Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Huntington

Everything was amazing

Nothing

Clean, good breakfast, pool does not close until midnight which was great after getting back from a Marshall night game.

Would love to see it be a little cheaper since it is not right downtown, but i get it... it's only business.

It was very clean . The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious!

Nothing

It was food.

It looked like there was feces on the shower wall and on the ceiling in the sleeping area. The sheets felt damp and apparently the rooms don’t cleaned daily.

The location was great and breakfast was delicious

No

Everything was exceptional. Very clean and very nice staff. The breakfast they had was amazing

Nothing

Breakfast was excellent, and the setup was well monitored. There were many options. The eggs & sausage were warm. Lots of choices for condiments.

Only 1 thing. Toilet in our room was very low. Might be time for some renovations to better assist the elderly or people with leg/hip issues.

Clean, room was pleasant. Facilties were good. Location was convenient.

Feedback regarding our recent stay. When we returned to our room, the air conditioning was not working properly. By 3:00 AM, we realized the room had warmed up to 78°F. Since it was the middle of the night, we didn't report it as moving room would be the likely solution, but the heat made it almost impossible to sleep. We reported it in the morning.

The rooms were clean, modern and fresh. The breakfast room staff were amazing. The food areas were immaculately clean and orderly and the staff person was friendly and very helpful.

Nothing

Being high on the hill with a view of Huntington, no parking issues, helpful staff.

Very good breakfast and didn’t get low at any time.

Excellent as always

Nothing

Liked the complimentary breakfast and the gym.

Great location! Clean, friendly people!

Easy check in, friendly staff

Pool was freezing!

Very clean and friendly staff.

N/A

The facility was clean, staff was very friendly, and had a good breakfast selection.

There wasn't anything that we disliked about the stay.

Location

Nothing stood out

Old property needs refurbishment, stained carpets old facility. Marriott should inspect this property.

It’s clean the staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for what I was in town to do

The way the parking is set up could be done better, but that’s minor

It was spacious with a beautiful location.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was good. Parking was easy

My room was on the first floor. It was a handicap room. The grab bars were dirty and one was in disrepair. The room smelled like cigarettes.

It had a beautiful view, clean facility, sweet staff

NA

Cleanliness, friendly staff, check in was fast and easy.

It was off the beaten path, which is good in Huntington. The towels were fresh and lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

No A/C in hallways (during heat dome), carpeted hallways were filthy, including covered in crunched up cheese crackers. The door to my room stuck so badly that I could hardly open it, and it needed a solid shove to actually close. The caulk in the shower is moldy and the room was damp like.

Clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and incredibly nice.

Good breakfast

Comfortable room

The door lock was flipped out, so when we got to the room, the door was open. That felt unsafe. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Accommodated my need to travel with my pet. Good value.

I really like the view, it had an impeccable view, and it was very modern

It was kind of difficult to get into the parking lot and find this hotel

I really enjoyed this hotel! Great view, good pool, good breakfast, good price, easy location - room was nice! I would stay here again for sure.

Nothing - this was good - friendly staff, easy to check in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and staff available for any needs.

Our room was across the hall from laundry room, so there was door noise during night

Desk staff was excellent.

Back gate by pool broken so anyone could get in.

Good

Biscuits and gravy would be good

Nothing we didn’t get to stay there.

I liked everything they had to offer from clean rooms to the pool, patio and breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful

I felt like there was nothing I had a problem with

It was great location. Good breakfast. Loved the size of the room and the outside space. Bed and pillow was good

The drinking on the patios was a bit much and the pool size was small.

The common area was nice.

Door to room needed serious repair. Carpet was very dingy. Faint mildew smell. Distinct smell of marijuana coming from the housekeeping cart. Just not what I expected for what we paid per night.

Have stayed here several times. Close to highway. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Property was overall very clean. Nice pool but very small. Staff is always very friendly here.

I was extremely upset when my husband went downstairs to bring most of our luggage to our truck. I was in the bathroom and my purse and some other belongings were still in the room. I heard someone knock and it was a woman who said housekeeping. I thought it was next door because we didn’t check out yet. When my husband came back he said the doors deadbolt was sticking out to hold the door open. Meanwhile anyone could have come in, taken my purse or walked in the bathroom while I was on the toilet. I didn’t lock the bathroom door thinking no one would be in our room. I mentioned it to the girl when we checked out. Still very shocked housekeeping would leave our door open without knowing we didn’t check out yet and I’m in the bathroom.

Excellent staff very friendly

Nothing

Good location, very clean

The price in booking is double the price than if you call the hotel yourself

Hard beds , trash left in trash can when I got to my room

It was great. The outdoor fire pit and view were great

All amenities were perfect

Nothing

JESSICA WAS AMAZING

Friendly, clean, good breakfast!

Very clean and comfortable excellent breakfast.

Out of the way.

Breakfast was good. Price was fair. Staff was okay.

The entire hotel could use some maintenance and spring cleaning.

Breakfast consists of a full menu of fresh breakfast items that were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I didn't like that pets atebwelcome due to me having allergies!

Good location easy to get to from the interstate Clean rooms Friendly staff

Staff was so kind and helpful! Pool was a hit with the kids!

Cleanliness

Noisy neighbors

Nice back patio and view overlooking the city

Staff was friendly and helpful, housecleaning did a great job!

Breakfast was good and the location was right off the interstate.

All was good.

I can't recall eating breakfast but im sure it was great

Could smell the pool chlorine pretty significantly on the 2nd floor

Clean lobby and room. Beautiful view from the back deck. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The staff was nice

The TV in the room did not work. Connected a laptop and the volume on the tv wouldn't go up or down.
