La struttura ha un’ottima posizione vicino la spiaggia di Perissa. Poche strutture a poca distanza dalla spiaggia hanno anche la piscina, Philoxenia ha questo gioiello di cortile interno con una bellissima piscina tutto incorniciato da tante piante verdi e fioriture rosa che rendono il posto un vero angolo del paradiso. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore a Santorini.

Nulla, era tutto perfetto, pulizia quotidiana, cambio asciugamani, non potevamo trovare un posto migliore per la nostra vacanza.

La famille qui tient l'hôtel est vraiment accueillante et très gentille. Toujours disponible et souriante. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. Le lieu est très joli, calme et agréable. La piscine est belle. Bien située dans Perissa, avec toutes les commodités (pharmacie, supermarché, boulangerie, restaurant, magasin de souvenirs, bar et office du tourisme pour excursions). Le lit est confortable. Il y a une petite terrasse pour manger et étendre son linge. L'hôtel propose le petit déjeuner, il y a un bar et le service de transfert pour l'aéroport. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse

L'eau est salée au robinet et à la douche, c'est un peu surprenant, mais cela est indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires, apparemment c'est le cas dans certains villages. Pour améliorer le confort, étant donné qu'il y a un petit frigo et des plaques de cuisson, il faudrait ajouter un peu de vaisselle (économe, passoire, saladier et planche à découper), un micro-onde serait super et fournir une éponge avec liquide vaisselle et torchon. Une des fenêtres ferme mal. Nous n'avons pas voulu embêter les propriétaires, car nous nous sommes accommodés.

Понравилось абсолютно все, местоположение 5 минут до моря и еще меньше до общественного транспорта. Сразу возле гостиницы магазин. В номере есть небольшая кухня со всеми принадлежностями. В номере ежедневно убирали и меняли полотенца. Хозяева гостиницы милые и хорошие люди. Спасибо им за гостеприимство.

Very quiet and relaxed central to all amenities. Owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Accommodation was spotless cleaned on a daily basis nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend 👌

Nice, cozy and very clean place, the hostess and receptionists made us feel welcome and were extremely kind in the most busy time of the year. Definitely worth every last dime and more. Our beds were made for us every day and dishes done for us also.The location is a bit far from the centre but if you have a scooter/ car you will enjoy it. Perissa has some nice beach bars also.

The only downside is the water which will hopefully be fixed by next year, as the hostess said it is a generalised issue in Perissa (it runs a bit salty, it could leave marks on clothes/ glasses more than normal water would).

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν μια πάρα πολύ ευγενική, εξυπηρετικη και γλυκύτατη κυρία. Ο,τι ζητήσαμε το είχαμε και την ευχαριστούμε πολύ γι αυτό. Πρόκειται για μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με πάρα πολύ φιλόξενους ανθρώπους. Το δωμάτιο μας καθαριζόταν καθημερινά, η πισίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρη και ζεστή, ενώ το ξενοδοχείο θύμιζε παραμύθι. Ερχόμενοι μάλιστα στο κατάλυμα μας κέρασαν κεφτέ και φεύγοντας καρπούζι ενώ μας εξυπηρέτησαν και με τις βαλίτσες μετά το πέρας του τσεκ άουτ. 5/5 πραγματικά ❤️

Магазин со всем необходимым у входа 👍, САМАЯ ЛУЧШАЯ ТЕРРИТОРИЯ ВНУТРИ ВИЛЛЫ. Бассейн добавляет впечатлений!!!! Сосны на территории. Очень понравилась эргономика внутри виллы. Заботливо продуманно. Каждый день персонал убирает номер и свежее белье меняет. Матрасы в номерах ооочень удобные и сразу засыпаешь.. Нез признаков старого и давнего...

l'endroit était magnifique, piscine, spa, bien placé, proche de la mer, les responsables très accueillants et très sympathiques pour 4 nous avions deux salles de bains et deux toilettes très pratique.

la 1er chambre avec un grand lit super, par contre pour le 2 ème couple canapé lit plus lit pliant pas top. nous aurions aimé 2 grands lits, je pense à verifier lors de la réservation.

