Hilton Yantai Golden Coast

We have enjoyed our stay at Hilton at Golden Coast. The staff is welcoming, kind and very helpful. Our room is large and comfortable with an excellent view of the sea. Housekeeping does a great job keeping our room clean and well stocked with towels and amenities. The restaurant provides wonderful meals. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices. The food is fresh and has many options. The seafood buffet at night is delicious with lots of fresh fish, sushi, sashimi, as well as crawfish, prawns and crab legs. There is also prime rib cooked to perfection with roasted vegetables. There is pizza and chicken nuggets for the younger children. Access to the Executive Lounge is a wonderful perk. The host and hostesses are always friendly and welcoming. Sandy (manager) is always kind and helpful. It is nice place to relax with a nice coffee or a hot cup of tea in the afternoon overlooking the beach. The dinner buffet is great, too. The food selection is always fresh. The concierge desk is always attentive. They are helpful with receiving and delivering of any packages that we receive. The location of the hotel is convenient for the beach, nearby shopping and other restaurants are plentiful, too.

The breakfast bar was fantastic, probably the best I’ve experienced. Loved hearing the sea with our window in the room open. Staff was exceptional. Room was beyond expectations

I can’t think of anything other than the prices of the hotel were not in line with the rest of the area. The prices were more comparable to being in the US

This is our family’s third time visiting Yantai, and this time we are staying for a whole month. The room condition is excellent and the breakfast service is very satisfying. We are especially happy staying in the Executive Room and using the lounge with our child. It is a very comfortable and family-friendly lounge, so we highly recommend it to guests traveling with children. Also, thanks to Sandy, who always welcomed us warmly both in the morning and in the afternoon, our stay has been truly relaxing and pleasant. She even helped us by lending cables when we used our laptop, and she was always kind and caring toward our child. We are sincerely grateful for her thoughtful service. All the staff in the lounge were very friendly, but we would especially like to express our heartfelt thanks to Sandy. We highly recommend Hilton Yantai Golden Coast! Thanks to all of you, our one-month hotel stay has been incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. ♡♡♡

Our family stay at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast (August 2-3, 2025) was supposed to be a relaxing vacation—instead, it turned into a nightmare that left my children and me physically hurt and emotionally scarred. On August 3rd, while swimming in the hotel pool (which we assumed was exclusive to guests), an unlicensed, non-guest swimming instructor aggressively demanded we leave their "training lane." When we hesitated, instructor hit me hard on the head and shoved my children in the lower back, causing both of us to stumble in the water. My little one screamed in terror, clutching their back, and refused to go near water for the rest of our stay. They still complain of back pain and now have nightmares about swimming. What’s worse? The hotel staff showed zero concern. Pool attendants and the front desk ignored our report—no first aid, no apology, no action to stop the attackers. These instructors openly run commercial lessons in the pool (violating Chinese laws and guest exclusivity), yet the hotel does nothing to regulate them. Hilton’s promise of safety and care for families is empty here. They failed to protect us, especially a vulnerable child, and their negligence is unforgivable. To all travelers—think twice before booking this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Your family’s safety shouldn’t be at risk because of a hotel’s refusal to enforce basic rules or protect its guests. We demand accountability, but for now, we urge others to stay away. This is not a place you can trust with your loved ones.

The front desk service is warm and attentive, with quick and efficient check-in procedures allowing weary travelers to enter their rooms and rest as soon as possible. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft beds and spotless bathroom facilities. Common areas of the hotel, such as corridors and elevator lobbies, are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's landscaping and decor are very thoughtful, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests.

Hilton Yantai Golden Coast will really be a good choice.

As a Hilton Gold member I would highly recommend Hilton Yantai Golden Coast. From prior to registration communication/service (Mrs. Zhang) to service received during our stay (especially at the Executive Lounge). Looking forward to staying here in the future when visiting the area.

We came here for a family holiday and loved this property. Beautiful Oceanview, Rooms are great and Breakfast Buffett wonderful. My only minor letdown was no regular exercise bike. Only an incumbent. It still gets 5 stars because everything else was splendid.

