Ismail abi took care of us really well, extremely happy about how the people treated us. Really good location and perfect for a weekend to get away from all the chaos of a life in a crowded city.

Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Geschmack und Stil eingerichtet und einem großartigen Ausblick zum Meer. Das Essen war frisch und vielfältig. Wir können dieses Haus von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. La colazione buona, a buffet. Suggerisco di ampliare le delizie con succhi freschi, frittate e croissant.

Una mansió molt bonica amb un pati on s'esmorza.

No van entrar a netejar l'habitació / canviar les tovalloles en tota l'estada, que pel preu sorpén molt. L'aire acondicionat estava perdent aigua sobre un dels llits. La tele no funcionava. L'esmorzar comença a les 9.30 doncs si hi vas per feina no va gaire bé (tot i que ens van deixar un tros de pastís per agafar al matí).

Это место для тех, кто хочет почувствовать себя частицей истории. Красивый дом со старинной мебелью и предметами интерьера. Хочется рассматривать каждую деталь. Кровать удобная. Хозяева приветливые и отзывчивые. В 10-15 мин ходьбы- платный пляж Накибей: 1000 лир с человека. Приятный песок, много лежаков, зонтиков. Но вода в море холодная.

Этот вариант не для тех, кто любит идеальный ремонт. Половицы, дверки шкафов скрипят. Видно следы мелкого ремонта, выполненного не профессионалами. Стыки в стенах замазаны другим цветом, отличным от цвета стен и потолка. В душе плохо уходит вода. Завтрак минимальный, но голодным не уйдешь. Из яиц: только вареные яйца, а омлет, скрембл или глазунья- за отдельную плату. Приятно удивило присутствие гречки на завтраке) Хотелось бы хотя бы одного вида фруктов или арбуза.

Ничего не могу написать про отель, так как по приезду нам сказали, что мест нет, но хозяин был очень вежлив и договорился чтобы нас приняли в другой гостинице в номере выше стоимостью, новый отель нам понравился хотя сначала мы расстроились. Поэтому не знаю как отель, но в нем точно работают хорошие люди!

Бронировали 2 отдельных номера, чтобы разместиться всей семьей. Хозяева максимально помогают с информацией и не боятся общаться при помощи мобильного переводчика. Улыбаются и здороваются. Сам отель расположен относительно недалеко от парома, магазинов и кафе, но взбираться к нему нужно по горке. До нормальных пляжей пешком далековато, советуем добираться электробусами (платно) или бесплатными катерами от причала (входит в стоимость посещения пляжей).

К сожалению, наша оценка максимально возможная, и то с учетом всей добродушности хозяев. Отдельное спасибо за сувенир! Почему-то в первый день пришлось жить в другом похожем номере (комнате), хотя бронировали и оплатили намного заранее. Фактически, это не отель, а гостевой дом (если по европейским меркам). В целом, если вы очень большой ценитель старых построек и мебели, то вам сюда. Если же больше за функциональность - то не советую. Некоторая мебель (те же шкафы) - уже такой раритет, что неудобны в использовании и частично ящики не открываются. Мало вешалок. Вещи после моря сушить негде (во дворе есть уголок, но там мало места для всех). В данном номере высокие потолки, но он по размеру никак не подходит для троих. Мы толкались там между собой. Ванная комната также до предела маленькая и после включения вытяжки вверх поднимается весь запах из канализации. Звукоизоляция слабая. Кондиционер барахлил, и на меня сверху иногда капало или сыпался лед. а потом работал дальше. Честно говоря, не было времени и желания решать эти проблемы во время проживания, поэтому говорим о них после отъезда, чтобы было лучше будущим гостям. Такие проблемы не решить за час. Завтрак был достаточный, но один и тот же каждый день, чему удивлялись не только мы. За вареными яйцами (а без доплаты были только вареные) иногда приходилось охотиться. Нам было ОК, но если у вас аллергия на кошек и собак, то вообще не рекомендуем ехать на остров: кошки здесь просто на каждом углу. Сожалеем, что наш отзыв без восхищения, как у многих других туристов. Возможно, на всем острове так (или хуже) или сказывается наш туристический опыт. И все же спасибо за прием и удачи!

