Reviewed Aug 21, 2017We rented three rooms in this place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He came to the train station to pick us up and helped with the luggage. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to the train station, about five minutes walk.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2017雖然只住一個晚上，但也感覺到其親切感。因為航班延誤害我很晚才到羅東，老闆也會whatsapp介紹跟了解還叫我別太趕慢慢來，很窩心。 很別緻的房間，很舒適也很乾淨。 洗澡時的水力最為欣賞！很舒服！ 也會教我怎樣走到夜市，像住在家一樣。 雖然距離火車站好像走得有點遠，可是也是一條直路再拐個彎就到。 有機會會再入住，再試他們的臭臭鍋！

Reviewed Aug 2, 2017This is a good minsu and at a relatively convenient location, with about 5-7 minutes walk from the train station. There is not much to do at Yilan in general but the stay was comfortable and the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

We had our dinner at the steamboat shop downstairs ran by the boss at our first arrival since we were super hungry and we've got sort of friendly discount by the boss (while our accommodate price was already affordably low for 2 pax ) By the way, the host recommended us some nice destinations to visit too! we've got a cozy stay

Reviewed Mar 7, 2017房東夫婦都很熱情喔，房間內舒適、住宿品質不錯。美中不足之處是僅浴室裡有放置衛生紙，需要時都要來來回回進出浴室拿取，以及沒有梳妝台，稍嫌不便。 但整體來說，此次住宿經驗是愉快的，下次再造訪羅東時，依舊是首選喔～

Reviewed Mar 5, 2017There was a nice view of the street and the mountains from my room. The hotel is right across the street from an MRT station. The room was clean, comfortable, and there were the usual complementary goods available (shampoo, toothbrush, tea) The bathroom was also very clean. The shower head was a bit low if you are tall, but that was my only issue.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2016老闆人很親切，房間簡單卻精緻可愛，由於當天房間未客滿，老闆還問我們要不要升級成有露台景觀的房間，不過因為臨馬路會有汽機車聲，所以後來還是決定入住原預訂無窗戶，未臨馬路的房間，但還是感謝老闆給我們更多選擇~ 鄰近羅東車站，夜市則是約十分鐘車程，交通方便，若開車可請老闆安排停車位，是平價的好選擇。 幾個小缺點，入住時浴室有整理但未清理完全，有上一位房客留下使用過的沐浴及洗髮露包裝，我們入住的房間無窗戶，加上宜蘭本來就多雨，所以房間雖然無霉味但很潮濕的感覺，建議老闆可以使用除濕機。

Reviewed Oct 31, 2016房間雖不大，但是用心經營，非常非常乾淨，住起來很舒服。位於火車站附近，老闆很貼心的幫我們留了停車位(入住當天還打電話來確認交通狀況)。也很熱心介紹附近的景點，如果再訪羅東，會再次選擇這間！
