Chalet Piz Buin

The location was amazing. Very comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and all the cutlery you would need. Parking was very easy and the views from the room were great.

Tolle Atmosphäre, super Lage, schneller Check-In und Check-Out. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei, die sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

La ubicación y la buena atención del personal

L'emplacement est idéal. Proche des commerces, parking, télécabine et dans une rue en impasse très calme. L'appartement est joliment décoré et dispose de beaucoup d'espaces de rangement. La salle de bain est top. La terrasse est grande et à l'abri des passants. Le fait que l'appartement est lié à l'hôtel Piz Buin permet d'avoir accès aux SPA, piscine et petits déjeuner et également d'obtenir une carte de parking pour un montant forfaitaire permettant de parquer sa voiture dans pratiquement tous les parkings des environs.

La cuisine dispose uniquement du strict nécessaire. C'est OK. Mais par exemple, pour les amateurs de fondue... il n'y a pas de caquelon.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, dat mij tegemoet kwam, om 25 jaar na mijn ontmoeting met mijn partner, een verrassingspakket samen te stellen.

Als men al zijn energie aanwendt om ons, als gasten, tevreden te stellen, kan men niet anders dan zeer tevreden te zijn. Dank u duizendmaal.

Flat that feels like a Hotel with nice amenities. We came with our 2,5 year old and did not expect anything particularly for the kid but they surprised us with a babybed, diaper bin etc. super cool and have not seen this in any other place to that extend unless it's a kids hotel. Overall we liked the apartment a lot as it has a nice design so you feel home very quickly. Everything was perfect.

As stated everything was fine. The only thing that could be slightly extended could be the kitchen equipment. We just stayed for a weekend but if I would stay longer I probably would wish for a few more items.

Piz Buin Chalet Building overlooks gas station, is separate from main hotel which kills the experience. Means you need to walk back to the main building every time to check in/out, use spa facilities, restaurant etc. When I asked for an extra coffee capsule (1 free capsule per day), they asked me for 50 cents. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel given the night price and not very customer oriented. Spa is ridiculously poorly organized. You need to carry your key card + locker key at all times to access each separate sections of the spa (pool, sauna, changing room, gym...) First You remove your shoes at the entrance. Then you need you key card to access the changing room (Floor of the changing room was wet). If you forget your key card in the changing room, long moment of solitude with zero personnel around unless you walk back to reception wearing a towel. Would be easy enough to add a sign to help/guide customers. Then you navigate between sections with your key card Spa should be a peaceful experience and environment where you relax. Not a star-shaped area with gated sections.

I like everything. It is an amazing place. Very good location, 2 minutes walk from central station. The room is new and well furnished. Very big balcony which is amazing too.

Beautifully furnished. Great space arrangement. Very well located. Excellent staff support when we had a ski injury.

Apartment is quite spacious and provide everything what you need. They have even provided extra items for our baby, baby bath, bin, bed and towels. Hotel offers great spa and playroom for kids. This was super helpful as we needed stay bit longer after check in.

kitchenette barely useable - no oven - only microwave, poor selection of utensils. only one (uncomfortable) armchair. internet security policy required daily credentials- including streaming via tv. tv kept malfunctioning, required restart every hour or so car wash outside property very busy during day. gas station lights very bright all night.

great location in easy distance to ski lifts. very friendly and helpful staff. spacious and quiet rooms. the pool be bubble bath area was great for kids after a day of skiing. I liked it very much and would stay there again.

we stayed in one of the apartments and only used the kitchenette for breakfast and for that it is perfectly fine. there’s no dishwasher and only exactly 4 of everything ( glasses, coups, knives etc.) so not really suited for proper cooking and selfcatering.

Bekvämt, modernt och trevligt boende (one bedroom appartment). Fin inredning, mycket bra badrum samt mycket goda förvaringsmöjligheter. Köket var lite spartanskt utrustat: spis med två plattor, mikro men ingen vanlig ugn, kyl med frys, Nespresso-maskin med fyra kaffekapslar, ingen diskmaskin. Tillgång till spa med pool och bastu i det närliggande hotellet.

This was our second visit and there will be a 3rd, 4th etc. this time, we brought friends who all liked the hotel as much as us. Location is ideal, rooms are terrific, bar is great and staff is very willing to help make visits a success.

Chalet Piz Buin is great for families. Large, spacious and clean and close to everything.

We stayed here in Mar 2016 and Back again in Jan 2018, so it must be good!!!

The Chalet Piz Buin was in a fab, central location in Klosters and suited us down to the ground. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and really well equipped with microwave and hob, so that we could cook our own dinner or eat out. We had everything we needed, including a really comfy bed and two large flat screen TVs! There were laundry facilities available on-site and parking (for small cars) under the chalet.

Wir waren mit dem Angebot sehr zufrieden. Das einzig negative war, dass der Geschirrspühler nicht ausgeräumt wurde. Kleine Bemerkung am Rande, die Studios verfügen über eine gemeinsame Tiefgarage. Dafür sollte aber das Auto nicht allzu gross sein. Sehr enge Einfahrt.

A splendid apartment in a very nice mountain village. Luxury feeling but still cozy. Landlord extremely nice and helpful, making us feel very welcome.