И подниматься без лифта не все пенсионеры смогут (на будущее). Завтрак был достаточный, но один и тот же каждый день. В последний день пришлось переселиться в другой номер, т.к. со слов хозяев, была проверка пожарной безопасности (но хозяева угостили бутылкой вина). Удачи вам в развитии бизнеса!

Великолепный и очень уютный бутик отель в старинном особняке. Позволяет максимально прочувствовать атмосферу Адаларских островов. Буквально с порога тебя окружает тепло и уют - отелем владеет гостеприимная семья, которая очень рада гостям. Местные коты также присутствуют) Дом буквально наполнен атмосферными вещами и антикварной мебелью. Это настоящая фотолокация, а интерьер можно рассматривать часами. Отель расположен недалеко от паромного причала - мы добрались пешком с чемоданами за 10 минут. Номера очень компактные, но при этом, все необходимое для комфортного проживания имеется. Из окон номера 107 открывается красивый вид на море и азиатскую часть Стамбула. Есть своя мини ванная и туалет. Завтраки вкусные, составлены из локальных продуктов (особенно вкусный свежайший хлеб утренней выпечки). Проходят во дворе на свежем воздухе. За доплату доступны блюда из яиц - омлет, менемен, шакшука. Нам хватило базового набора. Рекомендую также пообедать или поужинать у них в кафе - готовит сама хозяйка и получается очень вкусно и по-домашнему. Из ближайших пляжей, недалеко расположен очень хороший Nakibey, с мелким песчаным дном (вход - 1000 лир). Центр острова рядом, со всеми кафе и магазинами. Буквально на выходе из отеля остановка местного мини автобуса. Не ищите суперкомфорта современного отеля - это вариант для тех, кто ценит атмосферу и уют. Если вы хотите почувствовать себя будто в гостях у родственников, и вам нравится винтаж и история - смело приезжайте)

Некоторая мебель уже требует реставрации и ремонта. В шкафах маловато плечиков для одежды. Не хватает зубных наборов

Rooms were smaller than was stated in description(14.4m room + 1.6 m bathroom instead of 25m) , but cute.☺️

Ein uriges, kleines familiär geführtes Hotel. Die Besitzer und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely people! Truly, this guesthouse treats you like family. We even chatted with other guests during mealtimes who added to our memories of this island. There was a delicious, filling Turkish breakfast each morning that we enjoyed on the front terrace. Our high-ceiling triple room was clean and spacious (with firmer mattresses, my back thanks you!) and with partial views of the sea which was a nice, unexpected treat. There are common areas inside and out where you can either sit inside and absorb the history of the house and its simple grandeur, or relax outside on a small balcony with endless views of the sea and the Asian side of Istanbul. The restaurant at the guesthouse is fantastic! It was some of the best food we had in our ten days in Istanbul. They were like home-cooked meals made by a family member who also happened to be an amazing chef. We regret not eating all of our meals there during the two days we spent there. You can wander around beautiful neighborhoods, you can rent bikes, or take buses to explore further afield. We decided to circumnavigate the island on foot which ended up being about 12 km. The southern half has no motorized traffic and is much less populated (we found ourselves visiting the island during the second biggest holiday of year, so it was crowded on the north end!). You can also take a small bus (one of many traversing most of the island) to the southernmost stop and then walk around the bottom half (Google Maps has great transit schedules to figure this all out). There are occasional cafés/restaurants to stop at along the way. If you want a little peace and quiet with a short walk into the busier part of the town, this is the place! Thank you, Özlem and İsmail, and for an unforgettable stay on Büyükada!

Otelin konumu harikaydı.Bahçede çok keyifli zaman geçirdik.Eski bir konakta konaklamak bize çok güzel hissettirdi.Üst kat balkondan manzara muhteşemdi.Özellikle Özlem hanım ve İsmail bey çok ilgiliydiler.Bize kendimizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdiler.İstanbulun karmaşasından uzak çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

Das Frühstück war für türkische Verhältnisse mager. Das Abendessen überteuert. Wir wollten noch eine Nacht anhängen, wurden aber einem Pries mit 70 Prozent Aufschlag angeboten. Sehr seltsam...

