Property is in very bad condition, sting of cigarettes everywhere, mould, everting dirty blood stains on the bad… hair in the sink, black mould on the toilet. And the worst part was stuff. Totally unprofessional they informed us that there is no elevator and laughed at me that I have to carry 3 big suitcases. Then when I came down to say that the room is dirty and full of cigarette smoke same guy had bary bad attitude to ma was making stupid faces and generally very unprofessional. Also photos are not showing the room how it is in person.

There was a power outage in the middle of the night for more than 30 minutes. Soundproofing is very bad and you could hear the traffic if your room is facing the main road. Parking can be hard to find during peak hours. The lighting of the bathroom is rather dim.

The room okay, but can hear the voice from others room and little bit disturbing me. This hotel dont have lift, so quite difficult for citizens to stay there. The shower also not working well. The hot water didnt feel the hot.

Staff not friendly at all.. they don't know how to meet and great guest. Be prepared with documents if you are staying with your wife (Muslim). The hotel staff will report your room to the Jabatan agama islam to inspect your room at midnight. Untuk staff hotel ni yang report. Simpan sikit bodo tu untuk anak cucu kemudian hari. Aku 1 family siap dgn anak, itu pun hang nak report??? Silap orang la nak report... Dah bertahun aku stay kat hotel ni bila balik kampung.. tapi disebabkan sekor bodo ni... byebye la...
