食事、温泉が良かった

2박을 했는데 아침 식사는 매번 달랐습니다. 또한 저녁식사도 전통 카이세키 요리가 매일 변동되고 여 사장님의 유쾌한 유머가 식사시산 내내 즐거웠습니다.

The surrounding area is nice and good for hiking. The village itself is quiet and beautiful. I would definitely go back. The staff was kind and welcoming. The private onsen on the terrace is the main reason for my booking.

We slept in an annex building, basically the whole 1st floor was for us. That was great but because it is right above a restaurant we could smell the cooking/smoke in our room. Also the beds are close to the exit sign so you have to sleep with this uncomfortable green light in the eyes. The private onsen was outdoor so it was ok to feel cold before entering in the warm water but the changing room was also cold with not heating system which was a bit uncomfortable. Also out of the 3 pools outdoor, 2 were boiling hot. It was still really enjoyable and these above are all things that can be improved fairly easily. And I really hope they do because I would definitely love to go back to this Ryokan and I really liked it overall.

一泊兩食，可以很方送的享受整個氛圍。大浴場有戶外池，大廳有按摩椅，有販賣機可以買啤酒，在大廳聊天非常寫意。 放間有一缸熱水，泡腳泡澡非常舒服。

旅館のスタッフの皆様には、まるで家族の一員のように温かく接していただき、大変感動的な滞在となりました。今まで利用した宿泊施設の中でも、特に素晴らしいおもてなしでした。鍵入れ用の鞄をご用意くださった細やかなお心遣いには、物をなくしやすい私にとって、大変助けられましたし、何よりそのお心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。 一人旅で緊張感もありましたが、食事の席では、女将さん、板前さんやスタッフの皆様が気さくに話しかけてくださり、温かい雰囲気に包まれました。そのおかげで、大変リラックスして食事を楽しむことができました。また、食前酒としていただいた梅酒が格別で、忘れられない味となりました。

個室の温泉は、想像以上に開放的で、最初は少し戸惑いましたが、とても新鮮な体験でした。

部屋付の風呂が、とてもきれいな上に、24時間掛け流しで肌がツルツルになり、気持ち良く入浴出来ました。もちろん川の湯にも入浴しましたが、こちらも良かったです。 朝食の卵かけご飯、出汁の効いた味噌汁、焼き魚など美味しくて、ご飯をおかわりしてしまいました。 女将さんや、スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。

特に思い付かなかったです。

クチコミのお料理が良かったとの評価があり決めました、とても満足です お風呂も良かったし混んでなかったのも良かったです どこへ行っても外人やら人が多い中八景さんはとてもひとりひとりを大事にされていてゆったり出来ました 丁寧な接客も良かったです

星空を観たくて空風呂を借りましたが あまり星が見えなかったのでちょっと高い貸し風呂で贅沢だったかなと反省です

どのスタッフも皆 笑顔で、電話で問い合わせをした時も嫌な感じが全く無く、宿泊前の問い合わせからチェックアウトまで気持ち良く過ごすことができました♪ あと、温泉でお肌ツルツル✨皆さんの温かい対応とツルツルお肌で仕事の疲れが取れました🥰

此次入住為別館，空間很大還有獨立衛浴、簡易廚房等，雖然離本館需要走個3分鐘，但整體住起來十分舒適。一泊二食的餐點非常讓人享受，特別是多種蔬菜特別的味道，非常美味，這次去剛好遇到祭典，剛好是生日的時候，在頂樓看煙火，還有頂樓泡湯，真的是非常難忘的回憶。

別館是二樓，樓下是酒吧，晚上會有點吵鬧和些許煙味，但門關起來就可以隔絕，影響不大。

食事も大浴場もとても良かったです。 5人で宿泊しましたが、部屋も広々として、居心地がよかった。 部屋の露天風呂も川の音を聴きながらゆったりした気分になりました。 女将さんの明るくて気さくな雰囲気もとても良かったです。

食事が美味しかった

スタッフの方がみんな親切でにこにこ優しく接してくださいました。落ち着いて雰囲気で夜の涼しさも心地よかったです！

スタッフの対応、夕食、朝食と最高でした。 温泉のお湯もヌルっとしてて良かったです。 もう少し熱いお湯が私的には好みです。 また行きたいお宿です。 ありがとうございました。

The staff were amazing and the kitchen catered to our needs and changed the menu for my wife as she doesn't eat fish. The Hotel owner makes you almost feel like family rather than just a guest. We would recommend the Hakkei Hotel to anyone we loved our stay and it was just what we needed after a bust schedule travelling around Japan.

What we didn't like was minor we are westerners and aren't used to sleeping on the Japanese futon.

Generally a bad experience in our one-night stay. Our room is separated from the Main Building (around 150m), it is at the opposite side of the river and above the pub (named "PUBLICHOUSE LAUGHTALE" in google map), so it is a bit noisy at night. The room is not clean as we found residue in kitchen sink and hair in bathroom sink by previous visitors. The track of wooden window is full of dead insects. The toilet is disproportionately tiny consider the huge room size, it is also not tidy and clean, live and dead insects are found.