Отель расположен в старинном особняке, которому (по словам хозяйки) уже 200 лет. Когда зашли внутрь, сразу достали телефон, чтобы делать фото и видео - очень красиво! В номере было чисто и уютно, удобный матрас и подушки, белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Ванная комната была очень большая. Душевая кабина с мраморным полом - прям как в гареме султана Сулеймана:) Завтрак - шведский стол. Однозначно можно наесться, ча-кофе, всякие закуски. Единственное, что было не так - почему-то горячие блюда (картофель и сосиски) горячими не были. Расположение прекрасное - рядом с центром, но на достаточном расстоянии, чтобы не было толп и шума. Хозяйка - просто замечательная! Очень компанейская, веселая и дружелюбная.

Beautiful old mansion. Tarnished but fantastic in its history, interiors, ceiling height, views. The owner, Ismayil, was very accommodating to all requests.

Being a converted old mansion, the room was small for the 2 beds they have in but I don't know how you would change that. The bathroom was a retrofit and functions well but there is a huge height difference from the room up to the bathroom with a tough to manage super high step. I don't love Turkish coffee so ordered 2 cups each Americanos. Charged $5 each for a small americano which is exorbitant. Good coffee. Crazy price. Other than that the breakfast choices were great. Though I loved the place, it does not look like the photos in booking. Like I said, a bit "tarnished" but fabulous nonetheless. Pretty decent walk from town if you have big luggage. But that said, it was "far from the madding crowd". I would stay again.

Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable à l’hôtel Anastasia sur l’Île aux Princes. L’endroit est plein de charme, avec une ambiance authentique qui change des hôtels classiques. La chambre était confortable et le cadre vraiment paisible, parfait pour une petite escapade. Le petit déjeuner était également très sympa, simple mais de qualité, avec des produits frais. Une belle expérience que nous recommandons pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour calme et dépaysant !

An extraordinary 200-year-old magnificent building. The cleaning was very good. The open buffet breakfast in the garden was very good. The hosts were with us at all times, they made us feel as if we came to their home as guests. We will come again one day.

I had the most magical stay at this charming historic hotel — it felt like stepping into another era. I celebrated my birthday here, and İsmail and Özlem made it truly unforgettable with their heartfelt congratulations and warm hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, served with care and attention to every detail. The bed linens were soft and comforting, and I loved noticing all the small, thoughtful touches around the hotel — from antique furniture to nostalgic artwork — which created such a unique and cozy atmosphere. Enjoying tea with a view of the sea made every morning special! I was truly enchanted by this place. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you!

A beautiful 19th century ottoman house. The shared areas are truly beautiful. Perhaps the rooms themselves are a little less impressive, but they are still perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is good.. It's a manageable walk from the ferry, even with luggage

The bedrooms are fine. But after the magnificence of the entrance, stairway and landing they do feel a little disappointing!

Arkadaşımla hafta içi 3 gün konaklama sağladık. Odalar biraz dar ama bizim için sorun değildi ve genellikle temizdi insanlar çok duyarlıydı ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltı standart seçim de çok çeşit yok fakat bizim için yeterliydi insanları çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu çok iyi insan kalabalığından uzakta sessiz ve yürüme mesafesi iskeleye yakın her yere gidilebiliyor. Manzarası ve otel içi konsepti nostaljik 😊Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Lo staff è stato super accogliente fin dal nostro arrivo, un po' in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in, ci ha ha fatto accomodare nel bellissimo giardino che si trova all'ingresso dello storico edificio, offerto del tè e un piccolo dolcetto. L'edificio di per sé è stupendo, tenuto molto bene e curato. La camera ci ha sorpreso per la cura, la luminosità e la vista sul giardino. Il letto e i cuscini erano davvero comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo. La colazione è stata buonissima, c'erano opzioni semplici ma gustose. Tutto ti faceva pensare di essere stati accolti in una casa curata sotto ogni aspetto. Abbiamo deciso di noleggiare delle biciclette, il proprietario ci ha consigliato dove prenderle e ci siamo trovati bene anche con il proprietario del noleggio bici. Davvero consigliato!

