Lots of space for a family getaway. 3 large bedrooms were comfortable with very good AC and firm beds.

Getting called at 10pm to tell our visitor that she must leave was embarrassing for everyone. Maybe this policy needs a re-think as we weren't disturbing anyone. We felt like naughty children (I'm 55 years of age).

I like how big the unit we stayed. It was spacious and it has two rooms, and a working kitchen. We can save money by preparing it ourselves, it feels like a home away from home

Language barrier Massages were on bed and not the best. Very hard to book them and ended up cancelling on some massages we actually wanted due to not understanding our English :( then again it’s our fault.

We stayed overnight at Sta. Barbara Residence Hotel in a 3-bedroom unit, and overall we had a good experience. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable for our family. The service was great, and the staff were helpful during our stay.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the shower area could use a little more cleaning, especially along the siding. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for what we needed.

I always enjoy interacting with the wonderful staff, including the security staff. And it is pleasant that after two years, one of the security guards is still working there.

the bathroom floods in the master bedroom because of the design of the bath tub. They did replaced the shower head but that is not the issue. I think it will help to provide additional small towel to keep the water from flowing from the side of the bath tub to the floor.

Very spacious and good value for money. We Will definitely stay again.

Love the locations, close to IT Park, Ayala Mall and very close to Country Mall, easy for me to navigate.

Can't accept a lot of visitors limit only for 4 people at a time for our 3 bedroom suite, It is understandable but sometimes for family coming from abroad with limited time may have more visitors coming to make use of the time. Also with the visitors government ID policy, they could do better than that for minors like just provide a visitors ID instead of asking government ID from minors or student visitors.

Staff are very courteous, always greet you whenever they see you. Secured as they have guard on duty. Close to Gaisano country mall.

Location: Easy to find since it is located behind a mall. Staff: Friendly and accommodating, especially that we have 2 senior citizens who need assistance There is a DeLonghi coffeemaker at the ground floor and the coffee is really good! They provide water and you can just refill your tumbler. No need to buy water from outside. You can cook, and they have cooking utensils. Beds are comfortable. The seniors were able to sleep comfortably. Room size: perfect for an entire family It has Netflix / Youtube which my family really liked.

What can be improved is the range hood installation. It think the one in our room was not installed properly. The smoke from when we were cooking just circulated around the room instead of being sucked out by the range hood. We opened the window instead to let air circulate.

Love how big and spacious the room, love how the staff did what i request to them for my mom❤️ its really a good place stay the distance from airport is 30mins to 40mins drive but once you’re there hotel it’s really wort it , thank you guys

The only thing is i expect there will be a coffee machine maker which from booking.com i saw it as there as inclusion in the hotel 😔

The staff were amazing, from the reception and door staff to the restaurant. All helped create a great stay. Restaurant was wonderful and facilities really good

飯店服務人員的給人的感覺非常友善，而且進去很像家的感覺房間整體非常滿意，只是一些物品稍微老舊了一點，如果一些家具做更換會更好，整體感非常得好，而且距離商場也非常的近你要去其他地方遊玩的話可以請櫃檯幫忙叫計程車，而且把你要去的地址給櫃檯，櫃檯會幫您跟計程車司機做溝通這間飯店是值得再來的

一些家具老舊冷氣也有點老舊，有點不太好做使用

Housekeeping did an exceptional great job.

Front desk are not too accomodating & pleasant especially the lady in glasses. Not a visitors friendly facility. I would not recommend for a big family or big group. They dont deserved the 8.5 ratings maybe less

The three-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with large bedrooms each featuring a private bathroom. The beds were big and soft, with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with essential items. The air-conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was adequate. The location was good, with plenty of shops and dining options available at the nearby Country Mall.

The two-bedroom apartment was significantly smaller—about half the size of the three-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms felt cramped, with noticeably smaller beds and very hard, uncomfortable mattresses. The private bathrooms were also much smaller and less comfortable compared to those in the three-bedroom unit. Overall, the living room and kitchen were undersized, making the apartment feel tight and far less accommodating.

