunch is good but very expensive and service can be really slow. All in all this is a beautiful spot, the staff works really hard and it shows. Great place for small children and having the adult pool was a real plus.
The beach Guide Abner was excellent for the Hobie Cat and beach excursions. Highly recommend using Abner. Great customer service.
The room was huge, beautiful and timelessly elegant. The resort had every detail thought of before you even knew you needed it. The beach is by far the best for a family and water sports. Love the paddle boards and the beach crew as they tend to your every wish. The food. Wow. Can’t even begin to describe how amazing the food is. The service. We wanna give a huge shout out to the staff who made our stay the most amazing we’ve ever had. “Nadine, Love, Angie, Nikish, Youseline, Anise, Adamslie, Natasha and how could we forget Cari. Be sure to ask for a fresh squeezed orange juice. The taste is unlike anything I’ve had!!! From the sea grapes to the Almond Tree everything was above and beyond. Our little slice of heaven… see you in March 2026!
Wonderful day at the shore, Club. The breakfast team of Dolores, Angie, Bianca, and Nakisha we’re wonderful. Would highly recommend the short club if traveling with young kids
It’s my and my fiancés first time in Turks & Cacios and wow what an amazing experience! The Shore Club is definitely one if not the best hotels I have ever stayed in from the staff to the food to the beach front view! All around 5 stars! I want to personal thank the breakfast team. Delores, Angie, Natasha, Ademsile, Nikisha, Nadage, Mery, Chef Michael, and Bianca. Thank you all so much for making this experience amazing! Will be back soon for sure
This was our 2nd year in a row at the Shore Club and we can see coming again every year. The hotel is impeccable and not very big which we love! The staff are all so friendly - from Louis who is waiting for us by the pool with a smile each morning to the entire breakfast staff - from Dolores to Chef Michael to Ainslie and all the rest of the ladies. The front desk remember our names and even send champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate my fiancés birthday. The worst part of it is having to leave! But we’ll be back soon!
To celebrate my 60th Birthday, we arrived to this beautiful resort in the Turks. Absolutely perfect in every way. In particular I would like to thank the staff at breakfast including Dolores, Angie, Anise, Ademsile, and all of the others who made our stay so wonderful. A plus in every way! Thank you!!!!
We celebrated our 53rd Wedding Anniversary here and we could not be more pleased. Shore Club is a stunning resort consisting of everything you expect from a top quality resort. From beautifully manicured landscaping, amazing accommodations, fine food, and a friendly and attentive staff. Kerry the manager, has done a brilliant job at hiring incredible people at all levels of service. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was happy, smiling and so incredible helpful. Our butler, Mark Sanchez was fabulous. He saw to our every need. I just can't thank him enough for his attentiveness. Judith at the tour desk was so very helpful at managing an offsite adventure. Our Cabana server Sherrilyn was delightful and went the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one. We have to say thank you to the breakfast staff: Delores, Angie, Anise, Ademslie, Nihisha, Shaundee, Ronaldson, Gray Junior and of course Chef Micheal for providing excellent service and breakfast each morning. Kerry the manager was so accommodating and helpful when we needed to leave early because of hurricane Mellisa. The Shore Club is the only resort we consider when planning a trip to Turks and Caicos. We are looking forward to scheduling a return trip. When planning a vacation or a special occasion, book The Shore Club, Try it once, and You will never forget it!
Excellent facilities, excellent staff, excellent food. Special shout outs to Kinderly Joseph, Mon Ghimiray and Carlos "the bubble blower". Would happily recommend for couples, business or families.
We loved our stay at the Shore Club. The team was exceptional and celebrated us and our honeymoon / babymoon each night. They knew us by name. We especially enjoyed Sherika, Delores, Amise, Adamslie, Mary, and Chef Michael. The front desk and spa team was also wonderful. We will be back!
Despite it being hurricane season with off and on rain throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our honeymoon. Shout out to the breakfast team Sherika, Delores, Nikisha, Mary, Adamslie, Irinse, and Chef Michael.
My wife and I came here for an anniversary trip and the place was beautiful. The wonderful service by Delores and her breakfast team was a highlight of each day as it always gave us a great start! The pool and bar staff were friendly and attentive as well!
Shore club was really good, ALL OF THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING!!! We had breakfast included with our stay and the breakfast staff was phenomenal! Sherika, Delores, Angie, Anise, ademsile,Nikisha, Mary and Chef Michael! This was my birthday trip and the hotel staff went above and beyond even sending chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to the room! The weather was challenging but had a great trip overall. The one improvement that I would suggest would be communicating better to travelers. Apparently every Thursday the island has a festival named ‘Fish fry’ we had been hearing about it since we arrived. When the day arrived it was raining and could not do any water activities. We planned the day around the fish fry activity, when we arrived they we were told that it had been canceled due to the weather and that the hotel staff knew it was canceled! We were so disappointed! Other than that we had an excellent time
The experience was amazing! Service was impeccable every step of the way. The breakfast team every morning did a fantastic job, Sherika, Delores, Angie, Anise, Ademsile, Nikisha, Mary and Chef Michael were all amazing every morning! Highly recommend this hotel!
