Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Ubytování je na krásném místě s výhledem na jezero i Alpy. V okolí spousta nádherných míst. Ráno skvělá snídaně, paní na přání udělala vafle i vajíčka. Výběr na snídani byl pestrý, každý si vybere. Majitelé jsou velice přátelští 😊
Na pokoji by mohla být pro hosty sůl a pepř a úplně dokonalý by byl fén 😉

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – ruhig gelegen und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war die Lautstärke. Man konnte die Haupttür sowie andere Gäste auf dem Flur deutlich hören, besonders morgens und abends.

Struttura in alcuni punti un po’ datata. Può risultare difficile non far entrare luce in camera con le tende durante la notte.

Photovoltaik-Bauarbeiten auf dem Dach bis zum Einbruch der Dunkelheit. Musste zwar sein, aber z.B. über ein Getränk o.ä. zur Entschädigung hätten wir uns gefreut.

Frühstüksraum modern und schön gestaltet. Freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Alles frisch zubereitet. Besonders lecker war die Waffel zum Frühstück.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Bijzonder mooie locatie met uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. Uitgebreide keuken en ruime badkamer. Alles netjes schoon. Lekker ruim genoeg balkon. De slaapbank sliep verrassend goed. De tuin en bloembakken op de balkons staan er heerlijk bloeiend bij.
Wat puntjes op de i qua afwerking en wellicht het interieur een opfris beurt met neutrale kleuren brengt wat meer rust.

Le tende coprono solo una parte delle finestre e alle 5.50 del mattino entra il sole in camera. Ci è stata data una sola saponetta e una boccetta di bagnoschiuma - shampoo da 0,2 ml per due giorni di soggiorno per due persone. La camera è calda e si fa fatica a dormire, non c'è un condizionatore e nemmeno delle zanzariere per poter dormire con le finestre aperte ma solo un ventilatore.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Din păcate o experiență foarte neplăcută, am rezervat un sejur de 2 nopți/2 camere , si am fost scoși afara cu poliția ca stăteam pe balcon la ora 20:30 de vorbă, si pe propietar la deranjat acest lucru . Sincer un sejur stricat si o grămadă de bani pierduți care acum foarte greu va fi sa ii recuperez !!! Nu recomand acesta locație pentru regulile stricte care sincer pentru cei tineri nu este ok. Ca si locație si condiții este ok.

Leider hat die Badezimmertür stark gequitscht, weshalb unsere Kinder fast jeden Gang dorthin mitbekommen haben.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr nette und freundliche Personal sowie die herzlichen Vermieter. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hopfensees ist ideal für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Praktisch waren auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und der Getränkeautomat. Das Frühstück war lecker und mit frischen Waffeln top, nicht nur für Kinder. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Ferienwohnung im Nebenhaus. Frühstück im Haupthaus. Allerdings nur kurzer Weg. Daher nicht tragisch.

We booked two apartments via booking.com Unfortunately the booking settings was not flexibly set to adjust our family needs for our weekend. However we feel like we much overpaid for the similar stay. The apartment didn’t offer any toiletries. No shampoo or shower gel. Dog stay was charged for but had no dog bowl or dog towels for 15 Euro per night/ charge not been displayed at booking.com Nice kitchen but nothing being put complementary as Coffee or milk. Asking for simple little things here. Standard things as salt and pepper would be a nice add on. Administration team is ok, I felt very unwelcome.

Reviewed May 6, 2026The location of the apartmenthouse is wonderful, the lake is very close, the surroundings of the building is quiet and peaceful. If you want to organize parties, well, it is not your choice, but for everyone else it is. We arrived after the reception opening hours, but the check in was very comfortable and we got everything we needed. (keycards, information). It was not so easy for us to find out where is the other building (2 mins walk), but it is not the host's fault. Our apartment was on the ground floor with a terrace, but when we booked it, t was not clear to us that it was on the ground floor; it was not a very good surprise but we got used to it. The apartment is well-equipped, you can find everything what you need in a standard household. In a word or two: it is a very good apartment what I recommend you if you want to spend a few quiet days in this beautiful location.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The room I was allocated was located below ground level, with very limited natural light and ventilation, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. It seems that other rooms in the property may have balconies, which would likely offer a better experience. The beds were acceptable, but the layout of the apartment was not very convenient for moving around or relaxing. One of the bedrooms does not have an external window it opens into the living room which further affects ventilation and privacy. The kitchen equipment appeared quite old, and some items were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The most uncomfortable aspect was the bathroom being located right next to the kitchen, which did not feel appropriate. Additionally, the bathroom itself was not very user-friendly. Overall, my experience in Room 18 was not very satisfactory, and I would not recommend this specific room.

The apartment has all the amenities people would need . I have read reviews about the host being rude but generally I didnt feel like he was rude . He was helpful with questions we had and accommodated our requests .
Nothing really I felt that our money was spent well on this property .
