Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die Jugendherberge hat eine gute Ausstattung mit Velokeller, Skikeller, Spieleraum und grossem Aufenthaltsraum. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich. Vor allem die reduzierten Preise für das Schwimmbad ca. 10min entfernt haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Für uns war der Preis für die sehr alten Zimmer ohne Bad zu hoch. Im Zimmer sind noch Schränke, die nur mit Münzen befüllt werden können. Leider waren die WCs und Duschen nicht sehr komfortabel.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Pasamos una noche excelente en este hostel. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Agradecimos mucho la sala de juego, ya que viajamos con niños. Tiene un desayuno muy completo. El personal es muy amable. Llegamos en el tren Bernina y al estar con el equipaje allí mismo tomamos un bus que te deja en la puerta del hostel. Es una gran opción si buscas algo económico en la exclusiva St. Moritz. Volveremos!!!

The staff here were incredibly rude. We were not given the twin room we booked and instead were placed in a bunk bed room. It was acknowledged that we were given the wrong room, but there was no attempt at a solution or a decent explanation. We also shared some privacy issues with staff, who proceeded to laugh at our concerns. There was no attempt to resolve this issue either.

Den Empfang habe ich mir freundlicher vorgestellt Warum das Frühstück so gelobt wird in den reviews weiss ich nicht. Die Matratze war ca. 10 cm dick und weich.

Knowing it was a hostel I paid for a private room - which it was, but bathroom and toilets were still shared facilities. There was a sink in the room, but not pluggable. You have to strip your bed and drop off laundry before you leave.

Pas de serviettes de toilettes, ni produit douche dans le prix de la chambre. Obligé de payer en supplément !

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026tolle Lage am Ende der Stadt, direkt am Wald, sehr ruhig; man kommt überall schnell hin, zum See 5 Min zu Fuss; der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstücksbüffet
die Ausstattung ist zwar gut, alles ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und man könnte langsam über Renovierungsarbeiten nachdenken, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man laute Nachbarn hat, hört man alles. An der Waldseite unten muss es einen Platz für Raucher geben, da der Zigarettenrauch regelmäßig nach oben in die Zimmer steigt. Es wäre schön, wenn man es bei der tollen Luft nicht riechen müsste.

Now, let me just say that for 20CHF the optional dinner is superb. However, comparably to other hostels from this chain: a) no soup b) too vegetarian like - which could be survivable, but spicy curry is not the right choice. Not everyone can eat spicy food. Somehow, over the course of years the kitchen is degrading here.
