Take a Da-Yo Air Bus- Dayuan line and get off at Tatung university. Silken Hotel is located at the intersection of the end of Dehui Street and North Sinsheng Road. It may take 5 to 8 minutes on foot.
- From the hotel to the airport:
Walk to Imperial Hotel in 4 minutes and take Da-Yo Air Bus to Taoyuan International Airport.
* Alternatively, you may take a taxi to reach the hotel and it would cost around TWD 1500.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at Silken Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Taipei. It was a nice, quiet place to come back to after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Nothing major that we didn’t like. We were just a little surprised that there wasn’t much closet or drawer space to unpack and store our clothes, especially for a longer stay. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

不能更改日期跟退款到底是怎樣，要那麼蕭貪嗎?跟我說因為我訂的那天客滿 ，拒絕了多客人所以不給我退，繼續騙 我上網查了當天明明還有房間 真的是很惡劣的商家，建議大家要來住的話要三思。

Aucun lit bébé à disposition gratuitement (ce qui ne nous est jamais arrivé avec tous les hôtels précédent) : facturation d'un lit d'appoint pour un montant par nuit équivalent à la moitié du prix de la chambre... Hall d'accueil qui sent très fortement la moisissure (ce n'est plus de l'humidité à ce niveau-là)

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026J'ai été très agréablement surprise par cette chambre d'hôtel qui est finalement la meilleure de tout mon séjour en Asie! Elle est grande, spacieuse, la salle de bain a une baignoire, des toilettes japonaises, une grande télévision, un canapé, un bureau et de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la ville. Le lit est grand, spacieux et confortable. Je recommande vivement cette chambre d'hôtel où je me suis sentie très bien, j'ai très bien dormi et c'est à côté du métro, des 7 eleven et d'un petit marché de rue sympa où j'ai acheté pleins de souvenirs et j'ai bien mangé :)

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026離捷運站不遠，樓下也有公車站牌，很方便，房間算大間又有大片窗戶可以看市景，大廳有咖啡機隨時想要喝咖啡都可以使用。白天櫃檯小姐看到有人進出都會打招呼很棒。
入住這兩晚的櫃檯先生看到有人出入都不會抬頭打個招呼，至少有人進出該看一下是不是貴店的住客或是閒雜人等吧？

Reviewed May 10, 2026日本語が話せるスタッフがいた。レセプションは丁寧だし、連泊した中1日だけ清掃がしっかりされておらず、使用済みのタオルが残ったままで、新しいタオルがいつもと違う場所に用意されていてスタッフに連絡することになったが、きちんと対応してくれた。 スリッパは使い捨て。最寄り駅からは少し歩くが、静かなところで良い。無料のお菓子が置いてあり嬉しかった。 このお値段でこのクオリティは満足。また泊まりたい。

No me resulto conveniente que no haya amenities, solamente habia shampoo y body soap. Tampoco hay microondas. Y me parecio un poco lento el Wifi.

浴室の設備は交換が必要です。温水洗浄便座は使用できず、シャワーの固定も緩んでいます。さらに、エアコンの冷房と換気にも問題があります。

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Nettes Hotel nicht weit von der MRT entfernt. Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war für seinen Preis recht groß und das Bett meiner Meinung nach sehr bequem. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Eigentlich alles gut, aber es ist etwas hellhörig. Der Duschvorhang könnte eventuell mal gewechselt werden.