Otel genel olarak çok hoştu. Odamız oldukça genişti ve muhteşem bir deniz manzarasına sahipti. Kahvaltısı açık büfe sunuluyordu ve her şey çok lezzetliydi. Yine de bazı eksikler vardı; holdeki eşyalar epey tozluydu ve odanın camı açılmadığı için ortam biraz havasız kalıyordu. Daha iyi bir bakım yapılırsa adadaki en iyi otellerden biri olacağına eminim.

Air conditioning..had to ask for controls, was told I was upgraded but paid for two rooms with view.one view was air con unit.a map or directions would have helped to find property..Good 20 mins walk from ferry.no water in room.breakfast a bit tired.

The house itself is very nice, old and rustic. Location is super, not too close to the center but in walking distance.

For a hotel, we expected the rooms to be cleaned every day - unfortunately, it was only done every second day and even that means only the emptying of bins and renewal of towels. We had to ask for a proper cleaning on the third day. The host family was not very friendly to us from the beginning, however it got better towards the end of our stay. (Also they were friendlier with other guests...)

The location was very close to the center of the island which takes you only 5-10 minute walk to get to the hotel. The hotel is owned by a family and they were so nice to us! The place was an old Greek family apartment before, and you still feel the same atmosphere thanks to the owners who didn't harm the historical look of the apartment. I strongly recommend this place if you want to experience a local Buyukada experience!

Since this is an old apartment, you hear noises from upstairs during the night but it's not an unbearable level.

The hosts İsmail and Özlem are kind, welcoming and so softhearted! I’m in love with this place. Everything was so comfortable and it feels like home. The room was so good and the view was perfect! I liked the vintage furniture and the bathroom too. Breakfasts and the coffee are delicious especially the cakes cooked by Özlem. Everytime it was so good to come back to the room after long walking through the islands and fall asleep under high ceilings and on a comfortable bed. And the air inside the room and bathroom was fresh despite the fact that it is an old building. The hosts are caring the building so good. And for sure it’s hardworking. I’m looking forward to returning to this Historical Maison as soon as possible.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and received a very warm welcome from the owners. Not only is the property charming and characterful, it is a treasure trove full of wonderful period furniture. The restaurant was equally charming. We were really happy with our choice for a romantic stay on Princes Islands.

İşletmecileri çok tatlı güleryüzlü insanlar, güzel bir gece konaklama yapmamızda emekleri büyük her şey için tekrar teşekkürler. Otel inanılmaz güzel bir deneyimdi tek sorun odada çok toz vardı.

Kaldığımız odanın üst katında banyo kullanıldığında odamızın içine su damlıyordu. Konudan bahsettiğimizde yardımcı olup, deniz manzaralı bir oda ile değişim yapıldı ancak bu odada da aynı sorunu yaşadık. Üst katta su kullanıldıkça odanın içine su damlıyor. Bu konu yüzünden genel olarak konaklama süreci/hizmetinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Su tesisatındaki problem düzelene kadar en üst kattaki odalar dışında bu otelde konaklamasını kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Die Zimmer sind mit 22 Quadratmetern angegeben, haben aber höchstens 15 Quadratmeter.Es gibt keinen Platz, um den Koffer im Zimmer abzustellen, und wenn man den Koffer auf den Boden stellt, hat man keinen Platz, um sich im Zimmer zu bewegen.Das Bad ist 1 Meter breit und die Duschkabine ist schmutzig.Das Bad ist nachträglich in das Zimmer eingebaut.Das Bad befindet sich direkt am Kopfende des Bettes und wenn man im Bad duscht, ist das ganze Geräusch im Bett.Das Frühstück ist sehr wenig abwechslungsreich.
