Ferienhaus Viktoria

Das Appartement war blitzsauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir waren 3 Tage dort, quasi auf der Durchreise. Alles war wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkauf ganz in der Nähe. Alles tip top.

Gentilezza, accoglienza, disponibilità dell'host. La stanza ben curata con tutto quello che ci serviva. La posizione eccellente per poter fare la ciclabile della Drava spezzata in 2 giornate

Manuela szuperkedves és nagyon figyelmes vendéglátó. Otthonos, kényelmes szobát kaptunk, és kiváló reggelivel várt minket. Abszolút 10 pont!

Wir hatten hier schöne Tage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Auch das Zimmer war schön geräumig und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Direkt an der Bundesstraße(jedoch überhaupt keine Lärmbelästigung) Richtung Südtirol. Großer Balkon mit Aussicht, sehr geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Manuela: super gentile e accogliente. Appartamento spazioso, grande vetrata vista montagne. Negozietto self service aperto h24 sotto casa con prodotti locali e caffe'. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo.

Non ci sono balconi, le tende in camera potrebbero essere piu coprenti.

It was clean, and owner was really kind.

There was a lot of bugs, maybe because of the time we have had staied in. It was only isue. Othervies it was perfect.

Appuntamento ampio per 2 famiglie con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni . Da poco ristrutturata. Camere comode e pulite.

Se posso dire a causa delle mosche sarebbe meglio installare delle zanzariere

Diese Ferienwohnung war recht neu und ganz nett eingerichtet.

Riesengroße Küchenzeile mit leeren Fächern. Gefrierschrank vorhanden, perfekt für Selbstversorger. Leider kein Wohnraum. Fernseher mit im Schlafzimmer. Wäre die Küchenzeile kleiner gehalten, hätte man nach hinten heraus noch eine Wohnecke einrichten können. Balkon leider immer ohne Sonne.

Prostorný, světlý, plně vybavený apartmán. Terasa pro zasloužený odpočinek. Parkování bylo přímo před domem. Perfektní poloha na dojezd na túry jak v rakouských Alpách, tak italských Dolomitech. Skvělá komunikace s personálem z ubytování.

Alloggio spazioso e molto accogliente. Manuela è stata gentilissima! L'accoglienza è stata super, sia per noi che per i nostri due cagnolini. Consigliatissimo!

Skvělé výchozí místo na výlety jak v Taurech tak do Dolomit. Moc rádi se zase vrátíme. Ubytování bylo skvělé nemáme co vytknout. Byli jsme větší skupina včetně pejska a vše bylo perfektní.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the free parking added to the convenience of the stay. The property is also conveniently located near San Cedido.

Érdemes elgondolkodni szúnyogháló feltakásán, klíma is jól jöhet.

Absolutely clean! Perfect view. Extremely nice personel. Comfortable beds and huge living room. The terrace with an amazing view.

I would only add more counter space in the kitchen.

It is a nice stop on the way the Dolomites. Nice and obviously normally quiet location (there was an enroute during our stay so we had a bit more traffic under our windows but still ok-ish). The room is good sized, very comfortable and good-sized bathroom.

The kids playground deservers some maintenance.

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso e con una bella terrazza vivibile. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e ordinato, con ciò che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno in totale relax. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il silenzio della struttura e la cortesia e disponibilità di Manuela che sicuramente rende il posto molto familiare e che è sempre pronta a dare consigli e scambiare due chiacchiere. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben es nur als Zwischenstop für eine Nacht benutzt, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt online und vor Ort.

Very good, spacious (has a separate small room with a sofa), clean and confortable (amazing shower).

Has cushions instead of actual pillows. Not bad but not as confortable as pillows, and this was informed beforehand so I can't complain.

Great staff and perfect location!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und schönem Blick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bad und Wohnung modern eingerichtet und gepflegt.

Manuela hat uns gut betreut, sie war sehr scharmant und sehr nett!!! Danke Manuela !!!

Die Matratze war ein bisschen zu hart. Zweit Matratze im Doppelbett wäre besser gewesen!

Bardzo fajne miejsce do odpoczynku w drodze jak i na dłuższy pobyt. Blisko ośrodki narciarskie i miejsca do turystyki pieszej czy rowerowej. Miejsce bardzo ciche z dobrym dojazdem i prywatnym parkingiem. Pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste. Pani Manuela bardzo pomocna i kontaktowa. Serdeczne pozdrowienia od Katarzyny i Piotra,na pewno tu wrócimy.

Sve je bilo lijepo i čisto,gazdarica jako ljubazna osoba,ništa nije bilo problema

Ein tolles, geräumiges Appartement, top sauber, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Parkplatz, Skikeller, etc. Top Lage für Skifahrer oder Wanderer. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! 😀

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje.

Apartma ni tako zelo prostoren, kot smo si predstavljali, ampak vseeno dovolj za 4 člansko družino.

Czysty i przestronny apartament z alpejskim klimatem, sympatyczni i bezproblemowi gospodarze. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem, balkon z cudownym widokiem.

Bardzo czysto, przemiłe właścicielki, pomocne. Mówiące w 3 językach. Najlepsze miejsce jakie od lat zarezerwowałam na wyjazd narciarski do Włoch.

Wszystko idealne, nic negatywnego.

Abbiamo soggiornato nello Studio Maxi e la camera era grande e perfetta per 3 persone, con una bellissima vista dal terrazzo. Siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte e abbiamo trovato la chiave nell'apposita Key Box, apribile con un codice mandato tramite messaggio, che si trova davanti la porta principale con una luce che si è accesa quando si arriva lì davanti. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e ci hanno accolto molto bene la mattina con una buona colazione.

L'unica nota negativa è che siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte e abbiamo trovato tutto buio, senza illuminazione della strada, del paese e della struttura, fino a quando non si è accesa la luce davanti il portone.

Für die Sauna wurden € 15,-- verlangt. Es kamen dann 5 Personen in die kleine Sauna, sodass ich sie verlassen musste. Ob die auch alle € 15,-- bezahlt haben?

Abbiamo riscontrato una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. L'appartamento bellissimo, super pulito, arredato con cura nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort. La struttura e l'appartamento in particolare son addirittura più belli dal vivo che in foto. Ottimo lavoro!!!

It was a bit far to get to Tri chime, but I was satisfied with the clean accommodations and quiet rural village.

Ми були там одну ніч. Чудове помешкання яке легко знайти. Хороше розташування, дуже гарне та комфортне . Ідеальна чистота . Приємна постіль та якісні рушники . Рекомендую.
