Niets is te gek en er word echt gezorgd dat alles naar wens is. De kamers worden super fijn schoongenaakt en ook die zijn erg lief! Maria is fantastisch en super lief! We komen graag snel weer terug! The service was exceptional, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the pool was cleaned and serviced every single day. Whenever we had a question, the staff were always happy to help and provide advice. This hotel is definitely an 11 out of 10, and we will absolutely be coming back. A special thank you to Chris, the bartender, for the warm evening conversations over a glass of cold beer. You made our stay even more memorable!

Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και άνετο, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, ενώ οι παροχές ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μου. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά και κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεται. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθώ ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The hotel was super nice, big room with beautiful view over the pool. It’s was very clean and fresh! The bartenders was super nice and the food was so good, the kids loved it and so did we! Maria was so nice and helped us with a lot, a super thanks to her for making us feel so welcomed and tanken care of, 5 out of 5 stars!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Hotelul este amplasat in centrul Laganas, poți ajunge cu ușurință fie la plaja, fie la taverne. Curățenia se face zilnic, iar prosoapele sunt înlocuite zilnic. La piscina în fiecare seara se curata, iar dimineața se spala tot timpul. Doamna Maria este super.
Nu exista ceva ce nu mi-a plăcut.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom estacionamento, simples mas com tudo o que precisa para Zakynthos, incluindo uma cozinha no quarto. O único ponto a melhorar, é o sinal de Wi-Fi dentro do quarto, mas acredito que seja uma condição de internet limitará na ilha mesmo, visto que tivemos dificuldades em outros locais também. Mas de resto, vale muito a pena ficar neste hotel.

I think the air conditioning hurt me and my girls throats a bit while we were there. It might be because we aren't used to airconditioning though.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2025I stayed at Hera Hotel Zakynthos for 5 nights with 3 of my close friends. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel, with all the staff being very welcoming and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Maria at the reception who throughout our stay, was extremely friendly and always checking in on us and having a laugh. The rest of the staff members were equally friendly and made our stay there worthwhile. The food and drinks at the hotel were extremely affordable and tasty, and the food came fast as well as tasting homemade and fresh. The room itself was brilliant, with a nice balcony and it was very clean. The cleaner would come everyday and change towels, sheets, and give the room a proper clean. The pool was equally clean and taken care of, and after they shut the pool they would take a few hours every night making sure the pool was clean and sanitary for guests. As a lifeguard I was extremely pleased to see the pool being taken care of, as it ensures that guests can swim in clean, clear water. Overall, I absolutely loved our stay at Hera Hotel Zakynthos, and me and my friends all agree that we would 100% stay there whenever we return to Zante. I highly recommend this hotel, and can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality.

Everything about the premises was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection also the service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, comfortable, stylish decorated, bright and spotless. Bar and pool on site. Private and secure garage parking for free. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Poor design of the shower room and there is no way to not flood the floor when showering. The shower place has no curtain or door to prevent water coming out. The reception staff is never there, making it difficult when needing helps.

Travelled with my 9 & 6 year old and Hera had everything we needed, modern apartment, SC facilities were standard and worked well, spacious apartment. Great pool area, with a pool bar for snacks/meals/drinks. Free wifi and no fight for a sunbed. Inflatables in the pool for all the use and Maria was so helpful. My daughter was unwell when we travelled and Maria put us at ease before we got there and throughout our stay. 15 minute walk into Laganas and two strips, one family orientated and the other for the younger club goers. Lovely relaxing holiday