Where do I even begin?! There were so many issues…I’m shocked this place has so many good reviews. Don’t be fooled! This hotel is decrepit. It is INFESTED with bugs and generally filthy (there were hairs in my room from previous guests, the towels—all of them—are downright CRUSTY, the pool always has leaves and dirt in it, they try to mask the bad smell of the place with cleaning products but it reveals itself pretty quickly, etc). The first room they put me in had a broken AC, and while they were very nice about putting me in a different room, all of the ACs are ancient/barely functioning. When you enter the room there is a list of rules not previously disclosed, including “no visitors” and “towels are not to leave the room.” Ummmm you have a pool and are five minutes from a beach, and you’re disallowing guests from taking your awful towels out of the room?! And when you pay to use a space, you should be able to accept visitors into the space you have paid for. Beyond unreasonable. The shower was tiny, and it was hard to even get underneath the water flow because of where the faucet is. And the bathroom sink took FOREVER to drain…it was still full of water ten minutes after washing my hands or brushing my teeth. Never even used the pool because it was so gross. The electric kettle was full of condensation and smelled awful. Did I mention that the place is teeming with bugs?! I’ve spent way less money to stay at way nicer youth hostels. The sheet was way too small for the (very uncomfortable) bed, and there is some device in the room above the door with green lights that are always on, so the room doesn’t get completely dark at night. AND THE WORST PART was that when my room was cleaned, they didn’t lock the door behind them, so all of my belongings were left completely vulnerable for hours and hours while I was out sight-seeing. And not only were the towels crusty (literally crusty) but I had to argue with them for a second one. Just awful all around.

Great location In perissa, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The bus stop is just across the car park outside with connections regularly to get around the island. The outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful, we spent most our time here as it was just scenic. The staff cleaned the room every day and were always on hand to help out with anything at all. The beds were comfy, with extra blankets if needed and air conditioning and a fridge. Also right next door to a small shop.

Kameralny hotel z pięknym otoczeniem i starymi drzewami, które dają cień w upalne dni. Bardzo czysto, pokoje są sprzątane codziennie. Otoczenie basenu bardzo klimatycznie urządzone, dużo miejsc do siedzenia, wygodne leżaki. Na miejscu dostępne jest śniadanie, kawa, napoje. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja - blisko do sklepów, plaży, restauracji, fantastycznej piekarni , a jednak na uboczu w bardzo cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Bardzo nam się podobało!

it's a truly charming and authentic place with a wonderful atmosphere. It's a family-run property, and you can really feel the warmth and care they put into everything. They kindly picked us up and drove us to the accommodation, which is only about a 2-minute walk from the main bus station. There is also a mini supermarket right next door, the beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The owners take great pride in keeping both the rooms and the surrounding area spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We also ordered breakfast at a very reasonable price, and it was delicious. We have such wonderful memories of our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Posizione strategica, raggiungibile tutto a piedi. Pulizia ed accoglienza ottima con disponibilità da parte del personale. Dopo aver lasciato la stanza ci hanno tenuto i bagagli ed abbiamo usufruito della piscina fino all'arrivo del taxi per l'aeroporto. Consigliamo la struttura anche per qualità prezzo. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Cuarat si un loc primitor. Proprietarii sunt foarte draguti mereu, te ajuta cu ce ai nevoie. Cazarea este la 5 min de mers pe jos fata de plaja. Restaurante pe langa si un magazin fix langa ea. Pozitionare 10/10. Referitior la si cazare ce sa mai zic ? Totul a fost minunat, piscina buna, curatenia 10/10 de ospitalitate nici nu mai zic pentru ca a intrecut masura 10! Revenim cu drag !

Location for me was perfect. A 5 minute stroll to beach and restaurants. I had a smart TV in my room ☺️ Pool and pool area was lovely. Hotel owners/staff were lovely, friendly and helpful 🤩 Mini mart next door made shopping for water and provisions easy.