The location is good Pity the hotel management is so bad

This Hotel damages the brand Hilton the what it is managed. The carpets are old and crowded with dust, very dangerous for Asthma sufferers. The room furniture is very old. the Business Lounge food is at the level of a Hospital Canteen. Staff doesn't speak English and it is clearly under-staffed. Hilton Should audit this management team and consider withdrawing its name form this place. The wors 5 Star hotel I have ever seen

Good ambience, good rooms, breakfast and excellent service. Make you feel like staying more. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only for one night. Would have liked to stay more and enjoy the property more. Had a sea facing room which was great

This hotel is always my first choice when coming back to Yantai. The beautiful sea view at executive lounge is my favorite part. Hotel has opened for 6 years but is maintained well. The staff is welcome

This was my second long stay (3 months) in the hotel. The staff are exceptional, always cheerful and happy to help. The pool and gym are excellent, and the Japanese restaurant is very good. The location is very good, with fantastic sea views and a long pedestrian promenade tryst is very safe foe jogging and walking, the beaches live up to their name! It is easy enough to get to and from the airport and only 30 minutes to down town.

This place is flat out awesome! The room had a nice and soft bed The bathroom set up was pretty cool too. A big tub and rainshower. The buffett was good too and its right on the beach for beach fun! The staff was friendly and helpful with everything! Great place!

酒店位置临海，过马路就是天马栈桥和海边，看落日和夜景非常好。酒店客房服务需要改进，每日洗浴用品经常配置不全，而且洗发水和沐浴液颜色一样完全分不清楚，建议酒店使用不同颜色的瓶子进行区分。 最让我们感到失望的是酒店自助晚餐，每人198元的收费，但完全不符合五星级酒店的自助餐标准。我们19:30到的餐厅，餐台上的食品已经像快收摊一样了，令人失望。一般酒店主打的冰鲜海鲜区看不到扇贝，生蚝等品种多样的海鲜，海虾只有几只，三文鱼也是跟服务员要求后才有人来切给你一点儿。蔬菜沙拉都已见底，冷切食品例如Salami, Cheese，Ham等完全没有提供。小龙虾小得可怜，只有小手指一样大，其他主菜区里的炒菜也完全有失水准，让人看了没有食欲。我们前不久去了三亚和西安，都是入住喜来登酒店，酒店自助晚餐收费是148元和168元，而且红白葡萄酒啤酒无限畅饮。烟台的希尔顿收费最贵，而且19:30这个时间正是晚餐用餐高峰期，甜品和糕点区的选择也非常少！总之我们非常失望，完全不值得198元的消费。

Great service. Book a executive room and try the lounge. The staff Carrie and Ava will offer u the best service. And the location is perfect, u can see the tianmazhanqiao through the gym. About 5 mins walking to the beach.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and I felt very comfortable . The hotel is located on the seaside and had a great view and the room was comfy and clean. The staff even alittle slow with the service were polite and kind . I enjoyed the stay here and recommend this hotel for a business stay .

We felt very safe from the coronavirus throughout our stay. In guest areas, the staff members wore face masks. Hand sanitizers were available. My room was large with clean sanitized bedding. Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. Awesome location, right on the beach.

Very close to the beach with the beautiful seaview room. I highly suggest for those who wants to stay here, please choose the seaview room, it is worthwhile. As for other services, they are standard Hilton service that you can expect. PS my girlfriend really likes the dolphin plush toy that sells on the the front counter.

Visited Yantai in the Winter for business. Summer is probably a great time to visit. Since this is northern China, the outside temp was 40 degrees during daytime and freezing at night. So the hotel had the heating on, which appears to be centralized. As the thermostat in my room only allowed for heating, no cooling The entire hotel seemed to be set at 75-77 degrees. My room was on the 26th floor of a 28 story building, so the heat appears to vent up and does not vent out of the building that easily. The top floors were hot at night (77+), making it hard to sleep. The hotel knows of this poor HVAC or building design as they have a flyer in the room that says to shut off the HVAC in the room, open the window, and call for a portable cooling machine. Trouble was, there is no window to open as the windows are all sealed on higher floors. And the cooling machine they brought me was basically a fan. After 1 sleepness night, I asked to be moved. They moved me to the 7th floor, which has the same HVAC system, but when I turned it off, the room cooled down to 70 degrees as the heat doesn't build up in the lower floors. I guess when China builds out skyscapers by the thousands in such a short time, things like bad ventilation design happen.

We are here for a long term stay. Staff / Service / Location are great. We have a small kitchen that works great for us. We will be here 18 months and knew we would like the hotel after being here on business trips before our move.