The place had an amazing view for NYE. These guys saved us with a same day booking after our worst AirBnB experience. We had a really spacious room and good kitchen with 3 bedrooms for a big family group. The staff were the highlight especially the concierge and doormen who were so helpful with our elderly travellers. The hotel was centrally located to all the main places.

sure the building was old and therefore it came with a few minor cleaning issues and some dated equipment. But nowhere near as bad as the brand new penthouse Airbnb we had to leave. So overall I feel like Sta Barbara was better looked after and cared for than other places.

it exceeded my expectations!! its like you are in a home with complete facilities. if u are staying several days, this is definitely the place! plus the gaisano century mall & all other shops were just beside the hotel. variety of restaurants to choose from both inside & outside the mall & a very big supermarket. u can even cook in the hotel, they have everything u need in the kitchen & very big fridge! i did very early checkin at 7am & had to pay some amount but fair enough rather than waiting for many hours. we took a ship upon arrival & its around 15 mins without traffic from port to hotel. leaving for Mactan airport was just 30 mins from the hotel. last but not the least their staff especially ROWELL, very friendly & accomodating.

Overall, very delightful! The staff were highly professional and very well trained and welcoming. My experience was very surprising. All of the boxes checked for me. I am well travelled and have had varied experiences from lodging places. This hotel gave me a memorable one and all of them positive. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Warm, friendly, comfortable, quiet and has a very convenient location for shopping, food, and other services.

Taxi availability. however, it only matters if one is averse to walking short distances. Walking only affected me when the sun was out in full force! The very helpful guard on duty did try to hail a cab for me.

It’s always a family’s favorite. It felt like home away from home.

A bang for your buck, for that price you get a spacious room with couch. TV was big enough and it was a smart tv. Free water station for all. Shower / toilet was great. Bed was superb with memory foam. Even came with kitchen essentials.

Hotel had Limited parking space considering they have plenty of rooms, Location was so so, away from the city which made grab rides expensive if you plan to roam around. We were unfortunately placed in a room across an events place and had a wedding causing noise. Stray dogs barking was also a problem but not the hotel's fault. Daily calls from the front desk at 9 in the morning just to ask if we want our room cleaned was just annoying at times. Could've been easily fixed with a DND/Make Up room sign. Other than that , I'd still recommend this accommodation.

We got all that we need in our stay. Complete amenities. We always stay here when we are in Cebu.

We regularly stay at Sta. Barbara. It's now our go to, with our larger family. The rooms are all very spacious, and it's really well located to get to Ayala/IT park etc.

Very clean. Staff are very friendly, helpful and you always feel welcome. I should know I stay here very often when I visit Cebu.

The 3 bedroom that we got was big enough for the 7 of us. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location is near the county mall and restaurants. Really a value for money. Will definitely book here again when we return to cebu.

The whole unit smelled like old cooking oil. I guess the guest before us cooked in the unit and the exhaust in kitchen was not enough to remove the smell. Also the shower enclosure was not steady so it could be accident prone. Their water in shower is difficult to rinse as it has a slimy effect. BUT this can all be improved and We still like the place.

I left my external speaker solely and specifically to get charged. I forgot it there but the the housekeeper or porter guy/not girl claimed he never say it and found only the charger, that is so false. Just 30 minutes before i left I plugged in my speaker. People should never steal, especially staff.

cleanliness of furniture understocked kitchen, no towels or paper towels to wipe/dry thing with. Had to use bathroom towel to wipe up spills. not wash cloths in bathroom

I love the ambience and the whole suite.

The guards and bellboy are respectful but the people manning the front desk barely acknowledged us. The hot shower barely worked.

The staff were rude to my guest . As we stayed there for the longest time , I wasn't happy !
