For vores vedkommende var sengen desværre ikke så komfortabel.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Very clean room with comfortable bed and calming interior design. Lovely atmosphere and communal area made it easy to meet fellow travellers, good security on doors. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom is shared, but I didn't mind that as the other people staying there were considerate.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2024Excellent location a stone's throw from the train and bus stations, five minutes walk from the very center of the city. Perfect cleanliness in all areas, including the common kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Convenience during check-in.
Internet was rather week and not stable. Not critical, but I needed to have several online meetings and it was quite inconvenient.

Reviewed May 9, 2024It was a quick pitstop here for me, as I was only in Esbjerg for less than 24 hours, and the guesthouse was perfect for my night's stay. The location was great - in a quiet street a short walk from the city's main shopping area and restaurants - and my room and the communal areas were beautifully clean.
The bed was a little soft for me, but that's personal preference, as I prefer a firmer mattress.

I didn't mind the shared bathroom but the sound proofing was minimal and my room was next to the bathroom so I was woken up when anyone went to the toilet at night or if they had a shower at 5.30am.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023Var på en smuttur til sønderjylland og valgte at overnatte i Esbjerg. Centralt velbeliggende, lidt træt ejendom men alt fungerede, rent og pænt, samt fint køkken og sød ekspedition. Bemærk at der ikke er eget badeværelse men at man deles om flere. Generelt en god oplevelse.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2023Jeg blev overrasket over hvor lille mit værelse var. Og jeg er nød til at sige at det at man ikke fik morgenmad og at toilet og bad var udenfor ikke var så positivt for mig. Selvfølgelig var jeg orienteret om det hele. Men alt i alt tænker jeg at jeg hellere giver lidt mere for noget jeg manglede. Men tak for et godt ophold :-)

There was no breakfast. The other guest couldn’t get into the house with the code they received and they could not reach management. I had to help them enter with the code I received but they couldn’t get into their room. It was a bit unorganized.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2023Troede at hotellet var et lille hyggeligt hotel -i modsætning til de store upersonlige steder, men jeg blev så skuffet at jeg vendte omkring og i stedet fandt et andet hotel. Jeg så et lille mørkt værelse -med toilet på gangen og et nedslidt trappe op-ingen hyggelig gård- ingen parkeringsplads Tilfældigvis ? var værtinden tilstede og spurgte om jeg havde fået hendes mail- det havde jeg ikke for hun havde sendt den til en forkert adresse- havde hun ikke været der var jeg ikke kommet ind ( forkert dørkode) Den parkering man skrev om i annoncen var var byens parkeringer med div problemer.