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! Especially Lonzo, Delores, Angie, Ademsile, Natasha, Herylene, Shawn, and Chef Michael !!! Thank you
Everything about the Shore Club is TOP notch! We really enjoyed our morning breakfast with the staff. Special shout out to Delores, Ademsile, Nikisha, Anise, Chef Michael, Angie, Davidson and our house manger, Robert for making our stay so amazing!
The breakfast team was amazing and they were so incredibly friendly. They made us feel so special and welcomed as if we were home. Delores was our server and she took such good care of us. Admesile made us such yummy iced coffee every single day and knew what we liked before we even asked. Nikisha and Angie were so friendly and seated us right away. Best for last, Chef Michael made us a special breakfast on our last day and made us feel so incredibly special. His food is so delicious and you can never go wrong with any of his breakfast menus. I also have an allergy and Chef Michael made me gluten free pancakes. Thank you Shore Club Breakfast Team for everything!! :) We will definitely be returning
We had a trip scheduled that was canceled by the hotel. It was very short notice which was annoying. At first no explanation was given but the VP contacted us and explained the situation, weather being a factor delaying some renovations. We were very upset at first but he has rectified the error and we have been compensated. The offer was more than fair and we will try again to book a trip to the Shore Club. The last time we were in Turks we ate at the Shore Club sushi restaurant and it was one of our best meals on the island. We toured the Club and were very impressed. We are looking forward to staying there on our next trip to get the full experience.
We had a trip booked for our anniversary this October 2025 that we arranged months ahead. One week prior to our trip we were informed that the hotel would not be open when we arrived so they would move us to another hotel on the other side of the island, The Palms. We've seen that hotel - it's old and a bit run down, not my idea of a vacation for our anniversary. No other compensation was offered, ie massage, spa, dinner, etc. We have been to Turks many times and love the island, and had dinners at the Shore Club. We are very disappointed in the hotel for giving us such short notice since we could not find any other reasonable hotel accommodations with such short notice. Basically they ruined our anniversary trip and I am inclined to never book with them again. Beware if you book with these people. If I could give lower than one star I would.
great hotel!
Loved everything
My husband and I had an amazing stay here! Summer is their off season so it’s a great time to visit and the resort was not crowded at all which made for a quiet and pleasant stay. The whole resort was beautifully decorated and designed and super clean. The room was outstanding, spacious, super comfy and clean with an amazing double sided balcony that had both pool and ocean views (junior suite). Pool and beach chairs were very cushy, we spent hours on them! The service is good but not quite as proactive as they could have been, we would have spent more money if they had come by more often to offer us drinks and food. There were lots of families there with young kids or teenagers but everyone was well behaved and we still had a relaxing time.
The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure. If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place. Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!
The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing but there was nothing to do at the resort or the surrounding area. It cost $100 round trip a day to go to town or the casino. The resort should have a pool table. They said they had a ping pong table but that it was broken. they do have non motorized equipment but if you are not into that then there is nothing to do. They should have some pool fun. some entertainment. Or at least have the free shuttle drop off the guests in town or the casino for free. they take you to their sister property but itis a 15 minute walk to the town and a 30 minute walk to one of the casinos. the other one is not even in walking distance. The area that you have to walk is desolate for the first 10 minutes so it's a bit scary and it was very hot. For this reason we will never return.
It was very friendly and lovely property I would definitely go back
Great property on the water. Beach was great. Staff and service was phenomenal every day of the stay. Will be back.
Wonderful trip yet again! Staff is wonderful for the most part, seemed over staffed with a ton of folks hanging out chatting but we absolutely loved Delores who met us each morning with a warm smile and great service .
The Shore Club and Staff are amazing. I do recommend renting a car and driving yourself around. My children all took kitesurfing lessons on Long Bay, ages 7,8,10 and 12. Ive been kitesurfing +20 years and there is no better place to learn than Long Bay, it's Super convenient. The Saff consistently went above and beyond. Very friendly people, highly recommend.
Our return trip to Shore Club was awesome. Amenities are top-notch, and the staff is amazing, particularly Louis and Delores. We will certainly be returning.
The grounds are pretty and nice to walk around. We had hoped for more restaurant options, but the Almond Tree was good enough.
We had the best time at the Shore Club! The property is absolutely stunning, everywhere you look is picture perfect. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the beach is beautiful and quiet. We did some water sports offered at the hotel. The food was excellent, the cocktails great, we will definitely come back!
They told me there was a place to launch kites, an air compressor to pump kites, and people to help launch. None of that is true. The launch site is the most dangerous site I've ever seen, and the surly staff are no help.
Easy review. If you're going to visit Turks and Caicos I highly recommend that you stay at the Shore Club resort. The resort has spacious rooms and all of the rooms have a lovely view of the ocean. The rooms have a morning and a evening turn down service, so your room is always clean. The grounds are well maintained, with two family swimming pools and one adults ony pool. The food is delicious especially the breakfast and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Chef Mike and Delores Frances on the breakfast crew both went went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife enjoyed our breakfast each morning. Breakfast is free, but lunch, dinner., and drinks are pay as you go so keep that in mind. This is the only place I will stay when I return to the Turks island.