시내와 좀 멀다는 단점이 있긴하지만 너무 좋아요 진짜 최고에요 되게 청결하고 다른 직원들 친절해요 근데 카운터 직원들은 좀 불친절해요

今までシェラトンを使っていました。今回は初めて煙台のヒルトンホテルを使ったのですが、朝食は付いていない、忘れ物の連絡も無いスタッフのサービスも悪い、スタッフは時間があったら携帯でゲーム、チャットをしている最低のホテルでした。また冷蔵庫の飲み物の料金の間違いには連絡をしてくるが携帯を部屋に忘れたことに対しては連絡もせず、こちらから問い合わせたら「充電してます」とか訳の分からない返事をして誤魔化すなど本当に最低なスタッフでした。やはりシェラトン煙台が最高です。日本に帰ったら日本企業の全てにヒルトンホテルは泊まらないように話しをします。

Clean and huge rooms, quick cleaning service. Had some issues communicating but the staff is very nice and always try to understand English. I asked for Tylonel and actually Philip was very professional, he walked with me to the pharmacy across the street to help Staff top to bottom is very nice and always ready to help

My room was spacious, and from the upper level, the sea views were fantastic. The buffet breakfast had a very good variety if yummy foods. Staff is friendly and try to be helpful. Convenient location for early morning and evening walks on the beautiful, peaceful beach.

As Bonvoy member I normally stay in Marriott Yantai, 500m down the road from Hilton. But with Marriott fully booked, at my last trip I decided to give Hilton a try. Rated #1 in Yantai, prepare to wow me. Check in was smooth, good service. Room 709 had a destinct industrial smell, but seemed to come from the AC so I decided that asking to switch from probably would not help. On to the buffet dinner, this was maybe the least attractive buffet I have tried at an international 5 star hotel, and the service was very average despite a lot of staff present. The room was ok. I am not a fan of the dark colors and yellowish marble, but that comes down to personal preference and Hilton can't be faulted for my taste. But the hotel looks much older than the 3 years the staff at checkout said it was. Looking around, the gym and tennis court both look worn down and the carpet in the room is starting to look worn in the main walking areas. The bed was good, but the vibration from the neighbors alarm clock could be heard through the wall. The breakfast buffet was nothing special but the fresh juice and many coffee machines are a plus. Checkout was the highlight, the lady took a genuine interest in asking about my stay. Maybe I was unlucky with the timing of my visit, since they had a convention at the same time? If I stay again in the future I will write another review. In the meantime I hope Marriott has a free room...

오션뷰가 너무 훌륭했던 호텔이였습니다. 호텔 내에서 먹었던 저녁식사도 맘에 들었고, 라운지 이용과 호텔 내 수영장, 헬스장 등 부대시설 활용 만족도가 높았습니다. 덕분에 힐링하고 갑니다. 다음에도 또 가고 싶습니다 ^-^

Bra femstjärnigt hotell med utsikt helt mot havet. Frukosten är fantastisk, rena stora rum, behagligt. Ligger i ett område utan så många affärer (knappt några).

늦은 체크인에도 불구하고 상냥하고 친절한 메니저가 객실 업그레이드와 무료 조식 등의 서비스를 제공받아 매우 만족스러움. 바다 조망의 객실로 업그레이드를 해줘서 매우 만족스럽고 감동적이었음. 나중에 아내와 함께 꼭 다시 오고싶은 호텔임. 특히 투숙 다음날 새벽 체크 아웃이라 무료 조식을 사용 못하게 되었는데 미리 알고 도시락까지 준비를 해 줘서 매우 감동을 받음. 30년 출장경험의 호텔 투숙에서 이런 서비스는 받아 본 적이 없음. Very much touching !

是新的酒店，整體服務很好，人員親切，還為我們免費升級海景房。飯店有游泳池，是小朋友的最愛。早餐也很棒～整體而言是性價比很高的酒店！

ｻｰﾋﾞｽ料、税金を含め￥13,000以内で収まる高級ホテル ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝは三か所あるが一つは閉店状態（宿泊客が少ないせいだと推察された）で朝食のﾊﾞｯﾌｪも品数が今一すくない。夕食を摂った中華料理を出すﾚｽﾄﾗﾝは味のわりには値段がかなり高い。

출장차 매번 방문하는곳 입니다.

飯店早餐和晚上餐廳餐點不錯，服務員態度十分和善，房間寬敞，廁所乾淨無味，飯店距離海灘很近，飯後剛好可以散散步。下次若有再來出差，必定再選擇此飯店。

The hotel was excellent with all clean amenities. Breakfast buffet was also delicious and had many varieties to accommodate both asian & western taste.

조식은 먹을께 별로 없네요 너무 중국식입니다. 그리고 아침에 많은 인원이 몰리면 식당이 좁아서 먹기 불편합니다. 그리고 안내도 잘안되고요. 호텔 헬쓰장은 초3은 입장이 안되더군요 애들 데리고 가시는분들은 참조하세요