楽しく、宿泊させていただきました。 ペットと泊まれる宿は、少なく、大変貴重なので、よかったです。 場所が、砂湯の前なので，しかたないですが、夜中に入っている人の声が、犬には、聞こえているのか、たえず、唸っていて中々寝る事が、できませんでした。

The meals were definitely the highlight of the stay and highly recommended. Also the free outside bath.

地元の野菜を中心とした、また出汁にこだわった料理が最高でした。 部屋の温泉も温度低めで、ゆっくり入ってられとても癒されました。

Stunning onsen (natural hot water spa) next to the beautiful yubara river with a direct view of the Sunayu (the famous and fabulous free public bath near the dam in Yubara) from the spa waters. Gorgeous Kashikiri (private rental) onsen bath on the roof top of the hotel called "Sora No Yu" that will take your breath away with the night view of the lighten up yubara bridge and river. Kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere. Cute rabbit motifs all over the hotel. There is a cute message board for guests at the entrance to leave messages on little wooden boards (perfect for artists). Beautiful hotel. Relaxation heaven. Perfect location! Highly recommend Hakkei in Yubara Onsen.

The insects can be bad in the wrong season. So plan accordingly. The cleanliness of the outside bath in our room could have be better but, overall, our expectations were met. The facilities could use some updating here and there, but expectations met here too. The beds could have been better (just mattresses on the floor), but the beds were acceptable. So, no real complains with Hakkei because the great location, baths, food, and kind, respectful staff make up for any downside. Highly recommend Hakkei in Yubara Onsen!

the location is good some of the staff is good the food is not bad .i reserved a room but i dont have an idea that room is not inside the hotel its a room just like staycatio we go there but im so surprised that entrance is dirty and there is a two high starirway so we feel unconvinient because my Mother in law is old .so we changed the room inside the hotel. but im so disatisfied because they dont even clean the table in the lobby because my inlaw saw the other day the mosquito she killed the day we stay and the flooring inside the hotsping or inside the onsen full of papers and plastic and hair and also the locker is dirty. i thought that hotel is good because the price is Not cheap .and also the kami san is very taKatitve and getting angry to the staff without hesitating that beside them is the customer .she must learn and teach the foreign staff in a japanese way and politeness .its japan not foreign country.im sorry to tell this for your own good sake.the place is good motainai

The staff are the highlight of the stay. The warmest friendliest staff we have ever come across when staying at an Onsen. They couldn’t do enough for you.

外国人スタッフが多い。 大浴場がカビ臭かった。

野菜そのものの良さをかなり活かした食事が、本当に良かった。 この食事を食べるためだけにもう一度行きたい。 部屋付きの露天風呂も良かった。 20歳台のころには、この感じにはなれなかったかな。

The Onsen is good The ice cream here is really worth trying!

スタッフのみなさんが、とても親切で丁寧でした。 夕食は野菜がたくさん使われていて、優しい味で大変満足でした。 朝食は、卵かけご飯、芋がゆ、ご飯から選べて良かったです。

employees are very helpful and pleasant. My booking was a room with shower and Onsen, but we were given a room without shower in the room. After discussion, our room was changed to one with shower.

Onsen facility,such as no provision of towel in the public bath, is unacceptable. My wife also found at ~9:30pm that the outdoor Onsen was dark (no light at all and it was dangerous to walk around) and the Onsen water was cold, while it was said to be closed at midnight.

We had their dinner and breakfast, both are wonderful. Staff super friendly and fluent with English which is great a help for me. Location is perfect. We've had a great time, thank you.

It would be nice to know our villa is a pet-friendly one, which is a perfect choice for people travel with pets.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly, attentive and proactive towards our needs, especially the lady boss who was very friendly. They have many staff who spoke English. On the day we checked out, they recommended us to visit a small village (出雲街道) next to the Sayo station to see the beautiful cherry blossom. I have to say thank you for their recommendations as we enjoyed it very much.

Best customer service and hospitality ever. The staff were super attentive and proactive towards our needs and all very friendly. Dinner was also fantastic. We enjoyed the family onsen and the free outdoor one too. The room was really spacious and there was a kotatsu too!

Beautiful place to stay for relaxing, Dinner and Breakfast would like to recommend all who stay to try.

食事は野菜を主体としたものでしたが、どれも美味しく満足のいく料理でした。部屋からも温泉からも旭川の清流と有名な砂湯が見え、のんびりと気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。

It was disappointing. The property was poorly maintained. Hakkei is the most dilapidated onsen ryokan I have ever visited in the last 10 years!

The food was fantastic. We stayed 2 nights and the second night we could request whatever food we wanted. Breakfast you could choose Japanese or western. Both were excellent. The views of the river with steam rising off it are truly mystical!

The hotel is located in front of the river which people do public outdoor onsen. The hotel is cosy and quiet. The dinner is basic vegetables meal and not like the one describe in the travel blogs or travel books. Other than that, it is very nice and the most touching part is the staff gave us 2 hot boiled eggs when we left the hotel. They are very delicious and was cooked under the right time.

Great food, excellent service. Most of the staff speaks English even though this resort has mostly Japanese guest. A very nice getaway for a true onsen experience and not as touristy compared to the others in Japan.

The best thing about Hakkei is the very energetic and kind proprietor. Along with location, good facilities and a lovely restaurant, she creates a very friendly and welcoming ambience that always makes it a memorable and relaxing time.