For a high-end resort, very disappointed and did not feel it was worth the price at almost $1000/night. We came for our 25th anniversary and wanted to splurge by staying at a high-end resort. With the high cost, we were expecting such better treatment and were very disappointed. The grounds were very nice and well cared for, the pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. There were several nice people working at the resort. Problems started with our check-in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with info of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys, walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own. The room was nice but clearly needed a refresh; rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of paint, & dirty rugs. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view, none of this is what you would expect from a luxury resort. When we dined for breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was very good. The overall service was extremely low. Searching for servers, spoken to very rudely and treated as though we were bothering them. The receptionist at the Spa was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have been to several resorts in the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing. I have had better treatment for a lot less $$
For a high-end resort, I very disappointed, not worth the price. We came for our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to splurge by staying a high-end resort. With the high cost, we were expecting such better treatment and very disappointed. I am sorry for the length of the review but feel the details here matter. The grounds were very nice and well cared for with workers trimming and pruning every day. The pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean. There were several nice people working at the resort. It started with our check in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with a map of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own. The room was nice enough but clearly needed a refresh, rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of pain, dirty rugs and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view of anything. There were some very nice people on staff and I wish I had done a better job of remembering their names so I could give them a much deserved shout out. When we dined at the breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was great. the servers were OK, often we had to search for the servers when we needed something, but as soon as the bill came, they were right there and then proceeded to hover over you to get their tip. Service by the adult pool, where we spent most of our time, was sporadic at best. As a result, when people had food delivered to the pool and left their plates, we would be attacked by seagulls as they sat there up to an hour + sometimes. Some of the wait staff that did finally come by the pool lingered, hovering over us standing right next to our chairs, 30+ minutes at one point, just waiting even though we said we were all set. One occasion, one server continued to tell us about his private venture and was trying to get us to be a financial backer. We did nothing to encourage this and just wanted to have him leave us alone. Our time at the spa was an experience all on its own. I will start by saying the massage therapists were FANTASIC. The receptionist on the other hand was so rude it astounded me. The whole time she interacted with us she kept her air Pods in her ears. Told us our reservation was canceled and made was completely annoyed that she had to "re-book" it. She was very curt with both my wife and I making us very uncomfortable to the point we almost left. When we got back from the massage instead of welcoming us back asking how our massage was, she was laying back on the couch in the lounge area behind the desk and just seemed even more annoyed with us that she had to get up and help us (air Pods in ears again). As she offered no information on what we were to do next, when I asked about the Champagne we were supposed to get at the completion of our couples massage, she very rudely said, don't worry I will get it for you when I finish your bill. Once she did finish our bill she went out back, came out and shoved the small bottle of Moet in our hands (un-opened no glasses) and walked away. While they have the non-motorized sporting, Kayaks, paddle boards etc, there is not much to do on property other than hang by the pool/beach. Corn hole, Outdoor chess board, shuffleboard, anything would have been nice. There is NOTHING to do at night. No evening entertainment, bars close early. You eat dinner and go to bed. When it came to checkout, we got a fairly rude call the night before from the front, no good evening or pleasantries just "What time are you leaving and do you need a taxi"? I felt as though we were being rushed to checkout. We came to understand that the resort is closing for some time starting this August for a, much needed, refresh. I don't know if due to that most of the staff felt checked out and not interested in the guests. I think the first thing they need to refresh is the training for the staff. I have been to several resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing overall experiences. I have received far better treatment and gotten so much more for so much less money.
Great vacation w
Good
Great resort, very nice facilities. The only lowlight is how chilled and uncoordinated the staff is: really bad organization, people are not motivated at all. I suggest management to remove those ridiculously auto-included +15% of “service fees” from anything they charge and let their staff be actually motivated to gain those tips by providing good service.
Beautiful property. We didn’t leave the resort at all and had a great relaxing stay. Great dining options on site and beautiful private beach.
Incredible property. Beautiful setting and the rooms were wonderful. The property is on the quieter side of the island, which just means you need to drive to get to the area with restaurants and shops. Although, the food on site including the breakfast, was incredible. We will definitely return.
Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled, cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings. Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out.
Second trip to the Shore Club. This time we took the whole family. Very relaxed, refined environment. Facilities are in great condition. Staff was very helpful. Particularly appreciated Delores’ service at breakfast several mornings.
Gorgeous resort, not too busy this time of year. Staff was delightful and friendly.
All experiences were positive but the main front desk staff repeatedly came short of good customer service lacking in fully engaging with the guest ,
When you start the vacation getting double charged and then realize the same person double charging more than one guest, it raises more than suspicion. Our double charge was not reversed until we made it a point to not leave the service area and started to as for the accounting dept supervisor. Staff was not friendly unless there was a tip involved. However there was 3 people that went out of their way to be friendly and try to help out when they could and that was Jobe Cimes (Helped us with shuttles),
