I liked Kim’s Restaurant, which was attached to the location. Warm, friendly and with great service.

We had one of the older rooms, which was disappointing. I had heard there had been renovations but I guess not to all of the motel.

Everybody was incredible to us Toronto gals. Beautiful room and exceptional breakfast at Kim's Place. Will stay again

Clean place to lay your head after hiking around the beautiful sites of flesherton and Bruce county. The couple who run it couldn’t be lovelier.

Perfect location for hiking on the Bruce Trail. Great value hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Friendly manager at check-in plus clean and comfortable rooms.

The bed was OK but I prefer a firmer mattress.

Attention to details, it was clean.

They should change mattresses and beddings. The mate covers were torn, dirty, smaller size than the mattress.

Room was very clean and stock with the everything you need. Staff were friendly and accommodated my early checkin.

We had two double beds, it was a good fit for us. Everything was good, tidy, shower worked well, breakfast at the restaurant in the morning, even charged my hybrid.

Office wasn’t easy to find and quite a wait to get service. After that everything was good

Clean, newly decorated . The gentleman who helped on check-in might be the owner. He is very intelligent and interesting. Thanks for hosting and providing everything so clean

I hope the pillow could have one more choice. Current ones are too soft. Other than that, it’s perfect stay.

The staff was very nice and approachable, the room was well equipped with comfortable beds and the essentials. Great location!

Basic but functional

Right on the highway

I like this property because it was right off the highway and was easy to find but it wasn’t noisy especially at night. There was a restaurant on site where we could have breakfast (not included in price of room). The manager or owner was very friendly.

The pillow was too firm for my liking.

The owner was very kind at check in and kept communication open as we were there on a hiki g trip and unsure of our check-in time.

Very clean, confy rooms, lot of space, seating at patio, very friendly and helpful staff.

We had breakfast at the restaurant connected to the motel and it was quick well priced and delicious Because they had rooms to choose from the staff were great about letting us choose our room I also really appreciated the creamer for coffee in the room

Pillows took some getting used to but we're not uncomfortable

The room was very clean,. comfortable and the hvac worked great. Also, it looks like its a hotspot for working contractors which makes it a quiet place at night for good sleep if you need to get up early.

The breakfast was delicious but was not included in our stay

A complaint breakfast

Seems they renovated the lodge. It was more than I expected, very clean, simple but comfy and convenient. You can chose this spot without doubt.

Receptionist was an ass. He didn't accept us to say that we arrived in 40 minutes to meet, he wanted us to call 15 minutes before arriving so while driving in the dark without the best signal. After 14-15 minutes driving he called again because we were not here (we were 300m from the motel, clearly seing the sign). I didn't felt like a client, nor respected while I was on time. The receptionist said he was in a hurry for a baseball match, which is not an excuse to be impatient with a client on time that already accepted his stupid terms.

We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!

Rooms were clean, a/c was great ,room well lit, TV great size, great restaurant just door and Flesherton is a great little country town!!

There were a little bit of stains on the pillow case but isn't a big issue to me.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Having a patio door was very nice. The only critique is there was very low water pressure, it took twice as long to shower.

What can I say about the Inn which, in today’s times, provides every basic amenity which bigger and costlier hotels do not provide. From a bottle of water to toothbrush & toothpaste to actual milk for coffee everything was provided. This was such a refreshing experience to have every usable thing at your disposal. And they have EV chargers available (mind blown). The person overseeing the operation of the Inn was also cordial and polite. Overall an amazing experience and I give this Inn 10/10 for amenities. Book it and you wont be disappointed.

Leelas Villa Inn was a perfect spot for a weekend stay for my Bruce Trail - Beaver Valley - End to End hike. Clean, newly renovated and quiet (especially if you have a room at the back).

Newer building, clean carpet in hallway, no chipped paint. Bathroom was clean, bed and furniture were new, good amenities came with the room, like bottles of water in the fridge, toothpaste and toothbrush

Our room faced the septic , buried but still septic. Hounds at the back could need some landscape

The entire place is very well kept and well designed. The ceilings were very high and the place was very clean.

This property absolutely shocked me!! For such a rural hotel option with old fashion key entry rooms, the room was so modern and well appointed! You can tell the owners/management take pride in their property! So many wonderful little touches made it a perfect stay!! Will definitely be back!!

Very good service and well equipped rooms. Great staff and quality rooms with great views. I wish the water flow was a little better for the shower but it wasn’t a big deal compared to other great facilities available.will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Toilet flush is not strong

We stayed for one night on our way, it was clean, comfortable, the owner was very nice! Where our room was, the door to hallway was noisy but not a big issue. Great value for the price!

Great price, convenient location in Grey County and on our way to Bruce Peninsula.

Cleanliness was so-so: the floor was somewhat dirty and had some hairs, the bed cover was stained and the sheets didn’t seem clean. There was also an ant poison "box" in the bedroom, and we found dead bugs next to it in the morning... not great.

Very well maintained and cleaned room. Spacious room and hygienic washroom. This hotel exceeds my expectations. Beautiful hotel within budget. I check-in at 11 PM and staff was available onsite to help me with the process. I’ll definitely recommend anyone looking for the stay.

Breakfast for 2 cost us ?35.00. We were not informed that it was complimentary

Bathroom shower needs a safety bar for less young visitors. Toilets are too low for challenged visitors. Pillows are all foam and that is not comfortable for everyone . A fan in the bathroom should be standard

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The owners are lovely and always welcoming.

We had a lovely stay! We were pleasantly surprised by how our room was very clean and newly renovated! Coffee and coffee maker in the room with coffee mugs!…there were even creamers in the fridge! We will most certainly be back to stay when we are in the area next.

Great little motel! Clean and quiet and nice little touches like salt and pepper, coffee maker, toothbrushes etc. staff was great. Can’t beat the price. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Hospitable host and clean rooms.

We would definitely return. There were some thoughful amenities. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, handsoap, body lotion, shampoo and body wash. In the refrigerator there was water and actual 10% cream. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Free wifi as well. We will choose this place when in the area. 40 minutes to Collingwood and much more affordable. Comfy chairs for outside sitting. We had zero issues. VERY GOOD!

Great motel for the price

I had a wonderful stay. The manager is a kind gentleman who also speaks French! Perfect location to get to work and also has charging stations for EVs.

Quiet and Comfortable

Nice sliding door/walkout patios on the newer building...get a room at the rear, not the roadway side. The foam pillows is the only thing Id change
