Résidence Les Alizés

Appartement très fonctionnel et globalement propre.

C'est parfois bruyant selon les voisins d'appartement. Il y a eu des moments où c'était la fête chez les voisins et donc dérangeant pour dormir. En plus la route n'est pas très loin et cela peu être très légèrement bruyant.

Tout était parfait sur toute la ligne. Super logement, propre et confortable. Bon lit, 1 seule salle de bain mais on le sait au moment du booking. Seul mini hic = avoir peut être des sacs poubelles dans le logement et de l'eau pourquoi pas. Freezer cassé mais sinon clean sur toute la ligne

Sehr nah am Nationalpark gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, jedoch nicht alles auf dem neusten Standart. Dafür war alles sehr sauber. Die Haushälterin war auch sehr nett und hat es uns ermöglicht bereits 2h eher einzuchecken.

Der nächste öffentliche Strand ist 10min mit dem Auto entfernt aber auch gut erreichbar. Wenn man die kleinste Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat, stören einen ggf. andere Gäste am Pool/Garten und man hört andere Gäste relativ laut im Treppenhaus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles da, was man braucht, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine), alle Räume mit Klimaanlage, Bad mit Dusche, kleiner sehr gepflegter Garten, sauberer Pool, Parkplatz vor der Haustüre, Grundstück ist mit Mauer umgeben, sehr ruhige, sichere Umgebung, Strand, Supermarkt in der Nähe!

Internet ist manchmal langsam, nur französische Fernsehsender

Tout était bien jusqu'à l'arrivée des autres résidents. Le non respect des heures pour l'utilisation la piscine le soir, le bruit, ils parlaient fort. Et ceux d'en haut les enfants qui courraient. On entend tout en bas. A part ça c'était très agréable La réactivité du personnel

Громкая работа насоса водоснабжения иногда мешала спать, лучше его перенести в отдельное помещение. Отсутствует вентиляция в туалете.

Very nice and confortable apartment, well located in La Gaulette. Definitely recommend!

Logement studio Bougainvilliers pratique, propre et bien équipé pour 2 personnes, avec arrivée et départ autonomes. Indications claires, gros plus pour la place de parking et la laverie disponible. Bon point de chute pour visiter la partie sud de l’île sur quelques jours. Restaurants et supermarchés à proximité.

Le quartier est un peu bruyant avec la route et la station service juste en face. Peut gêner si vous souhaitez vous détendre dans le jardin. Le soir assez sombre dans les environs pour se déplacer à pieds sans avoir à reprendre la voiture.

Bien placé a coté des commerces, endroit sécurisé et propre.

il manquait du café ! une capsule d'accueil à la vanille pour la machine et j'aurai décrit le lieux comme fabuleux ;)

Le logement est petit mais parfaitement agencé. Tout est hyper propre et très joliment décoré. Le lit est très confortable. La terrasse donne sur un superbe jardin où les orchidées sont délicatement installées contre les arbres. Partout on perçoit le souci de faire de ce lieu un mignon petit cocon.

Le problème c’est la route et surtout la station service située juste en face, où certains viennent laver leur voiture en mettant à fond le volume de leurs enceintes. L’autre problème c’est la quasi nécessité d’avoir un véhicule.

Der Pool und das Haus sind schön.

Das Personal hat in 10 Tagen keine Handtücher gewechselt. Ursprünglich war es uns anders zugesagt. Die Lage direkt an der Straße gegenüber der Tankstelle ist vor allem für die obere Etage sehr laut.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen aber es sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Es gibt einen Pool und eine Waschmaschine.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est top (avec voiture). Le logement sympa. Nous avons bien dormi dans le lit. On peut utiliser la machine à laver ce qui est pratique. L’entrée dans l’établissement est simple.

On a eu un petit problème avec la chasse d’eau mais quelqu’un est venu nous aider dès le lendemain matin. Il manque quelques petits équipements pour cuisiner mais on peut faire les choses basiques.

The location was absolutely beautiful, and the pool felt very private, which made our stay even more relaxing. It’s conveniently close to a large supermarket, which made shopping easy. The drive to anywhere in the south was stunning, with scenic views throughout. All amenities were provided, which made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Clean and wonderful stay in La Gaulette. Kitchen was well equipped. Good supermarket closeby which has everything you would need. The village is less commercialised and a good place to stay if you want more quiet and peace during your stay. Area is newly developing and adding more restaurants etc. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Only 1 private bathroom for 3 bedrooms was a bit of a problem especially on days with early starts.

Communication with the hosts was very smooth - despite late request from my end. Very pleasant surprise to see how new and clean the accommodation was; the swimming pool was a welcome relief from humidity. Very calm environment, yet central to explore southwestern areas of the island - as long as one has rented a car. I would definitely stay at Les Alizés again.

The road was a bit close and we could hear the cars - particularly early in the morning, as the property is a bit in the outskirts of La Gaulette

Everything is super clean, nicely furnished and looking brand new. The host is very accommodating and the cleaning team is super nice.

It was decent place to stay with a wonderful place to relax in the yard and absolutely amazing coconut tree and frangipani blooming tree.

There was a motion sensor near our bedroom and when the wind blew the light came on with a characteristic sound, it prevented us from sleeping.

the sofa is not very comfortable and in living room, where the sofa is, it is not possible to make dark so in the morning the sun can be a problem

The apartment was very specious and well equipped. It was very clean. It had a beautiful garden. There is a convenient parking next to the building.

The Residence Les Alizes is beautiful and has all you can ask for in holiday accommodation including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 3 bedrooms all with split system air-con and pool. The owner and staff where very helpful and attentive. Local shop is in walking distance from the residence.

Amazing stay. We have used Booking.com for stays across the globe and this has been the best experience we have honestly had. Amazing host as well. Cant fault La Gaulette.

Nice appartment, everything you need is in there. Good price for what you get. Location is 10 minute drive from Le Morne but you know this in advance. Because of the nice price, it's worth the drive. In La Gaullette you only have a few restaurants. Can imagine that in busy seasons you have to reservate it.

Very nice staff, they make you feel there like king and queen, swimming pool, everything very well maintained. Good start point for trips to mountains (Chamarel etc.)

Located out of the city, so you need a car to go to restaurant or for shoping.

The flat was very comfortable and clean, well equipped too. Nice garden and pool. Quite close to amenities and under 10minutes drive to the Morne beach.

The road is quite close to the property, at “peak” times it can get a bit noisy

Everything - it's the best place to stay in La Gaulette! We had a great time at Les Alizes thanks to Sweeta. Already before our arrival she made sure everything would go as smooth as possible and offered us all the help needed. During our stay she made sure we can reach out to her at any time of the day, offering great recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc. The flat is super clean and has all necessary things needed, the pool & garden is well maintained and really relaxing. We can really recommend this place and would definitely book it again!

Place is very comfortable. Apartment was big enough with everything you may need. Kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden there are tables where you can dine or just chill out. The host, Sweeta is amazing person. She cared about us, gave some clues about places around and organized a dolphin watching trip with barbecue, which was awesome. Supermarket is 10 minutes by foot from Residence. Place is abolutly worth reccomending.
