Beautiful house and lots of lovely touches. Really enjoying our stay.

House spotlessly clean on arrival. All basic provisions provided on arrival. House of excellent quaility and very spacious.

We had a great time staying here. The property is huge and has everything you need for a self catering stay. Its located in a beautiful area with a large grassed area in the middle. The kids loved the play park and sandpit and we felt it was very safe for them to play there. We had a balcony at the back which overlooked a walk way along the river. We would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable stay in great accomodation. Would be well suited to a family stay as there are 3 rooms or would possibly suit two couples. The accomodation is a short drive to kenmare town.

Jim the manager was nice and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted. Even though the exterior of the building are plain, the interiors are large, posh, and very comfortable. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/ freezer. 3 bathrooms, one with large bathtub, so bring your Lush bath bombs! I was lucky and got one of the rooms overlooking the river. I will surely go back to Sheen Falls CC Courtyard.

The room very quiet... Location close to town... Bed a little hard. Over all very nice! Just give attention to detail! For the money there shove nothing dirty. But all edges, ledges, corners and behind furniture...were dirty and obviously not give attention in a while! Thank you for my stay!

Easy and quick check-in. A well equipped accommodation for all your needs. The welcome pack of essentials and wine and chocolate was a nice touch too. Would return again

My family of 5 stayed two nights. The townhome was spacious, the kitchen had everything I needed and the grounds were just lovely.

Property was in immaculate condition and well furnished. Great location in Kenmare, which is a lovely town with great restuaruants and pubs.

Comfortable properties, helpful staff when needed- only negative is that there is no reference to “Country Club” anywhere so it’s not easy to find even when you are in the right place!

HUGE condo!! Plenty of space for a large group! 3 bedroom 4 bathrooms HUGE! Lots of little extras like wine and chocolate! The basics such as bread, butter, milk and cereal as well as coffee and tea! Lovely kitchen to make meals and a separate dining area! 2 stories so plenty of room to spread out! Clean! Easy check in! Friendly staff! Horseback riding across the rd! Killarney national park close by and town of kenmare very close and cute

The property was in a beautiful location, and very clean would definitely recommend and return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheen Falls. Our family was midway through the loop around Ireland, and looking to catch our breath while we explored the Ring of Kerry area. The cottage was really great for this. There are about 16 cottages, each occupying two floors. It is VERY QUIET. The units are wonderfully appointed and supplied. We felt like we were back at a US/MEX timeshare property (in the best way possible). There is a ton of parking, and also a central children's play area. TV and WiFi worked fine. The unit was hot, which was counterbalanced by opening windows. I do wonder if it gets too hot in July/August, but not for us to say. Kenmare is very, very cute, and Kilarney is not too far, either. This was a great jumping off spot for the Ring of Kerry. We highly recommend this property. Please note that, if arriving by car using GoogleMaps, you will have trouble. First, the address plots closer to Sheen Falls Lodge, which is a different entity. You want to be 150 meters further east, and on the south side of the road (not the north). Second, if coming from the east (Cork, etc), do not turn at Roughty Bridge (before (east) of town). The bridge is incredibly narrow. Go through Kenmare and turn south on N71. Cross the lake on N71 and then follow the guidance from there.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Sheen Falls Country Club. Beautiful setting and accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches (bottle of wine, chocolates, and breakfast fixings.) Would definitely like to return.

Gorgeous property and top-notch amenities. It was as good as it looks online. My family and I felt right at home. Jim was a joy to work with - polite, accommodating, and full of helpful suggestions. Beautiful spacious townhome with everything you may need. Modern n clean. Full kitchen w stove, large frig, microwave ,dishwasher n even washer n dryer. All utensils, dishes n pots n pans provided. Nice parklike setting, easy parking and 5 min drive to town. Nice area for morning walks. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath unit and enjoyed it very much.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom house. The area was very quiet and a short drive to Kenmare. The beds were comfortable. Very clean with good facilities - the washer/dryer was put to good use. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing place....very new with great amenities. Especially enjoyed the bottle of wine, chocolates, milk , butter and multigrain bread the hosts had supplied with the apt....great surprise and much appreciated! Overall a great value. Easy walk to town

Comfortable and simply elegant town home in beautiful Kenmare area. We stayed with my wife and 2 kids (tweens). This was the perfect base camp for our tour of the Ring of Kerry. We had 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The property managers communicated very effectively. We missed the check in time, but they left keys in a secured lock box. The home was stocked with some basics such as bread, milk, coffee, tea, etc, and a bottle of red wine. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen which helps immensely when you are travelling for extended periods and/or with kids. The complex is a short ride or a 20 minute walk into the charming village of Kenmare. This was great value for the money, I would highly recommend, and stay here again.