Hairdryer 🙃 hand held hose type not very efficient. Shower tray quite small, shower head positioned too low and shower curtain too short - this meant lots of water on bathroom floor which made me nervous about slipping (I'm age 69) No breakfast and no bar service. Perhaps I was too early in the season?

The were able to accommodate our family very quickly and the staff was very pleasant. Rooms are good for families and have basic necessities. The pool was fantastic as well as the lounge chair. The grounds were beautiful and nicely maintained. Location was amazing, close to the beach, restaurants, stores and bus stops.

The rooms are a bit outdated. No facial tissue in the rooms. No coffee machines in the room or lobby, although you could buy it. No complimentary items for guests. Showers can create a bit of a mess as they don’t contain the water well. The water in the shower and sink is salty. Towels were rough but it’s to be expected with laundry that’s hung to dry. Staff were so kind but there could be a bit of a language barrier at times. No pool towels available for guests which is a bit hard for people traveling.

Personal amabil, o locatie superba, o zona foarte buna este si magazinul fix langa proprietate. A fost foarte curat, in fiecare zi venea cineva si facea curat. Totul de vis, recomand cu caldura!!

Cu siguranta cea mai curata locatie din cate am fost , curatenie in camera in fiecare zi, prosoapele au fost schimbate de asemenea zilnic . Piscina a fost foarte placuta si gazdele au fost foarte de treaba, ne au ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie (sa inchiriem masina transport de la hotel la avion , plimbare cu catamaran la preturi mai mici decat la agentii )

A fost mult prea liniste pentru stilul nostru (asta nu este neaparat un lucru rau daca sunteti o familie sau asta va doriti ) toate persoanele citeau la piscina m am simti putin ca la biblioteca .

L'accueil formidable de Ellie et sa famille. Un petit havre de paix avec une jolie piscine et transats. L'hôtel se situe a quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces. Le bus est situé à 5mn à peine ainsi que la plage.Elle propose si vous le souhaitez un petit déjeuner simple mais efficace (café jus d'orange pain de mie grillé confiture 1 oeuf melon ou pastèque) Fira est a 1/2h en bus et on rejoint óia depuis fira. L'hôtel est charmant les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Les patrons sont très agréables ils parlent anglais.ils proposent également le transfert depuis l'aéroport.

Établissement très bien situé et très charmant .

Vila este situată intr-o zonă liniștită, iar in fata proprietății este o parcare mare, gratuită. Curățenia se făcea zilnic; Pe insulă nu sunt țânțari, asa ca am dormit cu usa deschisă😊; piscina era curată, cu șezlonguri confortabile, fără muzică (asta mi-a plăcut). Am avut mașină închiriată si asta ne-a permis sa vedem toata insula. Zonele spectaculoase, Oia, Imerovigli, Fira sunt foarte aglomerate, iar Perissa e o alternativă mai ieftina si neaglometata. Bonus, plaja cu nisip negru care este foarte aproape de Philoxenia.

Bucătăria este foarte mică si slăbuț utilată.

Il personale della struttura è stato gentilissimo, la struttura molto bella, pulita e attrezzata, anche con piscina. È in una zona molto centrale, con una bellissima spiaggia a due passi e con tanti ristoranti e bar vicini.

Il bagno aveva una doccia un po’ piccola.

We had a great stay in Perissa at Philoxenia Villas. Check in was very fast, friendly and easy (and we were an hour early too). The room was quite comfortable. The bed was fantastic! The hotel is located very close to the beach and main centre (a few minutes walk). There is also a number of supermarkets within a few minutes walk Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool suitable for any time of the day. Rooms always clean and tidy. The owners offers a taxi service Highly recommend!

