It was very clean and friendly.

They do not offer a free complimentary breakfast. They charge $17.95 per person, and it's the same food you would typically get at most hotels that provide free breakfast. Also, the room we stayed in, you either took a cold shower or a hot shower. No matter how far you moved the shower handle up it would not go let any warmer, until you turned it as far as you could go, and then it was hot.

Der Check-In/Check-Out lief freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Schöner erste Eindruck durch hübschen Vorgarten! Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmer waren außerdem groß und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht- der dafür vorgesehene Bereich sah aber ansprechend aus. In der Lobby konnte man sich kostenlos Wasser nehmen. Ausreichend und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The waitress who was working the dinner shift was excellent. No complaints…just a happy face!

Great guest experience. Their bar and bar manager Luis was the best there is out there. Brought a great atmosphere and had an excellent experience with him and his team.

My wife and I chose this Hotel based on the new room remodel. We first meet Jessica at the front desk. She suggested that we eat dinner there. We did and it took 45 minutes and still didn’t get our food. When we were leaving the young lady came to the car and informed us that our food was ready. It was very good despite the Waite. We decided to eat breakfast there the next morning and was Bless to have Christy as our server. We told her about our experience and she went into make it right mode. Also Cory the supervisor went above and beyond the call of duty. They were so helpful that we almost forgot about yesterday’s longer than expected waiting. Let me tell you, these guys are the type of employees who makes your name a name. We left tips above and beyond and we also left with a new heart for your Hotel. Who ever is reading this please give them my thanks and let them know by raises and bonuses the great work they are doing to make you a successful business. Facts

A wonderful experience! From check in, throughout and departure. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful, I was tired when we arrived and couldn’t think straight but she guided me to the right experience, right room not only based on my profile but also by just asking questions. When I needed anything she was very helpful. We came down for breakfast and inquired about certain menu items, the chef, Corey, must’ve overheard because he actually came to meet and talk with us to see what we were requesting and if I tell you he did it even better than we wanted! (I took pictures because the presentation was so nice). Christy waited on us and she was what a chain like the Hilton is expected to represent. We gave exceptional tips to both because of the simple appreciation behind their intent of service. I stay at so many Hilton’s and this is one the top of the list and it’s on my favorites on the app. We’ll be back and when we need a place to put people when they come in town, they’ll definitely be sent here simply because I know the staff here will take care of them the way that I would.

I had the good fortune of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston/Spring during the last weekend in May, for a friend’s wedding. The couple had booked a block of rooms here for out-of-town guests. I am typically not one to submit reviews, but I had to send special shout-outs to the wonderful team at this location: HUGE THANKS to Sonia for impeccable housekeeping and to Kandrea for her being helpful during check-out. And SO MUCH GRATITUDE to Trinity, for her genuinely kind assistance throughout our entire stay; it really meant a lot. Exemplary hospitality all around from this team. I look forward to staying here again for any future trips from Austin to Houston, from now on.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Jessica in housekeeping was awesome. She was like a ghost you came back and your room is pristine. Christy, and Gracie are the best servers ever. Skylar is perfect for the bar. Trinity was super welcoming when we checked in.

Eunice was fast friendly and understanding and presented herself well. Which is rare in her line of work blessed to have had her service.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and Erin at the front desk was always so happy to help us whether it was recommending places to eat/shop or just smiling whenever we walked into the lobby. Erin was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Honestly the best hotel bar I’ve been to in a while. Food is solid and vibe is good. Luis is the man.

The food was great and the drinks were fantastic! We met one of the nicest bartenders, and the biggest LA Doggers fan I have ever seen. He makes the best drinks. When you go in ask for LA, enjoy the food, the drinks, and tell him this is and Astros country.

Erin helped me check in and saved me probably multiple trips back down to the desk. She was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable right away. You don’t see too many places with service this good.

Luis is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve encountered during my travels. What sets him apart is that he genuinely remembers his guests. Even though I only visit about once a month, Luis always remembers me, greets me warmly, and makes me feel welcome. His friendly personality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service consistently make my stays more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a personal and welcoming experience, especially in a busy hotel environment. Luis is a true asset to the Hilton Garden Inn, and his professionalism and hospitality keep me looking forward to every visit. Thank you, Luis, for always making guests feel like regulars!

Leo, server in the restaurant, was absolutely wonderful. He worked the room alone, with energy, grace, and attentiveness, never appearing harried. Hang on to Leo!

This has been a very consistent, solid hotel over a couple of stays. Unfortunately, there was a major WiFi fail this last trip and it took long enough to resolve that I suspect we will be trying a Marriott next time. That said - Trinity at the front desk is wonderful - I'd have her on my team any time.

I always have a pleasant stay at this Hilton location. The service is great with Luis taking care of guests at the bar in the evening and then Leo and Christi serving up smiles for breakfast. Rooms are clean and quiet and the nightly rate is a good value in today's high priced environment.

Luis is the absolutely best bartender. I stay here once a month and he will take care of you. He’s polite. He does a fantastic job. Trinity at the front desk is perfect customer service wrapped up in a smile.

The Garden Grill had excellent dining and service, especially by Luis. I had a week long stay and every night Luis offered great service with humor and fun.

She was a welcoming presence from the moment we walked in as she helped us with check-in confusion and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Very professional. We were disappointed with how unaccommodating the hotel staff was during our stay. Breakfast was included with our room, and we assumed it started at 6am, but apparently on weekends it begins at 7am. We had to leave before 7am because my daughter had a sports camp, and the breakfast buffet was already being set up. We politely asked if she could simply have a bowl of cereal that was already out, especially since breakfast was included in our stay and no adults were even eating. Instead of helping, the staff refused unless we paid extra for the cereal. It felt unnecessarily strict and not customer-friendly at all.

I had an excellent two-week stay at this hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping my room spotless every day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having snacks provided daily. Trinity went above and beyond to help us get settled in and made the entire experience even more welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Awesome staff! I left jewelry on accident when we checked out and the cleaning crew had already turned it in not even 30 minutes later when we returned.

Breakfast was excellent both mornings that I ate. My waitress was super friendly and helpful.

The coffee was okay but not over the top on the flavor. Like that you use sweet n low brand of sweetener.

What a great time we had. Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring hosted our annual Moore Legacy Ball. From accommodations, to room rental, to food and beverage, EVERYTHING was awesome. Thank you to the front desk staff, sales staff, F&B, and to the team as a collect. Great vibes and aura from start to finish.

The pillows were to soft, the tub filled with water when using the shower and breakfast was not included.

Came over from the adjacent hotel because the restaurant was within walking distance. Burger was outstanding + it was huge. Also had an Old Fashioned at the bar at it was superb. Will definitely be coming back!

As someone who travels every week for work, finding a place that feels welcoming and familiar means everything. The team here—and especially the bartender, Luis—does exactly that. Their friendly, genuine service creates a sense of comfort that makes this hotel feel like home after a long day(s) away from home. It’s that personal touch that keeps me coming back. This hotel is actually 35 minutes from the main place I go for work when I’m in Houston… but it’s well worth the drive to stay here.

Food was okay but not worth the price. Food was 45 minutes late because the "kitchen is small and the group was large." I would not recommend it.