Very comfortable for 4 adults. Everything we wanted and needed to make our stay enjoyable. Close enough to many attractions. We drove the Ring of Kerry and enjoyed the fort, the towns, the scenery, the pubs, Valencia etc. Would strongly recommend. One difficulty was the noise of the hot water pump/heater.

We could have not been more comfortable! The 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse was perfect for our family of four. My hard to please teenagers were even impressed. The breakfast items and wine were a nice touch. The location is just outside of the town of Kenmare which was one of our favorites during our trip to Ireland. I feel like I could have stayed a month here. Jim O”Shea was very pleasant and helpful. I don’t have one complaint about this rental and can’t say enough good things about it.

Luxury accommodation. Very spacious and well equipped. Good quality bedding and furnishings. Some signs of wear such as scuff marks on paintwork / walls and damaged bannister post etc but nothing major.

Sheen Falls was a home away from home! Exceptional! Beautiful, modern, clean, nice and big. Excellent water pressure. Able to use washing machine and dishwasher. I higjly recommend it!

Fantastic! The property was wonderful for a family of four. It was spacious, spotless and had all the amenities you could possibly need. So nice of the proprietors to stock the refrigerator with milk, bread, eggs, wine and chocolate. It was by far our favorite accomodation during our travels around Ireland!

Very comfortable. Shower water was not controllable and the shower head fell off - could have hurt us. No one around when we left. The welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were very nice. The unit was very clean.

We spent 1 night instead of the 2 we had booked because we were eager to avoid the crowded streets and stressful drive around the Ring of Kerry. We chose to move on to Dingle instead. This property is very fancy, beds are comfortable as was all the furniture. The kitchen was a little inconvenient to navigate and the washer/dryer was nearly impossible to use. I don't think we would stay here again, not because the property was lacking but because the nearby town and surrounding area/Ring Of Kerry was overcrowded and overrated.

We did a "wing it" tour of Ireland and happened upon the Country Club as a place to stay for a Ring of Kerry base. Wow, did we luck out. This was our favorite place in Ireland and we liked it so much, we stayed an extra day. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, the rooms themselves were excellent, and the provisions left for us (bottle of wine, freaking delicious bread, milk, butter, cereal, and chocolates) were above and beyond. Kenmare is a great little town, with delicious restaurants (I recommend O Donnabhains), and lots of shopping. The Country Club will be our highest recommendation for friends traveling to Ireland. Do Not Hesitate to stay here.

Great place for the family to stay. House was in excellent condition, staff very helpful and care package really made life easy on arriving.

Great welcome & house fully stocked with all the necessities e.g. bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereals, salt, pepper.... and the non essentials like box of chocolates and bottle of wine! Great if you arrive late with children & forget to buy milk ....

Unbelievably beautiful. Kenmare is a sleepy joy, and the lodgings were clean and modern. The "self catering" aspect was wonderful in that we could eat small meals prepared "in", our go to one of Kenmare's phenomenal dining spots. Very relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel as if we had to spiffy up after a day of sightseeing. Great base camp for exploring the wonders of the area (Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Beara Peninsula, National Forest).

Perfect place to use as a base to explore the Ring of Kerry or visit Kenmare.

Excellent accommodation; the layout of the flat/house, its proportions, access to natural light, and indeed furnishings were all excellent. Pleasant, quiet location. Highly recommend and would like to re-visit myself next Summer.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheens Fall. The room was spacious, staff very helpful and the buffet breakfast tasty. Views out over the water and waterfall were stunning. Plenty of parking. Bit of a drive into town but meal prices in the bar and restaurant were reasonable so we ate in.

This was just the place for the five of us to relax and regroup after a few days of traveling. Close (10 euro) cab ride to get into town and some nice meals. The host was very accommodating there was some cereal , bread, milk and butter. A nice bottle of wine and sweets. We let the host know we were arriving late and were taken care of. This place is a great value!

We were looking for a place to stay close to Kenmare and came across Sheen Falls Country Club online (Note: not part of nearby Sheen Falls Lodge). Based on the reviews online we booked for 4 nights. The property completely lived up to the reviews - very clean, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, house looked as good as new. Very nice touches like complementary bottle of wine, chocolates. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here.

Great area. Beautiful house. Not cheap but worth the money. So much to do in the near by area.
