Location to restaurants and cleanliness
Some of the staff were not very professional. A male front desk staff was on personal call and he made me wait until he finished his call to ask a question
ubicación tranquila y la alberca bien climatizada.
ofrecen desayuno buffet y nomas ponen huevo y frijoles jaja
Breakfast was good with many options. Staff was courteous and professional. The hotel was clean. Loved the location with nearby restaurants.
Very nice new modern hotel with a pool
I feel like hotels are all quite expensive
The location and the area is very good, nice places around.
There was a lot of noise from the next room, there was a party in the room at 3 am
Was ok for one night
Far away from town
It’s right around the area where you can basically do everything. Lots of restaurants are close by. Although somehow it’s starting to have a mold/wet smell which we didn’t like this time around.
Great place
Nice staff, good breakfast, pool needed to be cleaned and the air conditioner was leaking on the floor, overall good stay
The breakfast was amazing and very nice to have in the morning.
Clean
Habitación súper limpia y cómoda, la alberca excelente.
Deberían tener más variedad en el desayuno.
WOW. cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. From the staff to the cleanliness. Our kids thought it was amazing of course because of their delicious breakfast and extra large pool & spa! I have grown up visiting Cuatemoc and still have family there and so excited that we have found a place. We can stay that we know we’ll have amazing service and comfortable stay. The staff is beyond accommodating. Whatever you ask for as quickly brought to your room or taken care of immediately. Your rooms are cleaned daily and they actually clean them lol Our son had a nosebleed around 3 AM and within a few minutes, we had fresh sheets in a new pillow for him.
Everything was excellent. Definitely going back
This place is excellent always love coming here
Everithing.

Nice room and pool easy walk to good coffee shop and restaurant
Great clean
Loved this place. Very clean, nice rooms friendly staff. We visit Mexico 2 times a year this was my first time staying here. Going forward it will be my go to place to stay
Staff is really nice

Very clean, nice hotel with absolutely amazing breakfast included in the stay. Pool and hot tub are perfect also
Every thing was perfect!! Very clean and good service!
Nice and clean
Great place
Great parking, excellent breakfast, staff were kind and welcoming
This hotel was very nice for the price!
Convenient
Safe place
Very well located on the heart of the "corredor menonita", the rooms are comfortable, and lobby staff are friendly. The hotel has a outdoor pool and jacuzzi, very convenient.