Precioso lugar, muy cómodo y tranquilo. La ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la playa, la parada de autobús y locales para comer y comprar. Such a gorgeous cosy cottage feel. Warm and friendly staff. Pool was a lovely temperature and with a deep end of 2.4 metres was perfect. Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. The owners were always busy cleaning around everywhere and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was cute, toasts Jams watermelon, coffee, croissants. Little stocked bar next to the pool too.

The kitchen equipment wasn’t great unfortunately. Only one sauce pan and no cooking utensils. Could do with a little frying pan and fish slice or something. No sponge or tea towel but staff did clean every day.

It is a beautiful place, clean and very maintained. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. It's calm and very pleasant to be around the swimming pool and the beautiful trees and plants. The beach and the restaurants are very close, and a little shop just nearby. It's definitely a place where to come back!

Lokalita je úplne perfektná. Hotel je kúsok od pláže, od reštaurácií, od autobusovej zastávky. Príjemní majitelia, ktorí vyšli v ústrety. Prostredie má dobrý vibe. Bolo naozaj príjemné si večer posedieť s priateľmi pri bazéne. Čistota izieb ukážková. Každodenné upratanie izieb je vidieť.

Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ, και υπό άλλες συνθήκες δεν θα κάναμε καν αξιολόγηση. Είχαμε ενημερώσει για την ώρα άφιξής μας μεταξύ 20:00-21:00, και έγινε δεκτή. Χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση, ενημερωθηκαμε κατά την άφιξη μας ότι στο δωμάτιο μας είχε πρόβλημα το μπάνιο και μας πήγαν σε άλλο δωμάτιο, στα 100μ (διαφορετικό κατάλυμα). Το νέο δωμάτιο ούτε για εναν ύπνο δεν ήταν, το βράδυ σκέτη ταλαιπωρία.. Δεν ζητήσαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Την επόμενη μέρα μας δήλωσαν στην booking ως "no show" !!! Προσωπικά δεν πίστεψα τη δικαιολογία για το μπάνιο, αλλά το θράσος για να δηλωθούμε κι από πάνω πως δεν πήγαμε ποτέ, δεν το περίμενα. Αν δε θέλετε να δεσμεύετε τα δωμάτια σας για ένα μόνο βράδυ, μην τα προσφέρετε! Είναι απλό. Και η απληστία σας κάνει τα πράγματα χειρότερα.

Piscina curata, copii s au putut bălăci si seara târziu, camerele mari, spațioase, un plus a fost chicineta, terasa din fata studioului, locatie aseazata relativ aproape de centru si plaja, magazinul de langa cazare- foarte util, foarte frumos în curte, cu flori, copaci.

Aparatul de aer condiționat din studioul nostru, nu prea functiona si a fost cald.

Struttura molto accogliente, con titolari molto disponibili e cortesi. La struttura ha una piscina dove abbiamo trascorso bei momenti di relax. La struttura è a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di sabbia nera molto bella e con mare stupendo. Attaccato alla struttura si trova un mini market molto fornito. Inoltre a 200 metri si trova un panificio con prodotti per la colazione, oltre al servizio bar e rosticceria. Da Perissa ci siamo spostati in tutte le località dell'isola noleggiando uno scooter e la scelta è stata la migliore che potessimo fare. Con mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo

Tenda nella zona doccia

Het is een fantastische plek. Kleinschalig en rustig gelegen maar op slechts een paar minuten lopen van bakker, restaurants en het strand. Veel kamers komen direct uit op het zwembad.

Het was niet slecht maar de badkamers waren klein, het water zout en de douche koppen zijn niet zoals wij het gewend zijn in NL. Lees: je moet de douchekop vasthouden. Maar dit was werkelijk het enige (en overkomelijke) minpunt.

La posizione è ottima; 3 minuti a piedi dalla Black Beach e dalla stazione degli autobus per chi userà quelli per muoversi sull'isola. In ogni stanza c’è un angolo cottura con tutti gli utensili. Market adiacente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Tranquillo e rilassante, piscina ottima. È possibile prenotare escursioni direttamente in hotel e transfer da e per l’aeroporto.
